Unfortunately a lot of entrepreneurs either don't set goals at all or set unrealistic goals. Then they wonder why they're not further along in their business.


Another mistake entrepreneurs make is they wait till the end of the year to set goals for their business. 


Goal-setting is actually something you need  to do throughout the year. 


If you're waiting till the end of the year to set goals, you're already behind.


At minimum, you need to have goals established regarding... 

• How much monthly revenue you want to make in your coaching business 
• What will your coaching business look like in 1 year, 3 years, or even 5 years
• What is your plan for business growth and scalability

These are just examples of some of the basic business goals you need to establish.
