MUSIC This is ProPoints on Veecin, the Sports Betty Network. Now here's your host, the guru himself, John Hansen. Welcome to a Tuesday edition of ProPoints here on Veecin, I'm John Hansen of fantasypoints.com. The program, as always, is being produced by Mr. Michael Cohen. A big fantasy day. We'll talk by low, sell high last week's list. Pretty darn good. We had Devon H.Anne on there. Of course, that was a little fortunate on our part, not on Mr. H.Anne's part. Good luck to Devon H.Anne, but we do have some other by low and sell high or echo mendations. We'll also hit the waiver wire at the end of the program. Top 10 pickups, not great out there, but what are we going to do?
We have to pick what is available. I do have what I think are the 10 best options on that waiver wire. Make sure you download the ProPoints podcast on Apple Spotify or wherever you get your pods. Well, we got to get into it because it was an ugly night last night, yet another bad national game where one team didn't show up. This is more often the case than not. It was a little bit more complicated with the bear starting a third string quarterback who's like pushing 40 and had and played in a couple of years, but Case Kingdom showed up big time. Let's get into it real quick. We don't want to spend a lot of time on the ugliness. We did like Luther Verden. That one did come through. I wish I had played a couple of props that I was kind of leaning toward. Didn't even list them as leans. For example, I thought it would definitely be a Deandre Swift game based on the schematics of it. And it was I almost played a common unguy under nine and a half carries. Of course, that would have lost because he got 10 and he got 31 yards,
which was right there with right there at the number. But you're looking pretty good. If you are the Chicago Bears, I would imagine they'll start Tyson and Badget next week, but the offense look good. Ben Johnson knows what he's doing. Khalifa Raymond is a fixture. And Troy Ackman brought up a number of good points that, you know, he gets open against a man. He understands zone. He's a reliable guy near the line of scrimmage. So he is going to throw a serious monkey wrench into the Colston Loveland plan and the Roma Doons A plan, probably not the Luther Burton plan on the other side. Oh, goodness. Now I did say I didn't love anything last night, but we're doing a show called prop point. So I did the best that I could. Number one, I tried again to be sneaky with a gentleman who fumbled and got benched. Tank Bigsby. I thought they'd sprinkle him in there for a couple. I was only hoping for three carries for God's sakes. The number was pretty, what was it?
11 and a half, 12 and a half. But he fumbled very early in the game. They got him out there in pass pro for some reason. To me, he would be the third option on third down behind sake one, Barkley, of course, and Will Shipley. But no, they put him out there in a bed spot and he fumbled and they didn't play him again. Don Tavian Wix was open all night. He did have a called back play that would have hit his prop. That was very unfortunate, but not as unfortunate about that. Not as unfortunate as the Zach Irts call. We lost that by one damn yard. I did say yesterday, he'll probably catch a ball for seven. It'll be a sweat. And then he'll catch a second ball for three. And he'll hit it. He did catch a one ball for nine, but that was it. And Devante Smith, boy, the analysis was actually right. He had that 30 yard grab. And Jalen Johnson was all over him. It was just high point in the ball. And one kind of one man on another trying to get the football
and skinny Batman one out. I should have went with the darn under because I didn't love the schematic matchup. But then again, didn't expect Jalen Hertz only throw for 153 yard sake one, Barkley looked pretty good. But this offense is seriously lacking. I thought we'd see some growing pants under Sean Manion. And we are. And it does not look like Mackay Lemon is really up for the task of being a meaningful contributor. So that loss of Dallas Goddard, that does hurt, but not a good day. Well, we'll have good days and we will have bad days. And thankfully, we're going to be out of the month of September. We've got three weeks in the books. So I have adjusted my process on the Sunday picks being more selective than ever. We were just in Jefferson, injury away, most likely from going six and two last week. So there will be better days. I don't know if it's going to be this Thursday. However, I'll do the best I can as the Cleveland Browns are facing the Pittsburgh Steelers.
