3:01And this, you know, once again, that offensive line was banged up. They were missing, I think, six of their top 10 highest paid players. Michael Parsons not there. And you're looking for Jordan Love to do something miraculous, but you can't be one dimensional. He tried to be, but give credit to Atlanta. This was one of those, hey, we're going to be in primetime. Our next three games. I hope you enjoy it. Well, now I'm looking forward to that. With Michael Pennex Jr. The third he played really well. But the focus of that loss is on Mat LaFloor. Here's the Packers head coach on who gets the blame? I mean, there's plenty of blame to go around. We got to catch the ball better. Certainly there's some throws. I think Jay Love would love to have back. And I just like there's some play calls. I would love to have back. Most notably that we're still in the game. And we drive down to start the second half. We have a fourth and one and it's gloves. So there's enough blame to go around to everybody. They should have lost to the jets the previous week.

4:02They got lucky there. And you're playing a Falcons team that's desperate. Desperate to prove that they actually belong as a favorite to win that division. And they did look like that. Drake London. Nine catches, 194. The most buy of Falcon receiver since the great Julio Jones had 253 against the Buccaneers in 2017. But this was about B. John Robinson. And it was also about Packers running attack. That is not running and not attacking. That's the poll question for the first hour of the program, Dylan. Well, the Packers are done, done, done, or going to be just fine. We're only three games in. Well, Paul, give me the schedule for the Packers. Yeah, they're at Tampa, host the Bears, at Dallas, at Detroit, Carolina, New England, Minnesota. There's not an easy game on their entire schedule. Not a, not a giving. No, no, no, because Carolina is not a push over there.

5:02That's, that's pretty tough schedule there to try to write the ship. I don't think they have Josh Jacobs play for them ever again. I think they ruled that the judge ruled that you can show the video of him with the whatever domestic violence case. But you're not going to have Josh Jacobs in there. Now it's going to be one dimensional. You got to get my comparisons back. Is that going to be another four games? But I was really curious how the crowd was going to respond. And they surprised me because that's one of those places. Lambo is a place sort of like the St. Louis Cardinals, a home game there. You don't get booed. It's really rare when you get booed. And I remember Tino Martinez saying after he played with the Yankees, he went to the Cardinals. And he said, I couldn't believe that they weren't booing and yelling and, you know, swearing at me. They were like, hey, Tino, you'll get him again next time. He said, I wanted somebody to yell at me. Boom me.

6:02Well, Packer fans, you booed last night and Tucker Kraft, your tight end, was not happy about it. Yeah, that's pretty tough. You know, like everyone pictures Nambu Field and I don't picture booze. I picture my home stadium. That's tough. It's pretty disappointing. Especially for a home opener. Especially for home opener. It's pretty disappointing. I can help us win. I don't know what people think that's going to rally us or something like that. But, you know, that's where growing men were mentally strong enough, capable enough to get back on the field and play ball. But probably much easier with the 70,000 people behind us rather than opposing us. Okay. If I'm Tucker Kraft, I don't address this. Hey, what did you think of the booze? Hey, we got to turn them into cheers. Hey, you know what? We didn't play well. We'll play well. We're a good team. It's going to take maybe a little more time.

7:02You got to eat that. You can't sit there and address that. If you say you're grown men, then be a grown man and say, hey, we'll be better. We're going to, you know, we'll make those booze turn into cheers. That's what we're used to. We have the best fans in the NFL. You can't do, oh, what was me after you get blown out. I'd boo you too. Yes, Marvin. And I can't be mad at Packers fans because the Atlanta Falcons had it had one play inside of the red zone the first two games of the season. And then they put up 35 on you. I cannot knock the Packers fans for being upset with the performance last night. Yes, Todd. And there have been a number of players in that same situation that said, I would have booed too. They're expecting a certain level that we're not delivering. You know, I don't know how you could possibly play the victim or say basically, you look screw the fans. That's not going to make us play it better. And I could Todd menu for meat Friday, Dylan. What do you have? Well, then we have steakhouse burgers, bacon and blue cheese steakhouse burgers, curly fry Irish notches.

