Hey guys, it's Jack. I wanted to let you know that we're starting a new push for subscriptions here on human events daily. So make sure that when you're listening to this podcast, you hit subscribe, you download it, and you share it with five of your friends. Make sure they're all going and downloading as well because we need to get the signal out as much as possible. Look, we've done so much over the past couple of years since this show started and we're only going to do so much more. Let's get it. This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare. This is human events with your host, Jack Pesovic.

Christ is King. Clearly, Judge, we have a person who under their oath stood in front of you yesterday when you did the individual of your idea and according to this information under oath, look you in the eye and lie. That juror told you that he would be able to apply the law to the facts as you asked them. And based on this note from this juror, it clearly and unequivocally indicates that they are basically 11 to 1 and this person will not apply reasonable doubt to the evidence to return a not guilty verdict. Further raised the issue of the American with Disabilities Act. I believe that this is a situation where there is a clear and present danger that this individual for some reason, what it is we don't know, but is taking a position that's intractable. Trying to find out what it is that you're asking for.

What I'm asking for is time to file a single justice appeal for this travesty. That's what I'm asking for. So you're asking for emergency stay at this point? Yes. And the jurors don't have to come back tomorrow. They can be voted. They don't even have to come back if I lose the motion. But if I win the motion, then obviously they would have to come back Tuesday. If you want to go up and petition to the S.G.C. for a stay, I'll give you an hour before we bring the jury back down. I think it's just a request for the stay of the Declaration of the District. So I'll hold off for an hour and then we'll come back in in regards to that. All right. All right. All right. Folks, Jack Peszelbick, we are live here, human events daily, real America's voice. And of course, we are today is September 4, 2026, and on the Domestic Ladies and Gentlemen, breaking news that we have an active situation in the Lindsey Clancy trial, where there

is one man, a lone man who is the hold out. The hold out on the trial. Now, you heard the earlier news that the defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, came up in the courtroom in an extremely bizarre move. And read a note from the jury for woman stating in his view, and stating that according to the note that there is an 11 to 1 split in the jury room, and that 11 jurors wanted to vote not guilty. And that one juror has been the one holding on for now in day 7. And that one juror has said guilty. And now the four woman is claiming that this one juror, the hold out, a male juror,

according to Kevin Reddington, defense attorney for Lindsey Clancy, that one male juror refuses to vote to acquit. That one male juror is holding out and saying, no, I'm not going along with the rest of you. I'm not going to break. I'm not going to bend. I believe she's guilty. And I believe she did it. Folks, this is the hold out. And you got to be the hold out in this world. We have to be the hold out for Western civilization. You have to be the hold out for your family. You have to be the hold out who's willing to say no, who's willing to stand up to the herd, stand up to the long house, stand up to the hive and say no. This isn't right. And I'm not going along with it. Because you know how this goes. If there's 11 people in there, this jury four woman, she's going to be bullying him,

she's going to be badgering him, she's going to be saying everything she can to try to get him to flip. He won't budge. And in addition, now what she's doing? Well, the same thing that the long house always does. And by the way, for a lot of people out there who don't believe in the long house or understand it, this is when you have toxic feminists in charge of a society or in charge of an organization or in charge of a group of people. This is what they do because it's a common long house tactic where they turn around and they claim, oh, well, you're not actually eligible to be part of the group anyway since you won't go along. So we are going to kick you out. So that's they're trying to do. They're trying to kick the holdout off the jury now rather than allow him to be there and actually have his own opinion. And I think, as a matter of fact, we have a video of a perhaps dramatic representation of what that may look like. Guys, let's play I Am The Holdout.

It's 11 to 1. Just say not responsible. No. She had postpartum psychosis. It wasn't her fault. That is not the question. Then what is the question? Did she know what she was doing? She needed help. She was sick. It was her husband's fault. The judge says to keep deliberating. Okay, then change your vote. No. Not responsible. She was sick. It wasn't her fault. Just change your vote. 11 to 1 doesn't make you right. It doesn't make you right and it doesn't make it right. But Lindsay Clancy did. Send power to the holdout. Focus your energies. Focus your prayers. Focus your spiritual warfare on supporting the holdout because this man is holding out for our society. This man is holding out for everything that we have fought to hold dear in our country and our entire civilization.