And that one could be ugly. But week three is in the books. We move onward and upward. Some news coming down the line here on a Tuesday morning slash afternoon. DC Commander's coach Dan Quinn said Jaden Daniels with the elbow will travel with the team to London and practice in some capacity. This week, I almost think I'm fine with Marcus Mariotta as it relates to at least Terry McClure and Mariotta loves throwing it to McClure. And speaking of Justin Jefferson, I think he would have hit that prop. He was about what, 40% there in the first quarter. But the injury occurred and that was it. Didn't see a lot of them, obviously, for the rest of the game. It's not anything long-term per Ian Rappaport and he could play in week four against Miami. Then again, do they need him against Miami? I know NFL teams don't really look at it that way. But the fact remains, they probably can certainly get a win without Justin Jefferson
against the hapless dolphins. Ramshead coach Sean McVeigh said he is hopeful that Pukin, Nukuah, will be able to play in week four against the Eagles if he doesn't then. I mean, we might be looking at surgery. So I guess that's a fairly good sign. He also said that Terrence Ferguson very unfortunate with the ankle will likely miss week four against the Eagles. But we do have more on Terrence Ferguson going forward here when we talk, well, both Wavrewire. And well, actually, that's a Wavrewire situation. I still think Terrence Ferguson is a good pick up, by the way. We'll get into it when we talk Wavrewire. And if on that works, Ian Rappaport reporting Brie Sal is considered week to week with a quad injury. We'll talk Braille and Allen, of course, on the Wavrewire Ninershead coach Kyle Shanahan said that Trent Williams should be good to go by Thursday, which is certainly good. That's one injury that the 49ers probably cannot afford. They might even be able to afford not playing with Mike Evans
the way Brock Pertie is playing. But you want to have your stud left tackle out there. St. head coach, Kellyanne Moore said Travis H.Anne with the hamstring will miss some time and a timeline for his return has not yet been determined. I'm not going to mess with that backfield right now in terms of the Wavrewire. It's going to be a split backfield there. Obviously Kendra Miller and Alvin Camara. It's a very tough call. I think I'd defaulted. I don't want either one quite frankly. It's going to be hard to figure. Kendra Miller probably had better bet to score. Alvin Camara probably better bet to catch a couple of balls. And then the box at place, why do you see where Jaylen McMillan on injured reserve? What a shame. I love Jaylen McMillan. I think they do as well. But this guy's got all kinds of injury problems. And the bucks are in trouble. And more on them on the other side. Before we take a break, we'll get into my current list of Bilo and Sell High. But I do have a couple of players that we talked about last week that did not see their values
increase. So I think they're worth exploring. And I hate to do it. But I'm going to go right back to Jameson Williams for the Detroit Lions. We do have some thoughts on Sam LaPorta. He is getting more targets than Jemmo. So Sam LaPorta is looking good. But the Lions' defense is really bad. They're in shootout after shootout. It is only a matter of time until Jemmo Williams starts popping off some bigger plays. And I will once again mention Jordan Mason. We've got two more games with him on IR. But I think it's pretty clear the Vikings need to run the rock. They need to stay ahead of the down. They cannot put Kyla Murray in a third and long situation. So there will be a major emphasis on the run. Keep in mind, their defense is lights out right now, obviously. So there should be a lot of leads to protect and games to close out for Jordan Mason down the stretch. Once again, throwout, Jordan Tyson. If you're hurting at Wad receiver
because Tyler Schuck is slinging it all over the place, like it is nobody's business. And then last but not least, man, we did lose the Tucker Kraft prop last week. That was absolutely ugly. He had multiple drops. I think he would have gotten it. Then he blamed the fans for Boeing. So I was not a good look. But once again, you got to focus on the pedigree. He is one of the most efficient tight ends in the land. And Jordan loves playing relatively well. Yeah, they can't run the ball. There's no balance on offense. But that's should over the long haul work out for their top passing targets. Matthew Goldin looks great. So does Christian Watson. The missing ingredient is that third target in Tucker Kraft. So I'm sure he's going to start heating up sooner rather than later. We do have some other selections here in terms of by low sell high altes it right now.
