1:00All right, let's get Jay to on here. She says she doesn't need the voice to skies her. But this thing is so spring or ask that it's almost an unbelievable story. Hey Jay, good morning. You are on the Bert Show. Hey, good morning Bert Show. How are you? Okay. How are you? I've been better. This thing has shades of Jerry Springer all over it right here. I know, right? All right. So the basic explanation here is you slept with your twin brother's boyfriend, correct? Yes. Okay. How did that even happen, right? Well, they're covering a house built. They've actually been together almost four years now. And they're house is being built and they've been staying with me for three or four months now. Maybe close to five months, I guess. And my brother was working late one night and I had a full table down in my basement kind of a rec room. And his boyfriend and I, we were playing pool and we were having a few cocktails and one thing led to another had a few too many cocktails and ended up playing a game of strip pool.

2:08And one thing led to another and that's how it happened. If you guys... You must be almost sound proud of it. If you tell me that you did it on the pool table, I would be willing to forfeit this game and still call it the greatest day of my life. Actually, we did do it all. Oh, that's awesome. What a sound, though. It's a game man, right? Honestly. Well, obviously, you're my sexual man. And he and your brother have been dating for how long? Um, right, four years, maybe a little over. Now, let me just call you out for a second. They've been dating for four years. They're building a house together. They stay with you and you seduce his boyfriend and you're proud of it. And this is your twin brother. I didn't seduce his boyfriend and I'm not using the alcohol as an excuse. They just... Yeah, just saying. If you were aware of what's going on, this is your twin brother and this is his boyfriend. Even if you're attracted to him, why did you even... You could say no and you could stop this from happening. You're right, you're right and you're absolutely right. But the reality is now that it did happen and I am pregnant and my brother and I are very close and...

3:13And this is going to completely ruin our relationship and I just don't know what to do. Are you sure that the baby is the boyfriend's baby? Absolutely. I haven't dated it in over three years since my divorce. How does this even happen? Like I'm trying to... Well, I'm trying to... What a man and a woman love each other very much. Or just have a whole bunch of jack Daniels. So at any point did you guys, after you like started to get a little intimate, did either one of you stop and go, okay, maybe this isn't right? Well, at some point when you're playing Strip Pool, you realize that he's going to put his ball in your corner pocket. Really? I want your brother to know. He's got to find out. Well, I... 4:13And I use my role name and I don't know it's probably the coward's way of doing this, but he's probably hearing this right now. Oh, I'm so sorry, but I'm glad he knows because he's surrounded by two people that really do not care about him. Now, let's... Okay, before you get all judgmental about it, is it just possible that two people care about him? They just did something really, really, really stupid one night for one hour. They did not even... They never stopped to say this is wrong. I mean, I would be so... The act itself, as I'm staying at my sibling... My twin siblings home because I'm building a home with the person I think I'm spending the rest of my life with. And then you all do this and don't even hesitate and don't even stop and say, wait a second, this is really stupid, we should not do this to him. It's so insulting. Right afterwards. What did you and the boyfriend... I mean, did you immediately feel remorse about it? I know I did. I've... I've... I've... I've... I've... I've... I've... I've... I've...

8:18yeah there are dozens of women probably listening right now that have been trying to get pregnant for the last couple of years with their spouses and haven't been able to and they're listening to your story going okay so let me get this straight one shot deal with the twin brothers boyfriend and she gets pregnant you hit the lottery well i do i do believe that everything happens for a reason and so maybe the reason is that you know her brother needs to be able to move on and move on in his life and distance himself from a sister who would have the capacity to do something like this to him and to find somebody he's really supposed to be with so i do believe that you know in that same way everything happens for a reason maybe you're supposed to be a mother of this child and figure out how to raise it either on your own or with the boyfriend or whatever i mean i do believe truly that you know there is there's a reason for everything that happens on a much more superficial level did you have any attraction to this guy before that happened that night

9:18well he's definitely a non-flicking man i don't know that i'd ever really looked at him that way i guess i don't know maybe things look a little different when you're really drunk Melissa's disgusted well i just don't agree i mean because you don't sound remorseful at all so i don't buy the fact that you never looked it in that way and you never thought about i just really think you're more manipulative than you're portraying yourself to be like you think she calculated this i just think that she has no remorse i mean she says she was more so after the fact well we take her on a word but her voice she does not stand upset by this at all and what the repercussions are going to be like she does not seem i don't know her voice is just a little too strong a little too proud i don't know you swear that this is a 100% true story absolutely yeah is there any way that this is sibling rivalry no no not at all have you ever competed with your twin brother no i mean because it's such a hurtful action or affection or whatever i'm thinking

