Bitcoin trading in the millions and tens of millions of US dollars is as certain as the US dollar being printed into worthlessness. As Charlie Munger says, Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome. Okay, Bitcoin's giving me all of this financial freedom. Helped me unplug my mind from the matrix. A whole matrix, by the way, is an allegory for Plato's cave. Hey, I have to actually return to the cave. MSTR instead of BTC. Short answer. Mill. Other people need to fulfill their promises for you to have access to your money. It's all BTC, no MSTR. I don't need that additional risk. Use the pressure. It doesn't guarantee that you'll succeed, but it does give you this extremely strong existential motivation to succeed. I want as much data as possible, as frequently as possible, so that I can basically release all of this in kind of an open source fashion as I move along to my health journey.

Q&A this time in the section, Money and Bitcoin. Bitcoin price prediction. My price prediction for Bitcoin is that the number goes up forever. You could go back to Robert Kiyosaki podcast. I did several years ago where he pushed me into one of these. I think it was a 10 to 15 year timeframe. I think we're in the millions of dollars per Bitcoin in the 2030s. People find that to be unimaginable and crazy, but what you don't take into account is the hyperinflation of the US dollar, which is underway right now, as it is with all fiat currencies all the time. There's inflation, hyperinflation, where do you draw the wine? Typically people, economists, who draw the wine are 50%. 50% month over month inflation, they call hyperinflation. No, they're yet with the US dollar. However, we're well on our way. It is accelerating all the time and it only goes one direction.

And we all know how this game ends. Well, anyone that's ever opened a history book or studied monetary history, whatever whatsoever knows that paper currencies unbacked by any commodity money, like gold, silver, etc, must end in hyperinflation because there's no incentives. There's every incentive to print it into worthlessness and there's no safeguard against such printing. So what do you expect to happen? You know, as Charlie Munger says, show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome. If you want ants to come out, you put sugar on the floor. If you create a currency that can be printed, add infinitum with no safeguards whatsoever. And it rewards the printer for printing it. What the fuck do you think is going to happen? They're going to print the thing until it's zero, of course. And then you're like, okay, cool theory. But when does that ever happen? And then you open a history book about paper currencies. And you're like, that's literally the only thing that ever happens.

It's the end state of paper paper fiat currency that's ever existed ever. Well, that exception, like they're either conquered. The country gets conquered and they replace why some other fiat currency or they hyperinflate the currency. There's like, there's no other end game. So what does that mean? That means that every the dollar is a fiat currency shook coin. We're denominating Bitcoin price and dollars. It's like guaranteed Bitcoin trading in the millions and tens of millions of US dollars is as certain as the US dollar being printed into worthlessness. This sounds like a very scary idea to people that are alive today that are used to having the US dollar function and be their unit of account and all of these things. But again, you've got to zoom out, guys. This is not about you and your little 30 year old, 40 year old life span on this earth and your experience. Don't think that your little sample size is representative of the whole, right?

As philosopher Shopenhauer famously said, every man takes the limits of his field of vision for the limits of the world. Do not make that mistake, right? Study history beyond your own life and study the fate of fiat currencies and you understand that all of these paper should coins in deniver inflation. And for a paper should coin like the dollar to end in hyperinflation is the same thing as saying as Bitcoin trading in the millions, then tens of millions and hundreds of millions of dollars. And then at some point it won't make any sense to even use dollars at all anymore because they don't store value, they don't transmit value. Any entire system will have collapsed and everyone will have reset to Bitcoin. Okay. Don't shoot the messenger. Okay. I don't mean to be the bear of bad news. Hopefully you can use this information to get ahead of the demise of the US dollar. And again, I'm not saying this thing happens tomorrow or next month or next year, right? This could be a multi-decade, multi-generational game.

However, directionally we can say with a very high degree of certainty, Bitcoin number go up, US dollar number go down. Okay. Next question. A normal person store their Bitcoin, multi-sig, where do you put, where do you put seeds? Okay. Look, I've answered this question a million times. I'll try to keep it very short. Once you are storing a meaningful amount of money in Bitcoin, whatever that means to you, I'll leave that one with you, whatever meaningful amount of money means. You know, presumably it's like an amount of money that would be painful for you to lose. Okay. You have to have 10 bucks in Bitcoin. Sorry, if 10 bucks is painful for some people to lose. But you have, let's say, 10 million or something massive, you know, big number that matters to most people and you would feel pain and regret if you lost it, then you should absolutely be using the best security model available to custody that Bitcoin.

And that security, custody model or custody model is called multi-key. Okay. That's, if you're asking me for my advice, that's how you should do it. Now, of course, there are trade-offs. I think that basically with multi-key, you're getting the optimal trade-off between control over your assets without counter-party risk and redundancy. So, you do not have single point of failure. So, for instance, if you put all of your Bitcoin in one hardware wallet, you actually have more than one point of failure because you can either lose the device and the pin number. That would be one point of failure. And if you lost that, then you would have to fall back on the seed phrase. So, this is the 12 or 24 words that, that's the secret, the private key, which is like the secret you are keeping to have access to that Bitcoin, even if you lost the device and the pin number.

Okay. That is a problem, right? You made a good trade-off in a way that you have full control over the assets. You're not trusting any counter-party to hold it for you. You're not trusting a bank or not trusting Coinbase. However, you put all of the onus on this one point. There's basically one point of failure, right? If you lose or, by the way, we just went through the cold card fiasco. You don't even have to do anything wrong. You could not lose the device and not lose the pin number and not lose the private key. You did everything right, but there was an issue at the hardware manufacturer level or the firmware level. And because you've only, you've got all your eggs in one basket, so to speak, you've got all of your Bitcoin in one device, one wallet, one security model. You are fucked. You know, that's what happened to a lot of these people using cold card, which was supposed to be the best single signature custody model for Bitcoin. The problem with that is that there's too much concentration of risk.

You're not spreading, there's counter-party risk, basically, at the manufacturer level of the hardware. You can mitigate that counter-party risk in a multi-device, multi-key custody model, all right? So instead of having one key with one pin and one private key containing all the funds, you can split that and have multiple keys, you know, two of three or three of five necessary to act in concert, to unlock the Bitcoin and spend from that wallet, okay? And then you can distribute possession of those keys among people inside of your circle. Up trust, your accountant, your attorney, your wife, if you like her, your brother, your sister, et cetera. And you can sort of custom build this little security model that allows you to have basically full control, right? As long as you design it correctly and you trust the people that you're involved in your custody, your multi-key custody model.

But you also have redundancy such that, you know, if it's a two of three and you lose one, you've got two, it's a three of five, you can lose two and so have three. So you get this kind of like middle of the road balancing of trade-offs that I think is basically the most effective form of custody in Bitcoin. And so I'm not, I've already talked about this so many times. It's the way we custody nuclear launch codes, okay? So like if you think that's an important piece of information and we need to safeguard it well, you might want to ask yourself, well, how do we do that? Well, we use a multi-key solution to custody nuclear launch codes. So you might as well do that with your Bitcoin too if it's a meaningful amount of money to you, okay? Next question. MSTR instead of BTC, short answer, no. Bitcoin and self-custody, as I just said, you've got private property that nobody can violate that is independent of anyone's promise. You don't have any counterparty risk in your possession or your ownership of that asset.