I actually have a list of a couple of really good ones. Like Ashton Gentie. We'll talk about this on the other side. But he is way up there in expected fantasy points. And that's a good thing to look at when a guy is not exactly producing, but his role is absolutely amazing. So players to trade and trade for on the other side, the full list. I've got about five or six really, really good ones. Some of them may be relatively obvious, but there are good, by low options here. We'll talk about that on that other side. But first, most people think sports betting is about picking winners. Ungambled is built on a different idea match betting and arbitrage. I did fail to mention that our guy Steven O'Rourke of fantasy points data is currently in the data mining room looking for some statistical gems, some data nuggets for week four. So he is coming up in about 15 minutes, but on the other side, Velo, Selhigh, we're all about it here. Early in the week that is next here on this Tuesday edition of Prop Points on Vison. You keep control so the job keeps moving because when schedules tighten, trade overlap. Control is what keeps chaos from taking over. Pros no control helps prevent problems before they start. This Tuesday edition of Prop Points continues right now on Vison. We sprinkle in Fantasy hashtag analysis on a Tuesday, a perfect day, to start looking at some by-low sell high candidates, always looking forward, always understanding role, mitigating circumstances that may be preventing a player from producing that are a little more so temporary. Let's start off with some by-low, and sometimes these are fairly obvious. I try not to be that obvious. Sometimes they're so obvious that we just kind of mentioned at passing like Drake London last week. And full disclosure, I probably should have had him here last week. This guy I'm going to pop out now, Jeremiah Love. Probably should have been on here last week. He looks like he's starting to feel a little bit more like himself. What's it been five weeks since the ankle injury? He had a very strong 22.8 expected fantasy points in week three his overall usage. Right now it's it's still right there is like a borderline,
RB1, Tyler Algier, still running a few more routes. Then Love, he ran six routes compared to Love's two on third down last week. But I don't know if I don't think that will stick because obviously Love is still learning on the job while working through an ankle injury. And that's kind of one of the last situations, environments where a veteran like Algier is going to be playing over a rookie like Love. But the talent is too good to keep off the field. He is in a lead receiving back. So I do think he'll start getting more and more snaps on third down and in passing situations over the solid Tyler Algier. We will probably get to see Carson Beck at some point. But overall they're hanging in there. The coaching staff in Arizona is off to a pretty darn good start. The vibes have been pretty good all summer. All things considered and Jacobi Berset were back where we were last year.
Professional quarterback, not bad at all. They have a viable offense. The defense is relatively scrappy. So I think Jeremiah Love, I think we're looking pretty good here going forward. Next up, this is a better selection. It might be fairly easy or obvious. But by Ashton Gentie hasn't hit 13 fantasy points in his last two games. So it's been a little frustrating. Maybe the ankle is still bothering him just a little bit, of course. But the usage is absolutely elite. He ranks second and expected fantasy points per game. That's only behind Jameer Gibbs. He ranks ninth worst among 42 qualifying running backs in yards per carry average. So the offensive line and or the ankle injury, probably holding him back just a little bit. But I would expect both situations to improve, especially since the passing attack
got a big time jolt of life from Brock Bauer's. And Kirk Cousins is performing at a very, very high level. So I think we should view Ashton Gentie as an easy top 10 running back, trade from while the value is suppressed just a little bit. I think he's probably a blow up game or two away from seeing a massive spike in his perceived value. And I think we could probably say the same thing about Chase Brown. He does have to deal with Somaj P. Ron on third down. P. Ron is very good in past protection. P. Ron could also, of course, vulture a short yardage touchdown at any given time. But I think the biggest problem with Chase Brown is that the Bengals have reached inside the 10 yard line on just four of their 30 drives this year, 13.3% that is the seventh fewest. So I do believe that his touchdown opportunities have been minimal and we should get some regression. He was also a little bit of a slow starter last year.
