Yeah, which means when he comes out, got to get him to sign our belief. To sign that we already have a lot of good. Well, Sudakus, Brendan Hunt, Phil Dunster, Jeremy Swift and Sean Peyton signed it. When he retired from the saying, he was giving out biscuits to everybody there in New Orleans. So we've got to get Sam to sign this thing. Keep it going. Fun here on this program. 844204 Rich, Devil Ticks and Calls again on the WeatherTech fan line.
When you're losing in the NFL, this just sucks. Life sucks. When Jim Harball meets with the media here in Southern California over the last couple years, it's been a lot of fun. We even made a segment out of it. The Harball Files. Because if you recall when Jim first moved out here, he was living like Jim Rockford, right? And RV on the beach, right? And so we made a Harball file out of it. But this is not a Harball file because there's no laughing matter going down there now. That O and four across the street. And you know, the guy who was brought in here to take Justin Herbert to the next level. And he knows that when he comes here on this show, as he did two summers ago saying he woke up that morning, early in the middle of the night saying, how am I going to get Justin to the Hall of Fame? That's the sort of thing that he's thinking about. And right now, Herbert's running for his life again, throwing picks that just make you think,
where was that coming from? And offensively, Mike McDaniel has been brought in a fix all this stuff and nothing's been fixed yet. You know, a little bit better this week, but still no different results. It's still a big circle in the wind column. And this exchange is notable because you don't usually hear the back and forth get snippy in Southern California ever. And certainly again, the tenor of the Harball press conferences has turned. The question, I believe, will here is why is Justin Herbert continuing to play hero ball here since that's supposed to be fixed? When you came here, the charter was to get a protected life charter was to make sure you didn't have to be a superhero. But, you know, 2.5 years later, like you said, he still has to be a superhero for you guys to have a chance to win the game, but why is that? Yeah, I just sounds more like an insult that it does a question, but I mean, that's the way you look at it.
I'm saying that, yeah, there's, it's the kind of competitor that he is where I've never seen him flinch. I've never seen him rattled. He's an amazing inspiration. And that's what we do. We all feed off of that. I know the entire team does. And you asked me what gives me what gives me optimism, what gives me hope with this football team because I see that throughout the entire team. And yeah, we attack, we improve, can't improve everything all at once, but we can improve one thing at a time all the time. And that's what this team is doing. It was a little bit, so I just, I'm sassy. It's the third season now. He's still among the most pressure to get quarterbacks. I'm sassy a lot. Why is he going to have to answer your question? Can I answer it the same way?
You can answer the same way. I don't think you can answer it. Okay, I did. Oh and four. That's what happens. Yeah, what happens? Well, there's a legitimate question. Is why is he being pressured at the same rate here? Because the, you know, last year, it was understandable. This one, you got Alton, Sean Slater still there. You know, the offensive line seemingly much healthier. Listen, Jim is just not going to sit here and go, yeah, that's always going to be his answer. I believe in Justin Herbert. Love the guy we feed off him. He's a superhero. Well, that sort of stuff is what we're going to improve. It just sucks to be on form. And it sets up a fascinating development here. At the outset of October. Quarter post point.
Four games in. 13 more to go. Anything can change. Obviously. But. And next year's draft. We have been talking about it for over a year, even in last year's draft two years ago, you could even say. That everybody was pegging 2027. As the year to go get your quarterback. To the point where when the Rams go ahead and snag their quarterback of the future in Thai Simpson this year, you had an extra first round. You're like, really? I thought next year is the year to get your guy. If you're going to be taking a flyer and the Rams are probably not going to be picking middle of the first round. Very often, certainly not when we get one from Atlanta. Or a couple years ago. Johnny, you're going to go for your quarterback of the future now with the first round in Jackson Dart, huh? Now, going to buy your time. I'm going to sit here and figure it out. You're not you're going to go now. You're going now, huh? You don't get JJ McCarthy when you could have now they have him again, which is kind of wild because Dart has heard can't make this stuff up, which is why we're bringing this up now because in this can't make it up lead.