That is not the case with MSTR or any other stock security, you know, custody model, right? If you're leaving your Bitcoin on Coinbase or whatever the exchange is, like you're taking on, you're taking promises from others. Other people need to fulfill their promises for you to have access to your money, okay? That's called counterparty risk. You don't need any of that risk, okay? So in business, the entire game is optimizing highest reward per unit of risk, right? Now of course, this is part of risk-taking. You can't know that you're always going to get the reward, right? But so what you're trying to do is bet heavy when the odds are in your favor and fold your fucking cards when the odds are not in your favor, okay? So when it comes to this, you want to minimize counterparty risk and maximize the reward, which is ownership or possession of Bitcoin, which is to have exposure to the upside of

Bitcoin's growth as it continues to expand and purchasing power as we print money and impose capital controls and increase taxation and do all these other course of things that criminals and politicians do all over the world. People started to figure out, hey, maybe I could use some of that hyper-concealable, hyper-portable capital they call Bitcoin to circumvent all of this nonsense I see in the world around me. As people run that calculus and figure it out, they're going to need to buy some more Bitcoin. And that's what makes the number go up. So that reward that you are seeking, that sovereignty, that financial sovereignty you're seeking by holding Bitcoin, you want to do that in a way that has the minimal amount of risk associated with it. Okay? So this is why you use a multi-key solution. This is why you do something, you do not hold securities that hold Bitcoin because that takes unnecessary counterparty risk. Now of course, MSTR is not BTC, but MSTR does something interesting, right?

Like it's a leveraged Bitcoin exposure. So it's not just a Bitcoin proxy. Sailors actually use leverage on the balance sheet to increase the risk and the reward of MSTR relative to Bitcoin. So when Bitcoin's pumping, MSTR should pump higher. And when Bitcoin's in a drawdown, MSTR should draw down faster, right? That's the nature of leverage. It amplifies gains and losses. It also comes with a liquidation risk, which presumably, again, I don't own MSTR, so I don't study this stuff deeply. Sailors are a very smart guy. Presumably, that's very well-managed and intelligently handled, all that. If you want to play that game and you want to go be a stock trader and speculator and you want some exposure to the amplified Bitcoin gain or loss, then by all means go get yourself some motherfucking MSTR, bro. However, for me, just a simple man from Tennessee, I like to just have my Bitcoin in good old fashion. You know, can't touch it, fucking cold storage, multi-sig.

I think that is just the best place to keep it. You get the highest unit of reward per unit of risk, you minimize counter-party risk. And in my estimation, it is the only way to realize the full value proposition of Bitcoin is to hold it in a multi-key, very key pointer, multi-device, multi-key custody solution. So that kind of went back to the earlier question, but to answer this question, for me, no, it's all BTC, no MSTR. But I, well, I gamble enough on myself and my business endeavors where I'm trying to bet on projects and things that I'm working on. I don't want to also gamble with my financial capital. So for me, I just hold savings and treasuries in BTC. Okay, I don't need that additional risk. You're not me, right? Maybe you like doing that. A lot of people enjoy the gambling aspect of trading stocks and whatnot.

So like biomains, if that's your thing, that's your thing. But no, the risk that you're taking is not the same thing. BTC and self-custody is not at all the same thing as holding MSTR or any other stock or security for that matter. Okay. Next question is, why Bitcoin over Monero? I'm just going to give the very brief answer here. And the keyword is decentralization. Okay, like as far as I can tell from my studies, every shit coin, and this means when I say shit coin, I mean, every non Bitcoin crypto asset is centralized or at least more centralized and therefore not decentralized relative to Bitcoin. Okay. And that again, decentralized meaning that you're not exposed to the promises. You're not dependent upon the other people fulfilling their promises for the system to work.

Okay. So Bitcoin optimizes for, right? It's a system that aspires to be and relative to all other crypto asset networks is pure verification and 0% trust, right? Like 100% verification and 0% promise when put it that way. Every other shit coin has a higher percentage of promises and a lower percentage of verification built into the system. Monero is no difference. I don't consider Monero to be decentralized. I think that there's a lot more uncertainty about its network, its consensus rules, etc., etc. So that, I mean, that's my very starting answer for all Bitcoin versus shit coin questions. If you wanted a deeper dive on this, this is my most popular essay that I ever wrote when answering this very question, you know, basically what makes Bitcoin different than all of the shit points in a very fundamental philosophical sense.

That essay is titled the number zero and Bitcoin. So it's about a 40 minute read. If you wanted my longer, more thoughtful answer to that question, you could go read that essay. We also have video format on my YouTube channel. Next question, not even a question, just a statement. Struggling to stack while living paycheck to paycheck. Well, my God, this is a chance for you to flex your stilicism. The thing about wealth is that it's not so much a matter of having a lot of material abundance, but it's rather about the ratio between your desires and your ability to fulfill your desires. So kind of two different ways broadly speaking to be wealthy. You could either one, say, have a lot of desires, but have a lot of capacity and abundance to fulfill them. You could be rich in a traditionally financial sense and be a guy that wants a lot of stuff,

it has a lot of stuff. Okay, that's one way to be rich. The other way to be rich is to be a guy that just doesn't give a fuck, doesn't need much, does it can live, you know, bare bones can live in kind of an aesthetic way. All right, you can get by with very little. There's jokes in Bitcoin about people selling all their chairs to buy them with Bitcoin. I've joked that I am wearing a shirt today, but I'm often not wearing a shirt recently, thanks to my whole fitness lifestyle journey. I've joked that I sold all my shirts to buy more Bitcoin. Now fortunately, I've worked, I grew up very poor, by the way, so I've lived the aesthetic life and I'm fortunate to be at a place in life now where I don't have to live like that. We all have wants. I'm still not where I want to be. There's more I want to do or I want to create and gain and all of that. However, for you, my friend, living paycheck to paycheck, there's always something you

can cut out, right? A dollar not spent is a dollar you keep. And in the case of stacking sats, it's a dollar you can save in the hardest money that the human race will ever have access to. As I think I got this from my grandfather, I don't even have got it somewhere else, whoever sent it, some fucking old guy. The best way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket. So my friend, living paycheck to paycheck, go find some shit that you're buying that you don't need. And you fold that money in half, you put it back in your pocket and you walk your ass to the nearest Bitcoin ATM and you buy yourself some more motherfucking sats. And future you will thank you. Why? Because the money you save in sats is going to compound it like 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 200% a year, whatever, depending on your time frame.

And the dollar, if it was a dollar you saved, obviously it's not going to compound, it's going to degenerate and deteriorate. If you spent that dollar buying something, it's going to depreciate. So yeah, I think that's basically one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is let this be a motivation to you to get more creative than how you are. Get more innovative. So the business, start a side hustle, lower your living expenses, you know, you're like adapt, right? Find ways to increase that ratio of revenue to expenses, find ways to increase your ratio of assets to liabilities, find ways to increase the ratio of your productive time to your non productive time, find ways to increase the amount of revenue you make while you sleep. So I hope those are some useful answers for you. And I don't mean to not empathize.

I mean, I know it's hard, dude, I know it's hard. I've been fucking poor. I grew up poor. Ain't no fun, as they say. And I wish I could say it gets easier, by the way, like even when you make some money, dude, fuck, again, as a wise man once said, mo money, mo problems. Like, in a way, when you're living paycheck to paycheck, life is much more simple. I know what you gotta do. And you just do the thing. I'm not, again, not trying to like, slight the struggle here, but don't think that like once you get on the other side and you've believed yourself from living paycheck to paycheck that like some kind of like bright utopia. There's all kinds of problems over here too. So anyways, I hope that's helpful. And I think the main thing is like get tight with your money, get creative with, you know, offsetting some of these expenses and then get, again, use the pressure. Use the feeling of scarcity.

