Because as soon as this countdown is done, the next voice you will hear is that of my new film, Pastor Allison, let's hear it for you.

What is going on, fam? How are you doing? Fine, fine. Thank you so much for having me here this morning. Thank you. No problem, no problem. We are glad to have you, right? Lizzy, we are excited about having you, right? I think me and you have been in concert for how long ago was this? It's been a while. I want to say almost over a year, but I know it's been a while because we've been going back and forth. Right, right, right. It's not a figure out the dates, and it is a minorly way to have that you know, God allowed everything in His perfect time. So what I want you to do right now, is tell my audience a little more about you. To those who may have been living under our rock, and they don't know who Pastor Allison G. Daniel Z, tell me a little bit about you then we don't get into this conversation. Well again, thank you so much for having me.

I am Pastor Allison G. Daniels. I am an international best selling author of over 55 books. Recently I released three solo books, book series, Devon Alignment, book series. I am the mother of two beautiful queens, Christian and D'Amona. I want to make sure that I say her name correctly to everyone, her name is D'Amona. I've been married to my precious husband, Earl Nal for 25 years. I am a John Maxwell certified trainer, coach, teacher. So I am excited to be here. I am the pastor of Devon Destiny Empowerment Center. I am a coach and the founder of the 30 day right to finish book writing program. So there's so many things that God has gifted my hands to do. I am getting ready to release my 19th anthology

where I will have several authors that will share their stories within my anthology. So there's a lot going on and I'm excited to be here. Thank you so much for reaching out to me and for your patience because we've definitely been going back and forth with questions. I do hold a two time honorary doctorate. So I'm excited again about a lot of the things that God is doing in my life. So again, thank you, thank you so much. Like I told you, there's some people you just write on. There's some people that you just write patiently because you know that it's going to be good when you find the ghetto. And then they're selling me like, I look, you play a game, I ain't even about to waste no more time. But that's a, that you just like, you know what, I, I wait, I wait, I wait and see is one of them that you just wait on.

So we're gonna play a game because we're gonna start it off with a little game and then we're gonna go into some questions. Okay. This way, this game is called Pastor Color Blister or White. Pastor Publisher or White. So I'm a Diviocenario. If you gotta tell me which category that would follow me to. Which white version of Amazon is so in a? Pastor Publisher or wife? Yep, which version of you is so in a? All right. So somebody submits a book two months late. They give you a book two months late. Publisher, but that'll never happen, but publisher.

Somebody says, God told me, you're supposed to publish my book book three. Well, you know, God gives us wisdom and God gives us our assignments. And so that's Pastor. And so we have to recognize when people are just talking because they know you're a pastor and when God gives you an assignment. And so I will know the difference because I stay connected with God. That's good, that's good, that's good. Assensual member calls you at 11.45, two year or midnight. So I know that's the past. I mean, that falls under the pastor. So I truly understand that because every now and then I get calls, I get texts. So I have to be aware and I have to, you know, be in position to be able to help when I can. Your green, your green baby won't something

after my mom and daddy didn't say no. Ha ha ha ha ha. Well, you know grandparents, we try to spoil our grandkids, but I do it in moderation or we do it in moderation because you never want to go pass what the parents have already said for their child. So even though I'm his grandmother, I will not step past what the parents have already said. He can and cannot do so. I love him so much, but I don't love him enough to go pass what we have been given. The instructions we have been given from the parents. Yeah. Amen, amen. So Earl says, baby, put the lab cap down. Oh, that's a, that's a given. I'm done. I will put the laptop down, turn the TV off and everything because when I hear together for 25 years

because I kept sitting at the computer writing books and preaching, I made sure that I spent quality time. It's not just electric. It's Toyota Electric. And during Toyota's easy choice sales event, going electric is easier than ever. Right now, save instantly on a new Toyota EV with special incentive programs for first time EV buyers and prior EV owners. Choose the sleek BZ, the adventurous BZ Wendland or the sporty CHR. But don't wait. These special savings won't last. Do you mean make it easy? Toyota, let's go places. Rubric is the security and AI operations company. Built for what happens after an attack hits, not just the moments before. AI has turned the threat landscape into quicksand, moving too fast for any human to fully predict. That's why an agentic cyber resilience platform matters. Automated recovery, clean data, a business that keeps moving no matter what hits. One platform, not a patchwork of stitch together tools

and gaps. Don't wait for the next attack. Secure and accelerate your business at rubric.com. Again, rubric.com. I'm with my husband. And that's what we have to do. When you're married, you have to spend that quality time. I'm not saying don't go to church, but I can't be at the church every day, all day long, and still expect my marriage to flourish. So I have to make sure that I spend that quality time with my husband, with my family, now with my grandson, and with my aunt dad. So that's under the pastor role. And for Allison, I take a divine rest every year, just for myself. Ha, ha, ha. I like that. I like that. I like that. So now we're going to get into some questions. All right. Sounds great. You have a lot of hats. Past their wife, mother, grandmother, caregiver, author, public, sick, coach. Who is Allison when those titles come off?

