A shooting rock-down town Iowa City near the University of Iowa campus, injuring five people after a big fight broke out. Three of the victims are university students, and one is in critical condition while the others are stable. No arrest yet, and cops are hunting for persons of interest. It all started with what seemed like a minor argument that exploded into chaos. Witnesses say the brawl got wild-fast, but the loud downtown scene drowned out the gunshots. No one caught it clearly on phone video. Students are rattled saying they don't feel safe hitting the streets anymore. University President Barb Wilson urged everyone to lean on support, noting how this makes the big campus feel small and scary. Governor Kim Reynolds offered state resources and prayers for the victims and their families. The investigation is full steam ahead, with no signs students were targeted. Police won tips to ID those involved. Call Detective Cade Burma at 319-3-565-275 or hit up crime stoppers.