You can harness that energy and channel it towards something creative, you know. It's, so it reminds me of, this is in the art of war or some other text where there's a line like, you know, if you really want your soldiers to fight hard, when you land on the enemy's beach, burn all the boats. You know, like paint yourself into a corner and put your back against the wall. Like put yourself into a situation where you have no choice but to succeed. And it doesn't guarantee that you'll succeed, but it does give you this extremely strong existential motivation to succeed. Earn more income or to get your balance sheet cleaned up or whatever the thing is. And so I hope that's helpful. Would you rather have one Bitcoin today or two Bitcoin a few years from now? Bitcoin mining is a tried and true strategy for accumulating Bitcoin. Over a two to four year time frame, successful miners have consistently accumulated more

Bitcoin than they otherwise would with a traditional dollar cost average strategy. Blockware mining as a service enables you to start mining Bitcoin from your laptop. Blockware handles everything from securing the miners to sourcing low cost power to configuring the mining pool they do it all. Plus with Blockware as one of a kind mining marketplace, you can buy and sell live Bitcoin miners with just a few key strokes. In this marketplace buyers get to purchase live machines at vetted facilities, enabling them to mine with zero lead time. And sellers get the opportunity to liquidate their machines and hosting contracts at will. This means you can mine Bitcoin with zero long term commitment and high liquidity on your mining rigs. Blockware will even cover your energy bill for one week per mining rig when you sign up at mining.blockwaresolutions.com slash breed love. Again, that's one free week of Bitcoin mining at mining.blockwaresolutions.com slash

breed love. And on top of this offer, you can also use code breed love to get $100 off your first mining rig with blockware solutions. Next question. A wall in the Bitcoin journey. What to learn next? Well, seeing that I don't know what you've learned in your Bitcoin journey and you're curious about what to learn next. I don't find it a little bit difficult to answer this question. I will say that I don't think, I mean, I haven't hit a wall in my Bitcoin journey. And I've been studying it as part and as deep as I can for like 10 years almost at this point. So now granted, it really comes down to like how you circumscribe your Bitcoin journey because a lot of now what I look at and talk about and think about and write about, we're putting in the book and stuff like it's not what people would traditionally associate

with Bitcoin per se. You know, when I'm studying the theories of Renee Gerard about my medic desire, you know, or I'm studying the origins and history of consciousness by is it Eric and William and was a student of Carl Jung, you know, like if I told people that's what I'm reading about studying, they wouldn't do like, oh, yeah, that's Bitcoin related. But Bitcoin took me into both of those things. And so I think as I've heard it put, the Bitcoin rabbit hole is apparently bottomless. Nobody's found the bottom of it. Dude, we have talked about so many fucking crazy things on the show. Like I don't know if you've listened to the whole podcast catalog, but if you're seriously hungry to learn something new, start working your way through and you haven't listened all of the pods, then start working your way through our backlog. I mean, we go all over the place. And like there's episodes about, you know, metaphysics, there's episodes about anthropology,

there's episodes about, you know, obviously philosophy and economics and psychology. And like we go all over the map and kind of an interdisciplinary way. And then, you know, although we don't explicit, I don't explicitly try to always tie it back to money. It seems more or less to always have some tie back to money because money is, you know, this is like a framework we're using in the book. So there's really three major languages that humans use. There's more, but this is the three that we focus on. First language, which we traditionally mean when we say the word language is literacy, right? I'm using here right now to speak. We use it to write. This is the language of our subjective inner worlds of thoughts and feelings. Okay, that's how we describe our experiences, our emotional states. That's how we articulate our ideas.

So that's one form of language. Another form of language would be numeracy, right? Mathematics, which we use, which we use to deal with the objective outer world of nature, physical reality, etc. And then the third language, which is neither subjective nor objective to use Verveiki's term, it's transjective somewhere between, it's either or both, you know, depending on how you look at it, is the language of money, which is another way to look at this is like literacy is the language of human nature, which is subjective thoughts and feelings. Humanity is the language of nature, which is like physics, thermodynamics, you know, things like that. And then there's the transjective language of culture, which is money, which is how basically human nature and nature interact through the medium of culture and for culture, money

is the language basically. So you know, there's a few things right there that you wouldn't traditionally associate with the Bitcoin rabbit hole, these are all going to be in our upcoming book. So anyways, yeah, it's a little bit of a hard to answer your question. I don't know where you are in your journey, but I just, I guess broadly speaking, would say go check out the podcast backlog and hopefully those can send you down your own exploratory pathways intellectually or otherwise. I guess one other thing I would say is like just for me personally, like when I do, I've heard it express from a lot of people that they get very fatigued or saturated from Bitcoin podcast content, not typically not talking about mine so much because we talk about all these other things that I just mentioned, but just the standard like, oh, you know, what's a Bitcoin going to do next week and what how a fiat to scam like the same fucking topics and the same guests over and over and over and over. I don't listen to any of that shit, you know, I don't listen to any of that shit.

None of those fucking Bitcoin. Well, what Bitcoin is or what Bitcoin did or what Bitcoin's going to be or Bitcoin's stories like this is all the source for me and my journey like I think is all shit. Like I've heard it all. I don't get anything new out of it. I again, for me, I'm very fascinated by philosophy. And so I, people like John Verveiki, I listen to his podcast religiously. What I really like about Verveiki is that he does such a good job of citing all the thinkers and the works, the written works and other works that have influenced his thinking. So as he's walking you through his perspective on the world and he's walking you through his theories and his thesis along the way, every step along the way, he's saying, hey, here's where I got this idea and it connects to this idea and here's the book and here's the guy and here's the paper and here's like he's giving you the history, the intellectual history and

how the idea evolved and who, who the thinkers were that made the contributions along the way. So for me, studying Verveiki or listening to Verveiki podcast, ends up being this proxy or this pathway, a portal, whatever you want to say, like into all these other thinkers. So then if he gets onto one topic or subject that I find to be very interesting, well, he's also given me the map to like dive into it or I'm ordering, I'm literally listening to his podcast, ordering books on Amazon, like, oh, this isn't the topic I really want to know about, he just named three books about it. Let me order those three books, order the three books, I read them, I start going into the bibliography of those books, I see which thinkers influence them, it's like you get this chain reaction and then I promise you, you'll never find the bottom of the Bitcoin rabbit hole because that chain reaction is infinite. And again, not to say that it's always, at some point I guess it's not no longer Bitcoin content, but for me, the central access and through line to all of this exploration I've been doing has been nature and history of money,

which, you know, of which Bitcoin is well, apparently the latest, greatest and perhaps final chapter in the story of money. So anyways, hope that is helpful to you. Next question is the Bitcoin Info space saturated or room for growth. You know, I think I kind of just answered that in the last question. Again, I Bitcoin podcast, the normal Bitcoin podcast stuff I already mentioned, I for me garbage, so I don't get anything out of it. It's like a very annoyed and want to hear the same question, same, same this doesn't do anything for me. However, I think Bitcoin, the implications of Bitcoin and like the cosmic aspects of it, if we could use that to refer to like as a deeper philosophical profundity and like how it changes civilization and how it changes us, you know, one thing I think Bitcoiners broadly agree on is that human beings are very incentive responsive creatures. So, which is another way of saying like incentives matter a lot.