We write back Jack Pasobic, human events daily. And just say not responsible. All right, folks, Jack Pasobic back live, human events daily, real America's voice. Folks right now, there's a page on the internet with your name at the top of it.

Your home address, your phone number, your relatives, your old address is going back years. You never made that page and you never said yes to it. A company called a data broker built it to make money. And there are hundreds of companies just like it each one publishing their own version of you. And here's what that means. A stranger with your name in about 20 minutes can figure out where you live, where you used to live, who your family is. When you bought your house, they can map out your whole life and the people doing that. People doing that homework on you are not doing it for a good reason. That's how the scams start. You find your birthday, you find your mother's maiden name, and now they can answer your bank security questions better than you can. And that's why I use Patreon Protect. They go to those sites and get your information taken off and they keep checking. So when it pops back down again, excuse me, when it pops back up, they can take it down again. So this is ongoing monitoring. Before Patreon Protect, look, I could type my own name into Google, pull up my own home address, page after page of it. Now, now that information is invisible.

They pulled tens of records for listeners of this show. My family is on my plan. Get your family on yours. Other services just send you alert after your information is already out there. Patreon Protect makes you and your family unsearchable. So the scams never get started. The targeting never gets started. And look, this is real for us because my family has been swatted. And this is something that actually helps keep their information out of adversary hands. Becoming unsearchable costs a whole lot less than dealing with that. It's so simple, by the way, if they don't remove any of your records within 30 days, you get your money back. That Patreon name on it is up right now while you're listening to me. So for 30% off on the annual plans, go to patreonprotect.com slash post-so and use promo code post-so at checkout. The link is available right there for you. Patreonprotect.com slash post-so and remember, it's always promo code post-so. You give them 20 minutes. They can get your whole life unless you become unsearchable with Patreon Protect.

All right. Now folks, I want to go in through a little bit of the information here because we're now seeing that the courtroom is out. Looks like they may be resuming soon the judge declared a mistrial because of the holdout, because of this one man who's holding firm, who's holding the line, who's refusing to bow, who's refusing to break. But then the defense lawyer came back and said, hold on, hold on. Let me file an appeal to the Supreme Court. So we are now waiting to hear what happens with that appeal and currently waiting to see what happens in this court. We want to bring on now, David Alfonso. David, how are you? Hey Jack, thanks for having me. Well, when we have this situation and I want to throw it out, it's actually going to be

our question of the day, 1776 at humanevents.com, 1776 at humanevents.com. What does the Lindsey Clancy trial say about where we're at as a country, as a society, as a civilization? 11 votes of not guilty and only one man holding out. David, let's get your answer on that. What does this say about where we're at? It's funny that I had a call yesterday. It was for my sister and she was kind of like, she's not somebody that pays a lot of attention to politics. And she was kind of like, why is everybody paying attention to this case? There's lots of cases, true crime cases that come out, people are interested, they want to talk about them. But there's something about this case that feels almost metaphorical to real life in a lot of ways. You see this one juror who is standing up to a mob of mostly women and then two, I think, probably beta males and saying, no, this woman clearly killed her children. And there's something like spiritual about it as well.

As a new mother myself, I think about what it would take for me to be a situation where I'm strangling my little baby. I can't even imagine doing that. There's a level of evil and wrong. And I just think so many people are reacting to the way feminists have come out and supported this woman and were horrified by it. And there's a cultural battle at a spiritual battle that's playing out in this courtroom. And the one juror, I think, is representative of the one person who wouldn't wear a master in COVID. That meme where it says, yes, you're all wrong. This is a situation that so many good people in America are put in all the time because our culture is spiritually wrought. Well, it's so rare. It's so rare that you find one of these cases where someone is willing to, in a highly pressurized situation, highly emotional situation, obviously high profile, just given the nature

of it, knowing by the way that he could be doxed by the Ku Klux Klanseys, as Zach Peter calls them, that he could be doxed and probably willed that he could have the entire, these online armies of brainwrot tick tockers and toxic feminists come after him. But he's still saying, you know what? No, I'm not going along. I'm not going to do this because what happened here is heinous, what happened here is horrific. And he's just simply saying that he doesn't go, he doesn't believe the defense's case. He doesn't believe the defense made their case and he believes the prosecution made their case, which by the way, is the way that our system is supposed to work. That's why they're trying to throw him off, not because he broke the rules or something because he doesn't agree with the group. Why is it though that so many, and I do see this by the way, so many conservatives are having a hard time with this one because they, it's like they don't actually believe that 11 people

