Meditation Monday: Equinox Awakening

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation to set yourself up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation throughout the week as many times as you like.

This week, we welcome the energy of the Spring Equinox - a moment of perfect balance between light and dark. In this meditation, we’ll journey inward to find that same sense of equilibrium within ourselves. You'll be invited to connect with the stirring seeds of intention that are ready to awaken and be brought to life. Let this be a moment to align with nature’s rhythm, grounding yourself in balance and possibility.❤️
