How To Believe In You

Host Susan Wagner connects with the after life to deliver messages to listeners. She provides intuitive guidance and insights.

She is an intuitive energy healer guided by the loving presence of those who have passed on. With their support, she is able to see emotional patterns and unresolved energies—both those once held by the departed and those still carried by the living. Together, she brings clarity to the emotional imprints that linger, helping her clients gently release what no longer serves them.

Her work is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and the belief that healing begins when we start loving the very experiences we once resisted. Through this process, clients awaken to their own inner truth and power—transforming pain into peace, and uncovering the beauty within their own journey.

What if the love and guidance of those who have passed on is closer than you think? Welcome to Believe in You with Susan Wagner. Susan is an intuitive energy healer who connects with the afterlife to deliver messages and intuitive guidance and insights designed to bring clarity, healing and peace. And now here's your host, Susan Wagner. Welcome to Believe in You. I am here with Susan Wagner, who is the Go host and I am her host, Candy Campbell. And we are here to talk about believing in you and energy. Okay, Susan, take it away. Thank you so much, Candy, and thank you for being on here with me. So I want to talk about what this show is a little bit, going to be a little bit about, or a lot about. So let's first start with the basics.

That's where I want to go. I want to go with life. And sometimes we're venturing along life and we're doing the normal life stuff. And we come across, I like to call them triggers, right? Sometimes we get triggered and we don't know what to do with the triggers. And we either choose to get really mad or we choose to just ignore it and go into something else. But what if there was a way that you could look at it differently? What if there was a way that you could see it differently and understand why you went into that space and why you called it in and look at it in a different light? So for instance, the first thing that comes off of my mind or thinking about things is, you know, why do you fight with your spouse?

And so if we're even fighting with anybody, you know, not necessarily just a spouse, but maybe you're at work and someone, your coworker triggers you. Right? That is another way of looking at it. And some of us just want to walk away and then we're in the, in the energy and we are like feeling all these feelings and some of us are unconscious to it, right? We're like, oh my God, that person made me so mad and then you start talking about why they made you mad because they did something to you and they did that to you and they caused you to do this reaction and then we're in the story. And so this is one where I help people to come out of the story and your loved ones on the other side are happy to connect with you. Like so happy. Like they will come in and they will be like, hey, can we look at this differently?

And so when you look at where, why you're showing up in that form, like why did you get mad? Why did you get upset about a feeling? Why did they trigger you so much? When you start to unpack those reasons or those questions, then you can see it in a different light and release it and let it go and choose something else. And we're told that all of this is so complicated, right? Our life is complicated. Our world's complicated. It really isn't. It really isn't when you can unpack and look at things differently. And shadow work, basically, right? I mean, that's what people talk about sometimes is the shadow work. Let's for kind of briefly dive into what is shadow work. I mean, when you stop to think about it, I mean, I understand the energy, the energetic,

what you're talking about. But for someone that's tuning in that may be like, what is shadow work? And how does that get triggered at the shadow work? We have to do the shadow work, but the shadow side of us, the younger version of us, oftentimes gets triggered when someone or something gets under our skin. Yeah, for sure. For sure. So then, you know, it's often when you're a younger, you went through an experience that made you believe in something, made you believe something about yourself. For instance, this morning I did a beautiful call with my little private group and we were talking about burdens and we were talking about how I felt I was a burden my entire life.

And how I literally would give and give and give because I felt like I was never enough, never gonna amount to anything, never gonna. And so I had all these stories playing off in my head. And somebody had triggered me, that made me cry, right? And it was emotional response, but I had to move through those energies to understand why I was doing that, why I felt like I was burdened. So I stepped into, you know, the shadow work of that would be when I was three, when my beautiful father, who I loved dearly, but he was frustrated at the project that he was doing. And so I came out to give him some light and love and bubbly stuff. And the second that I showed him that, he shifted into, you're too much right now, you

need to go away. And in that second, he created something within me that carried me through my whole life, candy. Until I came to this part in my world where I woke up to it. And that is doing the shadow work is understanding why you're feeling what you're feeling, right? And letting it go and finding a different energy to attach to or a different frequency. It's not really attaching to it, but it's letting go of those lower vibrations like my dad, like he loves me dearly. On the other side, he tells me how proud he is of me. He loves me enormously. And I think that he meant to put me in that state of mind so that I could wake up at this particular time of the whole waking up of the planet, right? And so to do the shadow work, I had, I might have believed that I was this burden.