on a jury could find not guilty in this case, even though that is exactly what lawyers just told us. Well, well, first of all, I just want to say like this, this guy is extremely brave. Like I, I think about the Derek Chauvin case in Minneapolis, everybody on that jury, it didn't matter what they thought, what the case was. I mean, like the George Floyd had a fatal level of offense in all in his system when he died. They were, I mean, there's so much that case, I know you've covered it, Jack. No one was going to, to, to, to rule in his, to, to vote in his favor because they're terrified of being docks and killed or having their own city burned down for however many times again. Right. So you're right. These situations are extremely pressurized. This, this juror is incredibly brave for doing what he's doing and the defense should be ashamed of himself debarred, I think, for effectively doxing him when he says, oh, it was a male who's doing it. Well, that means that there's only three men. We're going to find out who it is. So this, this, this juror is screwed and he's a very brave individual. What we're seeing right now, Jack, is a tension between second and fourth wave feminism because what's fascinating is you have

these women on who are defending Lindsey Clancy, who are, you know, advocates for women's rights, advocates for, you know, the safety and protection of women. And I think they probably classify themselves as pro feminist. But what you're arguing is that this woman, a, a, a regular normal woman, is unable to be responsible for her own actions. So if women can't be responsible for their own actions after having a baby because of so-called postpartum depression or psychosis, not saying those things don't exist, but eight months after you have a baby, you don't have postpartum psychosis. That's been very, that's been proven. So what they're doing is I just think creating a situation where we don't actually trust women. We don't have them responsible for their own actions, which is in fact regressive. That, that's what, you know, the, the people who are against women suffrage would have argued. So it's very contradictory. No, it's extremely contradictory, but it's also, it's also almost part and parcel of what they've wanted because the idea is just, just like in cultural Marxism that we talk about in unhumans

and in unhuman second edition, which is socialist revolution, this, and, and you get this level of toxic feminism that we're talking about. And we actually have a whole chapter on it because they want to separate all of society into the oppressor versus the oppressed classes. As we always know, we're familiar with this. But what they're also doing is saying that any crime, any act that's committed by one of the oppressed classes, whether it be a street thug or whether it be an illegal alien or whether it be a migrant or someone who fraudulently is driving a semi, you know, down our highways and crashes into people and, and kills and, and names children. Well, they're not really guilty because actually society is guilty because actually society is the one that was oppressive to them or, you know, white men were the ones who were oppressive. This is the danger because you will not be able to hold people accountable.

Well, and it's, it's actually Christians, Jack, who respect women the most because we say women are responsible for their own actions. They have souls and they are capable of going to heaven or hell in the afterlife. And they are, they are, they are real agents of their own beings. Feminists and the left will actually argue the opposite that because of systems of oppression that are allegedly destroying the lives of women, motherhood or, or, or, or marriage or just the patriarchy in general, that then they can't make decisions for themselves. As Christians, we believe the opposite. We actually believe that women are capable of making their own decisions and of being responsible for those decisions, whether they'd be good or bad. In this case, it was very bad and evil. One of the, of course, this is what the Bible directly shows us is that this is the sort of dichotomy between Eve and Mary, where Eve is the one who disobeyed Mary is, of course, the one who obeyed, the one who obeyed God's will. So we see this direct dichotomy between

the Old Testament example of Eve and the New Testament example starting out with Mary saying, your will be done, my Lord. So Mary going to the angel Gabriel saying that God's will be done. So again, it comes down to that personal choice and it comes down to that personal decision, whether or not to obey God or to disobey God. This, of course, is the court. It is the very moral core of Christianity itself and particularly in this case of what we're talking about when it comes to women, Jack Prasovik, Vita Duffy, right back, noon events daily. Jack Prasovik, where is Jack? Jack Prasovik, where is Jack? Jack Prasovik, great Jack.

