Story Transcript:

En: I sat next to the large fireplace in the warm cabin, listening to the crackling of the fire as it consumed the wood.

En: Snow was falling gently outside the window, covering everything in a soft white layer.

En: I looked at the massive table that was crowded with books and papers.

En: The atmosphere in the cabin was comfortable, but it did not calm my anxious heart.

Ar: اسمي ياسمين.
En: My name is Yasmin.

En: I love reading and dream of becoming a writer someday, but I hide this dream for fear of judgment and criticism.

En: I was sitting here with my friends, Zaid and Laila, working on a school project.

En: I desperately wanted to create an unforgettable project that would showcase my writing skills.

En: But how do I do that?

En: I was scared of sharing my writings with Zaid and Laila.

En: What if they didn’t like what I wrote?

En: What if I failed?

En: Anxiety began to take over me, but I decided to face my fears.

En: I said in a shaky voice, "I have thought of an idea for the project.

En: Perhaps we can write a story together."

En: Zaid and Laila looked at me with interest.

En: I gained courage and started explaining my idea enthusiastically.

En: I talked about the characters, settings, and plot.

En: I was presenting my idea in full, hoping they would like what I proposed.

En: I finished speaking, and silence prevailed for a few moments.

En: I felt my heart nearly jump out of my chest.

En: But suddenly, a laugh erupted from Laila who said, "How wonderful, Yasmin!

Ar: هذا ممتاز!"
En: This is excellent!"

En: Zaid smiled and said, "You are an amazing writer!

En: I'm excited for this project."

En: All my fears vanished in that moment.

En: I felt confident and grateful for my friends' support.

En: We began working together on the project, and as the story progressed, my admiration for my writing abilities grew.

En: When the project was finished, it was presented before the class and impressed everyone.

En: I gained the courage to share my work and realized I must believe in myself.

En: I learned to embrace my talent and share it without fear.

En: With every time we sat by the fireplace and with every story I told, it seemed as if the whole world was opening its arms to me.

En: Zaid and Laila discussed with me eagerly, and I began to see that the solution wasn't in fear, but in taking action.

En: I started to believe that my story could inspire others, just as it had inspired me.