16:23last year and she got pregnant and i told her honestly that you know congratulations but you're not being my boyfriend and he so with me to this day oh alright well where am i yeah that'll creep up later right why do you hate yourself so much is why i want to ask her what your brother hasn't called in and Brandon hasn't called in either and it's just a whole bunch of people calling in to tell you that what you already know what you did was wrong so this weekend are you if he doesn't call in today are you going to call him up and say look we need to talk well he lives with me so they both live with me actually i wouldn't think this is something you want to keep secret much longer like i think i get a dent i can't i can't that's one of the reasons i call the show i just wanted to see if maybe your listeners could get me any advice on how to go about well if this happens if this happens to somebody else and they call us

21:42the purchase to the train show blah blah blah because the train show tickets were also on that list it just wasn't in the replay the musical band train there wasn't like a oh I don't train show I'm Lionel Train who would date that guy but someone will so they so she still had her you know ticket from the show so we got the information off of the ticket and then I called because I have the block phone number which just for the record I get it you guys you don't have to answer the phone saying hi Jeff the only person I know that has a restricted numbers Jeff it comes up for stride is like hey Jeff right you make me feel like it could at least be the governor or somebody else okay and I'll do the telemarketer voice like hello so anyways so I called the guy and I just asked a few questions that you know about the ticket and the train show and stuff and he as far as I can tell

22:42he did not buy any tickets to a train concert on his credit card and what gave you that impression he said I don't know what you're talking about okay and when you read between the lines you what do you think he meant by that? I think he means what do you really mean? he doesn't know why I'm talking so we can eliminate the ex-boyfriend I would say yes well that's good though but what if he was just trying to cover his tracks? I wouldn't cover my tracks if my credit card company called me up and said hey you've been charged as I said hey there was a discrepancy I just need to confirm how many tickets to the train concert you purchased because we may have accidentally charged you for eight and he said I didn't buy any he said well if you charged me for one you charged me for too many okay so the good news the good news for her then when we talk to her next time is it's not the ex-boyfriend so how do we move this thing along? is there any way to find out exactly who this was? well the now she wants to find out who it was because she got another gift and the note the other gift was popcorn like a tin of popcorn and the note referenced a trip that she was going on

23:42a car trip in the note and she's a little weirded out because there's not a big circle of people who know that she's going on a road trip this weekend I think that's kind of a foul what he should have done is given the tin a popcorn with two movie tickets and say meet me here for this show and I'll reveal who I am and this thing he's not ready to end it yet though because if you're a secret admirer you cannot go a long time with it because then it becomes creeping yeah if somebody asks you do that you can't go because it could be your secret serial killer right? it's my thought how would not show up to that movie? not a million years my thought was how great would it be if she's going on this road trip with the popcorn and he's at her destination when she arrives with like a nice cold coat because what do you want after you eat popcorn? or naked or naked with some duct tape and a rope in the back seat laying down the back seat and pop up and she's on the road what? what? what are you looking at? you're a damnity popcorn or perfect brownies? secret admirers only work in the movies it's creepy and real live so the impression I got from Tracy's we'll talk to her next week

24:42but the impression I got that it has at this point the popcorn has pushed it over the limit for her so she needs it to end and we have to figure out who it is because there's got to be somebody within her circle that knows she's going on this and knows she's got the brownie connection and the cookie connection and all all right so we'll get her on next week the birchow as friendly as we are with each other it's going to get ugly and here's some more bring out the tarts a real live board game it's going to be so odd laid on the cellular device it's all started this morning when Wendy can fast speaking of cheating that you can resources properly that's what guys do when they cheat they use other friends properly in order to cover up their infidelity no Wendy told us this morning that this is more with words with friends than anything else well words with friends is an iPhone application that's played like Scrabble they just can't call it Scrabble and you play one-on-one but there is a website that helps you create a word that will give you the most points so you can win and win easier with the website

25:43the cheating is really what you're doing win easier I love that win easier that's like when there's that whole referee that was Shaven points and Colin Files in the NBA game he wasn't cheating he was helping the other teams win easier if he didn't hear if he didn't hear earlier Jeff is mad because he got beaten by Wendy inwards with friends not even beaten well he should have seen some of the words Jeff was using he was like I use a dictionary he used a dictionary I never say I use a dictionary I didn't I said you did too because I was like what is that word me new no I didn't because I didn't because I don't even know some of the words you were throwing out there either seriously is this really happening right now if I take in she's calling you out she's saying that you were cheating also and what she's basically saying is she's a better cheater than you are and that's why she did you at that game I did what Melissa suggested which is if you know some things look like words you can't do it on a scrap board because you can get called out and lose your turn but on words with friends you can place it which to me that's not a violation of the rules