And symptoms are probably the most important thing to consider when you're looking at how any system of humans interact. Like if you want to understand the behaviors that are being expressed, you should look first and only at the incentives, maybe not only, but you should look first at the incentives and then sort of start your chain of reasoning from there. And it seems like a really big unanswered question to how much an incentive shake who we are. So how malleable are we? And then depending on that degree of malleability, if Bitcoin is as significant of an incentive, let's say a shift in the incentive landscape, you know, it's like a tectonic shift in the incentive landscape as Bitcoiners think it is. Well then the natural point of speculation is like, oh, how much does this change us? You know, what does this mean? What does what do institutions look

like? What does the nature of the firm look like? How do we do business? You know, if the nation state is bankrupted in a Bitcoin paradigm, what does that mean? Where do we go post nation state? Like there's a lot of very big cosmic implications and considerations when you point your brain into that Bitcoinized future. And so in that sense, there is extreme room for growth and curiosity and you know, further research and you know, I would also say like works of fiction, film, art, you know, it's a movement, right? It's a cultural movement. So all of the things associated with a cultural movement or a humanitarian movement, I think are very relevant in the you know, Bitcoin information space broadly can stream. So yeah, I hope that answers your question. And I guess the last thing

is coming up for me on that is, this is where it went for me. It's like at some point, Bitcoin's so good to you. Let me say that again, Bitcoin has been so good to me. Okay, it has given me a very deep and seemingly inexhaustible outlet for my intellectual and philosophical curiosity, right? It's given me an entire audience of you fucking nerds that like to think and talk about crazy things just like me, whereas before Bitcoin, I felt like I had to filter myself a lot. I couldn't use the language the way I couldn't use the words I wanted to use because people thought I was talking over their head and like, I just felt it was difficult for me to find people to connect with. But then through Bitcoin, I connected with all of you other autistic fucking entrepreneurial psychopaths. Just found this domain to really like let my mind flow freely. Obviously, Bitcoin has been very

good to me financially, right? Over the past 10 years. And so the question became for me is like, okay, Bitcoin's given me all of this financial freedom. It's given me all of this intellectual freedom. In the sense that I feel like it's helped me unplug my mind from the matrix, you know, I feel like, and this I think is relatively common among Bitcoin is that they tend to feel as though we see through illusion more so than other people. You think that via currency is money, for instance. Well, that's a pretty big illusion that you've got central in your life. And if you fall for that one, you're more likely to fall for, you know, I don't know, your local politician is your guy with your interest at heart. And it's a representative democracy and democracy is the best government governance model we've ever had. And like, you know, there's all these other fucking illusions that people operate on that Bitcoin has tendency through. And so the question became for me is like, all right, well, all of this financial freedom and all of this like new found,

call it intellectual, perhaps even existential freedom. You know, it's like the, again, this is why we use the metaphor, the orange pill, right? The orange pill comes from the matrix. Well, the whole matrix, by the way, is an allegory for Plato's cave, right? It's the philosopher coming out of the cave, realizing, oh, fuck, there's a whole world out here with sun and trees. The guys back in the cave think that the shadows on the wall are the whole of reality. And then the philosopher in seeing the big, wide world with the sun and the trees realizes, you know, he is transcended, basically, or he's been enlightened, whatever metaphor you want to use. And he realizes hey, I have to actually return to the cave and unplug these other fucking retards that think the shadows on the wall are all of reality. So, um, and I think as Bitcoiners, we experience that, right? We are the philosophers leaving the cave. We see the world as it is. And then we feel

very motivated to go back and tell the people who are mistaking the shadows on the wall for reality that they're falling for illusion, basically, or they're being misled by the, by illusions. And there's a much bigger, richer world out there if they will just stand up and leave. Um, so all of that sort of context, in my Bitcoin journey, it came full circle back to me. And it's like Bitcoin is like, okay, you, me, Robert, you've been afforded all of this freedom and, you know, new relationships and intellectual freedom and financial freedom and existential freedom and philosophical deepening of your understanding of the world and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, like Bitcoin has been so good to me, so good, so good. Like I feel like Bitcoin for me is leaving the cave, you know, like it is the sun and the sky when I left the cave kind of thing. And then the onus then hits me. Oh,

fuck, what am I going to do with all this freedom? What am I going to do with it? Right? I need, I need to go back in the cave. I need to go back in the cave because there's people, right? Like our our entire world more or less or more or less like most, right? Like 99.99% of people are in the fucking cave. Okay? Like if you're listening to this and you've absorbed the Bitcoin thesis and you're, you know, really working hard and whatever capacity you can to help usher in the bright orange future that we all, you know, dream about and believe to be possible and, you know, you support the humanitarian movement that is Bitcoin. Well, then you're in this situation too. It's like, all right, Bitcoin's been good to you. It's definitely been good to you. Otherwise, you wouldn't be here, right? If Bitcoin had been bad to you, you probably wouldn't still be doing this. Obviously, you're still interested. And so you too are a philosopher leaving the cave and you

too realize that most of the world is watching the fucking shadows in the wall and you too have your role to play in this live event that we call human history to try and tilt it the right direction. And so that whole realization hit me like a ton of bricks that, you know, just the question, what the question for me? What am I going to do about it? What am I going to do with all this freedom? What am I going to do to help the people that are living according to the shadows on the wall? All right. And it's a big one. I don't know. There's not a clear answer. It really puts you in this kind of hyper autonomous position where it's like, hey, you know, it's up to you. And not not saying, like, I don't want to be clear. It's not a delusion. Like, I need to go and save the world. That's all of us is what I'm trying to say. Like the people that are crossing out of the cave

into the sunlight are all the philosophers leaving the cave and maybe go back in the cave and rest be the fucking people, right? So not making this about me. All of us that have done this journey in returning to the cave, there's not a formula to deliver the message in a way that they're guaranteed to listen to you, right? Like, in fact, you've probably experienced this when you go to your family dinner or your friends or whatever and you start to proselytize or evangelize Bitcoin to them and they start labeling you as the crazy fucking Bitcoin cook. You know, like, you're telling them about something that would help them if they would just listen, but because they're used to living with the shadows on the wall, you know, the bread and the circuses and whatever else in Fiat world, they think you're insane and crazy and what they're doing is normal, right? Just by purely a matter of conventional wisdom or consensus or whatever. It's like, oh, well, everyone's watching the shadows and that's completely normal. And what you're talking about is

insane, you know, like non-state global digital cybercash that dissolves the nation state and, you know, maximizes individual sovereignty and and trains us to love thy neighbor and, you know, functions as a, like, moral software update for the human race. Like, well, fuck you. To even say that, it does sound insane. It's a lot. It's a lot. That's why I went like trying to describe Bitcoin and looking for a historical parallel, you end up talking about things like the wheel or fire or electricity or the number zero or, you know, other just, like, earth shattering innovations to try and find the right parallel that can relate the profundity of the innovation. Okay. So anyways, I'm sorry. I'm going off on these different tangents. But the point for me is like all this Bitcoin, philosophizing and freedom and goodness that has brought into my life came

back to me as like this ton of bricks hitting me in the chest. It's like, what am I going to do about it? What am I going to do with it? You've been giving all this freedom and this goodness and this insight, what are you going to do with it? Right? The action step, the do step, and there's not the, the, this is why I was trying to say it's hyper autonomous. There is no right answer. You are in the driver's seat. You are the creator of the answer. You choose the meaning of the answer. You know, you uniquely, perhaps even like, entrepreneurially need to innovate a way to deliver the realization to those people living in the cave that there is a bright orange future just outside if they would just get up and walk the fuck out of the cave. Okay. So that's the game we're all playing. And, uh, well, Godspeed. I don't know the answer either. I'm trying to write a book and I hope that helps.