I did. I believed that I was this burden until I unpacked who I really am, right? I am packed or started questioning like, well, why do I do these things? Why do I really believe that? Why am I feeling like this? I mean, most of our whole life we're told, like, you shouldn't feel anything. You should not feel things. I mean, I just watched this clip on about the royal family and they are not to show emotion in public places. And I was just like, oh my God, that's a rule, right? But we're on an emotional planet. We're here to feel all of these things. But the thing is that we don't have to carry it forward. We are like these magical beings are creating these stories in our head. And what we believe within ourselves is what we're projecting out. And people are giving it back to us.

And that's when we have the choice to decide how they are going to affect us, how they're going to affect who we are. We can either align with it or we can say, I'm going to clear and transparency all of this and I'm going to choose a different pathway because I don't believe that that is who I am. And so doing the shadow work is so important because when you're a little, you shoved it down in your body and you said, I'm not safe. I'm not lovable. I'm not. People don't believe me. Whatever story I created. And so now I get to unpack all those beautiful things. And I know that they're not truth. But I also know that my dad loves me so much that he put me in that state. I know this might trigger some people. Oh, I can feel all that. But they put me in that state so that I could wake up and understand the world at a different

level. Like I can find patterns super quick. I was, you know, my whole life, I was dyslexic. My brain works differently. And I was taught that I was wrong and everything about me was wrong and that I was a slow reader and that I didn't do well in school and all this stuff. And I'm like, it took me to have kids to realize how intelligent I am and how much I would never, ever give up my brain for anything because the way that I talk to the spirit realm and the way that they help me unpack the stories that people are holding on to is like, I wouldn't give this up for anything. But it took this journey to get here. And it took me believing in myself to get to where I need to be. Well, Susan and I, we've been friends for a while and we met, oh, back during COVID,

when we were both in a course together. And I can attest that she is very gifted. It's not the right word. But she's, she knows what she does. She knows her job and she knows how to communicate with people that have passed because she has, I mean, we're going to take a break soon, but when we come back, she'll do, I get to be the example, I was going to say, getting picked, but the example of what she does. So you understand exactly what unpacking energy and how she communicates with our loved ones who have passed to help us clear any and all energy that's coming up for us. We will be right back. So what is love? Love is being independent. Love is dancing. Is trying to hospital for children?

Love is at any smile. At Shriners Hospitals for Children, love is caring for a child regardless of the family's ability to pay. If you know a child, we can help visit Shriners Hospitals for Children.org. Welcome back to Believe in You. I am the co-host of Believe in You and Susan Wagner is the show host. So we are going to use me as, I would say, guinea pig, but I will say the example of what she does and how she people who have energy which they need to unpack because it's something within them, but I'll let you get into that, Susan. Thank you. Okay. So when I'm sitting here, it's interesting because I can read pretty much every soul,

I'm sure I say that because your father's energy is coming in and your father has not passed correct. No, he knows. So it's interesting because your mom's energy is here and I know that. I know that your mom's present, but she wants me to look at your father's energy. She's passing the bunk. Buck. Okay. And interesting enough, I want to talk to you about business and workflow. Okay. Let's go. Okay. And it's tied to your father for some reason. Germany Christmas. Sorry. I'm not really sorry because she keeps pointing the fingers. So this is one where I would say Clarence, me, anywhere where you have to point fingers. Okay. It's interesting because I want to shut down my voice and with her, there's a lot of energy here. So her, so if you look at your parents as a partnership, she wants to point fingers at

him. Does that make sense? Like I want to point. Yeah. She did that quite frequently. It was easy for her to assign blame versus take some responsibility for her part. Okay. And she wants to, I want to make your mom and dad a business partners. And for some reason, I want to bicker and I have to use the word bicker about the other person. Even, oh my God, my throat is like closing up. So anywhere where you have hurt feelings that you watched when you're a little with your mom complaining or arguing about your father's behavior or abandonment for some reason, my God, can you clear Clarence, me, all of that energy. I can feel all of that in your throat around. Oh, maybe that's what makes me feel fire in my throat around anger at him.