You know, you look at the teams currently, winless, currently, winless. And we weren't going to really talk about it until our overreaction Monday podcast. A new feature of that show, born out of you saying a couple of weeks ago, hey, I keep getting blown up on social Sunday nights with people coming up with ideas that we should talk about on Monday's show. And now we're having a tweet of the week every week. John Wilson at the John Wilson who's showing off all his degrees got three degrees. Three of them. B.A.M. Your master's in education. He's a doctor. The charges and Texans are going to have top five picks in the 2027 draft and neither will win five games this season, which is, you know, not out of the realm. But if you know, right, they they have 13 games to go.
So if they're not going to win five games, that would be what? That would be a brutal stretch of finishing off four and four and nine. Both teams finishing four and nine. Yeah. I still think they're two both two damn talented to finish up four and nine. I agree. But again, you look at the teams that are coming up. Teams that are currently 0 and five right now, up on four right now, charges and Texans, dolphins, the Tennessee tightness, Titans and Tampa and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Yeah. Let's just play it out in the draft next year, where you've got quarterbacks galore. All I've been hearing from folks like Daniel Jeremiah who's on Friday show, Todd McShay from the ringer when he comes on the show Mel Kuiper, Jr. When he comes on the show, anybody whose job is to evaluate who's coming from college to the pros.
This is the quarterback draft of quarterback drafts that if these five teams are the ones that show up top five in the draft on the clock, Tennessee's got cam ward, the charges of Justin Herbert, the Texans have CJ Stroud, the Bucks just signed Baker to a big deal. And then you got the dolphins who have Malik Willis and is the team that if they sit there at one, they're going for it. We all know that with all due respect to Willis because Willis can stick around the following year. He's affordable enough to give them the wherewithal to do what the Raiders are doing right now. True. Or be it maybe not to the tune of winning three of their first four. What would happen? Because you've got the jets with a massive amount of first round sheriff choices, three of them. And you've got the Browns with a massive amount of choices too.
And I don't care if Deshaun Watson keeps doing what he's doing. You know, that's still going to be a sell to Browns fans for various reasons. What would you do if you're at the top of the draft and you know, if you're Tennessee, do you end your cam ward attempt? That's number one. Yeah, that's number one. Number two, the chargers and the Texans aren't going to end their tenures with Herbert and Stroud. You would think not. But teams would be calling. They would have choices to make. Yeah. Do you get a hall for the first overall selection or second overall selection that might be on par of what the bears got for Bryce Young from Carolina for the right for Carolina to go draft. Bryce Young. You know, you could get that sort of hall or.
Do you stand pat and not get all of these draft choices? Because you can get a massive amount of draft choices. And take Jeremiah Smith. Number one. That's a tall order as we all know, Keeshawn was the last one to go. Number one overall as a wide receiver. We've seen some guys in the top five recently. Well, I mean, Colonel Tachus finally had his teammate from last year. But Marvin Harrison hasn't worked out right. Do you get Jeremiah Smith for Justin Irving? Do you get Jeremiah Smith for CJ Stroud when that being interesting connection his two top wide receivers Ohio State and Michigan for the Ohio. Ohio State quarterback in Houston. Do you do that Tampa? Do you get Jeremiah Smith when you're probably spending all year going, man, my heavens would have looked good around here still.
For a team that's right now owned for. You know, Smith in a book. You get teammates once again. Can't deny it doesn't matter. From the same school because that school is a pretty good track record. Do you do that? What do you do right now? Tankathon has the Titans taking hearts of ball. And number two in the Texans taking Jeremiah one. That's where it's at. Well, they've got six quarterbacks overall on the top. It's 21. It's really easy for Tankathon or anybody to do such a thing. You don't have you don't know the hall. Like let's just say as you call them archipelago. Right. Let's just say Texas goes on the run like Indiana went on, right? Okay. Let's just say that. And I would say then congratulations to the SEC for finally winning the national championship. That's big of you.
And do you think Tennessee would go let's go and get patents nephew? Mr. Tennessee volunteer and all those fans would be jacked to get a manning there. And you tell cam ward thanks for the memories. Or do you say we believe in cam ward and who wants arch manning and you get a whole of picks. To build around what you've been building and losing a bunch of games for this year. Yeah, I mean it depends on how the last 13 games of the cam ward experience. And you really think the Texans are going to be first overall. I don't know, but that's right now. I get it. I get it. And that's just the food for thought again that we're kind of batting around right now. I don't. It feels like Miami is going to be first on the clock right now a month into the season. So then they'll take, then they'll take a quarterback. And then it's on at number two. And then it's on whoever's two.