And, you know, I'm trying to do the social media content. I hope that helps. I try to do the podcast. I hope that helps. I do some investing and some businesses in the Bitcoin space that I hope helps. And I hope to be more involved in an entrepreneurial capacity also in the Bitcoin space in the near future. And I hope that helps. Okay. So I would encourage you to ask yourself the question, what is your Bitcoin icky guy? I guess it doesn't have to be Bitcoin either. You could really just build a, solve any problem, build any successful business or do whatever thing you want to do and just stack stats, you know, as you do it, that's acceptable as well. Right. That's good for Bitcoin. That's good for you. That's good for your loved ones, etc. To paraphrase the late great John of Kennedy, Jr. Ask not what Bitcoin can do for you, but ask what you can do for Bitcoin.

today. Again, that's mindlabpro.com slash breed love. I'll jump back into some Q&A. This time I'm starting on the section titled Body TRT and Health. First question is, do you recommend starting a TRT, this testosterone replacement therapy with a doctor? So my recommendation is to get blood work done and to work with a doctor or what I think is actually even better work with a doctor but also work with a functional medicine practitioner. If you're in the US, there's a lot of these TRT doctors that will just basically prescribe your testosterone as long as your levels are anywhere out of optimal. Sometimes they'll prescribe it to you even if it's optimal. So they don't do a lot of analysis on you. They don't really do, they don't provide a very detailed look at you, your metabolism, your markers, etc. They tend to be

more of these like burn them in turn, type clinics where they just get the labs done as a matter of like check the box and then they prescribe them to testosterone and that is their business model. They just do that at scale so they just get a ton of guys, your an testosterone and a lot of times what I see talk to guys that are involved with these clinics or customers with these clinics and they commonly have like very weird things like for instance the doctors will tell them to inject once a week which is fucking ridiculous. Like you need to be injecting very frequently. I recommend daily, keep your blood, certain levels stable. You can get dramatically different results on testosterone, injecting daily versus injecting weekly even on the exact same dosage. Like it's a night and day difference. Of course a lot of this is dependent on you, your bio individuality but for me personally moving through a higher frequency dosage was a major major improvement. You'll also see these clinics doing weird things like prescribing very strong aromatase inhibitors

which are like estrogen blockers or estrogen even destroyers, right? So if someone's taking too much testosterone and they're estrogen conversion which is called aromatization gets very high. These clinics will just prescribe an aromatase inhibitor and those drugs come with certain trade-offs. They can also over correct where they you know you push estrogen too low that can create issues as well. You really want this optimal ratio of testosterone to estrogen and again these clinics are just sort of you know looking at every problem they're the hammer looking at every problem as if it's a nail. So they're just prescribing the testosterone and if it's too much and the estrogen can tend to whack then they give you the drug to counteract the estrogen and you can get it in the kind of this whipsaw effects I have friends that have been through this roller coaster and it's no fun right like when you get that ratio of estrogen and testosterone out of balance the consequences are pretty bad right

like it's it is threatening to you from a cardiovascular standpoint so having the right ratio of estrogen to testosterone is cardiac protective so it's going to protect your cardiovascular system it's out of whack then you're going to have issues can totally nuke your sex drive your libido can mess with your joints you know you can get joint dryness pain etc so there's just a whole lot of really problematic things that happen when that ratio is out of balance so the recommendation for me is to work with a qualified intelligent functional medicine practitioner someone that really nerds out on this stuff and someone that you can you know pay outside of the mainstream medical system to spend some more time on you to give you some more attention to detail really getting to know you and your bio individuality and your specific the specifics of your blood work essentially and so

I think that is just incredibly valuable not to say you'd have to stick with this person forever but definitely in the beginning phases where you're learning this terminology you're learning how the body works you're running how you respond to these compounds it is absolutely critical in my opinion to have someone who has already walked that path and understands this lifestyle these compounds you know all of the the minutia the details and the complexities and how things react and how to adapt you know there's all kinds of subtleties and new ones in this game and so to have the close advice of someone who has been through it I think is invaluable and I do not see that coming from mainstream doctors now again not to say that the doctor is not also valuable right like what I did is I had the doctor I spoke with the doctor I worked with the doctor I was very fortunate in that I knew you know the doctor was someone personally referred to me so they gave me a little

bit more of a time and attention but then I also compared that their feedback basically with the functional medicine practitioner that I worked with I also worked with an anabolic coach I got as much more like the bodybuilding lifestyle and so he was able to give me a lot of the I guess more gray market data you would say like how guys have used these compounds you know in bodybuilding communities for decades and there's a ton of information there a ton of knowledge you know obviously people that have skin in the gang literally that have used these compounds in a competitive sport context for decades tend to accumulate a lot of knowledge and so for me I just like triangulate all these different data points of perspectives I also do my own research uh you know assisted by AI and then I track everything I've said this a million times would I track everything in hyper critical detail in a spreadsheet so I you know track every dosage

and everything that I take every single day down to the last milligram and then I'm able to also track like you know what training I'm doing how I'm feeling you know what I'm eating you know all of these things I don't get super specific on the food but you can um and then you then if something gets out of whack you can look back and say oh well I made this adjustment one week you go two weeks you go through the reseo etc and you can start to be uh the detective in your own fitness journey and you know again if you have these people in your corner which for me it's like these people are on text or WhatsApp I'm able to message them as I'm doing my research and um you know gather their perspectives as I go in real time so all of that I think is very very very useful uh don't be under the impression I mean you can do a very simple version right if you're just gonna take testosterone and that's it okay maybe maybe that's all you need and maybe that's that'll be that simple for you

uh but it's much more likely that you're going to especially doing the long term you're going to uh you know either have issues that need to be addressed says the estrogen conversion or whatever it may be could be a cholesterol thing you need to deal with could be a hair loss state you know whatever the testosterone side effects you may run into uh you need to be equipped from both a knowledge and a compound standpoint to deal with those side effects and so for me I think having this variety of qualified people with different perspectives in my corner is just an but just an absolutely essential resource to going into this lifestyle um and that's the way I think you need to look at it's like again it could be simple for you maybe you're just going to take testosterone or the rest of your life is not gonna change that much but what I think is more likely is once you get into this uh lifestyle which call it biohacking call it uh you know lifestyle body

building some people call it it's you know you're you're taking testosterone and obelix performance and anzing drugs peptides whatever it may be it's much more likely that you will develop a deeper interest in it as you go and so you'll be looking to do more things and tweak more things and change with things and you you know set different goals and whatnot you know like any complex domain you need good advice you need good consultants you need good guidance so I highly recommend if you're gonna do it you're gonna do testosterone you're considering do it blood work is a must work with a doctor but then in addition to the doctor also work with a functional medicine practitioner at least you could also again layer in one of these like anabolic coaches these guys are available on social media you know the price is very a lot but you can pay one of these guys not too terribly much or I just have access to them on text and if you're getting serious about the lifestyle then that's uh that could be a very valuable resource for you at least the bounce ideas off of you

