Linda Cardellini's Awkward Bedroom Scene with Jason Bateman

0:00I'm Cory with the story, bringing you the latest in entertainment and pop culture. Linda Cardellini shared that her first scene with Jason Vaatman in the HBO series, DTF St. Louis, turned out to be an awkward bedroom moment. The dark comedy follows a love triangle amid mid-life crises, with Linda playing Carol, an accounting clerk, married to David Harbor's sign language, interpreter Floyd. Jason stars as Clark, Floyd's weatherman buddy, who gets tangled up romantically. That intimate scene was originally slated for late in the shoot, but ended up first on the schedule. Linda noted they used an intimacy coordinator, making it straightforward and professional once underway. Jason stepped in after Pedro Pascal left the project. Fans and critics have warmed to the show's mix of humor, raw emotions, and a who-done-it-twist right from the first episode where one key character turns up dead. Jason describe his role as a refreshing change from his usual sarcastic types, calling this guy sweet, simple, and eager to grow.

1:01The limited series also stars Peter Sarsgard, Richard Jenkins, and Joy Sunday, blending steamy encounters with mystery. It premiered on March 1st and earned solid marks, like 70 out of 100 on Metacritic and 6.9 on IMDB. Viewers keep tuning in for those human, uncomfortable moments that feel real and funny at the same time.
