Lauren Weinberg is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Square, a payments platform aimed at small and medium businesses that allows them use their phone or tablet as a credit card reader. Lauren joined Square over 5 years ago and has been CMO for about 4 years. Prior to Square, Lauren was at Nielsen, Comscore, Advertising.com, Viacom and Yahoo. Lauren is the co-author of the recent book, Self-Made Boss: Advice, Hacks, and Lessons from Small Business Owners.