All right folks, Jack Prasovik back alive. We're here, Cuban events daily, real America's voice. We do, I believe, have breaking news in the clansy situation. We're going to go to that right now into that courtroom in Plymouth. And I thought of that phrase when all of you were agreeing to be honest, Jerry, you agreed to brace for that duty. And each one of you knew how long the case was going to go. You knew how difficult the case was going to be to listen to facts wise, but still you brace for that duty. And I just kind of wanted to also let you know, I watched every day, day after day, week after week, all of you performing that duty that you braced for. And I just kind of wanted to let you know, I understood how hard everybody worked in this case, understood that you all gave everything you could and probably more than you thought

you could. And so on behalf of myself, I just want to thank you so much that you should be proud for what you did. You brace for that duty. You perform that duty. And I just kind of wanted to thank you by half myself and behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Thank you so much. The only thing I am going to ask one more thing is that what I'd like to do is be able to come back and thank you personally. I'm going to have to talk to the council for just a couple of minutes. So if you can stage this for a couple of minutes, not to go over the deliberations really like that, but just to thank you personally again for just an incredible commitment and dedication that each and every one of you show here. So I just want to thank you so much. And with that, you're discharged. Thank you. All right.

All right, folks, we're seeing here. This is live within the courtroom. I'm going to ask the court of Wisconsin session. Glen with Massachusetts. You're seeing Lindsey Clancy right there. This is live footage. This is all happening at real time. I just kind of wanted to echo again. I wanted to complement all three counsel. I try like this so hard, so difficult. And so I just kind of wanted to thank the three of you for your efforts and regards to this. And so with that, if you talk, I think we should probably pick a status date, any where we are trial assignment date. I would like to argue a 25 B2 and that

has to be done within five days. So I mean, I would like if possible to have this on for a hearing on a motion for required finding reconsideration 25 B2 on Tuesday. And my request, assuming that you deny that motion, would be that we am panel on the following Monday. That would require, I'm going to have to check my schedule. And also, so what I'm going to suggest, I understand that's the request. My my thinking is to try it sooner rather than later, but I'm not sure that sooner. And it's a situation. I also have to check the trial court schedule, counsel schedule, witnesses schedule. But my thought would be to try this. If we could do it maybe sometime later in the fall. But why don't we pick a date, maybe a couple of weeks down the road so everybody could get their calendars together and kind of see where we go. All right. What about the 25 B2?

The motion for required finding reconsideration within five days. We can file it. Do we have to have a hearing within the five days? I'd like to, but I mean, I don't like to, but I, you know, maybe we could do it later in the week. Maybe not Tuesday. Maybe Thursday or so. Sure. And I'm going to be out of the state. All right. We'll hold the 20 second. All right. All right. It was less its file. Do you want to pick, we could do is pick that status date trial assignment date. It actually then do the argument of the 25 rule 25. Some of the next steps here. Maybe that's what we're seeing now. 28. They're they're going back and forth in the trial. We are we're watching this. I want to go back and play. We have the actual clip of the declaration by the judge. We're going to go back just a few moments here. We didn't get this live. I want to play it now. This is the clip of the judge officially declaring the mistrial. Let's play that now, guys.

All right. Council, it's my understanding that the SJC issued there or that the emergency request for relief was denied in the temporary trial. We stay is listed. And so it would be my intention at this time to call the jurors back in. And as I indicated to you before to declare mistrial. In a standard runner and at the risk of incurring the wrath of the court, I'd like to raise an additional. And and you can hear that's Kevin writing to and he is the lawyer for Lindsey Clancy. You can hear just how upset that he is. Clancy, the court declares a mistrial. All prior bail orders remain in full force. And effect this matter is continue to September 29th. 2026 at 9 a.m. for status trial assignment in the rule 25 motion in the plan. All right. Council, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right.

You all right. It's back to that. I want to bring Evita Duffy back in here. Evita, what does this say? What is this? I mean, here's what I will say. Here's what I will say is that we need to. We need to remember that this was almost almost. If not for the actions of one man, should have been would have been found not guilty. That one man just held out for an entire week, refusing to bend or break on the principle of what happened in that basement three and a half years ago to say, no, I don't believe that she has been found not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. And it's simple as that. He said, I doubt her story. I doubt her story. I don't think she is. She's being truthful. And I believe that the prosecutors have. Have set this up in in such a way that. That they're stuffed out. So, okay, we actually,

