Overcoming Fear to Find Freedom with Eric Flynn

Today’s guest is Eric Flynn. Seven years ago Eric went into a detox center in Texas, homeless and with near zero life skills. Today he owns a roofing company and helps other addicts in recovery to learn how to build skillsets to find success selling roofs and managing projects, many have gone on to buy homes and start families. Eric’s company is Stronghold Restoration and Roofing in Seabrook Texas. Eric says that the job is a perfect mix of self motivation and personal responsibility to really help people break away from the idea that you need to go punch a clock somewhere to make money.