Next up is a guy that I was very, very high on. And it's been a little frustrating, but man, Zay Flowers is unbelievable here in terms of the role. I think it's entirely possible if flowers does not get hurt that we're looking at basically the AFC's version of JSN because he is the only game in town. He's run just 25 routes this season. And he has gone off for 10 catches for 234 yards and a touchdown, his 27% target share, his 36% first read target share mean he is a league winner if he and Lamar Jackson are healthy. Oh, by the way, Lamar has not really running as much, but he's throwing darts out there so far this year in the new offense. So Zay Flowers looks borderline unstoppable. Next up, I'm gonna go to another guy I was high on this summer, DJ Moore. I actually did think going into week three that Dalton concade had really, really emerged
and it looked like a blow up season for Dalton concade, but he had an ugly game last week. We lost that prop. He had that fumble. Meanwhile, Moore, his volume hasn't been great, but we are talking about his first three games here with Josh Allen. He's also been dealing with the shoulder injury, but he's producing his 16.8 fantasy points per game, clear evidence that he's been elevated by Josh Allen. Two games with a 70% root share or greater more leads to team in targets, first read targets, ariard share. So with that role and Josh Allen, balling per usual, he does look like in the lead wide receiver to me. I've been waiting on George Pickens because I'm noticing the schematic matchups have been really good for CD-LAM the last couple of weeks. George did have a pretty solid game in week number three, but it's a good time to buy low for sure. They both have 35 targets, but LAM with the optimal coverage matchups
absolutely out producing him, but it's only a matter of time until George has a blow up game. Keep in mind, the Cowboys are the most pass happy offense in the league so far, plus 8.9% pass rate over expectation. Next up, this one is a little bit on the low end, but I got a, I got a like Casey Concepts-A-Yah, I think he's a good player. Last week was a little ugly, and I know that Denzel Boston, the fellow rookie, has been a lot more flashy, but I do like Concepts-A-Yah's role 10 yards and in. De Shon Watson is throwing a ton of short passes. He did still have nine looks last week, granted all but three of them were catchable, so there's not a lot of upside, but he'll get some carries, he'll get a ton of design targets in the line of scrimmage, so he could certainly start heating up here, start making some plays. I also thank really highly of Sammy LaPorta, who is out targeted, Jamison Williams 68 to 59 over their last 12 games together,
his usage has been very, very positive. Top five, an expected fantasy points, a route chair, end zone targets, so he looks to me like a borderline elite, tight end one, quickly some sell high guys. I'm not a bow next person, I know he'll have some good games, but if you want to avoid further headaches, I'd have no problem shipping him off. You just don't know what he's going to do, and maybe the ankle issue, all that, the serious injury last year, is preventing him from running, because his career average going into this year was 23.1 rushing yards per game. A man only has 15 yards rushing through three games, and his 70% catchable throw rate, only 30th, among 37 qualifying quarterbacks, so he's still a week to week proposition. Bucky Irving is obviously in trouble, with Baker Mayfield out for a while, an undrafted free agent, Jalen Daniels, starting for multiple weeks. We did say last week when they were playing from way behind,
now maybe Bucky had some sort of injury, but the other answer or explanation is that they obviously trust Ken again, well a lot more in past protection, and that was highly needed against the Minnesota Vikings. So Bucky Irvings looked great, his usage has been good, but without Baker Mayfield, I think it's certainly a good sell high. And then Jordan Addison, he did have a good game last week, but I don't think they can support two fantasy wild receivers, quite frankly, with Kyler Murray and a week or quarterback situation. I do believe an Edict has been handed down to get JJ the ball. We saw that early in the game, so I had no problem trading and selling high on Mr. Jordan Addison. And then also, Ray Shee Rice, his performance in week three was encouraging. I did like him though, last week. I had him at wide receiver 10. I'm not convinced that the PPR scam that he's had over the last couple of years, went healthy, those high percentage throws
against zone over the middle, and the 10 yards and in and all that. I'm not convinced that's back because they're going to run the ball a lot. Travis Kelsey looks two to three years younger that he did last year. So again, I would be more than fine, selling high a little bit on Ray Shee Rice, whose game is pretty darn sloppy out there this year and dating to last year. Also, Quentin Johnson, I mean, granted, you're not going to get much for him, but we're going to talk about Trey Harris because I think it's time for the chargers to start playing Trey Harris over Quentin Johnson, who had another bad drop this past week. He has struggles catching the football and that's a real problem. And then Jake Ferguson, nothing against Jake Ferguson. They are throwing it a lot, but he is pretty much touchdown dependent boomerbuss. This is all about pickings in LAM. So on the heels of a pretty good game for Jake Ferguson, I would have no qualms selling high on Mr. Ferguson. And then one more leftover cast off. I mean, you don't want to sell too low on Malik neighbors,
but if I could get something decent for Malik neighbors who looks to be a shell of himself, I would. Steven O'Rourke, Fantasy Points data, puts a week forward nuggets coming out to the next on a Tuesday edition of Prop Points. You're watching Prop Points with the guru himself, John Hansen, on Vienn, the SportsBetting Network. Welcome back to this Tuesday edition of Prop Points here on Vieson. I'm John Hansen. We go directly to the Progressive Guest Lines. Steven O'Rourke, Senior Film Analyst over at Fantasy Points on X at Call Me, Steve O'Rourke, seven, he has already a rock and roll. And I feel pretty good about a lot of these calls here.
