2:12But this legal action, the most high profile US-related immigration case in decades continues, Harry. In fact, that Harry and Meghan have run off back to the UK, doesn't make any difference in terms of our legal action moving forward. And I'm in no doubt, Harry, that our legal action may have played some role in the rather speedy, sudden exit of Harry and Meghan over to the UK. In fact, the King was only given about 20 days notice, frankly, with regard to the decision to return to the UK. It's all very sudden. And it's certainly my view that our legal action may have played a part in Harry's departure. After all, if it is revealed that Prince Harry lied on his US immigration application, then he would face up to five years in a federal prison or deportation or both.

3:12So this takes certainly very high for Prince Harry. And of course, if it subsequently revealed that Harry lied, even though he is in the UK, it would mean that he would not be allowed back into the United States. And so there are definitely further implications for Harry. I'm regardless of whether or not he has left US sort of. There are still big implications for the future of Prince Harry from this legal action. Two or an eighty-nine different documents resulting on one guy's visa would suggest that they had an unusual level of paperwork around his visa, which would imply, in my view, my journalistic twitching would suggest that actually it's more likely that strings were pulled rather than he lied. Yeah, we simply do not know exactly what happened with regard to whether or not there was in a political influence applied to get him through after his extensive use of illegal

4:16drugs. Normally, individuals are barred from entering the United States on a visa if they put on their immigration form that they have taken in illegal drugs. The alternative is the possibility of the Harry lied on his application, which would be a federal criminal offense. But either way, we're talking about a huge number of documents relating to his application, suggesting that there was a lot of complication with regard to his application to the United States. It's very unusual to have hundreds and hundreds of documents relating to an immigration application. We'll just have to see exactly what is contained in his immigration files. And we're simply calling for the release of those documents to the American people so they can judge for themselves. Simply a noble pursuit. Just just, nothing to hide, nothing to fear.