Yeah, because it didn't do what she wanted him to do. And she felt like he burdened her with responsibilities that were technically his to shoulder. I Clarence transmute across all time to mention space and all reality. Anywhere my parents, my mother specifically, slided by my father and she had, and they bickered back and forth because yeah, you do a lot of bickering. She also is talking about being caddy, little things. Okay. Um, so anywhere, there's an emotional response with that. Like I want to be angry and it's not even anger, but she's making me feel annoyed about the caddy little things. Either she was caddy about them, but there's an energy behind it around. It's just caddy. Like there's a feeling with it. Like either you cannot be burdened. Like she can't be burdened with you and your little caddy stuff or that she can't be

burdened with anybody. And it's interesting because your dad had the same energy. Like nobody can be burdened with caddy stuff. Like it's just a nonsense. Like I just, I don't want to be bothered with it. And so if I look at little candy, right, feeling like you were a burden or felt like you have to overcompensate for your mom or your dad in order for them to see you and love you, I would like you to clear and transmute anywhere where you felt not worthy or not loved by them or that you had to do something in order for them to see you or you had to do something. It's like you had to do a chore for them in order for them to value you or appreciate you. Oh my god, she's making me feel heartache with that. That clear and transmute across all time to mention space and reality where my mom or

my father felt like I was always a burden. They couldn't be bothered. Okay. That's okay. Okay. Yeah. So also I want to talk about your quietness with them because they're making me feel like it's funny. They're showing me your room and how you spent time in there when you're a little girl. Somebody need the house quiet and not like they're just showing me how in your room you're like this lively little kid and outside of the room. It's like I want to walk on eggshells and I don't know if that's a proper way of saying it but it's like you anticipated for things to you were cautiously aware around your voice. And I think that's a good thing about having it into the, does that make sense? Yeah, because I had to be that prim and proper little girl that, you know, I couldn't, I

couldn't be a little girl in the house. I mean, I was always a little girl. But I had to be quiet. I had to, you know, it was like what I remember hearing this little girl should be seen and not heard. I was in my room, I, you know, they didn't bother me. I could do what I wanted. It was just me and myself. But in the rest of the house, I didn't have that ability. I had to. And yes, it was kind of walking on eggshells because I had to be very gentil about, you know, raising my voice was not something I was a lot to do in the house. So then I would say to you, like, where did you learn that it wasn't okay to talk outside of the room? Because they're showing me you in your room for some reason with yellow. I don't know if yellow made you happy, but they're making me feel like there is yellow sunshine

in there. And I want to sing. And I want to like, did you have, did you have a little dolls? Like little, okay. Because they're showing me a dollhouse and they're showing me like you would, I feel like I, I want to play and pretend. And I want to do this, all this imaginary stuff. But as soon as you hit that door and go out, it's like your world stayed inside your room. Does that make sense? I did. And like that outside or in my room, but in the rest of the house, I was, that was not safe. And we would unpack. This is a beautiful example of doing shadow work, right? Like so then that's Claren, trance me anywhere where you believed that your life was like your moms. Like my moms. Oh, boy. Oh, my God. It's interesting because she's showing me like she would come home from work.

She worked, right? Yes. Yeah, she would come home from work with all of this stuff that she collected from her coworkers. Like literally, I feel like she, when you're not aware of what you're listening to or gathering or believing in or not believing in, you kind of carry it, not knowing what to do with it. And you bring it home and either she had a fight with a coworker or like things didn't go her way. She, I want to mumble underneath my breath about things that happened. And she also is telling me like she exploded on you, like things that would happen. Like, okay. I was not only the sounding board, but also the venting board of things that were a mess.

