It was the horniest we've seen. I like that we had some new motivation for some different characters. Like Rob wasn't successful, but a little personal connection from some other Victor's or with his sister. That was cool. I like that we have the family as well. I'm a little upset. I don't feel like I got a lot of closure on what happened to mom exactly. But I also feel like we had some great creative kills here. Some real gross out moments. Oh, oh, she was a camp counselor. She was Sandra. Oh, oh, oh. It was a she the one that was pregnant or married. No. She was part of the two little boho hipsters at the beginning of the second one.

4:06Yeah. Remember they, they tricked them and got their tar, their car toad. Mm-hmm. Remember? Yeah. Oh, yes, I remember, I remember, I remember. That was his sister. Yeah. Oh, thank you. I, I really liked that storyline actually. Just because it did set us up to think that he was maybe like a secondary murder or killer. Well, I also, I loved how much of this one really tied together. It really included a through line from all of the other movies. Yeah, true. Yeah. Cute. What do you think? I mean, I loved it. This was maybe, I think, oh god. Are you afraid? This might have been my favorite. Wow. This might have been my favorite. I don't think it's my favorite. The original one is also so fun and too. But I was definitely like this, yeah, three out of all of them is still my least favorite. Really? It's my favorite. I really? Yeah, I don't know. I didn't feel as much. I feel like with, um, in number four and in number one, I felt the closest to all the characters. Like, I really empathized with all of them. Uh-huh. And this one also because we had that family element.

5:09The family element was very cool. It made me, yeah, it made me even more just devastated, I think. It's just like it. Yeah, because we needed something more than just a group of friends. Yeah, but I kind of like that the group of friends was all just trying to get laid all the time. It's just fun. Yeah. It's so much fun. And I feel like watching this film it had all of the elements of a slasher that I love. But then also had all of the elements of a fun teen movie where like we can go, oh my god, like I can't believe that he's doing that to his girlfriend. Right. Yeah. But we also get the fun drama of getting to engage with that. Well, also, then there's a psycho killer on the loose. Yeah. Yeah. Agreed. What was your favorite kill in this one? Fuck it. I'm trying to remember. I always ask you that and that doesn't mean that I always have mine in mine. There was so many good ones. I think the projector was cool. No, the projector one was great. There was lots of like things through other lots of double penetration, Jackie. Oh, no, my favorite was my favorite joke was your double penetration joke. Oh, mine? Yeah. Thanks, friends.

6:10That was great. That was a highlight. I think the projector one just because that was really fun. And I have a scene. The projector one was cool. The shadow one. It felt so unique. The shadow was cool too. But it was cool that he punched through it. Like I expected him to maybe like I knew it was gonna shatter, but to punch through it and then have him fall on his neck and then move him again. The raft was cool. I mean, we didn't get to see this kill, but how the mom disappeared the last time that we saw her on frame. Like the kills like those. It's similar to it's not the kill, but the camp owner, the weird pervigai and the halo raincoat. We saw the re-just his reaction and those moments always really stand my mind just because you have to fill in the blanks. Yeah, absolutely. It's up to your imagination. Yeah. And I really liked that we went back to another character this time, Tommy, trying to play to Jason's psychology and then manipulate him in that way. Because we had a gal do that in the second one too, right?

7:10She was the child psychologist. She did so good until she died. Until she died. But they're trying and I mean, those are the things that make this everyone seem a little more grounded. People are getting more creative with the ways to connect with Jason. Yeah, I really liked having a kid character in here for sure. And I think it makes me very interested to know how the next one plays out, obviously. And where mom ended up. And if we're going to have kind of the same tropes again with mom and baby boy. Well, mom's dead, but you think so? Oh, yeah, mom. We didn't see your dad. She's dead. I guess we didn't see a body. But I think she's dead. She also wasn't at the hospital though. I think she's dead. You ever hit that point where you look at your closet and go, okay, maybe I should start dressing like an actual adult. Because apparently I've hit it. I've been in my mid-30s now. I've been going to more events and I realize actually like looking like a little more put together. My wife loves it, especially when I look more like a gentleman, which is surprising considering she's staying with me for 10 years,

8:12where I look like me. But here's my problem. I don't want fashion to become a hobby. And I definitely don't want to spend hundreds of dollars just because somebody put a fancy name on the label. I'm glad it was cut because it just made him seem too creepy and very unnecessary. However, I don't like the idea of him not. I'm not making of. I don't like the idea of not making him too human. There are other moments throughout the series also cut for the same reason.

12:14still very much views Jason as a child and kind of understands why he's so upset. His mother's been killed. He was drowned at this lake. And that would put me into a very different category with him. I wouldn't give him to, like, win. I always still want Jason to be defeated, but there is a, there's like some empathetic area. There's some understanding. No, I agree. Yeah. I mean, like I touched on that, like when I was so upset that he was attacking the kid, because I was like, Jason, what the hell? Right. I did better for him. Exactly. Even though we still know. I want to die. People of a terrible way. But like, I feel like he already is very human. Also, you know what's funny is that I just almost like resent saying, equating, being a disgusting pervert as, oh, that makes him more human. Because I resent that. I think if you're going to assault someone, like, that's what makes you the monster. So I almost like, maybe it would have worked to have that in there because that is such disgusting behavior.

It would have put him into a different category, a not too human category for me. But I understand the question. And I am glad that that choice was. 14:17felt like the same movie with a different flavor. This one felt different. I don't know why. To me, three stands out as a little different. And I really think it is the biker. It's because of the biker thing. But it was also the music. And the third one, I thought, was super fun. And also because it was a 3D one. Yeah. And there were elements of three that just were a little more standout for me. I think I probably go one, three, two, four. One, one, four, three, two. We know what? I go one, three, four, two. I mean, we were really happy when Paul died. Yeah, we are, I think Paul's definitely winning for us. Cause he was throwing his penis around and then his penis got gone.

16:22And then his penis got got. That was pretty good. That was awesome. There was one that I'm remembering now too, though, with like a harpoon in the water. And he wasn't being so good to a girl either. Yeah. The heavier side guy. That was in the third film. Yeah. Yeah, I think I really liked three. Three had the three had really fun kills. Yeah, I did. And of all of them. And I, um, the one that always sticks out to me and maybe it's just because I really like Kevin Bacon. But I remember his kill a lot too through the mattress. Oh, yeah. And that was another double penetration. And I also, that was the beginning of in this film. It was like Jason was just figuring out what else could he go through. Right. Like now he's, he's playing around. Yeah. Now he's going through 10. He's going through the projector. He's going through a wrap. He's going through the shower. He's literally just he's bursting through doors. Yeah, he's awesome. Oh my God. Yeah. What's your, what's your best? Do you have another creative kill you remember? Oh, I really loved the slow mo girl falls girls get, uh, sorry.

There were some great slow mo moments in this one for sure. I think those were my favorite of this one because of the greatest awesome. And then I haven't seen a lot of views of that. Yeah.