Steve, let's start with Garrett Wilson, big game last week up against a bare defense that is despite what we saw last night. Quite vulnerable. Jalen Johnson has not had a very good season thus far. He was all over Devante Smith on that 30-yard grab down the right sideline last night. But Garrett Wilson, looking good here, what do you see? Yeah, the bears are an opportunistic defense. They're pretty much the credence of what they do is like trying to cause chaos, trying to force turnovers. And what they do is they run a lot of man coverage. And Garrett Wilson has been really good against man coverage this year. He's only seen it a little bit like a couple of times, but during, you know, against the Lions, he kind of said he separated really well against them. He's been targeted 50% of the time when he runs around against man coverage. And I think that speaks to what Garrett Wilson has and always has been. And I think it continues against Chicago. Chino has been playing really well. And Garrett Wilson is one of the best for our runners
in the NFL and I expect him to get open early and often and kind of be the, continue to be the full good point of that passing offense. Yeah, I'm looking to see if there's a line on that one. And there is not, yeah, at least on draft Kings. We can move on to Brenton Strange up against Cincinnati. Obviously, Dalton Schultz went ballistic against them back in week two. Pat Fryer and Muth, not so much in week three. But I definitely think that Brenton Strange is due. They're not really using Brian Thomas Jr. all that much. Definitely not using them in two wide receivers set. So Brenton Strange against Cincinnati. Yeah, unfortunately for Brian Thomas Jr. it looks like Josh Cameron's certain to eat into those routes. And it just feels like it's kind of moving on its way out. It's disappointing. But with the Bengals, with the Bengals defense this week, I mean, all last year they were susceptible against inline tight, inline receivers.
Like you said, they show up against Schultz this year. They've given up in 11.1 yards per attempt against inline targets. They've seen almost 20 inline targets this year, which is right near the top of the NFL. Brenton Strange hasn't been super involved in this offense. He only has a 12% target share. And I think that is more product of Chico Emyers in part in watching and doing really well. But I think that the Bengals defense is going to do really well against the Jaguars runoff offense. And I think they're going to have to prioritize using strange over the middle, short and intermediate to stretch the scenes and kind of widen those linebackers to get more room for that run game to keep that offense on pace. So I think Brenton Strange becomes more involved in the offense this week. Back to his line probably sits somewhere right around 30 or under 30 yards. So I think that he'll be he'll see a higher target share this week. And I think it'll produce a good amount of yards. I'm noticing and we're talking with Stephen O'Rourke of Fantasy Points data at Call Me Steve O'Rourke 7 on X. I'm noticing here that my man Harold Fanon,
I've won two weeks at a row on catch total props. I believe not actually the week before it was yardage last week it was catch, but Fan has been great. I noticed that number is up to 41.5. So maybe we pivot over to Denzel Boston. I see this on draft Kings. That's a very doable number. 33.5 he could get that in one play. No Joey Porter for the Steelers. What are you saying with Boston? Yeah, he has the shot Watson spread the ball pretty well against two high coverage and the Steelers have been leading into two high a little bit more often this year running at 53.8% of the time. But when they've run two high they're giving up 0.66 EPA per drop back. And despite Boston having kind of an equal target share, what is an equal is that he's averaging four yards per out run against two high coverage. And that's because of his ability to win at the intermediate level of the field and middle of the field, which is pretty pretty much where to high becomes susceptible is right.
You know, those intermediate areas below the safety is over top of the linebackers. And then also on the outside winning against the deep safety with a corner underneath. And that's where Boston excels. I think his separation metrics have been really well. And I think it have been really good. And I think they kind of get him involved early in often because I think with how involved Fanon has been, I would expect that Steelers defense to be a little bit more aggressive with him. And that kind of I think that'll leave them open to some more, like, you know, 15, 20 yard passes, which is where Boston is right in a sweet spot because against two high coverage. I think he's averaging right around an eight out of like 18 or 19. So I think this is a good week for him to get involved more and to win on the intermediate level of the field. Probably also a good week to trade for Jeremiah Love, whose value will likely spike after week four, because he's up against the giants. And last week, the usage was a very positive. What are you saying with Jeremiah Love this week?