Oh, you know, I could ask that all the time, you know, definitely from women. I mean, I'm just like you. I do wear a lot of hats. But I also make sure that I am authentic, that I'm real, that you can still relate to me, that I'm not so far out of reach, that you feel like, I can't make a call to Allison. Allison have so much going on. Allison is still, Allison is just that God has called me to assignment, to an assignment. And I have to carry that out. But I'm still there to help. I'm still there to pray for people to enter sea. I'm still a friend. I'm still a daughter. You know, I still have things that Allison like to do. I love listening to music. I love to sing, even though I can't sing. I love to dance. Can't say that I can't dance. But you know, that was in my younger years.

I love skating. I can skate just a little bit. Just a little bit. I love bowling. Have my own bowling ball. There are just so many things that I personally like to do that no one kind of really knows because they only see me when I'm preaching or teaching or, you know, releasing a book. But there's so many things behind the scenes that my family and I do that I just never post. And I'm sometimes my daughter's posting, you know, I sometimes try to tell them, don't be posting all that stuff. But I have a fun life, you know, at least I try to. Sometimes I'm just too serious. But overall, you know, I'm just a down-earth person. No. I think people forget that we are human just like everybody else. Like I can remember, I have went to a concert to hear some local group that was doing cover R&B music.

And a lot of people look at me like, what's the world going to do on any of this? What's the world going to do on any of this? I'm in here for the same reason you are to listen to the music. Like just because I'm a preacher don't mean that. I don't enjoy good music. Now, I was doing a lot of this stuff and a lot of people was doing, no. However, I can still be there and enjoy the music without partaking and then everybody can get their opportunity to need. For me, I love jazz. So you may see me at a jazz concert or just sitting there, just listening. Those are certain music that I really, really like. And my family kind of knows that. So I limit myself to a lot of things, but then there are things that I still things that I like to do. But I have to be aware. I'm trying to think of one of the things

that I always try to tell my daughter. We always have to be aware of the appearance. Because sometimes people can take it the wrong way. They can take it out of context. And you know, I also say sometimes people take it out of context because they just want to take it out of context. Because you could just literally just be sitting there. Like you're enjoying. And someone has taken it out of context. It might have been your friend just needed to get up to him on myself. My friend just needed to get away just to step away just from life. Because life is life and doesn't mean that I'm and I'm engaging in everything that's around. But sometimes we do have to kind of be aware of some of the surroundings. But I try to stay focused and watch my surroundings. But when God has you covered, you covered. You covered. You covered. You covered. I like that. I like that.

So how did divine destiny and power make sure to begin? And what was the vision behind it? I remember talking to a good sister friend of mine. She's going to get me a pastor, a pastor doctor, Valerie Howard Jones. And her and I have been friends for a while. And she seen my walk. And one day I told her, I said, you know, God told me to it's time for me to step out. It's time for me to move on. He called me. He gave me the name of the church, the Von Destiny Empowerment Center. He gave me the colors long time ago, the red, the rosy and the gold. I said something to my mom before she transitioned in 2023. I said something to my dad. My family kind of already knew, you know, because I was already walking in it. I was already doing it anyway.

