Right now, save instantly on a new Toyota EV with special incentive programs for first-time EV buyers and prior EV owners. Choose the sleek busy, the adventurous busy woodland or the sporty CHR. But don't wait! These special savings won't last. We make it easy. Toyota, let's go places. Ready when you are, Tuts? I'm ready to... And I'm ready to... With the best staff friends. And we're gonna go down to the river.
How I know the owner. Oh! Do you know what I quote all the time? Obviously, we were just doing a riff of Bridesmaids. One of my more probably vocal-stim-heavy movies I've ever seen. But I always quote... When he's like, okay, she's like, everyone goes to town and he's like, okay, you especially. I say you especially all the time when I'm the one who's doing something wrong. And I feel like people don't clock that. I'm a missiest, a placeiest. It's not me. Not me, I'm poor. I like it. Anyway, how are you? I'm great. I'm all tired. I had a fun weekend. Lincoln, I went to San Diego. Wales, with Jaina. You will. If you will. He had to get his hair did for his tour. So he's got his little red head back. Love. My little hot tamale. There you go. And then we hung out with his parents. Mom, we went to Dintai Fung. We had Yuzu Margs. And Nick and I went, I love San Diego. San Diego has like some of the coolest like restaurants and food scene. We went to this place called Kindred. And it's a vegan vegetarian restaurant.
You know Kindred? Did you go to the one in Little Italy? South Park. Little Italy. Yeah, I do know Kindred. Is that the place where you like, it's like I am balanced. I am. No. What is that? That's Cafe Gratitude. Oh, that's a Cafe Gratitude. Okay, wait, I've definitely been to Kindred. You're like Kindred because all it's like, it has like a cat theme and they're all like, satanic cat. Which reminds me I got you a present. It's not with me, but I ordered it while I was at Kindred. Okay. But also Kindred has a speak easy called thrown room, thrown room. If you will, this one's called thrown. This is called thrown. This is a bar called thrown. And it is like, you feel like you're in like a medieval time, me like tavern, but like really fancy and the music is like, I think I don't know how to explain it. Like what you would hear, people come dressed like they just went to renfair or something. They're wearing like armor and like one of those chain metal like head pieces. Interesting. I was very jealous. But anyway, it was great. Welcome to Disrespectfully with Katie Maloney and Dana Kathan.
Unapologetically, we're here to do what we want to do. Spilling the tea. Babe, you're going to see the power of women like, disrespectfully. And then and then yesterday, there's more. Yes, to you guys. This is big. I said, I said your video. I saw the blue angels. They were doing an air show. Okay, it wasn't air show. It was like, are they just passing through or what's happening? I was really sad that I wasn't at that air show. But when we were when we were driving to the park for her birthday party, they were flying through this guy over us. And I was freaking out. It was so cool. Katie sent me a video and I'll like sense the video and then I just see the text. So when I pull up my text, I see, oh my god. Blue like freak. And I was like, what is this? And then it's just the blue angels. But I mean, don't you feel a little a little patriotic when you see them? I feel like we're talking Mary about this. And she goes, this is the only time I feel patriotic. And again, I still feel weird about it. But yeah, 100%. I want to listen to America the beautiful. I think that's the most Republican thing about you.
I was going to ask you. That was on my notes. What is the most Republican thing about you? Mine is definitely that I love the blue angels. Yours is the blue angels. I mean, you said this to me the other day because I don't think there's a lot. But I watched Earl Meets World and I really enjoyed it. Yeah. I don't know. I mean, that's what you, the two classified as. But people wouldn't suspect that. But listen, whatever. I know a lot of people like her. I just feel like she's just, no, I get it. And the thing is, I don't really like reality TV, obviously. But I, I thought it was really entertaining. I don't know. It was such a, you know, because she went through a big breakup. And so that's a lot of the theme throughout the show. And I think there was something very endearing about that. And she, look, I like to, I like to, to know where people stand politically, obviously. But her sister was all up in the comments of someone saying she was magna. And she was like, she's definitely not her dad. Well, your family is. And that also like family. But she posted a TikTok. Like I don't even follow her. But it just came up on my thing a few months ago. I think before the show came out.
And she had gotten home from a club and was balling her eyes out. And she was like, she had seen her ex. And it was the most relatable. That is relatable. It was so relatable of being like, I love that she's taking the veil down a little bit of just being, and I think obviously when someone is authentic online, people responded that in general. But like, how relatable is that? It was just. I remember watching her videos when, um, Alex Terce first was doing like her, like, get ready with me. And it was just like, those always like fascinated me because I just, it never occurred to me. Just sit there in my messy, disgusting room. Hungover is how talking about how, you know, you're home for Thanksgiving break. It just reminded me of a time in my life that like is a billion years ago, but, you know, good for her. I remember there was a video of her, I think the first time I remember seeing her, her and another gal. And they were doing this little like dance. And it was for where'd she go to school? Like Miami, whatever. So they're like doing a dance and there was a trend where girls would show their boyfriend the clip and then take it away and say what color were her shorts. And they'd be like, uh, uh, uh, uh, because like no one was looking at her shorts.
So I thought that was really funny. Look at that. Probably her huge knockers, I would say. We didn't say knockers more. Okay, actually speaking of breasts, I, do you know who's tits we don't talk about enough? Who? Charlie X, X. I was gonna say that. Are we right here? We're right here. We're right here. Okay, she, she has the best rags. They're nice. They're really nice. And I just don't think that people, yeah, sure, brats summer, all of her musical accomplishments. Look at those things bounce. In Iraq. You got a rack. And I like it. I think it's, yeah, I think it's a really good one. Wait, did you see the, the clip, the, the cameraman from the, by the way, did anyone know that the VMAs were happening or do that surprise? Literally all right. Okay, so Emma FaceTime me last night and was watching it. And I was like, uh, she's like, do you have it on? And I was like, no, what did you watch it on? Does MTV still exist? I don't know. Well, I was like, I sound like a boomer, but I'm like, I don't have a channel. I don't have those live streamers. I mean, I just referred to MTV as the ridiculousness channel. We talked about it. It's all they play, right?
But I just feel, I don't know. I just feel like they just came out of nowhere. And there's, I was, I was enjoying all of the stuff online today about it. And people are just like, it's like, who's who with no one cares? Like, who are all these people that were there? I don't know. I, maybe, maybe it's just me, maybe I feel like a boomer, because I don't know when these people are. But, um, there was a clip of Taylor accepting an award that they people are accusing her of buying. I don't know. Or it was a category that was created by her for her. I think they pandered Charlie X, the X, the scale. They're like, I love directing videos because of the fans and Charlie's like, and she's all of us right now. I will say for all you sub-tis out there, she did look good at the VM. You know what? She looked good. When I saw her, I thought of you, I thought that was one of the better looks I've seen of you. Yeah. And I thought her hair was cute, like a cute length and like the bangs were a blessing. That dress looked amazing. She looked great. I will say, when MFA's time me, she was like, because Emma's obviously obsessed with Taylor Swift. And she was like, okay, no, no, let's watch. She's getting her award, whatever. And we're like sitting there for a second.
