Kelce Family's Puppy Name Debate: Frida or Freddie?

0:00It's April 8th, Entertainment and celebrity news. Today starts now, AI-powered and spotlight-ready. I'm Cory with the story. Jason and Kylie Kelsey's family just got a new German shepherd puppy, but settling on a name has turned into a full-on debate. Kylie first called her Bernadette, then switched to Matilda. Now Jason's throwing curveballs left and right. On the latest New Heights podcast, Jason showed off the pup and said her name is Frida, with everyone at home calling her Freddie for short. But he wasn't done. He told his brother Travis he's dubbing her Gunda because she's got those German roots. The kids weren't having it, especially six-year-old Wyatt who popped in to set the record straight. It's Freddie, not Gunda. Travis jumped in too, giving Freddie his full seal of approval. This all comes after months of the daughter's begging for a cat. Even Taylor Swift got involved last summer, trying to prove cat's arm poisonous by introducing her own pet to the girls. But the Kelsey's decided a dog fit their crew better.

1:02Whatever name sticks, Frida, or Freddie, or whatever, the family's all in on their furry new member. And it sounds like more pet adventures are on the horizon for the Kelsey house.