I still was never a person that was way out there. So when I started the church, the Von Destiny Empowerment Center, and she kind of walked with me and held my hand. And actually she was the one who installed me. But my overseer is Bishop Billips, William Billips. So there was just so many things that took place on that day. But then there were so many things that took place behind the scenes, so many questions that I had. Before the Von Destiny Empowerment Center came to be, I had a lot of questions because when you become a pastor, it's not something that you just take lightly. It's you need to know the ends and outs of it. Yes, I've been in church all my life, but I've never been in the pastor role. I've been in the Reverend role or the minister role where you have your pastor that's over you. But when you get in a pastor's role, now you have people

that are coming to you. Now you have people that you have to put in place that you have to install. So it came about because when God spoke to me, He said, you're ready now to move. I've already equipped you. I've already prepared you for everything that you need. You don't have to walk in fear, walk in authority. I've already given it to you. And I'm going to open up the doors for you. Just be obedient to what I've called you to do. So pastor vowed with instrumental in helping me bring all that together because we met probably every Thursday or every other Thursday, I was at her house. Just asking questions and we had meetings on. I think our meetings were on Thursdays or Fridays. I can't really remember. But people don't know we had behind the scene meetings. And so it wasn't something that I just jumped out on a scene and now I'm a pastor. No, I came out, excuse me, after making sure

that everything was in place that I needed. And I thank God for the overseer who believed in me. Bishop Archbishop Williams, Archbishop Williams Billips. I thank God for him and I thank God for pastor vow. And I always call it pastor vow, but she's actually a postal vow. And so they believed in me and they didn't have a problem with everything that God has given me the vision to move forward with it. And so now I'm here. And my mission is to make a difference with what God has placed in my hands. And so when he gave me the book Divine Alignment, Volume one, two and three, God gave me that book in January 2023. And I'm just releasing it now. He gave me those books in 2023. And so I couldn't understand why he gave it to me in 2023.

But now I see because he was getting me ready for the church in 2024. God, I have a plan. We just have to listen. He wanted me to release the books in 2023. Be- It's not just electric. It's Toyota Electric. And during Toyota's easy choice sales event, going electric is easier than ever. Right now, save instantly on a new Toyota EB with special incentive programs for first time EB buyers and prior EB owners. Choose the sleek Beasy, the adventurous Beasy, Woodland or the sporty CHR. But don't wait. These special savings won't last. We make it easy. Toyota, let's go places. Because the Von Destiny Empowerment Center was coming out or I was getting ready to start the church in 2024. Oh my God. Thank God. Thank God. Thank God that I was obedient. I didn't do it in 2023, but I did not let it go. I knew I was going to do it.

I knew I was going to put it out. But sometimes you have to be a way of distractions. Because distractions can almost take you off your assignment because you're so busy trying to help so many other people. But you got to be careful. You got to be careful. Because your assignment could be so great, but you're so busy helping everyone else that you're throwing off of what God is calling you to do. That's why we have to stay connected to God. That's why we have to stay tuned in because the distractions are real. And the more we get distracted, the further we get away from God. Then we start questioning, did God really call us? Did God really call me? If he called me, how come I don't feel it? How come I'm not walking it? How come people are not calling me? How come people are not asking me to be on their platform? Because you've moved so far away because of the distractions. So I mean, I hope I answered your question, Devon, Alive,

and you know I said, you know what I mean? No, not only did you answer my question, you put you to me right now. If I were to work on it with, like, that I ain't even told you, that's why I just sat back and got quiet. Because I'm like, okay, confirmation, confirmation. Yes. Confirmation. Yes. Like, I need this. What did God teach you about yourself before he trusted you to lead others? I didn't hear your question. What did God teach you about yourself before he called you to lead others? I learned this in ministry and working on a job. Sometimes, every time someone asks you a question,

does it mean you have to give an answer? And so I had to learn how to humble myself and make sure that I'm hearing from God before I answer. So sometimes if people are asking me a question, they don't know that when I do this, or if I do something like this, I'm actually waiting for God to respond. I'm actually waiting for the Holy Spirit to say, now you can say this. Now you can do that. Because a lot of times we just speak. We just answer a question that people give us. And we're not really tuned into what God is saying. And sometimes our answers could either build someone up or break someone down. So I'm very careful and responding. I'm very careful and responding to a text that someone sends me. I'm very careful and responded to an email that someone sends me. If people know me, they'll tell you,