8:04What's that? It's essentially just notches, but with some form of potato usually. So we went with curly fries, basically French fries dressed up with notches stuff. Okay. And anything else? Yeah, last but not least, the Rhode Island stuffies, Rhode Island stuff clams. Oh, okay. By the way, I had Damascata oysters. Now they're the best oysters in New England. If you ever get a chance and you find those on a menu, Damascata, and there's an area in Maine down by the water. And those are the best oysters you will have. Now I love, now there's some Kumamoto's that I love from the West Coast, Pacific Northwest. But Damascata oysters had those last night. Two dozens. Two dozen oysters. My wife and I. It's like, these are so damn good. We'll take another 12, please. Yeah, I've got an article on them and they're pretty famous. They call them the Napa Valley of oysters.

9:04It's the Mariscotta area of Maine. And they say they're nutrient rich, huge and briny, just like you did. Yes, Damascata is the correct pronunciation. Okay. And those are great oysters. If you get a chance, you find them on the menu. All right. Big night last night. Got college and pro football, busy schedule coming up this weekend as well. Any other poll question that you're thinking about there, Dylan? Well, if you had to pick the winner of the NFC North today, who are you going with? So bears, lions, Vikings or Packers. This feels vastly different than it did mere days and weeks ago. Yeah, but okay. I know I keep saying this. I don't have the Packers making the plan. So let me take them out of this. I think the Vikings will be better than we thought, which is what I said. Now you get Kyler Murray back. I don't know if that's a good thing or not, but I do know that with Brian Flores, they're running that defense. They're going to be in just about every game. Then that brings me to the bears and Caleb Williams.

10:06I would probably pick the bears, even though that defense isn't very good. Detroit's defense isn't very good. Then you start to look at who's got more firepower there. And Detroit can go toe to toe with Chicago. I would probably pick the bears, the lions. Maybe the Packers after that and then the Vikings. It's just getting healthy. And who gets healthy or who doesn't end for the amount of time? If Mike a Parsons plays, is there a different outcome? Well, the score might be different, but Atlanta may still win that game. And I'm watching Atlanta Atlanta put pressure on love last night. And that offensive line, missing some starters didn't look good. So that Mike a Parsons doesn't help that part of this. And Atlanta's front four has statistically been off to a good start. I was surprised that Michael Penix throws the interception first drive. And I go, okay, here we go.

11:08Get, you know, to a warming up in the bullpen. But given credit, and you know, you get these analysts to go, oh, Michael Penix, he's an athletic. He's a runner. He's had a couple of knee surgeries. And he, I felt bad for our Michaels. He hadn't gone to Oregon. If you're going to make a mistake, where he went to school, you can't make that mistake. Certainly up there with Washington, UW. And he also was at Indiana. And he's a tough kid. And I give him credit. I mean, it's a great story to come back from all the injuries, but he's not a runner. And he's going to be a pocket passer. But Drake London. Drake London loves when Michael Penix Jr. the third is, is he starting quarterback? Let me see if I have the numbers here. Okay. Here's Drake London. He's played 15 career games with Michael Penix Jr. In those games, 15 games, he has 100 catches,

12:081,400 yards and nine touchdowns. So he's gone. Here's his last seven games with Michael Penix. And I'm assuming the defensive coordinator for the Packers may have known this. And I wanted to talk to you about this because why do I feel for some reason the chargers are going to pull some chargeery and win in Buffalo?

14:13I mean, am I crazy or what? Am I question for you as this Dan? I know you love CMC, but after what happened yesterday, any given Sunday, you're going with CMC? Are you going with B. John? I'm going with B. John. Now, Christian McCaffrey is still valuable. B. John is a guy who can break it. And CMC doesn't do that much anymore, but he is reliable. He's their go-to guy. But B. John Robinson is up there with Jameer Gibbs. Those are two guys that are different than any other running backs. It feels like Andrew in Washington. Hi, Andrew. What do you have for me? Good morning, Dan. And that's happy meat Friday. I hope you enjoyed that lovely recipe or menu actually that you guys were talking about. You know, I just had a few comments. I mean, you mentioned Great London last night. Drink London was a 194 passing yard. Just the most passing yard is almost nine years by the Atlanta Falcon wide receiver.