know could save you from doing something really stupid uh which is obviously very valuable these guys especially these antibiotics go just have a lot of stories of guys coming to them that are just come you know just completely off the rails you know taking whatever compounds that that contraindicate or they're taking too much or they're taking too little or they're doing whatever and just getting these crazy results and uh these guys are you know often able to just kind of get them back in line essentially so before you end up like one of those guys that's doing something stupid and avoidable that you know a little bit of knowledge what's I'd say like an ounce of preparation is worth a pound of reaction something like that you know be prepared basically you know you spend the money in the time and the attention on the preparation so that you don't you decrease the likelihood that you'll run into problems down the line okay next question is worried about peptides and cancer does fasting negate the risk

yeah in general I think the the linkage here between peptides and cancers really overblown I mean we did a real today where there's been published research recently that GHKCU GHKCU which is the beauty peptide is actually very anti-cancer it was remodeling and regenerating cells into a healthy state in cancer patients and COPD patients um you know BPC157 it does which is a very probably the most popular peptide very good safety profile perhaps one of the safest compounds in the world but one of the known risks associated with BPC157 is that it increases vascular true or the formation of new veins which is also called angiogenesis and so if you have actively growing tumors then obviously increasing the blood flow to those actively growing tumors can accelerate the growth of those tumors so like in

the instance of BPC157 you'll want to do something like get a full body MRI and confirm that you have no tumors present before you start taking BPC157 as a you know but in a biohacking capacity or or any other therapeutic modality so this is a very broad question like you know worried about peptides and cancers like no actually I'm not I think most of these compounds if used intelligently are very anti-cancer um and you know the question about fasting, migating the risk I've had benefits from fasting um I've fasted my longest fast was 14 days of water only so it said water in salt for 14 days and no solid food um I lost 25 pounds it was very detoxifying you know you're well you know if you're going to the bathroom uh that's the nice way to say it go in number two but it feels

like number one out of your bum you know like there was a lot of that over those 14 days but by the end of it I started eating again I felt incredible man I felt really detoxified I felt like it was a tremendous this opportunity to develop spiritual discipline like there's something about getting a hold of that most basic carnal desire to eat like if you can resist to that and overcome it for a long period of time uh for me it felt like I was much more in charge of my other desires sexual desire um you know desire to be laziness you know anything that I've maybe had struggled with more before the fast the fast seemed to exercise the faculties within me that enabled me to better control um my desire and so I've you know so I called all that like the

spiritual discipline benefit of fasting which I think is the number one benefit that I got like again the detoxification was very nice uh I did it originally to trying to heal my leaky gut it did not resolve my leaky gut um but it did give me these other benefits so is it anti-cancer I mean again this is controversial uh people will say that fasting triggers autophagy you know so that basically the weak and pathological cells will be eaten by the body obviously it's fasting as a long-held tradition in many religions and wisdom traditions across the world so there's a lot of what I would call lindy effect support there it's like it's worked for a lot of people for a long time so you know it's it's stood the test of time so to speak but I don't know I don't know if fasting is anti-cancer or cures cancer but I do think the linkage between peptide use and cancer is very

overblown um and if anything these compounds used intelligently are probably anti-cancerous in that they can you know help you get inflammation under control shift of the body into states of rejuvenation recuperation cellular cellular repair etc so all of these things that was another thing with the GHKCU in that study it said it helped reactivate the cell death programming so where the body actually kill off cells that are no longer serving the broader organism um with an instances of cancer that process shuts down or slows down and the GHKCU is actually turning him back on so that's anti-cancerous so that's how I see it currently you tell everything in the age of the internet so controversial there's people that will tell you every peptide is from china and they're all it's the covid vaccine 2.0

siop and everything causes cancer and it's going to kill you okay well that hasn't been my experience anecdotally um i've been using them for over a year cycling different peptides on and off consistently I was able to heal my leaky gut after 10 years with three months of the closed act i've had really good benefits in terms of you know health, skin, sleep, training, recovery, vascularity, strength, fat like i've had tons of benefits when these things um i've also had the full body MRI i don't have any cancer, any active tumors so um but all that what is that you know all of that is sample size of one me and it's only after a little over a year of use so do your own research don't take anything as gospel yeah again back to tracking tracing working with multiple experts multiple perspectives i think this is the best way to triangulate in on what is true

for you next question is what about libido when using drugs okay i'm going to assume he's referring to anabolic or testosterone um i did a post about this the other day i've always had a very high sex drive i mean i've always had healthy testosterone levels until i was age 39 and i had low free testosterone so my total testosterone was still in the healthy normal range like mid eight hundredths but my free tea which is the testosterone that is available bio available and it's uh much more impactful on how you feel than your total testosterone was on the lower side of standard and there's different ranges as well so like in the mainstream medical standard i was just on the lower end of the standard but it wasn't out of range but on a functional medicine biohacking standard which is a more narrow range i was actually out of range

on the low side even then though i had no issues with libido like i had what i would describe as like a very high normal masculine sex drive like you know i want to have sex basically every day um and that was again even as a 39 and a half year old man with low low free tea i still experienced that now since going on testosterone and going on antibiotics i think it definitely and this is also a thing where the devil's in the details people respond to these compounds very differently different ratios of different compounds tweak that estrogen and testosterone ratio it tweaks the total androgen load of the body and all of these things have different effects on people's libidos you know so just like a for instance there's a compound called anavar right oxandrolome this is a very popular beginners steroid it's an oral it can be taken i think it can be taken as an injection but

those people take orally um it's very popular with women um because it's you know fairly mild and it produces a noticeable aesthetic kind of hardened uh physique benefit okay so for me when i took anavar i had a noticeable increase to the upside my libido so like my libido went up when i was taking anavar now this was taking i'd taken testosterone by itself i had seen some libido increase not much i mean you know it felt you know roughly the same maybe a little bit of uptake but when i took anavar i noticed my libido went up significantly that was on top of the testosterone now i have friends that other guy friends that have taken and i was taken fairly high doses i was taking 50 milligrams a day of anavar as high as 80 or 100 when i was really peaking uh around February 2026 earlier this year and so that's very high daily dosing i know guys that were taking

low daily dosing like 10 5 10 15 milligrams a day and they would say it just destroyed their libido like they had no sex drive at all so again there's a big element here of bio individuality you have to try the things that work for you there are some things that tend to be pretty standard for everyone so if you get into a compound ratio you know say you're using testosterone and prima bollen prima bollen is another one of these very mild DHT derivatives used by women considered to be very safe like safer than testosterone but because as a DHT derivative it will give you some estrogen blocking and it will give you like a slightly harder or fuller looking your muscles as opposed to just having kind of the puffy water retentive look that testosterone can give some people now some people will run prima bollen at a ratio say they'll

go as high as like i think they go even higher but some people will go as high as like one to one testosterone prima bollen but it's typically recommended to start like you want your testosterone to be 1.5 or 2 to 1 prima bollen so if you're doing 200 milligrams a week of testosterone you do like 100 milligrams per week of prima bollen it would be a 2 to 1 ratio for instance so that is considered to be kind of a normal starting point because for some people a 1 to 1 test of prima will crash estrogen a lot which will destroy their libido but again this is something you have to figure out through trial and error essentially now for me i was able when i was doing my peak physique cutting we again we published the spreadsheet on this but i think i was running like 1 to 1 to 1 it was like one test per one primo per one master on and that was around 350 a week each maybe so 350 milligrams each of those per week i had no issues with libido