Do you because again, don't forget when it was Caleb, Jaden Daniels, Drake, May, one, two, and three. There were a host of teams that were knocking on the commanders and Patriots doors to say, what do you think? And they were told, keep moving. Yeah. Beat it. But what if those teams at two and three are any of these teams were mentioning who have a massive financial commitment to somebody at quarterback or somebody who is clearly their quarterback of a future. And you can be it. You can get a host of draft choices because you don't have to choose a quarterback and build around that quarterback of the future. Or say, no, thank you to the hall of draft choices and go with the wide receiver who Larry Fitzgerald Jr. termed an absolute mutant.
I think the most fun to think about is Tampa at number two because they would presumably have a new head coach. And you'd have to figure out on offense. Yeah, as well. And if they'd be having offensive guy come in and do they take four or five draft picks and maybe a player or two or take Smith at number two. And now you have Baker Mayfield with these two Ohio State kids and Bucky Irving and let's ride. This is potentially coming down the pipe because I think just to put a bow on it. Everybody's assuming next year's draft will be laden with people who need quarterbacks because that's the reason why you're top five. You don't have one. But what if the circumstances are they 100% have them. But for whatever other reasons they just didn't win enough football games this year. And if the quarterbacks come in for other places.
They may have to trade up to go get them and I always thought good luck because everybody in top five is going to need one anyway. What if multiple teams are open for business. But they don't want to put a four sales sign there because the kid they could get it. Why receiver is so generationally talented. It makes sense to for go all of that. To take him for your quarterback that clearly needed the weapon to the point you finished in the top five of the draft. Or what if it is the chargers and a team is not offering a hall of picks for that selection. But Justin Herbert what do you do? I'm just saying if this is all the Patrick sorry if this were the whole pat with the Texans at number one and they put Smith with Nico Collins can you imagine and tank Del fully healthy. Right. I hope they get some mind men later on in that draft. Well that in that's the point like do you get the host of picks because you can take that and cascade it deep into the future.
I think it's a four or five starters instead of just one guy. It's the whole Joe burrow me. It's a I didn't see this on the bingo card. Yeah no it's going to be fascinating. And again it's just four games in. Yeah obviously this could change no doubt. But we're going to keep an eye on it. Radio audiences just returned here on the rich eyes and show ESPN radio series sex I'm along with Disney plus in the app on the TV side of things we just saw a clip. Of the film match box the movie that's coming to you on Apple TV streaming starting on October 9th and Sam Richardson part of the crew of this show of this movie right here on the rich eyes and show once again. What's it like working with Cena it's great I tell you what because he I say the majority of the the fight sequences are him like to watch him like sort of like go through the fight sequences and like the stunts it's it's a feat to behold and but then like it's also fun and funny playful but like also a man about his business I appreciate the sweetheart of an individual to truly like like a good dude.
It's also the earth right you got to get a story of from Cena from the set. I mean it was my birthday and it was my birthday out there in my buddy Arturo who's in the movie as well and John they take me out for. For you know some some libations and some some stakes of course and we I don't know if this is like a story that I mean it's not a bad story okay good but you know we we tie one off until like like we're drinking like we're separate we're all pro wrestlers and we are not. But see it could put some down see it can put them down I even before I was like I got a hollow leg I can put them down to yes. It was till the early morning we were like taking over the taps like you would be John Cena you can if the bar closes at the hotel yeah won't close the bar so he's pouring drinks and then at one point I woke up in a different hotel room.
