Hang moment replay. I think we all do it. And everybody does it at some point or another. Avoiding co-workers sometimes. I heard through the grey blind. That Freddie Mac arrived at work. And we have an elevator. And we have a stairwell. And there was a co-worker going to the elevator. And Freddie Mac instead of going to the elevator. You took the stairs. You saw the co-worker and took the stairs. I did. That's true. It is true. To avoid the co-worker? Yeah. Why? I don't really know him that well. Well, okay. I mean, it was a big building. A lot of people sure. Yeah, I don't know him that well. And then I also, I was in a bit of a rush. I will say that. I was running a few minutes behind. So you think your legs is faster than the elevator? I do. And I knew what floor he was going to get off on. And it ain't the same floor. I'm going to get off on.

So it would have stopped. And then, you know, you have that awkward like. Hey, how's it going? You know, like I just didn't. I didn't have time today. Do you think that the elevator's slow? Do you think that it was more about small talk in the elevator? Hey, how's it going? It was a little bit of that. I will say too. Because yeah, I ran up the steps. And I was out of breath. And I got the top two. But look, you know, exercise or whatever. What also happened in the garage? Because we have a garage in the building here downstairs. And I was, as I was pulling into my space, he was already out of his car and making his walk from the car to the elevator door, elevator door. And he hit his along. Like when I was getting out of my car, he was already inside the little area where the elevator is. Where the elevator is. Yeah. And he hit his car alarm twice. The like to lock it. Yep. When you were near it.

Yep. So wait, you think hang on. So he was like, I was like, so you think he saw you as he's getting on the elevator and was like, oh, I better look my car. I had to lock my door. I don't know who that is. Pretty much going to get in it. I don't even know if he knows my name. I don't know his. I just assume he doesn't know my own out because because I don't know it. I don't know. But yeah, I mean, kind of maybe profound me a little bit. I don't know you think you can know. I don't know. In the company garage. Is there a work here? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Is it? Do you like your car? No, I don't. I leave my keys. No, I leave my key in the car. What? It's in a locked garage. Why I need to do that? I lock my car every single day. No.

I don't. Let me tell you, if you're near it, you're going to look, you're going to think you're suspicious. I don't know. Clearly, I already do anyway because the guy, the guy was locking. At least wait till I move away from your car before you know. So if I go downstairs, your door, your door is unlocked. It is. Really? So the key is in the cup holder. I am trusting. I only do that here. I don't do this regularly in my life at the mall or at any way in public? No. I work so. Yeah. I don't have my keys up here. I do not have my key. They're in the car. I need my keys just even getting the building. So, you know, I have my key card here. I have a car here. I have a car. Yeah. Yeah. So, I don't need it's not on my key ring. The way to get into the building. I would feel like, you know, I would feel like. You know, like, if you ever try to put your pants on with a different leg first, have you ever done that? And you're like, it just feels wrong. That's how it would be to not lock my car door. It would just feel like, yes, like I just, I have to lock it.

I have to. And if I don't, like, I'm going to be, like, it's going to bother me. And then I'm going to be sitting in here and I'm like, what, what, what, what, what happens? If nothing, what happens if we have to let somebody go from the show and then there's a disgruntled employee and they go down and they steal your car or something, they're not going to steal my car. Or they take something's going to happen. Nothing's going to happen. And even if they did, we have cameras down there. It just we have security cameras. Not lock the car like I get that like out of all places where there wouldn't be an incident work here, you know, because you know everybody and you trust everybody, which is great. Good for you. But I don't trust me because I think because I think this coworker, I don't think he was profiling you. I think that he was probably like me and was just like, let me lock it to me. Or he was like, oh, there's Freddie Mac and I tell you what, as the only black man on

this dad and everything's on the table. He was profiling not truly. No, but it was just very odd timing. I don't want people to think I'm so serious. A goal. But it was just odd timing. And then it also made me think about why is he locking his car? Like it's not. And then it's an echo when the thing burp, burp, you know, it's such a big garage. It like you don't have to lock your car in a private garage. Come on, yo, I always like the car here and I feel bad sometimes I will pull up to some intersections and, you know, if there's, I mean, I've like locked the car door. You think you go, if there's somebody's going to hand it open it up. If there was somebody outside, if there was, you know, maybe a homeless person right outside, I've locked the car door and I'm sure that is really, sounds really bad. You know what I do? I do. I do kind of. What do you do? You get eye contact, give him money and talk to him. Oh, in that situation, yes, I have given money. I'm talking what I do is kind of the reverse profiling, I guess.

Like sometimes if I feel like somebody locked their door or maybe not even that, I'm trying to think of a situation I've done this. I've walked past somebody and I've held my bag a little bit closer because they had, they were walking just because we made eye contact and it's just fun for me. Oh, okay. I want them to walk off thinking, oh, wow, do you think I was going to steal his bag? Is he? Yeah. That's how I feel. That's how I feel when people lock their car around me. It's just pick your spots, right? You don't have to do it when I'm writing your car. I'm not, I'm not in my business. I can't, I can't amad. I bet he's like me. I think that, I think if we pulled everybody on our staff, I think that you would find that most people locked the car door. I think that you're, I think you're not with the majority here. I will say this is the only place I don't do, I don't do it at home either. I park in my garage. Let's see. I lock my car door at my, my home garage. I tell them and everything. Yes. All right.

Yes. But I want somebody breaks into my garage. These are the only two places. Yeah, but I mean, to break into the garage, that's going to take you a lot of work. It's not. Okay. Well, all right. Fair. I can give you the home garage systems. Yeah. Here at work, many more security cameras than I got a few, but this is more here. There's harder to get into the garage here than it would be a home garage. And you don't need to lock it, especially when I'm walking next to your car. Like come on, bro. I was so much for the radio. I'm profiling. I love you. I'm not stealing your car. I think he's profiling you. I think I think whatever you're doing something. I think he was just wanting to protect himself. And you know what? Maybe, maybe this is a good opportunity. You should have wrote them. You have, if it were me, oh, stare at him. I wrote the elevator. Been like, you, you like, you think I'm still from you? And I would have wrote the elevator up. Just stare at him for across the elevator. Right. Move real suddenly to scare him. Or, um, uh, what you should do is if you ride with somebody who doesn't know who you are, you should ask really concerning questions.

Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. There's this guy following TikTok actually. He starts to just awkwardly talk to strangers in the elevator. There's really. Just like it would just end up, not just volume for no reason. Specifically, where do you sit? You know, where's your desk at specifically? I'd never seen you around here. Specifically, yeah. Specifically where do you sit? Uh-huh. I just want to, you curious. Oh, first floor. Okay. Yeah. Well, I'm, uh, I'm interested that you, you avoided a coworker. And I think it's so funny that they profiled you and locked through the corridor. I got to be honest with you. I would do it the same, not because I'm profiling you, but just because I, I, it feels odd to me. Yeah. You don't need to, if you have a private garage at work, you don't need to lock your car. Not here. Okay. I'll say that I can't speak for every workplace, but I will say here and I don't, I don't lock my car. You are so frustrating. If you want to steal and go for it, you better, you better get away and I better never see you again.
