One Hundred Story Wind Turbine

The world's tallest wind turbine is nearing completion in Germany. Standing 300 metres tall before its blades are attached, the finished turbine will reach about 360 metres — roughly the height of a 100-storey building. The goal is to generate more electricity in areas where conventional turbines are less productive.