What yeah because he got me a nice room at the four seasons I woke up and I was like just so confused he's like oh you were you were down and out because it was it was like a lot of time first off it was like we were still going at six in the morning so I woke up at like a reasonable time considering I woke up like 10 so it's not like enough time to like get my day started but I did lose that you went to sleep and you woke up in a different hotel room yeah I was like I think it was like we're probably not going to get this in you on the streets of Budapest at this point oh I was in Budapest oh big important part of the story we were here yeah I was well it also the movie happens in Budapest and Morocco and Slovakia it's kind of travels all over the world yeah well that's pretty cool yeah that you could you put them down with the judge we he told me I would make a good wrestler oh really it's the greatest compliment of ever heard what would your wrestling name be about that yeah well I haven't thought about that but right now on the spot I call it
the panic the panic that's right because like nobody knows what I'm gonna do T.J. How does that sound to you is a wrestler called the panic is that you're finishing move the panic or is that your actual I'll be the panic attack with my finishing oh sir nobody knows what I'm gonna do okay let's jump into your your your the pride of Wayne State University yes I went to University of Michigan so I know about where Wayne State is yes you do or native Detroit or right I am when did you first meet Tim Robinson when you first meet him so I met Tim Robinson when we were when I was in high school I was taking classes at second city as a 15 year old and then he was on the touring company the second city not not long after yeah but we would do shows at the theater called planet aunt theater and eventually he became my level a teacher when I was still in high school and then became fast friends thick asleep is we wrote up a bunch shows together yeah got it got prepared higher to to work in Chicago on the touring companies and mainstage you know but we are like
17, 19, 20. So you've known him for a couple decades. I've known him, I knew him when I was in puberty. That was late puberty, I was in puberty at 22. Okay, he's about to say, you know, when did that happen? I know, I just kind of met again for the first time and like I said, you're favorite, I think you should leave Skit that you were part of. That's, well, you know, I like them all very much. I think for me, my favorite one was Middaloid Maniac. Why is that? Because I love the idea of a person who has some complicated rules on something, but once you get everybody on board, nobody can quite figure it out. You know, so in that sketch, you know, there's this guy's made this like game show with a lot of, there's a guy in a metal suit. He's supposed to climb around on this wall and like touch these like panels that change color and like, but he's explaining the rules to the contestants who also don't quite get it. And then the guy in the suit is also like annoyed
and like frustrated because like, it doesn't quite make sense. And I'm like, just, he made the wall. The wall is, he made it. So you should call around on that because you made the wall. And in real life, the guy was also like getting a little frustrated because he's like, I don't know what you're asking for, but it was funny. And I loved it. And that's, that's your favorite. I think that's my favorite one. I mean, you guys together are really, really funny. And then when did you meet Sue Dakes for the first time on We Are the Millers? Is that the same thing? So we met, because Jason is a second city as well. So he would come through, when Tim and I were on the main stage in Chicago, he would come back and visit as an alumni and he would improvise sets with us. And he had a great time with me and Tim. And he'd be like, you guys, so when I left second city and Tim left second city, he was like, you guys should do a show. You guys should, you guys need to do a show. And so he got me on We Are the Millers, because like he wanted to support, you know,
like also fill the things with people who knows, he can handle it. But he was like, you guys just need to do a show. So we produced our show Detroiters. That's how it, that was born. Yeah, yeah. It was Sue Dakes. It's like, you guys are funny together. You should do a show. You guys should do a show. And we're like, yeah, and it's gotta be about Detroit. Now, did he know him from SNL before that as well? Or at? No, so when Tim went to SNL, you know, Jason was, was there already the famous, you know, Tesprothers. Yeah, exactly. To the basketball. Well, actually, not to put too fine of a point on it, I think it's blah, blah, blah, blah. Yeah, I thought it was. I said, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, basketball. Yeah, it's gotta be, you know, just to be, just to be exact. But because, you know, again, I'm just looking at, you know, obviously your, your filmography and your TV shows, you're Sue Dakes, obviously, when you, you know, for, for We Are the Millers, but Ted Lasso at the end of the day. And he reached out to you for that role that netted you in Emmy Award. It did. And like, you know, our, our buddies also wrote it, you know,
