Meditation Monday: Energetic Upgrade

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

This week, we’re riding some powerful waves of energy as solar storms stir up our inner and outer worlds. As I mentioned in the Cosmic Weather Report, this is a week for deep energetic upgrades - a chance to clear, recalibrate, and align with your next level. This meditation will help you integrate these shifts, support your nervous system, and receive the upgrades your soul is ready for. Let yourself surrender, soften, and rise into more of who you’re here to be. ❤️

If you enjoy this meditation, please do like, share and subscribe - it makes such a huge difference. ❤️