Yeah, Jeremiah Love, you know, it hasn't been amazing. He's averaging just 3.9 yards per carry. 56% of his runs have come on, man, gap constant runs. He's averaging about 3.91 yards per carry. So right around his average. And he has a 1.66 yards per four contact per attempt. So a lot of it is that he hasn't been able to really get the engine going what he excelled with in college. This is a ability to get to the second level, make guys miss, and then, you know, have big runs from there. And we haven't seen that yet. He has just a 2.6% explosive run rate. But going against the giants this week, who, you know, they're now down Brian Burns. So that just makes the defensive line just a little bit more susceptible. And even with Brian Burns, they were allowing the second most yards per four contact per attempt in the NFL. They were allowing around 2.2 yards per four contact. And they also allow 5.59 yards per contact on man, gap concepts runs, and a 62.5% success rate. I think Jeremiah Love has his, you know, first breakout game this week.
I think this is like lines up for the Cardinals to finally not be in a like super behind super pass heavy script. I think this allows them to lean into the run a little bit more. And I think that Jeremiah Love becomes the, becomes the focal point of the office this week. And then the last one here, and this is tricky. I could see my man running for 100 or 10. That is Malik Willis up against Minnesota. Obviously, the Vikings are going to bring pressure. I do think they're probably vulnerable if you can get pass that first, second level, because they are so aggressive with the pressure that maybe Malik Willis takes off and run. And it runs like far as gump out there for a long, long run. What do you think against Minnesota for Malik Willis? Yeah, I kind of see the same thing I'm going with. I think it's going to end up working out for him and that he is going to look to take off a little bit more. He has 12 scrambles this year, which leads the NFL
in 10 of those 12 scrambles have come when he's pressured. Minnesota, they like to show a lot of exotic looks. They like to get a lot of guys lined up across the line of scrimmage, you know, mugging up their linebackers, getting 70 guys on the line of scrimmage. I think with how they're able to bring pressure, that the Miami offensive line has been below average at best. And the Vikings ask a lot of the quarterback and bass protection to figure things out and diagnose who is coming. I don't know if that is a strong point of Malik Willis' game. But I think that because of that, it will look to run more because I just don't know if they have the receivers right now to do the work and make the quick throws work as often. I think Malik Willis gets a little bit skittish and just looks to take off a little bit more. And I think his legs become more of the equipment. I think we lost his audio there, our guy, Stephen Arork.
So that's a second time that's happened. So I don't know what is going on, but he got all his points out what I was going to ask him, unfortunately, is about, here's a total that I really like. Stephen Arork is out of Detroit. He is a Lions fan and Detroit at Carolina. The Carolina Panthers have the worst run defense in football thus far. And they just lost JC Horn. So I'm looking at this Detroit at Carolina game with Bryce Young. They're throwing the ball more now. They're like top eight in pass rate over expectation. It looks like Jalen Coker is going to be potentially available. Darren Waller has been absolutely balling. You still have Tett Mcmillan. So Detroit at Carolina, over 50.5, I feel very, very good about that. The only way I think this does not hit is if Jameer Gibbs just completely dominates
and runs for like 180 yards and a couple of touchdowns and they just run the ball up and down the field, which is very possible. But I do like the fact that Bryce Young is throwing a lot. He's throwing it well. He's kind of arrived. So I think we're starting. We're looking at overs with the Detroit Lions, who by the way, give up the most passing yards in the national football league. So I think that one there really stood out to me. So we didn't get a chance to ask even a work about it. But I know 50.5 seems like a pretty high number. But this could be a game by halftime. You're like, yeah, this is not a high number. This is an absolute track make back and forth. Jared God probably going to drop another 300 yards passing unless Gibbs goes completely ballistic. But FYI, I love that Detroit, Carolina, over 50.5. When we return, we'll check in on my top 10 wave of wire pickups here on a Tuesday edition of Prop points on Vecin.