I was also trying to clean my place and I go, and I'm going to hang up now. You can call me back when I'm done. And so I got off the phone with her and then she called me back. But I thought she looked great. I loved, I thought Charlie was really funny. We don't need to pick women against each other. And also, don't come from these Swifties, but like, yeah, I don't want to watch. I don't care. It's just not my wheelhouse. So I hope if you like it, I love it. It's not part of my ministry and that's okay. And that's okay. Honestly, the VMAs over the years have given us some of the best moments of all time. Several iconic Brittany moments that are really important. So many. We have the snake. We've had the Madonna Brittany Christina moment, which we don't talk about nearly enough. We don't talk about that. We have Lady Gaga tampon string, which by the way, I remember watching that performance live. And sometimes to feel something, I go on YouTube and watch it. I was like, I'm so dramatic. I was like 19 watching and being like, I get it. He's killing her. Like I understand the performance. And like it cuts to everyone's, you know, reactions. I think they do it.
That's their strong suit is cutting to reactions. Yes. Of people who are confused and not really getting it. And I was like, she was ahead of her time. I also saw a video of her with Brown hair at her first. Lala Palilo's at La Razz. Lala Palusa. Okay. She's no one knew who she was. And she was at a tiny stage with like, maybe 50 people. Just underwear in a bra and she's crushing it. And I was like, wow. Mm-hmm. Old school, though. I'm gonna do it. You see her pop up on like the hills, performing at like Lidu or something? Oh. What a time. Jigs. R-A-P. I know. Because you don't understand L-A in the 2000s that early odds there was so special. It's such a time. I'm so happy that I got to experience those clubs and that time in like, you know, 2006, 2007 up until like maybe 2010 and then things started to get a little weird. But yeah. Wait, I mean, I moved here in 2018. So it was definitely like after the Gatsby era, I would say. Yeah. You. Wait, speaking of Lady Gaga and MTV, do you remember when she was on the show Boiling Point?
What is Boiling Point? You're so young, Cassie. Have you ever heard of Boiling Point? No, I have not. Cassie was born. Okay, so there was a show called Boiling Point where they would do is a prank show where they would try to piss someone off and get like, escalate. I can't believe you don't remember. So I feel like it's going to unlock something for you. And it would escalate and escalate and escalate. You and I would be terrible at that show. We'd be throwing a fucking chair like immediately. I don't have any patience. No, no, we would not be we would be doing jail time Boiling Point. So I'm glad that, you know, I wasn't around at that time. But I remember she was. People found it obviously after she blew up and back when she had brown hair. And she was just she was eating a salad somewhere. I know that there are people kicking their feet right now listening to this that remember. And I can't remember what they did to her, but at a rush, they were pissing her off and she ended up failing. So they give you benchmarks you have to get past and then you don't know. And then they like tell you obviously you're on the show and then have to sign a release after I'm sure. But you don't know you're on it. So what happened to you, Heta Salad? And then she's coming. Because they were like, fucking with her order or something like kept coming up to her. I can't remember what the exact scenario was.
But I will circle back on this. I'm going to do actually a Boiling Point deep dive. But then when it came out like she's a she's a Thesbian, she's actually a classically trained artist. So she came out, she knew the business. She knew what it meant to be a pop star with the wigs and all the thing like her hair bows. So people were like trying to have a gotcha moment of like, this is Gaga with her, you know, she's a brunette wearing, she didn't know she was going to be on TV and you're allowed to have brown hair and be a star. No, what's wrong with brown hair? Literally nothing. We'd have something else to tell you. What's that? Sorry, I'm trying to keep track of all of it because we've actually, this has been titillating conversation so far this morning. Hey, I'm am amused. I am too. I haven't tried it yet, but I think the next time you me and Nick Disney head on over to DTF. I saw at dintiphone a hack someone said, do the sesame noodles with glass, but sub out with the glass noodles. Did you guys do that? No, we thought about it. Okay, we're doing that next time. It looks really good. Did it? Okay. Why didn't I think about that? We thought about it, but then we're like, let's just stick to the basics.
We, you know, every now and then we have like our like order that we get every single time we get cucumber salad, pork shallot and bow, chicken wanton, spicy wanton, sesame noodles, sometimes get the green beans. Oh, the green beans are mandatory for me. We started getting the shrimp and pork pot stickers, but as everything at DTF is so consistent to a fucking tee, the pot stickers weren't. So we haven't gotten those as much. We tried the chicken shallot and bow this time. Not as good as the pork shallot and bow is the only way to go. Yeah, so sometimes you just got to like stick to it. I did try the fried rice last time in those sessions. I mean, do you, are you a stick to it person at restaurants in general? Yes and no. I do like to try new things. I wouldn't say I'm like a creature of habit where I'm like, just constantly just repeating things. I do like to try new things, but when there's like the tried and true that you crave that you look forward to, why would I not get that? I will try new things, but I find what I like
at wherever I like it and that's all I get ever. I don't ever change it. Yeah, I mean, unless someone like, I know that's the thing is like, what if we get the Sesame Noodles and it isn't as good? Well, same calling myself aren't it because I just, I the video they looked so like. Okay, I'm down. I'm down. I also saw a video of someone at DintiFung and they were like being really dramatic. I don't know how people's like threshold for embarrassment. It's so crazy, but they were like, when you're waiting for your person to come out of surgery and there's like a guy like on the window like, looking really like they were playing like great in the out of music because they have the little people. The window that you can watch them make the, but the dumplings. Yeah, I know they love it. Making all the stuff. And then the other thing I wanted to ask you when we were talking about Alex Earl, were you a Slob kabob in your 20 like in terms of your space? Were you messy? No, I think I've kind of always been the same. Like I'll let things get to a like a point where I'm like, okay, I've been a little bit like, you know, you're busy. You're in and out. You're changing really quite quick. Like, so you like, yeah, close enough on the floor and all of that. But like, I usually get my shit together.
I'm not like neat freak. I'm not the tiniest person, but not a Slob. No, no, no, no. I feel like it would surprise you or anyone that knows me now to know this, but I was disgusting. Really? Oh my god. I just one day grew out of it. I don't know what happened. I was like, how did you, oh, I was? Because I moved into a couple of apartments ago. It was, it was just a better setup. So I just like cared more about keeping it clean. But I'll admit this right now, I was a bad roommate. Like I've, I've not had a roommate in 10 years. But I used to like leave dishes in the sink. I might put my, you could never see the floor of my bedroom. There was always shit all of it. Doesn't that surprise you? Like, because I'm very neat clean. It's always really nice now. It's always interesting. Interesting to find out who are Slobs and who are actually like the neat freaks. Because you think you know when you like just interact with a person in that work or at school or I don't know, just like casually. And then you go to their home and you're like, whoa. Because that's the thing. They all look normal. People could would never.
