Jennifer Murray, Owner of ThreeBirds Coffee House in Easton, Pennsylvania takes a philosophical approach to the societal position of working as a bartender in the service industry for 15 years and weaves it into both the greater perspective on the world and how economic and political structures like capitalism and socialism fit into all of it.
