Today we discuss the bombshell by "The View" co-host Sonny Hostin that she was the lone hold out juror in the infamous “Butcher of Tompkins Square Park” case where a man killed his wife, chopped her up, and served her to homeless people. She claimed she got the entire jury pool to flip. Have we lost our minds as a society? Why do these people need mental intututions only to be released.

Welcome to drinking, bro. Yeah, welcome to Drinkin, bro's kids. Got a wild Wednesday show for you here today. Whoops, pulse. Right before we went on air, I heard and saw one of the craziest clips I've ever seen in my life. We will get to that in a second regarding the view and sunny hosting. I can't believe this is real. It is not often that I've shocked like this. We have it here today. Anthony, you just got back from the funeral there. How did everything go yesterday? It was good. It's an interesting thing to know a man for 10 years and know all the things he's done. It's another thing entirely to hear them all listed in order like that. Sean was a very impressive person who only thought about other people.

How was the turnout? It was good. Good. A lot of paratroopers. Okay. Good. And again, sorry for your loss, man. That fucking sucks. And yeah, I was going over those numbers last night thinking about it. 50 people you've lost? Yeah. Jesus Christ. About that, Givertook. Personal question for you. Are you at the point where you just don't even want to answer the phone anymore? No. No, because no, I'll never be there. I mean, every call though, you would have to feel like is every other call is going to be negative where it's just like Jesus Christ, how many people, you know? Yeah, there's a lot of negativity in the world. A lot of us felt like a lot of us feel like we're in a battle right now. You can frame people frame it different ways. Good and evil. Good people, bad people, strong people, weak people, whatever.

It doesn't really matter what it is. There's a lot of people out there who are individually and collectively forces for good and we lose them sometimes. And if you frame it in the sense of a literal war, then when one of your buddies gets hit, you don't stop fighting, you fight harder. So that's the message that I would encourage people to have in a situation like this. I know most people don't lose several dozen people in their lifetime until they're well into their 70s and 80s, but that's the reality of war sometimes. And it's a war that never stops. So it brings things into focus. It means that you need to be ready for it. You need to keep fighting it. We also need to take the time to transmit what you know and believe to the people that are coming next because otherwise the fight will end with you. And that's something that Sean always did. He always took the time to mentor younger people. It's something I appreciate at the bottom. Yeah.

He was an awesome dude and he will definitely be nist. Back to the cold open here at the top of the show with the craziest thing I've ever seen. This was going on live in the background where we're doing the NFL show. So we're kind of catching up on it here. But sunny hosting from the view just dropped a bombshell live on air. It did not appear that anybody on the staff was aware of this did not appear that any of her co-hosts were aware of this. And this is just all coming out right now. We all know who's sunny hosting is. I think at this point. I don't know if her job is just to be controversial on the view. And that's what she's hired for. Maybe it is. I don't know. Or maybe she's just a fucking retard. And it's just that simple. But these days it's getting tougher and tougher to decipher, which is true in which isn't. I wonder what the potential is that this was a Steve Rannes easy moment.

That's that's. I can't imagine somebody would say something like that in public. If it like this rather you're about to see if it weren't true. But we've seen it before. Hillary Clinton talked about being under sniper fire when there's video of the landing. And there's no sniper fire. Who is that dickhole on NBC that said Brian Williams said basically he was a space shuttle door gunner or something. It's like, no man, you never did anything. And they ran as easy to straight up lied about being at 9.11. Yeah. People do it all the time. And this is a cra- this is a legitimate. Those people are just like fame whores. This is a legitimate crazy person. So I'm not convinced what she's saying is even true. If it's not that wouldn't you get fired from saying that all for saying this? Yeah. She will get fired eventually if it comes out. It's not true. I don't know one way or the other. I have no idea. I didn't know this. I don't know anything about this case even. But I am very curious to see. I think the funniest thing would be if she just made it up.

But I look, I actually know this case and I know this story. This was the butcher of Thompson Square Park. And it was a husband who killed her wife, chopped her up, chopped up the body parts, boiled the body parts and then fed them to homeless people. And it was a wild, wild case. It was a wild, wild story. She's saying she's the life on air, much to the she- I think they were talking about Lindsey Clancy or something. Much to the screen of her co-host here that she was the lone hold out juror on this. And then eventually convinced everyone to vote for reason of insanity. The same way that the Lindsey Clancy trial was going where they were trying to do that as well, except for the lone hold out juror on that one, was saying I don't give a fuck if she's insane or whatever. She killed her fucking kids and she's going to jail. You're not going to stop me from voting that way. And apparently, according to this, we'll play it for you guys. She convinced the rest of the jury as the lone hold out that they should give this guy