And also if you're just like put together whatever girl, no one, like it's just like my bad handwriting. No one would necessarily assume that of me. But it's so scary. Like my handwriting was the equivalent of how my place looked. All the time. When you're like a type A person. So that's, that's really. Oh, I was like dishes in the bedroom. Like I was gross. Actually speaking, I had the thrill of a lifetime yesterday. Can I tell you something? Yes. It was very hungover. I had yesterday was remembering how. You and I really did a big one this weekend again. You guys do a big one like every weekend. I feel like you say you don't. No, we don't. We don't. And we're, I've probably seen you do. We don't. They do. We don't. I love you guys, but you say we don't. But I will say this is like, yeah, we just, we the night started with bowling and then we were having a dance party. So who knows what happened? Where'd you go? Where were you dancing? Okay, we went to El Condor, which I thought closed down, but apparently our friend was DJing there. Oh, so we went to El Condor. I just couldn't figure out. I was like, why does this place look so familiar? El Condor. I'd actually never been there at night for a geeky, but our friend, so it's not closing.
It was supposed to close my heart. It is in like a month. I don't totally know what's going on, but shout out to my friend Seth, who has apparently listened to this podcast a few times. He's so, so sweet, but he was DJing. We were having the time of our lives. The next day, I agreed to go to a park with a bunch of people and Seth texted me and he'd like sent me the location and the time and I just texted him back and I was like, I love you so much. I'm so sorry. I'm not able to do that. So, and he was like, no, I can't believe that I thought I was going to, but... Like that was a different day now. No, that was, and he'd probably the time looked at me like this. And then the next year, I knew you weren't going to go to a park. So I was bedridden. Victorian child struggling with typhoid. He's not doing well yesterday. I ordered myself. Here's what's bizarre. I hate eggs. I hate scrambled eggs. And I hate breakfast burritos. I got that breakfast burrito from Jones again. Oh, what are you talking about? Because it was so good. I ate it in bed. I'm not normally in bed eater. It kind of creeps me out. But I'm a bed eater. Oh, I'm, again, because of like the neatness policy that I have. I threw a movie on TV.
I ate it and I was living. I was thriving. I mean, like, I'm like a sit-up at the almost like get myself to the end of the bed sort of thing. No, I set, I put a pillow behind me so I could sit up like I was hospitalized. I'm like coming out of the ICU. I'm just eating. It was so good. And then I got a cupcake that was kind of wack. But any who eating in bed occasionally, I would definitely recommend. Oh, daddy. Daddy. Can I give you two circlebacks and let's do some daddy? Yes. Number one circleback. I'm sure everyone is on pins and needles. I did go get all of Garda in the other day. Speaking of living and it was the fucking best. I was dying to know. The other circleback I have is an embarrassing, but shouldn't be. Oh. When you're with someone at a bar and they're like, oh, let me go grab the drinks, hold the seat. But then the bartender is taking a really long time. So you guys are just standing there kind of looking at each other for a cross the face. And you're like, oh, and it's like taking a while. And then you're, because you want to go stand with them to keep them company. But then you have to protect the seat. Yeah. So it's like that, the tension of waiting for the bartender
to attend to the other person. Do you know what's also embarrassing? When you pull up to like a restaurant and there's a bunch of people outside and you have to get out of an Uber in front of them. Oh, absolutely. I hate that. I'm like drive down the block. I don't want to, because I don't like, I don't know why everyone has like, watch you get out of the car. It's as if like they're expecting the president to show up. Yeah, I don't want you to see my car. I got here on a broomstick. That's what I want you to think. So no, I don't, I don't, I hate that too. I don't know why. I just with that the other day went to Kendra and we pulled up and there was like a bunch of people standing on the corner. I'm like, I feel intimidated and embarrassed. But I did it. You did it. You did it. I'm proud of you. Who's on your daddy list? Um, oh, this is a good one. Okay. I don't know if I've done it before, but brush, bed, sheets. Oh, we've done. You make your bed, then later on you get into it. It feels incredible. There's nothing else that feels like that. You kick your feet a little bit. I've definitely put this on the bed this before, but like man, oh man, that is nice. And also like a fresh towel. It's so fluffy. Ah, it's so fluffy.
I'm gonna die. And I'll put the blue angels on again, because daddy. No, it's diving at the speed like Nick, his car is like the whole ceiling is glass, you know? Like a watch it. Even better. But yeah, man, that was crazy. It's, I mean, when you think about it, how trained those pilots are, the way that their wings are like barely almost touching, like they're like overlapped and like the distance between the planes, my brain doesn't work that way. Also warm nuts. There's a joke to be made there, but I'm keep going, why were you going to plane recently? Was this last night with me? When we went to from room, there's an option to get like nuts and seeds. I feel like a little bird, but like there's just something about a hot nut. Oh, I love a hot, and especially at a restaurant, because it's so unexpected. When you're on an airplane, it's kind of expected. Oh my god, I cannot. I'm not. I'm like a little tip monk. I feel like I was with you somewhere recently. They had a warm nuts and like, and all the thing they just brought out, and they brought refills. And it was like so good. I wish I could remember where that was.
No. Do you, I say, when I say recently, I'm being fake always. I'm not in the last of a year. It, that could be between now and 2010, when I'm saying recent. Oh, okay. That was at some point between now and 2010 that I was with you when we had this, but I wish I could remember, because it was really good. Yeah, can we get more warm nuts on the menus? Thank you. Yeah, I would love that. I have two. Number one, I did just say it, but if you are in Los Angeles, Jones on third, there's also one in studio city. Are there certainly two locations? We ho and... I think that I know. The breakfast burrito, I got it with chicken apple sausage. It comes with this, like, tomatillo salsa, that it rocked, it truly rocks my shit. So, recommend that. But also, unfortunately, I get this like crazy hyper fixation thing that I just eat the same thing forever. And, you know, probably get sick of it. You got to try the one from Great White. You were saying that the other day. It's so good. I love the breakfast burrito. Fuck yeah. Then, I'm going to put it, Mary. Nick's mom,
because Katie sent me the cute... She's so... His parents are... I haven't met his dad yet, but I just know that they're both so sweet and supportive, but she was wearing a disrespectfully shirt with me and Katie's face on her boobs. And it's something about her hat. Yeah. And then, every time I see her, she's literally either in something about her something, sleeping with sirens merch, or disrespectly. I'm like, you're... Yeah. You're such a sweet supportive queen. She is. Thank you, Mary. There's a panic that hits when you call your pet's name, and they don't come back. With fall and the holidays coming, there are certain comfort foods I don't want to give up just because I'm trying to be more mindful about what I'm eating. That's where hero bread comes in. They make sliced bread, bagels, tortillas, and noodles that make it easy to make swaps that fit your macros without giving up foods you love. The taste and texture really surprised me. Every time I clean up my closet, I find clothes I really like that I just never wear. That's why Vinted is so appealing. Vinted is a secondhand marketplace app that makes it easy to sell the clothes you no longer wear and give them a second life. I finally cleaned out my closet for fall season
and listing things on Vinted was so quick and simple. You put up your item and once it sells, you're good to ship. And there are no seller fees, so you keep everything you earn. The Vinted app is also free to download, so it's easy to just start listing things that are sitting in your closet. I also like that it makes finally cleaning out a closet feel like a win. You're getting things out of your way. So I'm going to get something they want and you can make some extra money from the clothes you weren't wearing anyway. Give your clothes a second life with Vinted. Download the Vinted app for free to start selling with no seller fees, so you keep everything you earn. Okay, there's a gal on TikTok called Baked by Melissa. It is her third pinned video. It has 42 million views. It's this salad. It looks like Pico de Gaio doesn't matter. But it's Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, cassava, olives, the green olives. It's very important you get the actual ones because I've done it now with canned and then the actual ones that are in your creatures. All of them. Green olives, tomatoes, and red onion.
