0:00or anything. And when you're a kid, the adults tell you there's nothing to be afraid of. Like it's just the boogeyman, not real, it's real. The kids need to know that these things are real and that they need to call on Jesus. People say, well, how will we need a good opportunity to minister to kids? Well, what would be a better and more powerful impact on the world is if we all sat out and we didn't participate. Because then we are taking our religion seriously. So instead of being called weird for not celebrating Halloween, we're called Christian. And we're supposed to be different. We're supposed to be set apart. That's what Christianity is is sitting out. Christians have no idea what is actually going on in Halloween. Imagine taking your kid out, trick or treating. While another person's kid is missing and horrible things are being done in that child because of Halloween. I'm not even going to say what if they do. It's too horrible to even speak about it. But that's happening.

1:00And I know a lot of people say, well, I don't feel convicted. Well, guess what? I didn't feel convicted about many things my whole life because I had quenched the Holy Spirit. I wouldn't get convicted anymore because I wasn't in your relationship with God. I'm not saying you're not. But Halloween is such an obvious bad thing that you shouldn't need conviction. And it's such an easy thing to stop because it's only one day a year. Now, we really, really got to talk about this. Welcome to your sign of the Times radio show, folks. And friends, it is your call. 2:02are compromising regarding this and are facilitating Halloween celebrations with their congregations. I have seen it myself. I have really seen it myself and I have had to write a church and their youth ministry regarding such a event. It is blasphemous. It is atrocious. It is atrocious. There's a... This is not laughing matter, but it's a hard word to get out. In that video, I just found on YouTube and it's a girl who prays the Lord. It has that discernment. Like she says, something people don't have discernment over because the Holy Spirit is quenching. And my goodness, do we not ever want to get there, Lord, and Jesus' name, please make your living waters float through my veins, Heavenly Father. Let me not quench your Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ, mighty name. Let me stay open to your understanding to what is right, what is honorable,

3:03what makes you honored, Father God, in my life. Let me love what you love, Lord Jesus. Let me hate what you hate, Lord Jesus. Let me not quench your Spirit, Father God, in Jesus' name, amen. Amen. Ha. Because let me tell you what, it's time to address the elephant in the room. Halloween is up here. Halloween's coming up. I have a headache that's been lasting days on end. Today it was much better. A friend of mine prayed for me, and it's gotten better, and I praise the Lord, and I thank you there is power and prayer. And also there is a lot of electro waves going through the air, I think, because a lot of people are suffering the same thing. And it's just the sign of a time. But the spiritual warfare is an all time high. And I want to share with you guys a letter, an email that I wrote to the youth group, I will leave the church's name out of it, because a non-nemnity, but I pray that this is regards. You can take this email that the Lord guided me to write. And you can apply it to any church

4:04that has formulated any kind of celebration around Halloween. And they'll tell you, well, it's to bring all the youth together because it gives them a place to go. And so they say, we just dress up like, no, no, gory stuff. Just get dressed up. No. What is light doing? What does light have to do with darkness? I'm going to give some scriptures in this, and then I'm going to pray that you will take note to these scriptures and read them on your own, because this is a short podcast. Thank you, team, for creating an opportunity for the youth to be inside on October 31st. Okay, this is my response. Let's go back to the initial email. Hope all is well. I see that October 31st is being celebrated under the name of Hello, Wayne Knight.

5:07Literally, hello, hello, Oh, Wayne Knight. So I had a thought. I'm not sure about the dynamics of this evening at youth group, but have seen on the social media accounts that there is a costume contest as well as a movie. Here's an idea, maybe on October 31st, the youth could get together and have a hallelujah night at the church. They can pray and worship and pray and praise Jesus. This is a way that the youth can have a themed night, which they all truly seem to enjoy, but be intentional in this evening to counter the spiritual darkness connected to Halloween by exalting the light of Jesus Christ. Woo-hoo, they might have a moment where they can all just pray in the spirit like a good old axe church, amen? I have recently heard testimonies of ex witches and Satanists and they have said Halloween is a night that Christians should not participate in at all by even wearing costumes and watching horror films

6:09and is coming into agreement with the intentional darkness of this evening, would you agree? It's been clear that Halloween Knight throughout its history is run by the demonic agendas and the kingdom of darkness, carving pumpkins and participating in any form of Halloween wouldn't be Holy Spirit guided, correct? Second Corinthians 614 says, do not be unequally yok with unbelievers, do not make mismatched alliances with them or come under a different yok with them and consistent with your faith. For what partnership have right living and right standing with God, with aiquity and lawlessness? Or how can light have fellowship with darkness? All the work you are doing with the youth does not go and notice and is greatly appreciated as you allow God to use you to map you to 28.19, right? Let me know if I can personally lend a hand

7:09in helping reimagine the Halloween evening to Halle, Luya evening for God's glory. Love you with the love of Christ and I put first Corinthians 15, 56 to 58. And first Corinthians, first Corinthians, I'm just talking, sorry I'm shouting to you, my goodness, I've been really vocal these last few podcasts, I'm just mad at the devil, not people. Okay, so first Corinthians 15, 56 through 58, the sting of death is sin and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, he gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ, therefore my dear brothers and sisters stand firm, let nothing move you, always give yourself fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not vain. Hallelujah. Okay, and so then here was their response. Hi, Char, thank you so much for taking the time to write and share your heart. I really appreciate your passion for seeing our youth pursue Jesus and your care for what we are doing as a ministry.

