About this episode

I find it odd that I resist the things that I benefit from. There are a number of things that make me feel better when I do them. Yet, when it comes to doing them, I resist. Everything in my body says no, it’s too much work, wouldn’t you rather do something else, and my favorite, I’ll for sure do it later! Then, the day goes by and I say never mind, I’ll do it tomorrow. On this episode, I share some of the areas in which I’ve kept my commitments and where I’m falling short. If you know someone that would benefit from this podcast, be sure to share it with them and ass always we would love a written review and rating on your favorite podcast platform.