She does. I've been doing it the way she does it. You know what's the little grating, grating, a fresh garlic into it is important. A thuck ton of salt, the dressing is just one and a half lemons. I do too though because I like it really lemony and some olive oil. I made this twice this weekend. It makes like a good portion. So when you do like with a chip, you can dip it. Yes, but I actually didn't scoop it in anything. I just, I've been just putting it in a bowl. I'm mostly eating it out. I like a little ferret. I keep going back to the fridge and opening it and just eating it out of the bowl that I have it in. Yeah, I'm sure it gets better over the days. Oh yeah. Let's put that in the, in the daddulous also, salads that get better with time. I have so many salads that I want to have saved that I need to make. I've actually been, I've been starting to cook again, lately. So, and I mean, this is just chopping, but it takes a little bit of, it's a little bit of an effort because you have to really finely chop everything. But it's like kind of fun to work on your chopping skills. And then you have this beautiful, gorgeous thing that just gets better with time and you're so happy to see your fridge.
You're not just watering thinking about it. No, it's still. Well, if you make anything that you need someone to eat, I don't know. I thought you, yeah, I've been, because on TikTok, I have so many things that they're mostly recipes saved that I just wasn't using. And then I've been making them and it's been a, it's been a real treat. Do you know what? I have another thing for my daddy list. What? It is not a salad, but cinnamon. Okay, where's this coming from? My brain. I love everything cinnamon, cinnamon gums, cinnamon candles, cinnamon treats, cinnamon in my coffee, cinnamon on everything. You're like green eggs and ham, but do you think, I do, I think cinnamon is much more superior, everything than pumpkin spice. Oh, we've talked about. Yeah, absolutely. I would agree. I'm going to write a whole dissertation on why pumpkin spice ain't all that. I don't really get anything pumpkin spice. I know it's already the season, it's already in season and shit. It's just not really my thing. I love pumpkin pie. We're like a pumpkin, I know, I know. Pumpkin pie. But I don't like how everything suddenly becomes pumpkin spice. It's kind of gross. Yeah, I'll go for a pumpkin cookie, usually when there's chocolate chips in it.
But yeah, pumpkin pie is disgusting. And I like that now, a new seasonal treat is the cinnamon bun flavor stuff. Do you know what I'm looking for, too? That I haven't had in a while. What? Hot toddy. Hot toddy season, just a little whiskey, bourbon of choice, hot water, lemon, a little bit of honey, and a cinnamon stick. I'm still in my bourbon area. You are exclusively ordering paper planes. I know, they're so good though. They're really good. Yeah, I had, and then I had two, one and a half old fashions the other night and I was hampered, but were you? It was the doom, they were so strong, they were so, so strong. But yeah, I know, a paper plane is so good. Paper plane for anyone that doesn't know is bourbon, like a amaro, it's like an aparaty, um, aparol, and lemon. Delicious. Or sometimes they do peach or something, you know, some kind of citrusy, and it's delicious. I've gotten it with Katie a couple of times recently. It kind of reminds me of a Cosmo. Sort of. Yeah, it's, it's a, like a bourbon Cosmo.
Delicious. It's like one of the, it's like a classic drink along with like, you know, like any bar will know how to make it. If they're like a trained bartender, they know what a paper plane is. Right. You have just been saying it off the cuff and people know, you know, except for that girl, a great wife, she was mad. So we end do that. I'm like, well, why? We don't have bourbon. Okay, well, I don't know why, what's with the hostility? She was a little hostile. I don't know, I thought she was going to hit you. She really was. She was kind of scary. And then when we asked her if we could, if the kitchen was able to split a plate, because that's very, very common, so that's a very, very question. No. I thought she was going to rub my nose in it like a dog. Yeah, she's on the basement. She's the basement. Yeah, she definitely. I was like, okay, someone, I'm not the cop. Slipping her chair. She put, she, when I asked her, like, just put the plate, it was like a real, real thing. Mm-hmm. Can we switch gears? Yeah. Talk about the diesel. Oh my god. Oh my god. Because what was going on? Give them an explanation. It was New York Fashion Week. And diesel decided to throw like the horniest fashion show I've ever seen.
But the thing is it was, I think they were all like hired actors that were sitting in the audience just making out and rubbing on each other. And it was incredible. This is the kind of like, sluddiness and Yes. From a skewty that way, are really trying to promote here. Right. Like more of that in public. Make people feel uncomfortable because you're, have your tongues shown down each other's throat. Like I'm here for that. I don't know. I just, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it. I watched it a couple times. It reminded me of, okay, this is a random, because I know there are other shows that I feel like I've seen something similar to. But in season two of True Blood specifically, I think her name is Mary, the character. She's like this like demonic something creature, but she does this like vibrating thing. And then everyone starts fucking and is like making out and crazy. And that's what it reminded me of. And there was every type of couple you could imagine. And people were, you could see the reactions of everyone around being like, what is going on. But I personally loved it. I thought it was great. Look it up if you haven't, if you don't know, we're talking about, but it was incredible.
In terms of fighting the, the purity culture that's happening right now, they're really doing their part. So I'd like to see more of that. I also, I'm doing my part. I recently straddle someone at a bar and was making out. And I'm like, here's the thing. I don't think that people should be doing that in general. Like, why? You know, well, like, because I mean, I have the next morning, I was like, for a gross, but I, it was like so fun and refreshing. And it was the moment of just like, truly not caring and wanting to kiss someone so much that it just like happened. But I'm like, go piss girl. Like, make out at a bar sometimes. And if you have to, if you have to straddle someone and no one seemed to really mind. So we talked about the dance, the drunk dance or make-outs with a stranger. Or somebody, you know. That's what I was going to say. Well, we're going to see, yeah, a drunk, like, it felt like the closest to that that I'd had in a while. And that's just not normal. And it wasn't even, it wasn't even like I was like, ship-faced or anything. It was just like fun. And it was like the vibe. What bar were you at? I'm not going to say it.