8:11It truly means a lot. I want to reassure you that we are not celebrating Halloween. Our heart behind this evening is simply to provide a safe, positive alternative for our youth and their families. The goal is to create a space where students can have fun, spend time together and be in a Christ-centered, supervised environment, rather than being out in settings that may not reflect our faith values. The name, Hello Ween, was meant to be a light hearted play on words, emphasizing connection and invitation. Our hope is that students would feel excited to invite their friends to church, where they'll experience community fun in faith on one place. The evening will include all of these fun elements, games, candy, and a chance to dress up, along with Christ-centered devotion by pastors, okay, I'll leave his name out of it. It's really about community safety and shining light on a data as often associated with darkness. I completely understand and respect your concern

9:12about the origins and associations of Halloween. And I appreciate you bringing the perspective forward. Thank you again for reaching out and for your continued encouragement and your prayers for our youth ministry. It's such a blessing to know you care deeply about these students. If you would like to chat further, please let me know, okay? And then so I respond it and that's fair, you know? That's what I said. Most churches said, you know, no, we're not going out. It's just for indoors and that is fine. We don't want our youth out there collecting candy door to door. It's worse what's happening out there because people pray over their candy. They cast spells into the candy, which is have spoken about this at length. You can look them up online, which is understanding or what which is doing Halloween. And they will, though curses onto the candy, then they'll put them in a bowl and candy, kids will come by and collect them. Furthermore, what's worse is their children will be abducted and then they will be sacrificed throughout Halloween. And this is just a fact. So this is something for us to get to know about

10:14so that we're not walking in blindly or giving ease to having it be a comforting move to allow the satanic into what should be a Christ-centered environment. And the light of Jesus should shine on that night as we pray and put on the full armor. But we're going to discuss that here. But the lighthearted approach is over, just going to dress up, lighthearted. That is demonic. We don't want to dress up. We are to be separate from this world. We're not to be, we're called to be set apart. But I will read what I said. Thank you for your below response. Thank you, team, for creating an opportunity for the youth to be inside October 31st. The emphasis about the name, Hello Ween, and the activities dressing in costume, watching scary movies can be considered merely bringing the darkness from outside world on Halloween night inside of a building called a church. See, second Corinthians 617. This verse is very important to discern with this event. And that one we read with a star cap to do with light.

11:17So we should understand that the true church is a body of Christ and not just a building. But we should bring the light of Jesus Christ everywhere including those four walls. We are to be holy just as Christ is holy. First Peter, one through, first Peter one, 16 is be holy as I am holy, right? To invite similarities of Halloween from outside world into a church building is frankly just, frankly giving confusion. To which I then mentioned first Corinthians 1433. For God is not a God of disorder but a piece. In the, in other versions, God is not the author of confusion as in all congregations of the Lord's people. So God is not an author of confusion, but we know Satan is, right? God is not the author of confusion. Satan most certainly is John 844. John 844 states, you belong to your father, the devil,

12:18and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, but there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language for he is a liar and the father of lies. So, and then I wrote Halloween or Halloween is exactly what it sounds like. And it sounds like something that should probably be considered to be changed to maybe Hallelujah night, just a suggestion. As a Christ following believer, I'm grateful that God has given me the grace to learn more about about his heart on worldly events. Please read Matthew 713 through 14. And that verse says, Enter through the narrow gate for why does a gate and brought is a road that leads to destruction and many enter through it, but small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life and only few are found on it. So, here are a couple of points of suggestions

13:20for the events of the night. You can add to your socials or flyer. Do not be, do not dress in costume, rather we are going to put on the full armor of God. Come as you are, get ready to praise and worship and tear down the kingdom of darkness on this night. That was one of my suggestions. I don't say mine. That's one as I sat in prayer with the Holy Spirit that was just laid upon my heart. So, I wrote these down. All the things that I do, I do with the Holy Spirit guidance. You know, am I human being and do I triple for myself at times? Absolutely. But the Holy Spirit, his heart on these matters are really apparent and I'm grateful that he allows me to listen and heed and be used to write down what's on his heart. So, second was calling all youth. This is what they could have added to the flyer. On October 31st, we will show you how to do warfare prayers to come against the kingdom of darkness. Ephesians 6, 12, right?

14:20And the third was let's eat candy, dance, and have joy after we crushed the devil under our feet. Luke 10, 19 style. And so, that was more of, that was just, you know, a part of what was on my heart for Halloween. Christ's following believers do not engage in so-called church-like Halloween activities. Call out the lies, going prayer, going your prayer cross at youth, you're not too young to start warring in the spirit. The devil's a liar and he has creeped into the church walls, call out the enemy and make Jesus the light of our light, and make the light of our light in Jesus' name.
