Capella University, what can't you do? Visit Capella.edu to learn more. Patrick O'Connell, first of all, how you feeling? Three games in the season. Feeling good? Obviously there's stuff we got to clean up and just stick to the process, but feeling good. Body's feeling good and mine's ready to work. So one of the things that obviously set you guys apart last year, special teams, and that's a place that you've taken a lot of pride in contributing.

What do you see that's working? What do you see? Maybe you guys wanted to do a little differently. Yeah, obviously there's stuff out there showing that we haven't been as good on kickoff. Obviously you look at the tape we haven't been. You know, there's stuff that we need to correct on there, but if you look at the tape, we're really close in certain positions. We just really need to make the tackles and just get better swarmed at the ball, honestly. More hats at the party. I mean, it's kind of a black art, special teams. People spend a lot of time studying offense and defense, but I just wanted to watch a special team's play and they don't necessarily know what went right and what went wrong. Like when you diagnose a kick coverage, what are you looking at? There's a lot of things. Honestly, first you're looking at how fast the teams get off the line. It's really important. And then you're looking at levels and the defense on that. And then you're looking at block destruction, basically. It's more like one-on-one block destruction drill and how guys are separating and tearing off and making tackles from there.

Are there adjustments that teams do the way that they do on offense and defense where they're like, okay, this is the way the C-ox cover kicks. We're going to now counter it. Or is it just basically you guys are doing the same thing and you're not quite doing it with the same results? I think it's a little bit of both. Teams kind of are who they are. We're pretty multiple in what we do and that can help us a lot and it can also, it can hurt us at times when we're not doing the things that we're supposed to do. But like we said, teams are going into the game. We know what they're going to do. And we like to be able to mix it up so we can kind of surprise teams. But like you said earlier, there's just a couple things here and there that we need to clean up. Yeah. Defensively, you know, I got admit. I was like, man, they're not going to the quarterback as much as I thought they would against the commanders. And then I look at the numbers and you guys had like the fastest time to pressure of like almost any team in the year this year. So is it coverage? Like what is what is it going to be that keeps you guys like getting to the quarterback and

getting some of these takeaways? I think teams know who we are and know what we do. They had a good game plan against us. Obviously getting the ball up pretty quick, having answers for the stuff that we had. And we're going to see that all year long. Teams are going to be putting their best foot forward when they're going against us. And they see the D line that we have, obviously. And they know all the pressures and stuff that we can bring. So it's a mixture of both. We talk about Russian coverage a lot. We need to complement each other in the front end of the back end. And then yeah, get the pressure and the ways that we can. I appreciate you, man. Thank you. So dude. So Brian, you're hard. I know. I kind of got to beat the sea off. I'm trying to get it. What's that? Jansson Dell, man. How you feeling? Your body three weeks in? Feeling good? Yeah. So obviously you guys have had kind of an uneven start on the ground. Like first game, it seemed like there were some holes opening up. And second game, you guys end up at 165 yards.

Offensive line coach gets the game ball. And then last week was a little more challenging. What are you kind of seeing in the run game right now? I think that we just got to keep attacking it. I think that they were doing some stuff that we need more practice against. And that we can be better at. So we just got to keep pounding it. We did kind of the same thing last year. We just kept going with it. So you see it more is like, hey, obviously everyone wants to control what they can control and focus on what you guys do. But there's also to your point, other teams can do what they are doing as well. So how much do you think it's you guys working on your technique versus scouting what other people are trying to do to you? I think it's more about us, honestly. I think that some of the stuff that they were doing that they kind of exposed and we just need to get better at. It can be something that teams can come in there and think that they can do and get away

with the lightness around the ball. On the flip side, I don't know, but you guys have some of the best past protection numbers in the NFL. The time to pressure is top five. Pressure rates, top five. How are you feeling like even with guys rotating at right guard, how do you feel about the past protection? Yeah, I think we had a good game. I think that there was a couple of things that we can do better and create that our numbers are good or whatever, but it doesn't really matter. So we just keep going. And those new guys next to you on the right side, how much does it change for you? Who's next to you? Oh, yeah, not much. It's seamless, I think. Our system is pretty seamless with whoever's in there. There's not different things that we do because one guy's in or another guy's in, we're doing the same stuff. So it makes it easy. How much does the O-line want to just be the unit that clears the path every single game

and is the foundation for how this offense operates? Oh, yeah. We're trying to be that every game. We want to be the group that you think of when you think of the Seahawks that are dominant and it doesn't matter what you do to us. So that's what we're trying to be. All right, appreciate you, Matt. You good? Josh Joe, man, how you doing? I'm good. So three games into the season. What do you notice in so far? How are teams trying to attack you guys? They're trying to attack us, trying to get free access on us and just run different formations from any, any on sets, trying to confuse us. Is it, are you noticing differences this year compared to last year? Is it just more of the same? You've never been one to settle. Stand down or stand still. You're a lifelong learner, energized by excellence. There's a fire inside you. You can't ignore. You've got competition to outrun, momentum to build on, and your own high standards to

meet. Stop now. Not a chance. At Capella University, we help you catch what you're chasing because you've always had the drive. Now, go earn the degree. Capella University, what can't you do? Visit Capella.edu to learn more. There's this more and there's different things that we have to approach throughout the week. So when you go up against a different team every week, obviously, and you've got different receivers that are capable of different things, how much of what you're preparing for is based on the player that you're going against? How much of it's based off of the team and their scheme and the place that they call? Based on the scheme, if they go with fast tempo, again, says, or I'm more to the bounding, so it's more based on the players on the on my end. On the play where Terry got deep, what did you see there? What's your, when you reflect on that tape and you look at the film, what do you see that you want to do to take that away? Somehow a good technique and just ball right, that's it.