You keep control so the job keeps moving. Because when schedules tighten, trade overlap. Control is what keeps chaos from taking over. Pros, no control helps prevent problems before they start. It's about reducing uncertainty, catching small issues before they turn into safety risks. Because when everything's running right, the job moves forward and the crew stays safe. With Hilti, you have the tools, systems, and support to help keep it that way. Santa Claus is coming to town in the home depot as everything you need to launch your holiday season in style. You're watching Prop Points with the Guru himself, John Hanson. On Veecin, these sports betting network. Final segment on this Tuesday edition of Prop Points. Here on Veecin, I'm John Hanson. I'm John Hanson, fantasypoints.com. Talking fantasy in this segment. Not a great week for the waiver wire, but we do have some options oftentimes. Opportunities pop up to injuries, and that's where we start. In Miami's backfield, I'm going to give a vote of confidence to Oli Gordon over Jalen Wright. It could be a horrible committee and a horrible offense, but actually I like Oli Gordon. I think the vibes were actually pretty good on Gordon this summer. And when you look at Gordon and Jalen Wright, obviously, Oli Gordon is much more equipped to handle volume.
He had a 285 carry season a couple of years ago at Oklahoma State. And he also is hardly a zero in the passing game. Last week was the first time he ever got more than three targets in a game, and he caught three balls. He caught 68 passes, his final two seasons in college, which is not nothing. He will, of course, be touchdown dependent, and this is kind of bottom of the barrel, but I do think he'll get as much volume as he possibly can, and he'll get goal-run carries, not a zero in the passing game. Has a pretty good chance to average at least like ten points a game in PPR, which again, beggars can't be choosers if you're hurting at the running back position. But I definitely give a vote of confidence for Oli Gordon over Jalen Wright, who could seriously factor into the mix there, and he's pretty talented as well. But I like Oli Gordon a little bit more. Also, Jalen Wright was hurt and out in week three with a foot issue,
and that's usually not a good thing for running backs. Next up, I'm going to go to Jacobi Myers, I'm surprised he's still available in over 55% of Yahoo leagues. I saw a stat from our guy, Ryan Paganetti, a former analytics guy with the Philadelphia Eagles, who has been very complimentary of fantasy points data, by the way. Trevor Lawrence has been pulled with at least five minutes left in five of the Jaguars last 11 regular season games, each time leading by 20 plus. This has not happened any other time since 2000. So the Jaguars went off and stare, they're flattening people, but I don't know how much longer we can count on that. At some point, he's averaging 27 attempts per game. So at some point, they're going to be challenged. And when they are, that is really good for Jacobi Myers. Maybe even when they're not, because Jacobi Myers obviously had a very good game
last week, it's not looking good for Brian Thomas, Jr. Only a 37% snapshot. Meanwhile, Myers is the starter in two wide receiver sets. He runs a ton of routes. And clearly Trevor Lawrence likes him. I love Parker Washington. Let us down a little bit last week, but he did score. But clearly, Jacobi Myers is very desirable in a pretty high-powered offense right now. Now, Terrence Ferguson may not play in week four, but I want to roster him. He's still available in over 60% of YahooLeaks, despite the fact that he looked incredible on paper going into week number three with Pukinakua out. Basically, in some way, shape or form, I do believe that Terrence Ferguson is going to be no worse than the third receiver. I know he's a tight end, but he's basically a receiver. So if Pukinakua or Devonte Adams are out, wide receiver, of course, then I think he's their number two wide receiver,
basically, because I know Kanate, Mumfield, and Sons did pretty well last week. But Ferguson is really, really talented. He gets open down the field. He looks terrific now. Hopefully the ankle injury isn't all that much. I know the Rams like him very much. So I definitely want to park him on the bench for later on in the season. Now, if I needed immediate help, then I would turn to Darren Waller. I mean, hey, at this point, I don't care about December. Let's worry about December in December. Maybe Waller gets hurt again, can't make it through a whole season, but he's been a needle mover thus far. He is third on the team in target share. Now, it's only 10.7%. But his snaps and target numbers have gone up each week so far. Obviously, the touchdown upside is very real that he's shown that already. Jalen Coker dealing with a couple of worse injuries. I didn't realize that we might have a Bryce Young injury with the foot or ankle.