it may i did have joint dryness that could have been a symptom of overly of low estrogen and indeed when i had my estrogen checked it was on the low side and then when i came off it had rebounded so i guess i would say you know it was knowing me i am a little bit less probably i'm a higher aromatiser which is to say that i convert more mitesosterone to estrogen than the normal guy probably so when i take a higher ratio of say premable and or master on both of which block or inhibit inhibit estrogen conversion through different pathways as well it's a little bit complex the way that i heard it described to me i hope this is correct was that premable and is something like a mild nolvedex which is like an estrogen blocker and then master on is more like a mild aromatex which is an estrogen inhibitor actually inhibits the conversion rather than just

blocking the estrogen at the receptor site and so those two compounds together for someone like me who tends to convert more of testosterone and estrogen i can do higher ratios without having an impact on my libido because the while i'm converting more right there's more estrogen that's being converted for these compounds to block and mitigate so it doesn't affect my libido as much whereas if you're not a high aromatiser then those compounds could over suppress or over mitigate your estrogen and that could cause you issues with your libido now that is just one possible set of pathways that could create that issue for you there's many others right like the guy with the anivar thing i don't even know what that's all about um because anivar doesn't aromatize nor does it block estrogen so i'm not sure why that would inhibit libido so again there's always a big element of the anecdotal in the spaces like you just have to try and track and see

what works for you how you respond at a bio individual level to these compounds i guess the last thing i would say about that with libido is like if you ever do get into a situation that's your over your libido is fucked up it's very likely that you can fix it by taking more testosterone testosterone tends to be something that increases libido also when you take more testosterone you're creating more of a basis for estrogen aromatization so if the libido suppression is related to overly suppressed estrogen that actually taking more testosterone can mitigate that as well right you'll push the test up i've also been recommended so i haven't used this compound as much but this came through my anabolic coach you start with the compound equipoists which can also suppress your e2 your estrogen and if you ever get into a situation his advices if you get into a situation with equipoists where you're over corrected your estrogen is overly

suppressed that you can start to use testosterone propionate and so propionate is a fasting faster acting ester of testosterone so your body will utilize it i don't like that word your body will use it more quickly and it also makes it more available for conversion into estrogen so we can help offset that estrogen related libido suppression that i just mentioned in a quicker manner so again that's one possible pathway you can also again reduce the ratios right if you're increase the ratio of testosterone to the compounds that's kind of a longer term fix a quicker fix would be using the testosterone propionate i think that's pretty much it you know you should i think when you find what works for you and your blood work looks good you're going to feel fucking amazing like i sleep really good and i'm emotionally super stable confident grounded

just locked in very goal oriented very hungry for work um libido is strong and yeah very you know good strength in the gym good endurance good vascularity like uh good intensity workout intensity focus and your old drive like once you find the right balance you know the right cocktail of compounds or whatever you want to call it that suits you and doesn't move your blood work negatively then that's your sweet spot you know and you can run that um especially if it's a lower dose you know there's guys that will cruise on these dosages for many many many months or even years at a time and they'll occasionally cycle off kind of let the body do a reset go through a health phase detox etc and then they'll uh you know sometimes they do a push phase you know they'll try to push the compound dosing higher to get ready for a show or to bulk or to cut or like you know achieve some short term

uh fitness sport or aesthetic goal and then they'll go back into the cruise phase so so i think again after after you go through this discovery process working with some qualified professionals uh you should your libido should be fuck of great like if your libido is not great when using these compounds and you're doing something way wrong and you need to go seek help and get that corrected so the next question is how do you manage sleep okay so i'm fairly fortunate and that i tend to sleep really good um i don't need to do a lot i do take i mean i have supplements that i take daily so like before bed i'm taking glycine i'm taking magnesium glycinate uh there was a time when i was taking an acetal powder with those um there's you know other supplements i take

throughout the day but not exactly geared toward sleep uh in the event that i do have trouble sleeping like sometimes especially here's why i do run into issues with sleep um i've been running this nutropic stack that i've shared with you guys uh many times before but it's the pharmaceutical compound in the nutropic stack is either a modafinil or armadaphanil okay i found for me that if i take modafinil uh multiple days in a row that it can start to curtail my total sleep so i get into like a situation where i'm not sleeping my full eight hours i'm sleeping like six or seven and then i notice when i back off of the nutropic stack and take a few days off that there my sleep starts to reset pretty quickly like the first day off i tend to be like kind of back to my normal uh eight hours of sleep sleeping like a rock which is what i'm accustomed to uh

that's with the modafinil the armadaphanil is interesting because it's actually i sleep better if i take armadaphanil rather than modafinil but the trick with the armadaphanil is that it is very long lasting so for instance if i want to go to sleep say like 11 p.m. or midnight somewhere in that range i need to take the armadaphanil that morning at like five a.m. with four a.m. right and so that one of the tricks that i do is like i'll set an alarm uh i'll have one tablet of armadaphanil so my bed glass of water set an alarm for like four a.m. or three a.m. or whatever it may be wake up take the pill the tablet and go back to sleep it takes about 90 minutes for me before it starts to uh affect me to where i can't sleep anymore so if i take it it's say 4 a.m. i'm going to be awake and moving at 5.30 if i think it'll five i'd be a bit six thirty right so for me

although the armadaphanil lets me sleep better than the modafinil after it wears off i have to take the armadaphanil much much much much earlier because it's such a long release compound, primarily's compound whereas the modafinil i could take you know as late as 11 a.m. maybe or so to go to sleep by 11 p.m. it's more like a 12 hour thing versus a you know 16 plus hour thing with the armadaphanil and this is something else like you you were you will adapt to it over time when i started with the armadaphanil it was more like 20 hours like 20 plus hours if we keep me awake which is too strong so that's basically it i use so here's what i will do if i can't sleep one so i'm a big user of my lab pro that's in their sponsor of mine and they're in the nitrobic stack so i use my lab pro daily basically

in the nitrobic stack if you read the ingredients in my lab pro it's got like several nitrobics in one so for me it's just a matter of convenience that there's many of these nitrobic compounds that i would use individually but they just happen to be in one supplement now my lab pro performance lab is the company they also have a sleep supplement so Dave my guy over there he sends me all their stuff and he sends me their fish oils he sends me their immune and he sent me their sleep supplement and i found that their sleep stuff is just fucking fantastic it's got trip to fan it's got some magnesium i think it has it might have gabba i don't have it with me right now that ingredients escape me but you could just google it performance lab um sleep supplement and it's fucking great i take two of those on the nights that i can't sleep that tends to get the job done so it's just a supplement it's not a

pharmaceutical um that tends to be enough for me i also have a breathing technique that's very useful there's a breathing technique and there's a facial movement technique that helps so the breathing technique is the following and you can make a game out of this i will try the game is how deep and how slow can you cycle your breath so for me i start in the diaphragm i expanded as much as i can i'm breathing in and i'm literally like trying to push my belly out all my organs through my belly like i'm trying to eat pregnant basically and then i fill my breath and i then i start as my diaphragm the lower abdomen is full of air i start to let it fill up into my lungs and then when i get into my chest cavity i'm trying to create as much space as i possibly can like i'm trying to create a cushion of air around my heart around all my my shoulders like this whole