we actually are getting a break. So, Evita, I want to bring up your comments right into this. Doing it live folks, we're doing it live right back here in Vetsville. Morning, come in, Mr. Maddie. All right, if you did that, if you got cut off by the clock, we are now back on

live stream of course, going back and forth. If you give us your final take on your just thoughts about where this shows how we stand as a society. Well, it's very obvious as a country that we have a tendency to treat people differently based off of their perceived identities. Right, if you're an oppressor or you're the oppressed. And, you know, I was just reading up today on a case, a man in 2001 killed his two daughters and his defense said that he had a psychotic episode brought on by bipolar disorder. The jury deliberated for 19 minutes and they convicted him and he was received the death penalty in 2018. So that's one that's one very similar instance to Lindsey Clancy except for it was a dad, not a mom. And if we continue to judge people based off of their identities and not their actions, we are, I think, going to experience a very, it's a very scary thing. This is cultural Marxism. This is race Marxism and sex based Marxism. And the result is injustice and it is bloodshed

and it's actually quite terrifying. So I would view this as a very stark warning for everyone. No, and what gives me hope and I hope gives us all hope is that one man did hold out. If he had a deathly alfonso, it would work for people to follow you. If he had a deathly underscore one is my ex and my Instagram account. And I got blessed. And I want to bring in now, Lyndon Blake. She is a investigative reporter over at the other wire. Lyndon, of course, we've been chatting about this all week. Huge developments today. Of course, the hold out, held out, Miss trial has been filed and declared. Walk us through what just happened. Okay. So yes, earlier this morning, the judge was going to declare a Miss trial. The jury sent back another note saying, unfortunately, we cannot come to unanimous decision. The context clues from Thursday tell us that there was that one juror holding out and based on Kevin Reddington kind of identifying this juror, at least as a male,

we know that it was one male. The one of the three men on the jury was holding out. We can also assume that no one knows for a fact that this is the one person that was saying not agreeing with the not guilty. Why do we assume that because we saw him Thursday, Kevin Reddington yelling like being very passionate about getting this juror dismissed thrown out. That was kind of a rinse and repeat. And this one too. Yeah, that's exactly what happened today, but even more so, following that emergency motion to try to get this juror thrown out, went through with the Supreme Court of Massachusetts. There was a virtual hearing in Jack, I do think you were on air, by this time, but kind of eerie to see Lindsey Clancy there, which we've seen her on camera, but coming virtually to this special hearing and just staring right into the camera, it was just a very odd thing. You know, so I saw, I've been clicking around and of course we were pulling in different live feeds and I think I don't think we have got a chance to see that, but I did see that on,

I think I'm just scrolling X a little bit here and I saw that feed and it was, and guys, if we can pull that up at some point, this virtual hearing, because to your point, it's sort of the selfie cam of, it's a zoom, it's a zoom call, and just to see her on a feed like that, in something that's so jarring and eerie because you're again, it's just these, this face, this face that's just sort of like dark, it's just a darkness, it's just a very creepy darkness. So if we can pull that new photo up guys and Lyndon, so it's a different point of view. We've been looking at her and then, and yeah, totally different. She was looking at us. Well, Lyndon, let me ask you this, do you think what we've been saying here on the show is true that perhaps this juror or maybe the other juror is now faced potential consequences from the Lindsey Clancy supporters could they be doxed? Could their information be found out? We know that one of these crazies was just a

rain and arrested a few days ago for, you know, trying to film the jury and had video of the jurors, could this be potentially a threat vector here for juror intimidation? But 100%. I feel horrible for this one juror that's now being talked about for 48 hours straight in the news cycle for doing, I'm going to say he, because everyone else says what he thought was his true conviction in saying that he didn't agree with the other 11 on something and that's his right to do that. That's why we're here at a mistrial. But I think it is very dangerous. You've seen the crazies come out in this case and there's one thing to talk online and spew your theories. But these people are showing up to the courthouse and that woman, Dawn White, going into the restricted areas and trying to take videos of the jury and that she claims she's just trying to see Clancy. That is real scary stuff and we've seen the world today. People go to extreme measures to hurt people