Just sit, then we'll take it out. Okay, bleep it, bleep it. Oh, right, wait, wait, oh, that night. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, I'm also doing my part. And I encourage everyone to join in. I do my part. I feel like I can't keep my hands off, Nick. That's true. At Disneyland. It's especially in grade. Oh my God, people are going to come for you for that and think you're being serious. But it's like, fuck them kids. Fuck them kids. Fuck them kids. Anywho, well, we love to the Kookie Diesel show. If you do have the opportunity to make out with someone at a bar and straddle them, you should definitely do it. Fuck it. Because in that moment, it was like Earth's not so bad. Well, you know, this, this is what we also mean when we say find joy, siphoning it, wherever and however you can. Oh, it was joyful. It felt so much joy. Dana's back to vague podcasting now. I know. I'll stop. But I mean, I'm just saying it was related to the Diesel show because it looked pretty similar to what I was seeing on the fact runway. Incredible. It was getting felt up in the best way.
Do you want me to tell you about the show I've been watching? Yes, I do. Did I talk about this, lovely? Did I talk about the Wonka show? You told me about it in Plotties, but we didn't tell them about it. Oh my God. It is surprisingly a very emotional show. These people cry so much. And I know like the stakes are high. It's a, we're calling it a lifetime supply of money. But I think it's about three million dollars. It's a huge prize. And people were chosen. They got a golden ticket to come to Wonka's factory and compete in the show. And they can bring a friend with them. A lot of people brought like their mom or their best friend or their boyfriend or their brother or so it's, you know, it's the closest person to them. So there's already the element. But the elimination process is kind of crazy. And because they're in pairs, it has boiled down to like, do we separate the pairs? Now people have been competing for themselves from the beginning. And the stakes are always like so incredibly high for these people. And I don't know why because it is like, it is just a show at the end of the day. But like the tears. And then I'm crying because like, you know, I'm during the Wonka show.
Yeah. Wow. The one they don't love. For obvious reasons is they did with the permission of Gene Wildeers a state get permission to recreate his voice using AI. Like I just, I know that I know that he is Wonka. And I know like even though Johnny Depp and Timothy Shalame played him, it wasn't, you know, whatever. But I feel like there's so many talented people that could do a wonderful Gene Wildeer impression. Of course there are. So why did they do that? I don't know. I don't like it. I know. I don't either. But the show itself is really good. And the finale is going to be on the 30th. But how cool would it be to be some of the works on one of these shows and you come up with like the challenges and the games that they have to do? They're always so like, and it's the same with like traders. Those challenges that they do, I'm like, how did come up with this? I don't know. That's how we all have. It's like, you win a challenge and then you get this advantage. But it's actually a curse because then like you have to pick someone to leave. And now you're an asshole. It's like constantly the target.
It's constantly moving to different people. It's hard to like stay the hero. What would your golden ticket opportunity be? Like it's candy. And you know, the actual one from back in the day, all these kids winning, you know, getting gold and ticket and they're like, oh my god. And it's actually a death. It's actually, I would say saw meets Hershey Pets, but yeah, no, it reminds me of um, squeegees games, but people like aren't dying. Right. Well, if you're turning into a giant blueberry and being rolled over room, I don't think you're having a good day perhaps. It can't be good for the organs. One of the challenges on this show was they were in the room with the edible wallpaper. The snows, Mary's. He's like snows, Mary's. And they had to uncover words that were scrambled and they had to like unscramble the words and figure out what it spelled. They had to lick all the fruits and it was, I thought the horny diesel show. This guy, like, there's people when we're posting, there's this guy hunter and they're like, he is an eater. And people are like watching it like, you know, you know, right. Yeah, I'll just, I'll leave it at that.
But yeah, um, it was disgusting. It was so gross because they were like, oh, spinning on it. Well, I mean, the whole spinning on it and then like, I know it's crazy. Sounds like a good time to me. I think that in general, like licking the walls and, you know, like, kid who's, you know, in the chocolate river, like sticking his hand in there and dirtying it up, like, yeah, we thought of that originally. But you didn't get to my question. What would your thing to be lured be? Like, what would I gain at it? Yeah, what would it be that you're like, oh, my God, I got a golden ticket. I get to go to this place that's filled with XYZ. Do you want me to start? Yeah. Okay. So, and this is truly off the cuff. Mine would be you walk in and the first room is a Shane look like contest from that one. And nice. And then the second room is every international flavor of camel crushes. So there's like a strawberry. That's kind of. There's a blueberry. There's a blueberry one from Japan. There's all the different kinds that I'm sure I have not even those two I have smoked for sure.
And then the third room, if you make it out of the first two, if you like, make out with the wrong Shane, you turn into a puddle and go into an event or something. And then, you know, if you smoke too many of the cigarettes, you float, you float to the ceiling and your head gets dropped off. Like, we don't know. Again, these like consequences weren't really fitting the right the actions that are there. And then what else do I love? Then the third room, you have to go in and recite the Matthew Perry audio book. What? You have to have this with Laurie. You'd be like, I want to go do that. Well, yeah, well, because I like to win. So I would do it because I'd be really good at it. So then we'd have that. And then the next room, filled to the room with Devon Rex's. Devon Rex kittens, everywhere as far as the I can see, every color, every iteration. Yeah, I like that. What would yours be? Okay, mine would probably be, first room is Taco Bell. All you can eat. All you can eat, you know, but we know what happens when you need too much. Right. P.O.T. But yeah, the other room would be
probably giant bed. The cozy is bed ever. Incredible. Is it a competitive nap? Yes. Yeah, nap Olympics. Bed raw Olympics. Who can say in bed the longest? They did that. Cozier did like a like who can say in bed the longest. I was like, please. Light work. Light work. I got this. Like you have to drag my cold dead body out of that bed. I didn't change venues until 8 p.m. You can't get out to pee and I'm like, no problem. I do you guys I do this on the reg. Right. Every weekend, I like do that. Right. I can lay there. Trust me, I risk UTIs because I don't want to get out of bed. So that would be part of that as well. Yeah, I don't want to be. What are the things that I love? A big bed is so good. A big bed is so good. I guess. Something to do. Some of them kind of like to watch something. What do I feel like yours would be like a skincare room. Like a Sephora type looking thing. Like you have to go through and
design the perfect skincare routine. But there's every product on planet earth. Oh my god. And then the next one would be a big closet. I like screws McDuck into a pile of face creams. And then this third from oh probably just like a bunch of butters running around. I don't like Devon Rex's butters and Gordos. Oh. Copy and paste them. Just pumping each other. Tom walks in to make them ground beef with his hands. To chew it up and spit into the ball. He still does that. I know. Oh my god. Anyway, yeah, no, I don't know. Let's just face it. It wouldn't take much to lure me into a place. Poppies and a bed. Yeah. Talk about. Yeah. Margarita's. Ooh, a Margarita room. Margarita room. Definitely. And a bourbon room. Bourbon and Margarita. And a blunt room for you. I feel like. Oh yeah. Oh my god. Have you seen that? Have you seen that the thing that people get in is a little contraption. And they. So they're all completely covered. And then they like throw a bunch of weed.