Allison may not respond today. I'm a respondent and say I received it. But I'm not going to respond and give you an answer because I have to consult the Lord. I have to inquire of the Lord. And so I've been learning how to rest in the Lord before I make decisions. I've been learning how to step back because it's not about Allison because I want to make sure that if I give you an answer, I'm fine with the response that I gave you because I know that God gave it to me first. So God had to work on me not giving my opinion. And so sometimes when my daughter asks me a question, I'll say from what I know about God, this is how I would respond. And so I try to make sure that I just don't respond, carelessly or just throw some words out there because people are coming at the pastors back and forth,

put a lot of things. And we have to be careful how we respond because it can either build someone up or break someone down. It could either stop someone from ever going to church again or stop someone or have someone where they'll start back going to church. And so I'm real mindful of that because church hurt is real. Church hurt is real. And we don't have to try to fake it. Some people stopped going to church years ago because of church hurt or misunderstanding. So that's why we have to be careful how we respond. So God had to humble me first. And he had to get me to be quiet because if anyone knows me, you say something to me, I'm gonna say something back to you. You go, I go, however we want to do this, this is because it depends on your upbringing. You know, I'm outspoken, very strong, intelligent black woman. So you know, I have a voice. I'm gonna use my voice, but I use my voice for the good,

for the greater good to make an impact for the next generation. Amen. To some times, Jared, a lot of people think that just because you saved, they think that. Or just because you spoke to the think that, all these are so self-spoken, they're not gonna say name to me. A lot of times, I have to pray. And most times I gotta pray, and I'm telling God, God, thank you for spreading my tongue. Because what I want is your safety to you. Because God bless you, have a great day. That was not gonna be the thing that I said, kidney. But God had to be like, just keep him up, sir. Keep him up, sir, keep him up, sir. They say you're better or the fight. They say you were. I made a Facebook post last year, a couple of years ago that I said,

well, I said, there's a lot of people that better be happy. That God has spread you from telling your side of the story. Yes. Yeah, all stuff that might. Because it's like, if I was to tell my side of the story, it's worse than believe me, a little pain to how about you guys. They won't be woofful. But I have to sit back and let God bite him. I might, you know what? God, you got this one. Yes. Let me just keep my mouth shut. God can handle it better than we can. We jump and mess it up. We just. Yeah, we like, you know what God, let me help you that. Cause we say. No, I like did I need your help? No. Exactly. But we really need help like God looks like, you know, I don't want to tell them God bless you right now.

I want to tell them something else. I don't think I was like, no, it's not something else that's going to ruin your weakness. Just be obedient. Yes. So now I'm going to ask you one more question. And as I asked you this one, what I want you to do after you answer this question, I want you to tell people what they can find and do where. And then I want you to leave them with some clothing words. I'm not going to say you're fine or what marks? Cause you coming back. We got to hardly back. We just asked in the surface. We just asked in the surface. No, you coming back. So I said believe. So here's your next question. What is something about marriage after 25 years that newlyweds probably don't understand yet? I'm going to tell you so many questions I get asked.

I tell people all the time that I'm married, started with God. And so when there were misunderstandings, I'm married, started with God. So we are foundation is on God's words. So we consult the Lord. So if you, one of the things I love about the pastor that married us past the Eric D. Bachsteel, we did marriage counseling. People don't do marriage counseling anymore. It was the best thing that my husband and I could have ever done was marriage counseling. He had a nice little notebook. My husband asked some questions. I answered some questions. You need to be able to communicate. You need to be able to talk to each other. Keep people out of your business. Family, friends, BFFs, everything. It need to be you, your husband, and God. That's it. Nobody else. Just the three of you. You need to be able to key in on being focused on how the two of you are going to

communicate in the marriage. How are you going to handle when the children come? How are you going to handle when disappointment comes? You need to be able to speak to each other in such a way that you're not demeaning each other, but that you're giving each other that respect. And our marriage for the past 25 years, and we dated for years, so technically we've been together, 29 years. So we kind of know each other, but everything started with God. And that's what I love about our marriage because anything that may have gone wrong or anything that we needed answers to, we actually consulted the Lord. We didn't have anybody else to go to because God is our everything and our marriage. God is the center of our life and our marriage. So I think if marriages today, and I'm not talking about anyone's marriage because I don't

know anyone else's marriage, but mine. Just if they stand on a solid foundation, which is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, you're going to be okay. You're going to be okay. Storms are going to come. Things are going to happen. Life just keeps life in, but I just believe if you have that solid foundation, which is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, you're going to be able to get through the storm. I don't believe in separation. You know, you go to one house. I go to another house. I don't believe in, you know, you have a pass for a day and all of this new stuff didn't believe in it back then dating. Don't believe in it now, Mary. I just believe that we consult the Lord and see what God has to say about our situation. And when you do that, God gives you answers. We read a lot of marriage books together, read together, sing together, talk together. I mean, our first year was just, we just did a lot of marriage books.