that disagree with them and it's a horrible world to live in. I've seen a lot of people say, protect this one juror at all costs and I'll be praying for him because it is a scary world and you just don't know what people are going to do anymore and it's a sad situation because these jurors under oath they said they were going to stick to their convictions convictions. They were going to be impartial and they were going to do what they think is right. That's what they're supposed to do and you have people that just can't take it. Well, and they tried to throw them off and at the very last minute in this Hail Mary seemingly between the four woman and the defense attorney. Oh gosh, we have that shot and I'm looking at it now in the pre look at this. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Very weird to see just different point of view for sure. It just I mean they and really more her than him you can see it. It's like she's looking right through you. She didn't break eye contact. You know, Readington would look down and he would

you know, doing his thing but she. But like a normal person. Yeah, she was not breaking eye contact and as you mentioned it's such a like juxtaposition because very serious special hearing at the highest quarter Massachusetts. But it's on a zoom call. It seems so casual that she's just staring at you. It's very bizarre. Something that you do not see every day staring into someone who has admitted to killing her three young children. But she's been very much apart in the last couple of days. She was in the cyborg yesterday. Well, you know what else I would. You know what also at Adlandin that's also the face that whenever she looks in the mirror that's what she sees herself. This is the this is the it's like looking into a mirror and when you when you have that there's something about direct eye contact which I believe goes beyond biological I believe it's spiritual that you and we've heard this right the eyes of the windows to the soul is a is a very common phrase and I think that's the effect that we're achieving here and guys if you can zoom in

on just I'd like to I'd like to get that just you know lose lose the lawyer there because this is it's it's it is very remarkable it's very remarkable to see this I was in the you know the courtroom with Tyler Robinson he never once turned back and looked at us at all but there's there's something truly remarkable about this. Sorry, Adlandin, I need to cut you off there. No, I mean it does kind of take your breath away in a in a way because again we've gotten so used to looking at her and seeing this flipped during this special hearing where she's just tuning in and you know not saying a word but just staring and it's very tough and we know that she's stared at the jury throughout this child that's where the screenshots have been taken the slow zooms during trial where she would look over and stare at the jury it is it is a wild scene

is how I described it but yeah what I was just saying is how involved she's been in the last two days in these deliberations in between the deliberations using the sidebar yesterday with both the prosecution her defense attorney Linda and we are we are just out of time work people go to follow you and get more access to your podcast that's a criminal which I'm sure you're going to have an incredible episode coming soon. Yeah that's a criminal on Spotify Apple and on daily wire platforms. Jack thanks so much. Thank you God bless appreciate it. We're back. Good luck so we're going to call this the Jack the sobic appreciation hour. I can say confidently I believe I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee but wasn't for Jack the sobic and that is I'm the one who is is

all right folks Jack the sobic are back live here at Univent's Daily Real America's voice folks right now the major headlines feel relatively calm oil is easing markets are reacting positively and everyone is starting to exhale a little bit but when oil prices spike the dollar strengthened and that pulled gold and silver back from their record highs these are the exact calm moments that I start paying closer attention not less because here's what I've learned the biggest opportunities show up when everyone else gets comfortable headlines change markets change and the thing nobody's worried about today has a way of becoming tomorrow's headline and that's one of the reasons that my wife and I became clients of allegiance gold because we treat what we've built as seriously as we treat building it with gold and silver off their highs the folks who've been waiting on the sidelines may have a window worth a closer look and if you worked hard for your savings in your family's future don't wait until everyone's rushing back in to pay attention

innocent in prison and have to wait a year or more for hearing that sounds like a liberal feminist privilege to me this one in from Chris the Lindsey Clancy trial exposes something deeply disturbing and something goes beyond the realm of mere politics into the spiritual realm i think what we're witnessing is mass demonization of godless women on a societal level by demonic forces that encourage infant mortality child sacrifice lust through prostitution and pornography rage against the natural order and of course walking through the seven deadly sins here this is easily demonstrated by the number of women who are deeply unhappy and disturbed consciously anxious and depressed manic rage filled in the end this female rebellion against men is an act of rebellion against god it goes on to speak more of this and i couldn't agree more this one in from Laurie we've moved too far away from our values and founding principles if there is no humanity we have no country no values or morals nothing at all the left is normalized killing i've called for it and celebrated it please find the hold out juror if loan or not and give him or her a platform in the