It looks like a giant like bonk. And then they vacuum it and the whole container like fills up with smoke. And they try to stay in there as long as they. That sounds terrible. But like whenever I watch it, it is a most insane thing I've ever seen. Popboxing. It's like that's a saw trap for me. See we're going into you and maybe thrive in there. I saw a girl. Ripping a cute little bubbler the other day. And I was like, you're so kind. I want to be able to do that. I want to be able to. I want to be able to. I want to get high and like it. Well, just every now, like every few years revisit. I mean, I'm telling you last time I smoked a joint, I almost had to go to the hospital. Oh, it's. What was it? It was in 2020. I feel like maybe, you know, the you know, it's kind of like how like our taste buds change every so often. Maybe your weed tolerance changes. No, I hear you, but I'm telling you this is just even I even I do. Do drugs. Dana. Do drugs. Normally, we don't have to really, you know, I was in a part of the dare program, let's say. But I. Yeah, I just know that that's just not my drug. And I wish it was. People are so cool who smoke weed in a like non-performative way.
Period. Just want to be able to get high. Damn you brain chemistry. Okay. Okay. Anyway, anyway, but also they do want to talk to you about this because I didn't know what it was. And then of course, the algorithm answers for me. The, um, what is it? The COVID something bar. Oh, in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts. What the fuck? What are your thoughts? I can explain to you what it is. I saw a compliant bar. So there's this bar. People are calling it masks. M-A-S-C-S, with masks. M-A-S-K-S. So it's a lesbian bar in Massachusetts. And they are Matt mandatory mask. Seven days a week. And then someone said that they want to have one day that it's mask optional a week. And then people are saying that that's being ableist. And there's all the things. And one of the gals was like, it came online and she was like, if you're not wearing an N95 all the time, you don't get to have an opinion on this conversation.
And I was like, no, someone in the comments was like, hey, lay low for a while. I think that it's, we've talked about this before in terms of the, the swinging of the left to right. You go too far. You end up right. It's the whole purity politics of it of expecting perfection. I think that it's, if there's still six whole days a week where it's mask mandatory. Because, and by the way, COVID did never leave. COVID is still very much around. It's, and I just got my COVID booster. I think it's, if you want to wear a mask, knock your fucking self out. Like go for it. I don't give a shit. But like, but also if it's, my whole thing about it is if there's still six days a week and then it's one day where it's mask optional but encouraged. Yes. Okay. Maybe if it doesn't work for you and your immunocompromised or whatever, maybe you're going to have to sit that one day out. That Thursday out. Like I, going every single night. I don't know, but it's, and it's also giving, there was this comedian I love and God, I forgive me. I'm, this lesbian. I'm forgetting her name right now. But she was like on a plane the other day. And made a quick video about it. And she was like, I just hate wind straights. We give them the, like we give them the ammo.
She was like, this is such a bummer to see. Because like, yeah, like this is the ridiculousness of the conversation. The overly woke shit. What are you saying? It's like the, it's like the woke Olympics. We're pretty fucking woke. So when I'm like, when you start trying to see things that don't exist, like you're the problem, you become the things that you claim to hate. I feel like there is like this also, along with that that I saw someone talking about is that this sort of psychosomatic thing has been happening inside these communities where things are running rampant that don't exist because they're incredibly hard to diagnose and people are like self-diagnosing them with these sort of ailments and problems that like, you can't call someone out for our because it's just, they're invisible diseases and things like that, that these types of things are becoming very prevalent. Like when they say like the, the, the, what was it? The plague dance or plague, back in the day. I like dance. Yeah, like where people would just dance until they like, keel over and die. Yeah, and it's, it's not real. Oh, it's like these aren't like, but they, but they're, they're psychosomatic so they, they pass it on to each other
within these like communities. Oh, God, I got it, I got it, I got it, yep. And like, I think that, that too, that effect happening. Yeah, I'm not, I don't know, I'm not anyone's doctor but it just feels like, why is this mostly only prevalent here? Yeah, if it was like a thing it'd probably be reaching to other kind of communities but it's not. I just think in general, if you still got majority of the week, six out of seven days, I think it's, it's pretty chill but whatever, man, do go, do whatever feels right. I'm just annoyed by everyone. I know, that's the thing everyone's so annoying except for us and you all, you find people listening. There's enough, there's enough things that we can put our energy into to hate. I don't think we need to invent problems, you know, I think right now with, I don't know, the Cornell 7, there's plenty of stuff to really turn that energy towards get real angry. I want to see those essays. I want to read them. I want to know what the fuck they had to say for themselves. That was deemed, you know, enough punishment.
Quick trigger warning with sexual assault. So we are actually, we're, we talk about this on the Friday episode we're kind of out of order from when we're recording but if you don't know about what's going on with the Cornell 7, they, can we, do we call it a legit like allegedly but they fucking did it intentionally got a girl intoxicated ketamine alcohol. She was incapacitated. They gang raped her for seven hours, seven, seven men. And by the way, they were, I, because I posted this yesterday because it just, I can't stop thinking about it. They sent out a Snapchat said free pussy in PU wherever that is in the house. Free pussy. They sent it to like over 30. Traction members. There's 50 men in this chat. And you know what pisses me off more than any beyond the fact number one, they gang raped this poor girl. Why did not one of you fucking do something about it? Why didn't you intervene? Why didn't you call the police? Call each other out? Because they don't, because they're, you are compliant. You are, you are complicit in that crime.
Something that I also just cannot get out of. Knowing it crime is taking place and doing nothing. It's like lying by omission. It's still lying. So they, they had to write essays. Only two of them got expelled. There's been no prison time right now. There's a civil case going on with this girl. I hope she gets whatever she gets. And the DA is opening up the investigation. She had to take prison, prison time for all seven of them. Those pieces of shit. Yeah, I think prison time, let's, let's extend that to the other people that did nothing. Yeah, and if you got that, if you, that was on your phone and you did nothing, which a lot of them did as we just discussed, fucking jail. Something that has also been haunting me. Because there's, someone's like holding it down because you know, Snapchat's just here or whatever and someone took a photo of it. And the last one, his thumb is kind of over it. So you can't totally see, but it says something along the lines of, yeah, you go in there and just whip it out. So and so did it. Yeah, let's see the essays. Anyway, by the way, actually, you know what, I'm gonna read it to you right now because I screenshot it. I'm actually gonna call him today.