insanity and not send him in the jail or the death penalty or whatever. Play this clip here. The insanity defense has been around in Massachusetts for 182 years. So I think it's well established. And I thought absolutely that she was not criminally responsible by reason of insanity. And the reason I felt that, I feel so strongly about this hold out jurors because I was a hold out juror in a case. In the Daniel Raccoon case, I don't know if people remember it. I put your of Tomkin Square Park. It was in the guy who ate the victims. Yes. He was in that jury. You didn't need to explain more. Yes, I was. And we never heard this story before. It was before I went to law school. I would have never been to law school. And I went, I brought it up. When I put it up at the hot topics meeting, I don't think everyone believed me and then my producer looked it up and I'm in the New York Times. And apparently, several jurors questioned afterwards that one hold out juror was principally responsible. I was preventing them from returning a guilty verdict.

That was me. And it was because I saw clearly that he was psychotic. He was in a psychosis. He did not mean to kill her. And once he killed her, he panicked. He chopped up her body parts. Yes, boiled her body parts, tried to commit the perfect crime and then fed her. And he got this guy off. And no, no. But he fed. That's how much I believe in the insanity defense. And he fed her body parts to the unhoused. Excuse me, can I move over? Yes, I don't need to be around. But all that being said, it was so clear to me in the jury. And we were sequestered for nine days, one juror threw a chair at me. They were so angry with me. But one by one, I picked them off and said, what about this? What about that? And we ended up all 12 unanimously voting that he was not criminally responsible by the reason of being too old and satan-ish. But he is still in a mental institution being treated. Why?

Why? What do you mean treated for what? For what? A mental illness? I don't give a fuck. Yeah, I'm killed this guy. Yeah, the treatment for a mental illness, I believe, is a bullet in a brain. Yeah. It's how they handled it in Old Yeller. It sure is. Make you're better than him. No. You're not better than that dog? Kill this fucking guy. I mean, this is some batshit, just insanity here. But like, everybody's going yard now online. And again, we're just catching up with this story. But the Spencer Pratt, for example, is talking about how this is how it starts with these crimes. And then you convince yourself that these people can be saved or fixed. They're insane or whatever. No. You boil someone to death and then chop up their body parts and eat them and feed them to, she said the unhoused, which I hate that fucking word so much because it is a made-up

word. Well, she said it the second time, the first time she said the homeless. Yeah, exactly. But she said unhoused. And it's like, stop doing this fucking bullshit with these words that are just made up like that. Yeah, it's Orwellian nonsense. But pull this guy up on screen here. There you go. Why does this guy need to be an immense ill-incestition? Just go ahead and kill this fucking guy here. But I think that's kind of where we're at right now where you're looking at these cases. And I forget how long ago this was, I want to say 15, 20 years ago, this case was at this point, maybe a tad longer. You can look it up. But what year was this? Yeah. He killed and dismembered 26-year-old dance student Monica Burl in New York City's East Village in 1989. And then when did it actually go to trial?

The trial was in 1991. There you go. So yeah, dude, this is insane. Is this the same person? I mean, they brought up the news article, a Sun Shion. I mean, again, I would be hard pressed to believe that the producers on the view would get this wrong live on air. Oh, I mean, yeah, she made the claim. I don't think the producers have anything to do with this. Well, I'm sure they're fact-checking behind the scenes, right? Same as Luke is doing right now. Well, they even brought up the news article that had her name in it. So it seems like this is... Well, her new name is Sonny Hostin, which is confusing to me because I don't know her before the view. So I didn't know that she had a different name or a stage name or whatever. A lot of people do, and that's fine. Even my wife. I mean, the reason why she still goes by Jesse Weisman is who she was as an actress and all that shit. Her last name is changed in real life for Christ's sakes, but yeah, as far as looking things up and all that other stuff, I don't care. We don't care. With her, a Sun Shion isn't going to do it on national television.

So I understand why she's going by Sonny Hostin. She's going to be able to on the nose for me. Well, I guess my question is, she's so proud of her ethnic heritage. The ones where her parents were slave owners? Well, no, I mean the grandparents are the more recent one, the one post-slave owner. Why would you change it? People always give John Stewart a shit about that. Did he change his name too? Yeah, his name is John Leibwitz. I didn't know that. People have made fun of him about it over the years and he goes, oh, yeah, it has to be because I don't want to use my Jewish name. It couldn't be because I have a complicated relationship with my father. Yeah, right, John. Nobody fucking believes that. You jackass. Just say that you've picked the name that wasn't quite so bagly. Yeah. It's fine. No one gives a shit about it. Just stop lying about it. But for him, it doesn't matter. The fact that he lied about it makes a gay.