26:45that's an extension of the and I know Bert you have not played this but that is the danger with words with friends it will calculate and it will accept words because it has all of the words in its database right so you can literally not know what a word is and throw the tiles on the board if it accepts it great great I'm wonderful I think there are so many fights with words with friends because of this because I had and some in a lot of the games that I play I may not even you because the website when you're talking about is one I provided her so yes I was the wing woman in this cheater the original cheater king of the original cheater and but I don't use it all I really don't use it all the time and once a cheater always a cheater how can we trust you she's being honest the only person I don't cheat on is Katie which is funny because she called me out and she said you don't use that crap on me so I will take you down but there are arguments because even with Katie like I will throw things out there just to see if it works and she will say define that word tell me if you know what that word means so I think that there are so many words with friends fights that tomorrow we're going to go back to the original which is Scrabble

27:47which is where Wendy and Jeff and I are going to play a game of board Scrabble with tiles with tiles where we have to know the words and see who is the better player because Jeff was getting down right nasty about it earlier this morning like he was all insulting Wendy saying how can I possibly lose to somebody that has inferior intellect and then he starts throwing out the the reading disability that I just shared yesterday and Jeff is going to Jeff has bullied me on this I only revealed this 24 hours ago and Jeff has made at least a dozen jokes about this email and on air the email one was legitimate are you sure you're the right thing that he sent you sure you read it nicely I'm not going to talk about you next time here's a kid that's okay but whatever and you're going to you're going to score if I beat you tomorrow anyway has no it was Scrabble so yes so tomorrow will actually have tiles you have a college degree to defend Melissa oh that's true guys I finished college and even went to grad school in two weeks at Syracuse

28:47yeah well no you're the one who spent two weeks at San Diego I said right point yeah here's as ethical college right Syracuse three years right up there until I could almost leave and then I didn't stupid I wouldn't be ready it's never too late to go back I wouldn't be playing Scrabble against Wendy for a living Wendy's MMO is always the same like oh I don't know how to play I can't even remember the alphabet I don't know and then she comes in here she kicks ass and everything yeah I think the pressure is most on Melissa really? because if I lose the whole thing they'll bring up the reading disability thing again over and over and over and there's nothing college degree nothing to do with Scrabble I think it's on Jeff because he has been so cocky he has been very honest I can't I mean basically called you dumb because you're women I mean really I would say that I said that Wendy has said that I heard it Wendy has said some stuff on the air that has been surprisingly simple

33:55and was losing the world really the world right and has lost to Wendy and Melissa and didn't realize he was losing to a bunch of cheaters till yesterday it was awful you're using some crazy words too when you played me that you wouldn't have known the definition too but that's that's I wasn't cheating but you just placed tiles you can't do that in this board game this morning I'm not going to do it in the board game because the rules don't allow it are you L. E. S. don't a L L. L. O. W. Well and the thing is I mean if you've never played words with friends it is like the it the game the app electronically does the score for you and I'll also will tell you if it's a word or not so a lot of times what Jeff is talking about he's done and everybody's done this is like words with friends you just kind of throw the tiles on the board and see if it might be a word and then it will tell you if it is so you get credit even if you were guessing gotcha and educated guess is just as good to me as a what's not educated yes you're throwing tiles in there and it will know you just know that most words are a couple of consonants of all a couple of consonants of all the consonant

34:57so guess to me isn't cheating no that's not cheating at all I'm just saying that in Scrabble though in the board you're going windy saying is in the board game we have to know the words before put it on the board because the Scrabble board is not going to say yes that's a word and here's a point and that's why I think we have to establish some rules here because one of Jeff's beautiful gifts is that he is so confident in the way that he says things that you just your knee jerk reaction to him is always like oh okay but is there any official we need to agree on official rules this morning there isn't official rule and and where is it probably on the cover of the box and what is it the rule the rule is if if I play a word if any Jeff is mad I know what because you're saying you're saying this like actually paying you compliment well I mean it's it's already been decided like we don't have to decide it because the way it works is if I play a word ugly angry Melissa or when he can challenge that word now this is a part of Scrabble that I've never heard of before when I played Scrabble as a kid this was never part of the game you can't show this is new to me okay so you can challenge a word so let's say Melissa throws her tiles down and it makes no sense