And I don't, why is, why is Instagram taking down or blocking for sensitive content, people talking about this online? Like fuck you Instagram for doing that. Florence Pue did a whole thing where she wrote a whole thing and a carousel and they took it down. Yeah, it's doing. And when people have posted that on their story, it's like sensitive content. You have to like, agreed to read. Right. So I also think, so yesterday I went and commented on a TikTok of Cornell's because they have this information. So just that way, I, the president of Cornell, his name is Michael Cutlickoff and his phone number is 6072555201. His email is president at Cornell.edu. I will be calling an emailing today and I highly recommend everyone, again, this is public information. If you are feeling how we are feeling about this, which I am assuming is pretty aligned,
go ahead and give him a call, write him an email, let him know how you're feeling. The fact that they did this and it was so, I believe this happened in 2024. And it's also so common, actually, Ali, friend of the pod, Ali Jo, who we love so much, reposted like 10 years ago, a documentary and Netflix came out called The Hunting Ground and it's about sexual assault on college campuses. This has always been a thing. We, it's inepidemic, but the fact that they were just going to keep this, try and keep this quiet, fuck you. Yeah, no, they're not ruined the lives of promising young men. No, ruin them. Because this is how we end up with a president who is a, is a, a rape. Actually, a rape is, in civil court, convicted, rapist, but, you know, yeah, so, no, ruin more lives so they don't become people in charge of things. It's not, you know, all men, but it's always a man, though. Well, and I someone said recently, every woman knows a woman that has been raped and for some reason most men don't know a rapist.
Yeah, you do. What's that about? You do, though. You do. You do. You do. You just, you don't, you don't deem those things to be sexual assaults. I just think that this contributes to a larger conversation about what's happening behind closed doors, the way rape culture, the way that men talk about women, the way that they let bad behave, I mean, this is obviously so much deeper than bad behavior, but it's always pushing the goalpost, right? When there's little comments that are made in jokes, that's what rape culture is. And so, men need to be intervening and holding each other accountable. Yeah. Because we do these things with as women to protect ourselves, you know, like carry your keys in your hand, text when you get there, text when you get home, don't do this. All these things that we're aware of that these preliminary actions that we take, but then when something happens, I'm not saying we, you know, but then all of a sudden it's looked at like, okay, well, were they drunk? Or were they alone? Or what were they, it's like one of those things, like we know that these things take place, so we take measures not to fall victim to them,
but then when something inevitably does happen, all of those precautionary things that we try to do, you know, don't work out, I don't know, I don't understand. I don't understand why, you know, what made me do understand? Because look at what happens when people do come forward. Yeah, exactly. I mean, it's cyclical in that way, but yeah, the precautions we take the things that men just never think about because they don't have to. The other day I wanted to go, really wanted to go in a walk and I wanted to go to the Hollywood Resoir, but it's, I mean, there's people on it, but it's not crazy busy, like other places that we go walk and it's kind of closed in, like it's the other places we walk, I feel comfortable walking because part of it, it's a main street all the way around, so it's like not exposed in one part, but there it's like the reservoir and then there's just trees. And I don't want to go on a walk if I don't have my headphones on, but I do not feel safe enough to have my headphones on there during the day. Yeah, I'm like, this is such fucking bullshit.
I know, I want to be able to wear headphones in public and walk and I have to like be aware of my surroundings. I just want to go anywhere, not have to be super aware of my surroundings. That's exhausting. Oh, it's, oh, it's so exhausting. Someone was talking about they were like, men are like, well, what would you do if there were no men around because if you were getting attacked, you need a man to protect you and then everyone's like, I'm like, you guys, if there were no men around, those are the attackers. Yeah, statistically for the most part. If there's no men around, I'm not getting attacked. You are most likely, it's like daisy chains. When you guys, everyone went there and they were like, it's so great here. Everyone's so like friendly and safe and there's community and loving and I'm not saying like people don't want men on the planet. I'm just like, the only men are there. They were gay or dads. Yeah. I think that was it. It's just, yeah, these bullshit narratives, but we're both so sorry to that victim and victims everywhere. And I'm glad the DA, again, when we're talking about the internet and the parts of it that are dark or bad and shitty in the way that it changed our culture,
this is the number one benefit to it. The more eyes you can get on something, the more that you can put pressure on officials to hold them accountable to be doing things. But I'd like to have the essays released. And I would also like to know why there were not criminal charges brought. Yeah. What's that about? What's that about, babe? Well, because they're in the pocket, the government and local police, all the way. It's just, it's so incestuous. Yep. And they all just talk each other off. Anyway. Anyway, mommy's very angry about that. But any who to pivot from that, because just in terms of whimsy, whimsy, let's start calling it wimmy. There are two things I saw recently that I found to be so funny and amazing at what we should be doing more of. There was this guy that, there was this really high speed chase in his neighborhood going on and there was a chopper that was following it. He sprinted like 10 city blocks finding the helicopter so he could moon it on live TV.
So I don't know if we talked about that, but that was amazing. And then I saw another one where this guy pulls up because there's a street, there's these like newscasters. I don't totally know. It seemed like some sort of sporting event or something, but there was a view behind him of the street. This guy pulls up in his car, gets out of his car, runs to the back seat and opens this big ass sign that says, fuck Trump. And he runs up. I just think that as a society, we miss that opportunity because the news is changing so much and the way that they covered is changing so much. But if you had the opportunity to do something live on air, what would you do? What would your thing be? Ooh. Did you ever moon? I don't think I've ever mooned so long. No, I don't think I've ever mooned. Strieking is always a fun one. I like when people streak too. Love a streaker. Why aren't people doing that? I put bug games anymore. I don't know. Bring back streaking. Bring back streaking. We'll add that to the list. I don't think it's illegal. It's absolutely a crime, but also just like kind of a fun one. You know what? You're not hurting anyone. Bring back crimes that don't hurt anybody. People can make the argument that there could be kids
in that game, like yeah, sure, but let's just pretend everyone's over 18. It's like, what's the harm? Oh my god, this is like fucking creed from the office. If that's flashing and lock me up, the guy was just hanging brain. What's the big deal? No. No, so don't do that. Don't talk about it. Maybe put a sock on it. Yes. It's still there. Put a sock on it and get out there. Yes. The spirit is still there. The spirit of the thing is still there. I don't know that I'm going to be much of a moot. But I love the signs. I love people used to get in people's live shots. And as someone who used to, I mean, the network I was at when I used to be a reporter, I wasn't doing live shots yet. So it was like none of that mattered. But like I love when people get involved in a live shot and are annoying. The reporters trying to keep it cool. I should have more compassion because I used to do that job. But I'm like, I think it's funny. I think it's great. More of that. More, can we bring back flashing? Maybe it's because I've helped the movement of women not wearing bras. But like I love when people are throwing bras on stage at a concert. I love when they're flashing.