and so they wrote the character with me in mind, because they know, they know that I'm gone in, you know, my mother's gone in. And so when Sam Obasagna came, he came on, I texted and I was like, Hey, is this Sam named after me? Of course, buddy, obviously. Is that right? So get out of here. So after you named after me. I did not. And so going on, they're like, the ideas like, well, what have I got to like be a person who's like mean to like myself? Because you know, I'm pretty, you know, Loki and Joviel myself. So like, he gets to go on there and kind of be the opposite, but reveal spoiler. Who was like a really fun kind of thing to do. Joe Kelly, who's also a co-creator of Detroiters, who I texted. And he was like, buddy, obviously, but he wasn't humoring you. It literally literally was. So I mean, less to this day, I've been saying that and it has been humoring me this whole time. And it's pretty amazing because again, you play Edwin Akufo,
who's a billionaire who's trying to buy Sam's contract out and is a real bad. Yeah, real bad real spoiled brat. Not a really great person as well. What was it like joining the show at the zenith? You know, obviously season four just wrapped up. Yeah. This week is a matter of fact. Yeah. And it's so great. I mean, this show is as great as it comes. What was it like as it was just as it was taking off? You're joining it. Isn't credible because you know, like I watched that first season like Ben, as if I'm like, oh, what's watching my buddies show? You know, you want to support your friends. So you know, you're doing the favor of like watching their show. And it was like the first season to last. So and I'm like watching and like crying and like, and I'm like, guys, you did it. You made the best show. And so then to get to go there the second season, I was, I had to go, it was in the middle of pandemic and shoots in England. So I had to like, what do we call it? I'd be in the hotel room for like two weeks before we even started shooting. Made myself a little crazy, which I think maybe helped the character.
And then to be on that set and everybody who's just really like enjoyed being there. And then to get to go and then be like a real jerk in this like sea of really kind people was kind of like the opposite of like my experience on VEEP. Where like all the characters are like mean and I come in as like sweetheart, you know, it's the invert. I only just now thought of that. It is the perfect. By the way, it's true. You nailed it. You nailed it. And we'll get to VEEP in a second. But did you have a line as your character and Ted Lasso the other day? And Ted Lasso, so like that, my speech where I'm like threatening him if he doesn't come through that. Like it was a, it's all like kind of there, like I got to like improvise a lot in the thing. So I'm trying to think of like like I'm going to like burn, I'm going to take a crap and all your thing then burn on your childhood home and then like this. You know, it's all just like I got to just have like a lot of fun. I got to choke the, the I go and I'm like, oh my god. So they're like do whatever you want. So on my way out exiting, I like choke the the mannequin
on the way out. And I think I kicked it. Maybe a thundered that take, but I kicked it on a good time. And then the set dress was like, oh, not that. I didn't realize I thought there was all, and I've worked on the TV before I should have known better. Right. But and then you know, you win an Emmy award. And again, I'm not an Emmy historian, but I'm wondering if you are the only Emmy award winner to mention the Detroit Lions in an acceptance speech. Are you? I think I am. I'm willing to bet that I am. Yeah. I just don't know, you know, if anybody's like, you know, droppings, Barry Sanders' name back, you know, in the 80s or in the 90s and stuff like that. How are you feeling about your Lions four games into the seasons? Four games in. I think the, the, the, the, we're just kicking the rust off. You know, if I feel I do feel really hopeful, you know, like Jared's playing like as well as anybody.
Anybody. Correct. You know, our offense is kicking. And I think I don't, I think if we get some help on the defense and that's the question is, you know, how is the defense going to play and how is it going to hold up? And you know, usually the football gods are not done injuring players on that side of the football for the Detroit Lions. It seems to be an annual thing. It's, you know, they, they talk about the, the Lions curse. And I, and I, I really do think this is, this is the, the years where it does lift. And in, like, I'd rather have it be in the first part of the season and then like climb up to it instead of like watching it get good and then like, go, you know, you know, to mean guess, of course, down. So, so, you know, and like we've played it. Like, I, I really think that it's a couple of pieces will really charge everything.