So we'll see about that. But they are throwing a lot. Can he pick it? Isn't the worst backup either, but we do need to have Bryce Young here. But I think he can offer up immediate relief for tight end star teams. Can Darren Waller next up? Now, look, if you are desperate for a run-in back for just like now, right now. I mean, move, brailleing up a couple of notches. Isaiah Davis, the third string running back, has 0.0 snaps so far. So I think this staff is clearly liking a braille in Allen. So move him up the list. If you're looking for a run-in back who's going to get 15 touches, Hall is considered weak to weak. So we're looking at one to two starts for braille and Allen, who is also not a 0 in the passing game. And obviously, if it's first and goal on top of the goal, it's going to be braille and Allen time. Next up, Kenyan Sadek. Look, he could be full's gold with Frank Reich,
who loves throwing to two, three, four tight ends. They're going to get Mason Taylor back. But then again, based on what he showed in week three, and it is a professional offense now with Frank Reich. And Gino Smith, he could be a league winner. So I don't know if he's ready for starting the line-ups, but this is a guy that needs to be added and stashed away just due to his needle-moving potential. This one next at seven on my list is Trey Tucker. He's boring. Boomer busts a little bit, but I think the bust, as the number one wide receiver, is pretty much what he put up in week three, which is four for 43, which is not great. But I've seen worse. They had to put Jack Besh. He's got a broken forearm. So Tucker, we're looking at seven to eight targets here. And of course, he's a guy that defenses would rather let him beat him than Mr. Brock Bowers. Next up, we do have a return person, a deep Mitchell,
who has been playing well with Gino Smith. Garrett Wilson obviously is the one, but AD Mitchell, as long as, well at the very least, for the time being, while Omar Cooper, the number one pick, is on IR. I feel pretty good about AJ Mitchell. It's got AD Mitchell. It's got a pretty decent floor, like seven to eight points. And if you can get into the end zone, then he's looking at the end zone. Next up, I'm going to go Malik Washington. It's confusing because the rookies Chris Bell and Caleb Douglas, they're kind of flip flopping every week. Douglas missed week three with an injury. But as I'm watching the dolphins over the last three years, or three games, Malik Washington has been the steady influence. He leads them in route percentage target share. And he actually leads them to the end zone. He's being used a lot more downfield than those manufactured touches should also ramp up with Devon HN out for the season.
That should probably result in one to two carries per game for Malik Washington. And then last but not least, on my list, one of the things that I'm going to do is take a look at the end zone and then I'm going to go to the next game. I'm going to go to the next game. I'm going to go to the next game. I'm going to go to the next game. For Malik Washington. And then last but not least on my list. And maybe I'll pop out another guy or two. Trey Harris at this point. This guy is a number two pick. And he's not like a small diminutive receiver. He can line up all over the place. So with Quentin Johnson struggling, I do believe on the heels of something of a breakout game for Trey Harris. They need a reliable player. They need a stabilizing force. That is not Quentin Johnson right now. So I would pick up Trey Harris. See what you see. He's available in 95% of Yahoo leagues. I'll throw out another name or two here at the end of the program. Do not go anywhere.
Of course coming up on the other side. Top of the hour. Money moves with Stormy Bonnetoni and Jonathan Vontobel. That is up next today. Former MLB General Manager Steve Phillips. He'll discuss his thoughts and predictions of the wild card round at Forester. It's follow the money with Mitch Moss and Pauli Howard followed by Vieson Primetime with Tim Murray and Matt humans. All right here on Vieson the sports betting network. A couple of other names here. Marcus Mariotta. If Jane Daniels is rolled out again for week number four. He's feeling pretty good. He looked pretty good. He will run. And then Greg Dullsich. He's available in like 90% of Yahoo leagues. He had a little bit of a breakout in week number three with five catches for 55 on seven targets with a very promising 70% route share. So he will also likely be needed more with Devon H&N out.
I'll also throw. Don't even know. Maybe they do go with the number three quarterback. But Tyson Badgent. I think he's good. I think he'll run a little bit. And I think he'll win from the pocket just as well almost as well. Just maybe a notch below Caleb Williams who's not that great from the pocket. So that's what I have for you on that waiver wire back tomorrow with Brent Whitefield of fantasyports.com, YBC reporter matchups. And more until then have a great night. We'll catch you in Mannyana.