Yeah. So then you took it. That's funny because you took it as I need to do, I need to be the sound board for my mom. Yeah. And you allowed her to, I don't want to call dump on you, but it was more like just, and you were like, okay, I'll take it. I'll just support you in that light, not knowing that you were making less. Like they're showing me you're making less. Okay, don't do this. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. And so then you created this rule book of how you were going to interact in the outside world. It's interesting. I want to say that it's not safe or that your mom, oh my God, I have a massive headache over that. It wasn't safe for a long time. I mean, my mother was, um, my mom, I mean, she wasn't. It's not like she came home intentionally.

I don't know. I guess part of it is she, because I was that sounding board for her. I was also the venting board. So I became the catch-all for all of her emotion. And like my father, who should have been the one she should have been talking to, it was me because I held space for her. So yes, everywhere where I held space for her and just took in all her stuff, like clear and transmute across all time, the mention space and all reality. I cut all cords ties and all. So if we dig deeper within that story, Candy, can you feel the emotion attached to her allowing like her coming home and you fixing her? There's an emotion attached to it, right? If, and I want to say this in this light, because she's like, if you believe that if you can be that sound board for your mom, it's a form of you loving her.

For her seeing you as maybe she'll see you then and she'll, but she's showing me how in that light, she took it as, here's all my stuff for the day and then she went back to being her normal self. And you as a little girl was like, oh my God, I just need somebody to accept me and love me. And not knowing that you were the light for her and that you, all you had to do was stay in your light and not follow in the patterns of your mom and dad. Does that make sense? Yeah. It makes no sense. Oh my goodness. Okay. This is so beautiful. And to all the listeners, I'm pretty sure that everybody can relate to this story on some level. I mean, if you're called to this radio show, you, there's a reason why your loved ones are always working for you.

They're always helping you to unpack things and go through things so that you can let these energies go. Because oftentimes we don't let go of them when they're in this life or where it, you know, when they're around, but it shows that for us after, after they're gone. And they're, you know, it's kind of like a picture that's popping into my head is like a rope. You keep holding on and there's more of the rope. You keep pulling yourself along and there's another rung that you need to get to. But on that run is something else that was created way back when, when, you know, most of us were kids or we were all kids at one point, but at some point in our childhood, that just needs to be cleared up and transmuted that energy needs to be cleared and transmuted. So yes, there's in you nailed it on the head.

My mother did that a lot. And she even admitted, you know, when she was dying, she's like, I'm, she apologized. She's like, I'm so sorry. I burdened. She felt she burdened me, but she didn't feel she had, she didn't believe she had any other, you know, she could talk to my father. She certainly couldn't talk to my grandmother. And she didn't really have any friends. So can we go into that really quick? Because if you look at patterns, because that's what I do is help people look at patterns. If you look at your grandparents on both sides, I'm pretty sure that the story is the same. And their male or female has not been present and been abandoned. It doesn't, it doesn't matter. It's not exactly the same pattern, but it is the same pattern. I don't know how else to say that. But if you look at your mom's pattern, I'm pretty sure that either her dad left or her

mom left, but somebody left the relationship. No, my grandparents, my mom's father was, he was a big divorced and my grandmother worked all the time. And so my mother was kind of forced to be the little housekeeper, the little shoes had the baby sit her brother and do all those little responsibilities, which he probably became the sounding boy for my grandmother as well. So those patterns were passed down from her to my mother and my mother passed them down to me because the truth is, I don't think she knew any better. Exactly. They only know what they know. And that's part of where we have to forgive them because they were taught. Like this is how you do life. Well, somebody like yourself, right, that has this beaming light and we're in the energy

of awakening, right? And so now you're like, oh, well, wait, there's a different light that you can look at. Let's look at it in this form and you can clear the lower vibrations like anger or hurt or sadness. The emotions that we weren't allowed to feel, you can clear them and release them and then try on something else. You can rewrite any story that you really want to and it's all with just playing with your imagination and with your mind. Well, I can at last we've given you an example of what Susan can do.