Cause like, just like, they, they, they, they, they, like the most throws on any team has been against us. I agree. I mean, they've given up the most points in the first four weeks of the season. You know, it's tough. It is tough. It is tough. But you're just two and two and you never know. Who was, who was your favorite one? I guess did you go to the Superdome? I mean, the Silver Dome when you were growing up. I did go to Silver Dome. I was, I was harder to get there. So now I go to the, to Ford Field all the time. It's like a easier trip. But you know, I, I, I, I'm now, I, I shot a commercial with, and I'm now friends with Barry Sanders. So that's my, I was at a game two weeks ago and I was on the sidelines and they put me up on the tune. I'm like, like, like pictures like that. It's wild. That as a fan, I get to like do that sort of thing. Right. Megatron comes up to me and dabs me up. And my friends like, what is that? What's your life? I'm like, Oh, you mean just my friend Calvin? You know, I mean, pretty cool. It's pretty cool. It's congratulations on, on all of that. Thank you. Before I, before I let you go, you have your favorite VEEP moment that you were part of on that show is what?
That's a great, like favorite VEEP moment. Yes, sir. Um, that, oh my God. Okay. My favorite VEEP moment was there's an episode where we are, it's like a deposition, you know, and we shot that essentially everything in two takes. So it's a full episode we shot like in two days where like everybody's getting deposed. And to be in that room when Jonas get having the list of all of his insults, like, like, like, uh, tallied off and like, to have to like not laugh and like, this stuff was truly, it's it's tested into like how that shows written because the way that show is is like, whenever, like, something wasn't like jelling entirely, they would go off and like the writers were there and they're like, kind of like, you know, like, insult wasn't strong enough. They'd go, they'd go with it, huddle up and then they come back and like, this is the new insult. And it would be devastating. And it would be about your actual physical appearance, you know? And then you're like, oh, that's the character, right?
Yeah, I guess, but that is my face you're talking about. Nice. So Jonah, uh, so Tim Simon's took the majority of that and it was really. And so you know, you're shooting in two days, so you can't break, right? Like, because that you're, you're messing with the order of things. Exactly. And like so much of that stuff is like happening just in real time. So you cannot mess, you can't laugh, you can't mess up. Uh, but like that was that kind of the, the fun part of that was like my favorite part. That and also on the same, uh, man, same vein, there's a kind of we're in the car and there was an insult that's supposed to be for Jonah, but that's not a Jonah insult one. And like, uh, we're like in the car and like, oh, that's not working. Winaway came back. Like, oh, uh, call him a bunch of play dough stuck on a flag pole. And I'll scream laughing because it was accurate. I can't miss the show, you know, and then there's obviously moments in real life. You see all the time on social media where they'll set, they'll
put, you know, people will put it on. They're, they'll post it, but have the credits rolling in the music. Yep. And it, but it's, it's like straight out of it. It's directly out of the if not more strange. That's, I think that's a hard part about doing. V was like, what are you going to do that's like stranger than, like, that's, that's like that's stranger than reality. You know, we're like, oh, uh, it became too hard to write. Like people would write, we would write things that like six months in advance or film it six months in advance. And they'd be like, oh, was this inspired by this thing that happened last week? I was like, well, no, but, but you're foreshadowed. But you force that exactly predicted it dare I say or inspired. Oh my gosh. Unbelievable. Well, listen, uh, congrats again on matchbox the movie. It's available on Apple TV this Friday, October 9th. Um, everything else that, uh, that's been going on in your life. I appreciate you coming back here. Sam, thank you so much. Yeah, he was talking to Sam and then now he's he's gone. Let's go to Jack and Kansas City. Jack, what's up, Jack? Jack, we'll give him another shot. Hey, everybody. Yeah, we're where you before, Jack. Yeah, what happened? I was a half second to a late to unmute my phone call and then it was it was already too late by the time you guys. Hey, but we circle back on the weather tech fan line. Jack, what's on your mind? Jack, dude, yesterday I saw you post on Instagram the fancy card that you
signed for the tops, Allen and Ginter series. Correct. Fact that are coming out today. That's right. And I've never bought sports cards before and I was outworkin today and I stopped at a card shop and they had a couple of the boxes there. All right. I like I said, never bought them before. I did buy a box, a single box. And you, not your signed card, unfortunately, but you were the first card inside of the pack that I opened. What can I tell you? How about that on the first card? I mean, look at you look at me. Yeah. Yeah, look at me first car. I was pretty hyped. I put it in a sleeve and you are my favorite sports media person. So thank you, Jack. I mean, it's a lot to me to have this card. And Jack, if you want to send it here to the studio, I got. You know, Jack, you want to send it here to the studio? I'll sign it, send it back. Happy to do it. You, you betcha. I will. I will have it shipped off tomorrow. I betcha. Thank you, sir. Thank you, Jack, Jack and Kansas City. Love it.
