00Every adversity. Every failure. Every heart rate carries with it. The seed of an equal or greater benefit. When you look at your life right now. When you see the obstacle stacked in your path. The disappointment you did not expect. The delays that break your patience. I want you to understand this. You are being tested for a reason. Nothing in your journey is accidental. The hardship before you is not meant to crush you. It is meant to measure you. To shape you. To prove you. Consider the man who desires wealth. But refuses to endure struggle. He wishes for prosperity. But the moment difficulty arrives. He retreats. That man will never know success. For he has not passed the test that guards the gates of fortune.

00Every dream worth having is guarded by obstacles. And those obstacles exist to ask you. How badly do you want this? If you turn away. You reveal that your desire was never strong enough. But if you persist. If you push forward. If you endure that. Then the test transforms you. And the prize becomes yours. Life is not cruel. Life is precise. It does not give you trials without purpose. The challenges you face. Are tailored to strengthen the very weaknesses that would sabotage you if you received success too soon. Think about it. If you were handed your dream without preparation. Without resilience. Without character. It would destroy you. Wealth without discipline is wandered. Power without wisdom corrupts. Influence without humility collapses.

04The life test you first. To ensure that when the blessing arrives. You are strong enough to hold it. Picture a young tree bent by storm. The wind is harsh. The rain relentless. But each storm forces the roots deeper. The trunk stronger. The branches more flexible. If that tree were spared every storm. Its roots would remain shallow. Its trunk fragile. The first real wind would topple it. So it is with you. Your struggles are the storms that anchor your route. Toughen your spirit. And prepare you for greater heights. You are not being punished. You are being prepared when you face delay. When you face resistance. Remind yourself. This is my examination.

08The world is asking. Do you truly believe in your vision? Do you have the patience to wait? Do you have the persistence to continue? Most men fail here. They quit too early. They interpret the test as rejection instead of initiation. But the wise man understands. Every test is an invitation to grow stronger. To prove himself worthy of the next level. Think of Edison. Who failed thousands of times before perfecting the light bulb. Each failure was a test. Was he willing to endure humiliation? Exhaustion. And doubt. He proved that he was and history rewarded him with invention. College football is back. So Hilton called to me. The superstition concierge to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We got you. Want to make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey?

12Oho, that smells lucky. Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition. Even a marching bandwick up call it 555 and 55 seconds. Hit it! When you need a team that will do whatever it takes on game day, it matters where you stay. Hilton, for this day. Go to the store and at Nordstrom.com Legacy and fortune. Think of Ford. Who was dismissed? Moked and financially broken. Before he created the automobile empire.

14Those setbacks were tests. They asked them, will you quit? Or will you rise? He chose to rise. And in rising, he changed the world. Now, look at your own tests. Maybe it is financial pressure. Maybe betrayal. Maybe rejection. Maybe fatigue. These are not signs that you are doomed. They are signs that you are in training. You are being asked to develop patience or courage or resourcefulness or faith if you fail the test. It will return again until you pass. But once you do, the path forward clears and success follows. Tests also reveal your true self. When everything is easy, anyone can appear strong.

21But when life presses you, your real character is revealed. Do you remain calm or do you crumble? Do you stay committed or do you run? Do you persist or do you surrender? The test exposes who you are. And then it gives you the chance to rebuild yourself into who you must become. Without testing, there is no transformation. You must also remember the size of your test often matches the size of your destiny. Small lives, face small tests. Great lives, face great tests. If your challenges seem overwhelming, it may be because your future is enormous. Life does not waste its hardest battles on the unimportant, the fact that you are tested severely is a signal that your destiny is significant.

25Do not despise the weight. It is proof of your worth. In moments of trial, discipline your mind. Say to yourself, this is not the end of me. This is the making of me. Instead of asking, why is this happening to me? What is this teaching me? Instead of saying, I cannot endure this. Ephim, I am being prepared for greater things. The words you repeat in trial shape the outcome of the test. If you repeat defeat, you will fail. If you repeat faith, you will pass. Do not let discourage Mont deceive you. Many give up when they are closest to the breakthrough. When the test is almost complete, the night is darkest before the dawn. And resistance is strongest just before it breaks. Hold on longer than others.

29Persist when others quit outlast the test. And the reward must come. Test also cleans your circle. When you are being tested, you see who truly stands with you. There were the companions vanish and only those loyal remain. This is not lost. It is clarity. Well, success. Call us footballers back. So, Hilton called to me the superstition concierge to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We got you. Want to make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey? 10:53You may feel right now that the weight is too heavy, but understand this. You are not given a test beyond your ability to grow. You may not feel capable yet, but capability is built in the fire of struggle. Each day you endure, you are stronger than the day before. One day, you will look back and realize that what once terrified you has now become your foundation. Remember, too, that adversity carries gifts hidden inside it. A failure may bring humility. A delay may build patience. A betrayal may teach discernment. A loss may ignite gratitude. If you look closely, you will find that what hurt you also helped you.

59The world disguises blessings as tests so that only the persistent and the wise can claim them. So the next time you face trial, do not curse it. Recognize it. Say to yourself, I am being tested for a reason and then rise to meet it with courage. Pass the test and the reward will not only be success, but also strength, wisdom and unshakable confidence. For the richest men are not those who avoided trials, they are those who mastered them. This episode is brought to you by Born in Roma Fragrances by Valentino Beauty, the iconic fragrance duo.