For her, somebody who is an identity-politic person, through and through, like, soup to nuts, 100% that is who she is as a human being. To have a name like, it'd be one thing to have the last name Jackson and change it to something African or something, I guess. But to have an ethnic last name and then change it to something milk toast like that, you're a fucking poser, man. You're a fucking poser. You want to skate through life without any of the fucking shit that you say you've been subjected to. And then say that you've been subjected to it later on. She grew up rich, probably. Yes, she did. Like, fuck off, dude. Just like this other, this Palestinian-Rachael Dolezal that got out at this week, which is just hilarious. One of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life. We'll play that clip in a second. Go to your DMs real quick here. Play the Spencer Pratt video. I think this topic is, and I know you guys just did this case on crime corner. Well, Lindsay Clancy, but I think what he's talking about here is something that should

be concerning as far as like TikTok videos and all this other shit. I'm talking about the dead in and a 30 yesterday. I mean, fuck, dude. Press play on this. The hijacking of the maternal instinct didn't start with social media. It goes way back to 1995 when she watched Dead Man Walking as a teenager. That film planted the sea that bio-criminals deserve her heartfelt tears. Don't execute this, man. You can stop this from having an answer. Then Dexter injected it with steroids. This is the prolonged conditioning that accelerated with the ascendance of the bironic hero. We got so cute with finding redeeming qualities and irredeemable villains, gone are the days of the true bad guy. Now, the cinematic Vanguard is in love with finding the humanity in the bad guy, telling the sympathetic origin story. Our parents had superheroes. We have anti-heroes. You're goddamn right. Breaking bad was so brilliant, but it made us cheer on a narcissistic, murderous, criminal drug kingpin who destroyed his family over money. When Tim Burton did Batman, the Joker was a lunatic. But now that Joker gets his own movie, where he is the hero, and the climax of the film

is him murdering the orderlies at the asylum. The arts dog walked us here over decades, with films and television that inverted the paradigm of normal virtue, cops are the bad guys, outlaws are the heroes, and man, do you see that manifesting in reality today? What do you think about that statement? I don't think there's anything to suggest that Walter White was a hero. That's what anti-hero means. It means he's the protagonist, maybe, in a Hollywood sense, in a film, or a writing sense. But that doesn't mean that he's held up as a hero. As a matter of fact, the anti-hero in Hollywood history is James Gandalfini as Tony Soprano. It's the best one that's ever been done. The entire series, all six seasons, are basically making fun of how stupid, arrogant, and what do you call it? Self-centered he is. That's the whole thing. Like, yeah, he's the boss. Yeah, you're rooting for him to win the whole time.

But it puts on display that he's a piece of shit. Time after time. He fucks his friends over. He kills some of them. One thing with Breaking Bad, Walter White's character starts out as a, I've got cancer, so I got to take care of my family case. And by season two, he's a fucking killer, legitimate killer. And he's somebody who isn't just that person, but becomes that person, or isn't just that person to serve his family anymore, which is what every sociopath tells themselves, by the way, who has a family. Instead, he's a person who brings that into his personal relationships now, right? Threatening the people around him to some degree, or at least being scary to whom which you shouldn't want. No, I don't believe. I like that part of it. The anti-part, anti-hero part of it, he said, is completely wrong. But the fact that we've made dads buffoons, 100%, that started back in the 70s with all in the family. I guess you could say it started back in the 50s with the honeymooners, actually.

It's always been the case. And I don't think you could make the case that people were trying to destroy the American dad in the 1950s. I think it's just funny, right? Like, there's been plenty of ditsy women over time during that period as well. I think people are just trying to make content that's funny for the most part, but there has been a concerted effort. Like, what would the Simpsons be if Homer was smart? It wouldn't be a commoner. It would be canceled. Yes. That's what it would be. So I get it. It makes sense. But what are the big shows that make the criminals the heroes? Even when that's the case, let's say like the town, for example, the criminals are the protagonists and the heroes of the situation. There's one guy who is a criminal, yes, but he's not as bad as the other guy and you want the less bad guy to win, the guy who's not just trying to murder everybody. That's, I don't know.

I think people are just trying, I think for the most part, it's just storytelling, frankly. I don't know that certainly there's always information operations by the left and Marxist globally to try to knock down American virtue institutions. There's no question about that. It's going on every single day right now, heavily influencing both Hollywood and social media. All this historical content, I don't think the sopranos was written to make dads look violent and evil. I don't believe that. I don't think the sentence were written to make dads look dumb. I mean, the show doesn't exist if that's not the case. So there's obviously some appetite for that. And what about a Christmas story? Dad's kind of a jackass, right? He's kind of a jackass. Yeah, but I love the dad. But there's redeeming qualities about him. He's still like, yeah, go fucking get that baby gun. He talks shit and fucks with his kids sometime, but at the end of the day, he tastes care