Yeah. There you go. I put them on hold. That's okay. What do you mean put them on hold? Well, it's a here at the address. Huh? I don't get. Adam will get my. Come on, Shay. Come on up here. It just take your time. Oh, yeah. You're gonna have to hard out like three and a half minutes. We'll see Contreras around the base. Yeah, Wilson Contreras. There he is. Pull the mic in. Pull the mic in. Thank you, bro. Shay. Hello, America. Please, gentlemen. Hey, nice hat, O Shay. Is it? Hey, Jackson, Jr. And less than he's lost. Didn't like it was a burn for him. Like, no, geez. You don't want to be guys. Please, I missed you to relax. Relax. See now. Thanks. And where he's co-swearing a Dodger hat is fine. Yeah. This guy. Fine. He's a joke. He's a Dodger fan. Oh, he's not. I don't know if you watched the other. I don't know. Excuse me. He's a Dodger fan. Where you a Dodger fan went, hold on a second, where you a Dodger fan when Matt Camp was playing. Yeah. Okay, where you a Dodger fan when Andre Ethie was playing. Yeah. Where you a Dodger fan when Sean Green was playing. Okay. So now we're finally.
He's new to this. He is, he became a Dodger fan when Otani showed up. Like two years ago. It seems to be, it seems like he has great timing. Exactly. No, what he has is the gazing timing. No, no, no. That's. Three weeks. Now if he came in here, it was with you wearing a Dodger. Okay. Thank you. Okay. You're, you're, you're a UFC guy. Yeah. Our Dodger guy. Yeah. You're a Laker guy. Yeah. I'm an L.A. guy. Mm-hmm. I've lived here more than asked my life. Okay. I'm an L.A. guy now. Okay. I mean, you don't, but you sound like you sit outside of Satri House. Which sound like I'm not, I mean, I just did that reference. You got to feel good about the Dodgers, man. I mean, last night. Dave Roberts is being interviewed in the middle of the game, or just a three, three innings game against sale. And he's just like, I feel really good about the at bats. We've put together over the first couple innings that we've heard. He's like, they're hard outs. But he's saying, he's saying that that sale is being put under stress.
A lot of pitches, right? And he's like, and pitchers, you know, like sale or, you know, we haven't gotten him to it yet. But if you keep putting pitchers under stress, it's going to happen. Quite literally the interview ends and they, Kike Hernandez leaves a yard. What a wizard. Too nothing. By the way, he has as many postseason home runs in his career as big poppy. Are you aware of that? That's all that I saw the stat last night. And dude, just, there's a gamer in October. He's awesome. But the fact that Roberts is like, I see it coming. And then it happens. Yeah. He is like one of the greatest button pushers around. Now it helps to have Yamamoto on the mound to make it. Let us go. It's your October. Yeah. He's incredible. Oh, yeah. She's so Dodgers look good again. Who's going tonight? Tra at Star glass now against a turban. I'm not good. It's just gross. Rich. It's just another, another undergame. Okay.
I'll see what you're saying. Under the covers. Under the covers, baby. Okay. Very good. What being last night was three one? Man, tonight, tonight, man, it's just another one for me. I'm just, I'm not feeling great. What's up with the ceilings in baseball? I don't know. I mean, I'm like, there's no way this happened back to back. They did me walk, happened to me walking, that happened. The Tampa, it's been happening in Tampa, all the forever. Yeah, forever. It's gross. It's adding a ring. E ring, sea rings, deer ring. Who the hell cares? You're adding another defender jacket, green jacket. Whatever, but at least this is happening in the Bronx tonight. Now, obviously, the Guardian's trying to get up. Max Fried tonight for you guys. Who's going, who's on no contest wrestling? Jens. For the third time, one of our favorite guests, the exciting Javan Evans, as he heads into money in the bank for an opportunity to get the money in the bank contract. And this contract is a contract that once you have it, you can call for a title match for the big boy at any time. Anytime you want.