That's little things. How does it feel having a Nick back there? How does it change things if it all for you? It feels a lot, you know, when we do our impressions everything. It comes a lot, a lot when he's in the game. All right, you guys looking forward to getting back out there this week in front of the home crowd? No, of course, every week we try to get better every week. Yeah, appreciate you Josh. Thanks, man. Terri Hart, man, congrats on getting a couple of catches back there in Washington. Last place you played. Yeah, and I feel good to get out there, you know, just excited to be back on the field. Yeah, so walk us through what happened on both catches. I don't know, kind of just, you know, just trusting my preparation, you know, just work hard at practice and you know, ball finds energy, so you know, just keeping the energy high, whether it as catching the ball, blocking, even on special teams. So, you know, just trying to play my role, do my part and do it to the best ability that

I could do. So, you mentioned blocking. How important is it to get on the field as a receiver in this offense to block further run? Yeah, it's very important, you know. Of course, we run the ball quite a bit and you know, just want to show my abilities go out there and block for the team, but put the team in the best position to, you know, have success. So, you know, I take a lot of kind of ability with the blocking face of the game. How are you feeling, man, after all this time getting back out there, you feeling good? Yeah, and I feel great, you know, I'm excited to be back out there. All right, so back in front of the home crowd this weekend, what do you guys need to do to kind of get back to see how it's going for all this week? You know, just go back to our roots, you know, just kind of playing like, you know, just playing like the 12s, you know, just the foundation that we built over, you know, camping all that. So, you know, we have a great approach to this week and, you know, just trying to do a back in, come together and, you know, just execute on all phases. All right, I appreciate you, man. Thank you. Cheers. Juleslox, so, am I right that last week you said that you and Sam, like you coordinate

your outfits for practice? We tried to our best, yes. How did that start? I think it's kind of just a quarterback thing. One, like, I'm not going out there and sleeves if the starting quarterbacks not wearing sleeves, like I'm not going to look like the soft one in the group. So, really, I would check. I think I said something like, really, it's a sleeves day. And you're like, are you trying to match? Yeah, we're trying to match. That's what we do. So, it kind of just became a, came a thing. All right. And then, your buddy over here, Eric Sober, got in the end zone. What did you see on that play? I'm just happy that we erased the one catch for minus 10 yards on the stat sheet from him last week. He bailed me out, or two weeks ago. He bailed me out, held up on his block way longer than he would normally have to. I turn around and I dump it to him. It was not, it was not necessary on the game plan there. So, having one catch minus 10, I mean his buddies, his buddies were hitting him up.

They had more receiving yards than him. We erased that. I think we're, what are we now, so I'll, two catches, two catches, three yards and a touchdown. Daddy, minus 10's not even there. No one even knows. Now, did your heart sink a little bit when you saw the replay, the ball loose for a second? Did you see that? No. I, I trust my life in Eric Sobertans. So, I knew it would be in his hands by the time, by the time everybody got the pile. All right. Thanks, Matt. Appreciate you. So, AJ, last week, AJ Barron, we talked last week and you said, we talked about how the Titans had me getting past, throwing their way. You said you were going to run violently. It seemed like it happened. Oh, yeah, that's what I do when I get the ball on my hands, so I just got to keep doing it. I feel good to kind of put yourself back on tape the way you know you like to be. Yeah, absolutely. So, I guess I just got to keep, keep showing up like that every time I touch the ball. Yeah, you guys had a lot of productive screens. You know, what does it take for the screen game to work properly? I think just the blocks, the past protection, and then just playing off that.

And then once you get the ball on your hands, being able to use the blockers that you have in front of you to give vertical. All right. You guys take a lot of pride in the run game and being physical there. And you've had some like great success and some less success. How much of it is like what you guys are doing and what you guys want to do better and how much of it is teams maybe doing stuff that they haven't done before? I think it's both things included us and the defense making plays. I think as the year goes on, the run games continues to show up more. I think earlier in the season, you're working some things out. And for whatever reason, I think later on in the season, it kind of picks up even more. So obviously, something we're not going to get away from and we know when we run the ball, that's when we play our best. How is the tight end room feel with you having your game and Eric Sober getting in the end zone? It's good. So you can do it. Just show up like we did when we get the ball and more opportunities should come. So we're excited about the direction our room's headed. Appreciate you, man. You've never been one to settle.

Stand down or stand still. You're a lifelong learner. Energized by excellence. There's a fire inside you. You can't ignore.