chest cavity is just so full of air it feels like it's about the pop so then you have your belly full of air you're chest full of air and you're just literally trying to swell your body it's a maximum capacity and hold that breath like that met where you're at the very top of your breath you can barely sit more in and you're just holding it for a couple of seconds and then you sort of breathe out very slowly okay so like and it's like the sound of a waterfall either out the nose or out the mouth if you want to cool down and so then i cycle out the breath at about the same pace that i cycled in and you'll notice at the top of your breath when you get a full chest cavity of air and you're holding it if you pay attention to the rhythm of your heartbeat you will notice that it slows so what i'm actually doing in addition to like hyper oxygenating my body

and just pumping you know you're getting high on oxygen essentially you're just you're flooding your body with oxygen which feels really good if you've never done that i mean like it will put you in kind of a somalent state you know you start to feel high and relaxed and obviously that helps you go to sleep but you're also slowing the heart rate which also helps you go to sleep if you exhale through the mouth you're cooling the body you're releasing heat if you can cool the body that will help you go to sleep and then so i just do that and the gain basically is like how again how deep and how slow can i cycle my breath so when i'm like really pushing that game hard i'm breathing in in like 12 or 14 counts or more you know like 12 or 14 seconds in hold for a couple seconds at the top 10 12 14 seconds out like it's slightly longer in than out and then you know completely empty the lungs hold emptiness at the bottom and then repeat the

whole thing it's a very potent meditation essentially and it works for me it works like a charm going to sleep and now even in the event that it doesn't work and like you can't immediately go to sleep there's times where like you know i don't know i wake up at 5 a.m. or 4 a.m. and i haven't been in bed eight hours yet right so i know i don't want to get out of bed and start my day i want to like be in bed eight hours because i don't need to be up and doing something until six or seven in the morning i will just lay there and i will just do the breath cycle i just described you and do a very intense meditation and do you will i mean it can get psychedelic you know like you're doing it seriously if you're practicing vipostinum meditation obviously that helps but for me i'm like i'm counting the breaths in the breaths out i'm focusing on the physical sensation of my body as i breathe so i'm diffusing the monkey mind you know i'm getting

out of the the narrative chatter of the mind and i'm really focusing on sensation and i'm reciting to myself of what i'm feeling and just doing that can take me deep into meditation and it's so so good so that's a great trick for me like that's a major biohack when it comes to sleep now one other thing else i went here this is like a facial movement thing you can do this you guys can't see if this is audio you can't see it but i'm shaking or moving my bottom jaw side to side all right you keep your top jaw fixed and you move the bottom jaw side to side if you do that when you're doing this breath cycling it will induce you to yawn so again focusing on the sensation of moving that jaw back and forth as you're doing the breath cycling for me i do it at the top all right so i'm gonna getting the top of the breath are breathing in and i start doing the jaw side to side it triggers me to yawn and you'll yawn so deep

you know like so it might take me 10 seconds of that movement to like really get it to go you might have some fault starts like you start to yawn but you can't but then when you finally get that yawn it's so deep and so like my eyes water it's like very potent yawn basically so that too obviously helps you go to sleep right once you start yawning very deeply so i get the slower heart rate i get the hyper oxygen of the oxygenization oxygenization is that a word? i hyper oxygenate my body and my blood i get the cooling effect if i'm breathing out of the mouth i'm getting this deep meditation even if i'm not sleeping so there's that hole all the benefits with good meditation and then finally you get this you can use this jaw movement technique to induce yourself to yawn so between all of those things i found it'll be a very useful bio hack basically for getting to sleep that's basically it then then then on the rare occasion

that i like just absolutely need to completely sleep no questions asked i need to knock myself the fuck out because i know i got a big day tomorrow and you know say it's 10 pm and i'm not tired and i need to go to bed because i know i got to be up at 5 a.m and it's an important day i've got a record of thing or do a thing or i've got a big meeting or write in the book whatever occasionally and i mean this occasionally like i try to do this no more than i don't know like once a month you know twice a month tops is i will take a sleeping pill the one that i use is called to mezzapam so it is in the it is in the same i think it's a barbituate actually could look me up on the check fact should be on this but i think it's in the same family as like uh zanx i do not like zanx if i take that it's way too strong like it puts me to sleep for a long

time and then the next day i feel like rubber like i cannot no my number's caffeine i dreamed i can't move i can't like i don't know i'm allergic to it or what but like it's like zanx is terrible i can't mess with it at all but this one is much more mild um and i've found for me it just like puts me to sleep for eight hours solid and i wake up feeling bright-eyed and bush-y-tailed and so when i need that like ultra precision sleep hack i will occasionally pull the the to mezzapam bilac so yeah oh and then you know you know that's good for sleep guys good sex okay like that always helps too so hopefully you're getting some of that in your life because that's you know good bonding good exercise and a great way to induce some good sleep oh yeah next question

what blood work do you run and how often so the blood work that i run is the most comprehensive blood work that i have access to uh i i work with my functional medicine practitioner jaden pleggie i think he pulls i overshot this number last time i want i want to say it's a couple of hundred like around 200 maybe it's 160 or 200 uh biomarkers and so it's like 11 vials of blood that come out so like it's a lot and it's a little bit pricey the blood work you know i have a deal and i get all these perks and things like it's not to rub it in guys but like it's a little bit it's a much better deal for me but i think the standard pricing for the blood work that i get like if you have no perks no deal i think it's like it could be two thousand dollars they might be fifteen hundred to two thousand dollars something like that um i get it done every two months

you don't need to do it that much obviously i'm trying to do the open source biohacking thing and so i'm i'm being a bit more aggressive in the frequency i get this one to track and have a lot uh points of comparison along the way so i can you know map my blood work back to that spreadsheet of everything that i'm taking all of the compounds all the training and just see how those results are shaping out in the blood work in a more frequent basis so i do it every 60 days a lot of guys can get away with doing it once every six months like if you're just doing a basic trt protocol you know there's just a few and you don't need to get the full comprehensive blood work either you can get something much more that is much less comprehensive basically returns much fewer markers there's a few critical ones you need to watch uh which i won't go into now but like any you know normal competent functional medicine guy could walk you through you know it's the

hematocrid it's the testosterone estrogen ratio it's the cholesterol etc um you can get away with that but it really depends on what your goals are so for me my goals are i want as much data as possible as frequently as possible so that i can basically release all of this and kind of an open source fashion as i move along with my health journey so that's what i do with blood work for the past 25 years i've been reading roughly one book per week almost entirely difficult nonfiction books the kind that really shift your thinking books on physics money power psychology spirituality and philosophy the real stuff but i get it most people don't have time to read 50 books per year so i hand selected my favorite nonfiction books and distilled each one of them into a course that you can take in 50 to 100 times faster than it would take you to read the entire book

each course gives you the key insights mental models and frameworks that matter we launched with 15 book courses and we are building toward a library of 100 by the end of year one so if you are a seeker of truth wisdom and personal growth then my book course is for you to sign up go to course dot breed love dot i oh again that's course dot breed love dot i oh thanks for watching if you enjoyed this episode click here to find more just like it and here to find our most recent episode also make sure to like this video to help shine light on the corruption of money and be sure to subscribe to this channel to stay connected