You know, we did a chapter a day and just reading and just reading and asking each other questions. I don't even know if my daughter's know that. I'm going to have to make sure I tell them that. But that's what we did. I think our first three years of marriage, we did a lot of reading on marriages and how Godly people have handled their marriages 30 and 40 and 50 years. You know, and I've been under, you know, marriages that have lasted. My mom and dad 42 years before my mom transitioned. You know, my pastor, my former pastor and his wife. I can't tell you their years, but, you know, I've watched their marriage a pastor before I started my church believe him and his wife and their 40 years. That's just being connected to God and having a Godly marriage that's centered around the foundation of God's Word. And that's all I can tell the generation and even when I've only conducted two marriages,

one marriage, I'm sorry. I've only conducted one marriage and I've been in marriages. Let me not say that. I've been in several marriages, but I wasn't the head pastor, the lead pastor on the marriage. And so I would tell anyone if I'm the one that will be doing your marriage, we're definitely going to be doing marriage counseling. I just believe in it. I'm going to live by it and that's the way the ministry is going to be conducted. We want to have to go through marriage counseling. And so that's what I would tell them. You know, start off, start your foundation off with God. And things will work out in your favor, even though the world may say it looks bad, it looks like it's going down. God knows how to bring things around. God knows how to grant you favor. God knows how to put things back together when it seems like it's broken.

See, God remembers us. And so he remembers the vows that we made to one another, even though life has gotten in the middle of it, God remembers our love. And he remembers the love that he has for us. And so I think that's why 25 years has been a blessing to us. A couple of storms off and on, but nothing, you know, so deep, but just a few things, but heaven, God has been our strength, has been everything that we could have ever imagined. To be honest with you, you know, when you lose a loved one or you go through financial things. If you, if we did not have God, I'm not sure where we would be, but because of who God is in our life and in our marriage, it made such a difference, such a difference. And to be able to call on pastors to just, you know, talk to them and ask a quick question, it makes such a difference. It, it makes a difference, the circle that you keep in your life.

It makes a difference to people that you are surrounding yourself with because when you have those down days, you want someone in your life that can pray for you, that can intercede on your behalf. You don't want to just be talking to people, or venting to people, and they can't intercede on your behalf. They can't pray for you. They can't get a word through. You want to be around people that are lifting you up, people that are telling you that it's going to be okay. Even if they not look like it, it may not feel like it, but it's going to be okay. And so I tell people all the time, stay connected. Stay connected with people that are sincerely, sincerely serving the Lord and believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because it's going to make a difference. And my three books, Devon Alignment, if you read it, it's just lying in your life up. It's everything that I have gone through. But what makes it so significant is that God was a line in my life every step of the

way from poverty to publishing and now pastoring. God was already lying in my life up, had no idea that this is where I would be in my life, pastoring and talking to people and publishing someone else's book. Yeah, I've been writing for years, but I never thought of publishing something for someone else to give someone else a voice to their own book. And God said, you already have it. Devon Alignment, when you stay connected, God will continue to pour into you, to give you everything that you need, to let you know that He's still with you. And so I say, continue to seek Him. As I say in a closing of all of my sermons, your purpose still stands regardless of your past. Continue to seek God and see what it is that God has specifically for you because only

you can do what God has, purposed for you to do. So I definitely thank you again. Thank you. I can wait to have you back. I cannot wait. I cannot wait. We just getting started. You all did use your senior face because I promised you all something like that. It's going to be only a multiple times. I promise you a multiple times. You're going to get sick of seeing that page. I promise. But God bless you all. Have it continue this marathon. You are as I always say. Sometimes I get to point to that. The guys appointments mean sometimes we look at it. God is only turning the world. Stabeless, bleabeless and be a blessing to someone else. And I'll see you all on Monday night. Beings God bless. God bless. Hello, hello, hello. Thank you for watching another episode on James H. Club and that way.

We appreciate you for all of your love, all of your support and all of your comments. Now what I need you all to do is like this says, like and subscribe. Also I need you all to share and I need you all to tell and I need you all to turn on that notification bell over here on YouTube. That lets you to know that you like content like this on behalf of everyone here in that work. We appreciate you. And we can release content the way that we do without your support. So as I always say, sometimes I disappoint myself that the more that guides appointments meaning sometimes we look at it's bad. God is only turning the world by good. Stabeless, be blessed and be a blessing to someone else. And I'll see you all on the next episode. Peace. It's not just electric.
