Penn State Fraternities Linked to Cocaine Ring | Harrisburg News

Penn State is reeling after Attorney General Dave Sunday exposed a massive drug trafficking ring involving 13 students and two fraternities, Delta Upsilon and Sigma Chi. Operating between 2023 and 2024, the operation saw members regularly travel to Philly and NYC to acquire cocaine, which was then cut and packaged at off-campus fraternity houses before being sold to other students. Agostino Abbatiello and Thomas Robinson are the main suppliers facing felony charges, while others are charged with conspiracy and misuse of communication facilities. Eight additional students face misdemeanor possession charges. The investigation remains active, and Penn State has placed Delta Upsilon on interim suspension; Sigma Chi is currently unrecognized. This scandal underscores how deeply entrenched such networks can become — and what’s next for those involved.