15:13It goes all the way back to Julio Jones in 2017. But yeah, you're right. Michael Bennett Jr. Drake London. That's a great connection if both of them can stay healthy. I think Atlanta has a good future there, but you know, the injuries get in the way. My M-M-W-G-O-T-W is out of the FCC. I think LSU and Texas A&M both at two and one. Neither one can afford the second loss of this early in the season to stay in any type of playoff race. Just wanted to get your thoughts on that. Yeah, it's one of those weird games where A&M coming off a loss LSU coming off a loss. Something's got to give, but I've got LSU is favored in that game. What are the eight by seven and a half? Does that sound around about right, Dylan? I believe six and a half. Six and a half. Okay. So six and a half LSU and A&M. No, it's nine and a half. That's nine and a half? Yeah, it was eight and a half yesterday.

16:15Now it's nine and a half A&M getting nine and a half there. Ooh, okay. I don't know if that changes anything and anybody's mind. And Florida is favored in this game. And then Ray explained, so I think it starts with Dylan talking to me. And then big day Ray comes in. Florida, this one, Ray and I, I don't understand. I can't. We've been talking about it all week. I don't know what to do. I just threw a dart and I'm taking Florida. It's a double trap. It's a double trap.

22:21They want you to see the trap. Maybe you're going to not take the trap. I don't know. I still don't know. It's a double trap. It's a double trap. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Explain that that they want you to see the trap. Okay, so everyone thinks Ole Miss should win. And then you look at the line, you're like, oh, Florida's minus three and a half. So that must mean Florida's going to win. Except it's so obviously a trap that they want you to take Florida when in reality, Ole Miss is actually going to be the one that wins. I couldn't sleep all this week thinking about this then. So I just took it off the board. You can't get this kind of analysis any play sales. Okay. Now the double trap, which means I'm supposed to take Ole Miss in this one doing? Well, there's a few different schools of thought on this then. So obviously, like as Ray said in the clip, it seems such a no-brainer to take Ole Miss, getting plus three and a half.

23:22That must mean they want me to fall for the trap for Florida. But is that a trap in itself that you think they want you to take Florida instead? You should actually go back to Ole Miss. Okay. That's the double trap game. Yep. All right. Yes, Paul. Yeah, it's like reverse psychology. This is double reverse psychology. You go back to your original intentions. Okay. Maybe I'll just say Florida's going to win and lay the three and a half. But then I'd be falling for the trap or the double trap. Man, I'm confused with this. Thank God I don't gamble anymore. But I do love being around people who gamble that they're passionate and they're interesting with it. I don't like watching people gamble when they're in Vegas or Tahoe, when they're doing Black Jack. I'm never comfortable watching that because I know you're going to lose at some point. I know eventually you're losing. I just don't want to be around for that. And I was with a coworker and he was betting.

24:24He had four hands. I don't know what a salary was, but he had four hands of Black Jack at $25,000 a hand. And he seemed really comfortable with $25,000 each hand. Four of them at the same time. And he's a pretty good gambler to be putting up 25 large on each hand. Yes, Dylan. The craziest is when you see some of the high limit slot machines, like I think John Daily would sit there and do $2500 slot spins, which if you've played a slot machine before, that can go in two seconds. $2500? Well, I had a very rapid rate. Yeah. All right. And there are people addicted to the sounds of slot machines. I guess weird. But I'm sure the gambling people, you know, the casino people, they know all of this stuff. Oxygen that they pump in there and you get drinks and no windows, no clocks, no nothing.

25:27Yeah, Dylan. Yeah, I believe it's UNLV has a program that's actually about designing it like gaming. So designing some of these slot games and stuff and the government will actually use some of the experts in that field as like a study of other aspects of human behavior and things like that. That's how much they haven't nailed down to a science. Yes, Todd. If you could afford it and you had a crazy amount of money, whatever that number would be, just at a principle, $25,000 on four separate hands of Blackjack, you know, a lot of the wealthiest people got there because they're penny pictures of their smart with investing and what they, and how hard they work to get their money. Why would you just drop $100,000 for one hand of Blackjack? No matter how much money you're making, that's a problem. Mr. Vegas. Thank you. Yeah. But there are certain amounts that don't get somebody's interest. They have to put something on it that almost hurts. I get the, this one's going to sting if I lose this, but if I win this one, you know, I've been around gamblers. I was a gambler for a long time and there are times when you go, maybe I'll put a nickel on this.

