Like that guy. Give me that big old burger. Yeah. The whole youngest mess of us. Only $5.99 is whole senior. Your first game as a C.O.C. in Lumen Field. Looking for this? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Ready to go out there and show my talent. So, first time we talked, you said that the C.O.X. where your team growing up. What did you know about Lumen Field and kind of the noise before you got here? I really didn't know too much. I just always saw it on TV. But just knowing like fans love football out here, I just know it's going to be crazy. Have you played in Lumen before? Yeah, I did in 2024. Okay. Yeah, that was a, that game went the Packers way, not the C.O.X. Yeah, yeah. So, you know, you've got a backfield with a guy that's not played. And then if that was not before, you got George as well.
Anything you, you know, give Jadar and JD some advice as he gets his career started? Really just being himself. That's what got him here and just keep going. Let's keep second days. All right, last thing. So, run game, physicality is a big part of how this team identity has been formed. How do you feel like you fit into that and what kind of statement do you try to make when you're carrying the football? I really try to set the tone. And just be that guy, you know. That's just my mentality and what I try to bring to the team. Appreciate you. Good luck, Emmanuel. Thank you. Bobby, you got to say? Good, dude. How are you? Eric Sober, how was your off season, man? Off season was busy. Got a couple operations with AJ, him and I were rehab buddies, but we're doing good now, you know.
Is that like women that go to the spa together and get treatments? You guys just get operations together? Yeah, pretty much. This is a combo's on the field. And then off the field, you know, we're like, hey, you want to get surgery? I'll get surgery too. We could just hang out. You know, obviously speaking of injuries, you know, Robbie's unfortunately not going to be available this year and took a lot of the full-back reps last year. Generally, you think, you know, some of the tight ends, obviously Brady's going to play there a little bit. Some of the tight ends are going to be asked to chip in. I'm assuming as well. What's the difference for you as a tight end when you are lining up in the backfield versus, you know, attached to the line? Yeah, I mean, it's just a little different like nuance a little bit. You know, when you're like, I sewing people your pad level needs to be on point. We're naturally really tall, you know, as as wide tight ends. But it's more or less the same like in this offense, like, you know, I could be inserting on a play just like Robbie or Brady do.
It's just a it's more so like play-based, you know, so versatility is like what our room is trying to bring. Like whatever it is, we're going to ask to do out there. We're going to do it to the best of our ability. One of the biggest differences between the 49ers version of this offense and the Z-Hawk, the Columbia X version last year, is how much motion that they use. And, you know, motion especially actually on run plays is actually one of the bigger differences. So I'm curious for you, how does it change your job when you're in motion, pre-snap, like at the snap for your blocking responsibilities? Yeah, I mean, it just depends on like what the responsibility is. So if you've ever furnished a restaurant, hotel, or an office, you know the drill. Five vendors, five invoices, five delivery windows. But there's a better way to do this. Creighton Barrel Contract is a business to business program that covers three brands. You get that big old burger. Yeah. He holds endless mercs of us. Only $5.99 is cold senior. A bill for a limited time in participating restaurants, tax not included, not valid for use within a combo or in combination with any other offer or discount. Yeah, you're coming in here. Hard to make. Um, Jason Edges. Like you know what we're in, those like full speed, like blast motions, like, uh, you just want to like, find a happy time. Like, sprinting and like coming to balance so you can, uh, execute properly, essentially.
Um, but depending on the motion, it's going to like change how your technique is. So I can't give like a great answer in that respect, but uh, the motions are good. You know, it sets up our offense for different things. We can get different tells from the defense. Uh, we're all about motion too. Yeah. Last thing. The first time you're going to have suited up and got on the field in Lumen field since you guys won the Super Bowl. Uh, you looking forward to that moment? Oh, yeah, always. The end of the 12s are going to be out there strong. It's a, it's the best place to play in the national football league as a home, you know, home field advantage for sure. Appreciate you, man. Take care. Conor, a tool, man. Last time we spoke, you were, uh, looking forward to getting OTAs kicked off. And here you are, uh, on the 53, uh, congrats, man. Appreciate you. Thank you. Yeah, how did, uh, how did, you know, your vision of how training camp would go and proceed to go compared to how it actually went?
It was solid. Um, I think it's a good idea to get a good idea. You know, your vision of how training camp would go and proceed to go compared to how it actually went. It was solid. Um, you know, you have the ups and downs of camps, obviously. Um, but I think overall you look from start to finish. Uh, I've made a lot of progression in the areas that I was looking to. Um, you just got to keep, keep pushing on that early in the season. Yeah, I think when we talked, you said you had put on some weight and, and run defense. Set in the edge was a big focus point for you. Did you see that actually show up on the field? Yeah, yeah, I definitely felt a lot more comfortable in the run game. Um, just getting used to more like the NFL schemes like knowing the looks, knowing, uh, what's about to come. Uh, and then just obviously fundamentals and technique. So I mean, last year is rookie. You guys had a lot of young edges, like hanging around like Jamie and, and Jared and others guys aren't here. And so it's a little bit different than it was last year. How does that feel? Yeah, it's, it's a bittersweet. Um, you know, obviously you get to see guys like Ivy go get opportunity in Atlanta.
Uh, so that's awesome. You know, I know he's going to go out there and do his thing. Um, it's weird. It's, it's a weird business. You see guys come in and out. Um, you know, you have relationships with those guys. Um, just so see him leave stuff, but also for some of them, they're good opportunities. So you're happy for them at the same time. So what are you most looking forward to as this season kind of gets underway? Yeah, I think just, just being a lot more comfortable this year kind of, know it's coming. Uh, just kind of go out there and play free. Um, and just play football ultimately. If you could go back and talk to Conno Toul from a year ago and give him one piece of advice, what would it be? Yeah, just, uh, yeah, I saw that. Um, just slow down. Um, just slow down and go play fast. Don't worry about so many things. Just, you know, there's like one thing you gotta worry about and just fly around. Um, just take a breath relax and just go play fast. All right, congrats, man. Appreciate you. Thank you. Yes, is Angus Maximus. This partner has one pound of a pound of hot sushi cooked to honor Angus beef.
It's more beef than a quarter pounder. The burger is closed. And for only $5.99, even regular juice can afford it. Like that guy. Give me that big old burger. Yeah. He holds Angus Maximus.
