Mental Health Podcast Announcement 8th September 2024

I'm sorry everyone but unfortunately yesterday (8th September) my mental health collapsed so badly that I was unable to edit, upload and release today's podcast episode. I will try and edit as soon as possible but that really depends on my mental health. It absolutely has to be done before Thursday 12th September but it will be later than normal.

Again, I am really sorry and thank you for being patient whilst I continue to deal with the horrific mental health impact of my sexual assault.