26:32Maybe I'll put a dime on something. Well, that would get your interest. But some of these other, you know, big timers, you know, you're not even getting their attention with something like that. Curtis and Illinois, hi, Curtis, what do you have for me today? Morning, D.P. First off, I couldn't believe how awful my Packers offensive line was. Remember watching Jordan Love throw a bubble screen, which is supposed to just be a catch the snap and throw to the receiver and he got pressured and hit. But then I also learned something. Listen to the D.P. takes a gamble podcast yesterday when you were talking about ex girlfriend stories and that's everybody. And when Ray told his story, a, I couldn't believe that you guys weren't immediately throwing. Hey, that's a red flag. If that girl threw up from whatever he said in his story. But also, I hope you guys told Ray that for the rest of his life or at least for the rest of the time that he's with his current girlfriend anytime they have an argument.

27:34This is the one thing that will never get forgotten and always be brought up. Thank you, Curtis. We did tell Ray and Ray is young and I try to help him kind of be a father figure, maybe a grandfather figure to him. But I said, if your girlfriend wants to know about previous girlfriends, do not say anything or lie. And then Ray said, well, he said he gave the PG version to his girlfriend and then she threw up and I go, what are you doing? What are you doing? I can only do so much Jordan and Peoria. Hi, Jordan. I'm saying, calling in on that theme as well, looking for some fatherly advice from you. But after listening to the game, we podcast, I guess I'll still ask, but yeah, listen to the Shane Irving say, we'll get rid of the vapes by giving him a cigarette. I'll still ask you the father advice, but I got a little girl coming here in about a few weeks.

28:36So just looking for some, for some girl, bad advice and looking for some, for some delivery room advice. I'll do out there. Thanks dad. Always be in the moment with your wife. Don't be on your phone. Whatever she needs. If she yells at you, she yells at you. She doesn't mean it. But be there in the moment. Whatever happens. I prefer being behind home plate, not in center field, but I'm going to leave that up to you and your wife. And when you have your daughter, build in time for father daughter. I don't care what it is. Build in 30 minutes an hour, where it's just you two. Because that'll be important. It'll be important to rest her life in your life as well. Jeff and Milwaukee. Hi Jeff. How's morale and Milwaukee? The Dave Matthews is a picking up. So I appreciate that going to my like 24th or 25th show in November. And I am fine with Dylan's fine knowing his case and music.

29:39I get it from from Dave is very specific. So anyhow, morale is not good in that the Packers is offensive lines. Good accounts signed a big free agent that nobody wanted. Then that couldn't make us it made him not it be able to afford Jenkins who was great for us. And it would they didn't do anything in the draft this year to address it. And it's actually shocking. He's usually really good. Getting on the offensive line. You can't run the ball with the Flures offense. Without an offensive line. You can't do without a running back. We are donny. So, but I do have one question. We got 100 wins last night with the crew. Yeah. Are we a regular season team? Are we going to be more? Well, I do think your regular season team. You have to prove otherwise. I mean, we see this. What helps when you get into a seven game series that if you have two starting pictures that can give you like six quality innings.

30:42If you have that, then you have an advantage on just about everybody. You have one picture who's awesome lights out. And I think that'll be the key. If you're going to stand up to the Dodgers, 100 win season. I always go back to the Mariners. When the Mariners won what? 116 games. They didn't win the World Series because they weren't built for the postseason pitching wise. Who they have Wilson Alvarez was either number one starter back then. Jamie Moir. You didn't have a hammer. And if you have one or two of those, that's when you do damage in the postseason. Because it will come down to pitching at some point. And that would be my biggest concern with Milwaukee. Will they have a dominating performance pitching wise? And if so, then they're going to go a long way. Yes, Mark. You can even go back to guys like Madison, bum, Garner. They'd be like on three days. Rest go out, do it again and then keep doing it. Yes. And that's what you need to win the World Series. I got to believe that they're going to have some fun and humor in this but and I don't even I'm not sure the timeframe if Al Davis is still alive then is this going to be more about John the coach or John the coach and then the broadcaster. And yes for the younger audience John Madden used to be a coach with the Raiders for 10 years.
