About this episode

The Mets are holding onto struggling rookie pitcher Jonah Tong despite his rough season and plummeting prospect rankings, valuing his raw potential over immediate results — and any team wanting him would need to part with elite talent. With the Mets deep in rebuilding mode and the front office reluctant to trade young arms, Tong’s future looks locked in Queens for now.
