Georgia Bulldogs Land Dunlap from Transfer Portal

0:00On April 20, Georgia Bulldogs just pulled off a slick move in the transfer portal, snagging Gar Brady Dunlap right before he headed to UCSB. On three's Pete Nichols broke the news, and this sets Dunlap up to join the program for the 2026-2027 season. It's a huge gift for head coach Mike White laid in the cycle. Dunlap comes to Athens from St. Louis, where he was a solid bench piece for the villains last year. He saw action in 34 games with just two starts, but logged a career high 17 minutes per contest. That time on the floor turned into real production, averaging seven points, two rebounds, and nearly an assistive game. What really pops is his shooting, draining over three threes per game at a 45.1% clip. Georgia clearly eyed that deep ball accuracy to bolster their back court depth. Fans are buzzing about how he fits into White System right away. With portal moves heating up, keep watching how Dunlap gels with the dogs come next season.