well it says in the republican party to speak and show this evil movement for what it is people need to vote now more than ever and stand against this yet one thing i was thinking was that sometimes now a juror can come forward on their own and you know i'm not going to tell this person what to do obviously they have a right to their privacy that's part of the jury process i'm certainly not going to make any moves to seek to identify this individual i'm not going to do that but i will say that if he does choose if he chooses to come forward then i would certainly give him a platform and certainly set up a gift and go or whatever else he would need to come forward so that's again but that's totally of his own volition i'm certainly not going to be trying to dox anybody around here and and hopefully you know it i i could totally understand if he just wants to go back to his regular life and i'm not going to not going to take that right away that's his right let's see this one's in from surge i don't know why we have everyone is so surprised women have told

us all how they feel about the lives of children for a very long time through abortion rights they've told us for years they're killing their children is empowerment liberation the vast majority support lay term abortion as well the baby can live outside the mother that's not a huge moral leap from killing them outside the womb we as men have allowed women far too much leniency but i would say liberal women i would just i would say liberal feminist women because i wouldn't put conservative women in this in this category at all and look so he says look where it's gotten us the massacre of children you're you're 100% right and it is toxic feminists fifth ways feminists to have allowed this or the coup clux clancy this one from erin oh wow i'm a christian young widow and a mother i'm so sorry to hear that and she says that um she believes the 19th amendment was a mistake women have proven to be too emotional and irrational the perfect example is that they don't realize the decades of setbacks their antics just caused well i'm certainly been seeing a lot of people talk about that online to swim in from jacks convicted of the crime then sentenced her to a psych hospital mass use this does not have the death penalty it does have early release for good

behavior lindsey should have to serve the minimum sentence of five to ten years per murder or only ten years per murder i honestly not enough i i think this i mean you do something like this to a kid that's life i mean whether it's in whether it's in a mental institution or whether it's prison with a a psych ward um you know i just i think that's something where you got to be you got to be you got to be locked up for life you can't you can't allow people like this back in your society right do i support the death penalty here i'm not sure i'm just gonna say that i'm not sure i i want to read more about the drugs i want to hear read more about big pharma all of these different things that went into this that's where i would be personally when it comes to the death penalty so i'm not saying i'm not gonna say one more at the other i'm just saying i'd want to read more about it before i could get that i could come to that conclusion that's why that's why i want to hear more um would i be open to it yes absolutely that i think that look when you when you commit

premeditated murder when you commit murder against an innocent like that i just don't know i don't know what else could be a more appropriate kind of response i really don't and so well when we're looking at this case when we're looking at the rest of it you know we do need to hear more i want to go to telegram now telegram we have ton of comments on telegram let's see we need to read a real society way way back i think that's right it's a sad world we're in deep deep crap and no paddle in that way okay folks i'm being told that the the lawyer um just spoke outside i want to go i want to go to this right now here in Massachusetts i had mass declaration of rights they should have those but also speaking in the world that we live today and all too often criminals are being treated as victims and the real victims are invisible it is i job

to make sure that the victims are not invisible to make sure that they are not forgotten and to make sure that we stand for them in our in the way that we seek justice and that's what i think we've done in this case as i said this day of this trial has been really emotional for everybody i am a father and a grandfather and i cannot imagine the hell this entire family has lived through i remind myself that this is and has been and always will be about getting justice and making sure that we do not forget kora doson a little count having said that i'll answer questions if i can i can i can one at a time please so if you make sure you make sure your past case do you think a new jury would make a decision whether they'll be another trial you get to make that decision why aren't you saying right now that you will be trialed you only cared when the kids were dead why don't you care about the mother and i'm here you know i told you my decision on that already i'll be making that decision shortly

a week i've been working on this case i assume for three and a half years do either of you want to say anything about the experience of trying this case especially with families at home i think that we're going to just stand is and i'll just speak for them at this point um it like you said it has been along in difficult few weeks sorry if this goes to a retrial eventually what do you expect to do in terms of finding an impartial jury given the current media cross coverage and social media you know we'll do what we always do you know we will go through it at the court system and we will do what we have as to preemptory quiet d i d you know i'm not going to stand out here and listen to this my folks you can hear them the Lindsey Clancy supporters absolute meltdown screaming at the prosecutor outside the courthouse is where we're at folks this is where we're at ladies and gentlemen as always you have my permission to explain