I love flashing. Flashings a good one. I like to flash. Yes, you do. You do that all the time. You do it at home. But let's bring in the treats. I love a flash. And especially on television. Yeah. I wasn't saying speaking of spirit. Spirit Halloween. Did you see the alt-battie that's setting up the store? No. There's a gallon of internet right now that's because we all just think that spirit pops up. Someone claps their hand and then it's there. I mean, kind of it is though. I know, I guess in a way in the cover of night, all of a sudden it's like, there's five spirits on one block. But they have to bring everything in and get it all set up. I mean, that goes out saying, but there's this like alt-battie gal that looks like exactly who I would imagine would be running a spirit Halloween. I think the itch-be-mandatory that it's alt-batties. That can be men, women. They, whoever, it's so funny watching them because there's so much goddamn inventory. And they start with these, it's like, it looks like the back rooms, right? When you first go in. Is there like one warehouse where they keep everything
per spirit? I mean, or something. It must be the biggest fucking warehouse of all time. Sure, there's multiple and then they like truck it in based on the region. But they're getting in these huge shipment of these huge trucks, right? And so like they're taking off everything, having to plan out where they put everything. But there's just so much merchandise that goes into those stores. It's actually really interesting to watch, especially when it's like a tattooed goth gal. I'm like, you look like you invented spirit Halloween in your brain. So that makes sense for me. Yeah, kind of all. So reminds me of when we were at Throne Room, everyone there, they dress like the grim reaper. It's awesome. They're wearing like cloaks, hooded, you know, stuff. They all had like facial piercing. And I was like, I'm like, do you think it's mandatory that you have to have a septum piercing or something pierced on your face? And he's like, yeah, probably. I'm like, what if they just had like a piercing in the back? They're like, we're like a little clip on. You want to come in? You got to pay to play. Hey, I told Rolly the other night actually that I was thinking about getting my septum repears and she told me no. Why? She said hard no. She was like, I don't like that. She just won't let me.
She's like, you're not doing that. Well, I think it's up to you. I know, but no, I mean, it's really up to her, but. That's good. Why? I don't know. I have to always ask her things, but yeah, I don't know because when I had it before, because I had, I was in surgery all the time and like I had a professional. You so good. I have to flip it up, but I love the, I like the circle, the circles. The infinity, the actual like the ring. The ring, the ring, the clothes ring, instead of an open one, like a horseshoe. So that's what I wanted you to do. Just like a tight little huggy. Yeah, you won't even see it. And this nose has had a job since the last time I had one. So I'm like, it's also like, I'd like to draw more attention to this investment in the middle of my face. Yeah, I think having a lip piercing you would regret, but the septum piercing is easy. Yeah, and you take it out, I mean, obviously it's in your nose like, no one noticed this, but anyway, how she said no. Well, I say yes. Okay. Thinking about it. You've got that angel in the devil on your shoulder. I say yes. Speaking of tattoos and piercings, tell us about your new tattoo. I thought it said too. It looks well, they can't see it. It's a tiger.
I know you can't see it. It looks really good. It's a tiger shadow to a tree. And at Dolorosa, she's the best. She's, she's done all of my tattoos I've got recently. And I just, I love it. Also, use numbing cream. You don't have anything to prove, especially if you have tattoos, we get it. You have tattoos, you've sat for hours and hours and hours. The numbing cream is a game changer. It makes everything such a breeze. I love it. You know when people like, tattoos don't really know how you're a liar. Why are you lying? I don't know. I just think what an incredible match. And obviously I know some people's skin reacts definitely too, because it's a vaso, something, whatever constrictors or constrictors. So it changes your skin texture, whatever. But if your artist is fine with it, or has a brand that they like, then do it. Yeah, there's no metals for suffering. We've definitely talked about that before. So see if you have like a few hours, it's one thing when you're getting a quick tattoo, that's like maybe 15 minutes of whatever. But if you're doing like multiple hours,
like this took three hours, and most of it was numbed. We decided to like, it was first gonna go this way. So I had all of this area numbed and none of this area back here. I couldn't even picture at the opposite way. Now that looks, it looks like it's on the right. Yeah, exactly. But it wasn't until I was there and like, putting the stencil on that, I was like, oh, yeah, anyway. That's the latest with me. That is the latest with you. I would say the one I have on my thigh took about three hours too, and I didn't, because I don't know, I just didn't. That's crazy that it took three hours. I think it's because the detail is such fine line, but with the shading stuff, it also Christian love you. Immersive tattoo on sunset, go see him. It's right across from Sushi Park. He's the best fine line guy in LA. He, where he's the apper because we're pals. And if you remember, if this is an OG story, but when I first met him and was getting tattooed, I was fucking around on a chair because I can't sit still, and I accidentally kicked his setup over while he was tattooing my friend. And I thought I was never gonna see him again. And I obviously I was so embarrassed.
And now we laugh, we laugh, and we laugh, and we laugh. And we laugh. But you know when you're like at an appointment and you're chatting with someone and then it, but you end up making your appointment so much longer that it needs to be because you're chatting. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, this time just like I just wanna get in and get out. Who's in your basement? My basement is, okay, you know, the seatbelt's like twisted, but it's like twisted twisted. How does that happen? We just don't know. I hate it. There's nothing, because then you know, like do I have the twist up here? Do I do the twist down here and try to move it all the way down there? I just, I am, I really fucking hate twisted seatbelt. I do too. Well, on also anything, even like overalls, like when the fabric gets turned around and you have to finesse it out, it's like, what are you doing? How do they get so, so, so twisted that like, it's twisted above, twisted bullet, like it, it's just, there's no way to untwisted. We just don't know. Someone's gotta know. Someone out there, if you're a seatbelt scientist, I'm gonna go back to it. Give me a row. I wanna know what are the physics that that thing? I understand like when people, but I just, I don't know. Anyway, who's in your basement?
Cornell University. Oh, obviously. Fuck you and the horse you wrote in on. I, DA, let's open that case. Let's get some prison sentences going. Henas, Henas, Henas disgusting. And fire all those people too. Fire, and I want the president fired. You, this happened under you on your watch and the essays fired. I sound so angry this episode. I know, I am angry though. I am angry. I've been pissed off for days now. Yeah. Because of course now my algorithm is all that and so it's just, yeah. Well, quick, quick, quick. Quick, trip back to daddy list. Did see which on TikTok, cursing them. That was cool. Oh, yeah. She had this like rotten jar of something that smelled really bad and like took a picture, the pictures of all of them and like wrote these symbols on the back of it. Like crumpled it up and put it in and like put her intentions. And I was like, queen, whimsy. Wimsy. Let's go. Okay, let's go. No, like really let's go. I think we're done with this episode. But your tattoo looks good. Thanks. Your outfit's cute. Thanks. Slay.
Slay mama's. Is that a set or the, it's a set? Oh, for people. Really cute. I know. This is a new fashion. Yeah. Oh, you just went. Love. Did you get those pants? They were looking at. I got.