room. That's pretty normal, I think. I don't know. But who, who, who, like, to this point, who are you rooting for in the sopranos? At the end, were you rooting for Tony to get killed or to live on? I don't know. I was, I was rooting to find out, which I didn't. So no. And for me personally, I thought if he would have gotten killed, it would have shown that all this was, you know, the proper ending to a life that was horrifically led and all this other shit. Same with, at least with Breaking Bad, that was the ending. Sorry to spoil this for you guys. In case you've been away from television for the last 10 years. But with Breaking Bad, I was satisfied with the ending of that where I was like, okay, great. But I oddly, and I've, and I said this at the time that it was airing. I rooted for Walter White's. I rooted for Tony's soprano the entire time. And I also wouldn't have mined if they got away. But then also, what does that say about me?

Now, especially after, after he killed the kid. Right. I mean, all that was horrific. But like, we still like this guy. For some reason. And I mean, that's what I think makes a lot of TV compelling. I know. But it's kind of confusing, you know, that's what makes it entertaining. But at least, and I think, and I think this was what he was trying to get out. We know this is false. We know that this is scripted and it's like, hey, this is a television show rooting for characters. These are real people in real life. The butcher, the fucking Lindsey Clancy, all this other shit. And like, I do not root for them whatsoever because I know it's real life. Because it's a television show. Now that changes my mind on who I root for and why. But I also think that's why the ending of Breaking Bad is more lauded than the ending of the sopranos. I really do. We had an ending. The guy fucking died. He was a terrible person. And he lost everything because of his. And I've never met Vince Gilligan.

I haven't chatted with him about this. So I don't have the answer for you. But I think he walked off where he walked off. Johnny is nothing to look back on that and say, all right, cool. Whereas David Chase has changed the story over the years. I thought community was the best example of this, of holding things in limbo at the same time. So in community, the TV show, it should be chasing like in, I'm not community, I'm sorry, modern family. Modern family. Community was not. Community was funny though. But modern family was like, there's two dads. And one of them is a fucking retard. And one of them is a classic dad, right? Ed O'Neal. Ed O'Neal. Ed O'Neal. And classic dad is highly competent, confident, maybe a bit of a boomer. And some regards kind of out of touch with stuff. But he's never really hit the brunt of the joke in modern family for Ed O'Neal's character is that he's having to deal with all these other fucking people for the most part.

I mean, that's usually the brunt of the joke. It's like, Jesus fucking Christ, I got to deal with this gay ass kid and these other fucking retards in the house. I thought they did a really good job. There's plenty of woke shit in here, obviously. You got to have like a fucking adopted kid from Thailand or some bullsh**. Shays, yeah. That's bullshit. But it's like the, one of the running jokes in modern family are the two gay dudes getting offended by shit that wasn't real and then getting made fun of for being offended by it in the first place. I thought this is one of the best written shows or it's, yeah, excellent. No, of all time, I like of all time. Just because it's so, it would have been so easy to make producers and Hollywood people happy by just going full fucking homo with it and they made fun of that the whole time, the whole series. They still have the dumb ass dad, which makes it comical. They still have the overbearing and Ditzi and type a women that are funny to look at.

They've got the gay shit that's funny that you saw will agraise that dynamic was always really funny. It's like they took all the great sitcoms from the 90s and early 2000s and made it into one show and it's brilliant. If you enjoy that type of stuff, I wouldn't say it's necessarily a dude show or a thing. No, it's just a great plenty of dudes like it. Great comedy. It's really funny and they were able, this is what I'm saying, they were able to do all that shit that makes something entertaining without cowtowing to super woke stuff. As a matter of fact, they make fun of that all the time by making fun of their woke characters. I think that's the best you can possibly do it, to be honest. But I understand what Spencer's saying. He's not wrong. I think it's more, I think it's more infelmed in television that that stuff happens. There's a couple like the last couple of seasons of Grey's Anatomy with super woke.

That's 40% off with the promo code drinking bros at GLD.com. During and after COVID, they just like, it went, they must have been getting you. They're still in the air, by the way. Yeah, they must have been getting us aid money or something like that because it went really weird. That show, with that, that show was fucking weird. Oh, yeah, I mean it. It's always been weird. It's well started off normal, and then it's just, yeah. It's season 28. You're like, all right, great. You just have to keep jumping sharks after a while. But even they had strong male characters that weren't fucking post-season, weren't woke. I don't know. I think it's more in film. I think it's way more in film than it is in television.

I think it's easier to get away with a one-off pulling some weird shit than it is to have like one weird or have weirdness that goes on for a decade at a time or some shit. I also think TV shows have a lot more time to develop characters, which is pretty important when it comes to that kind of stuff. It is, yeah, because you're looking at a movie, you're looking at an hour and a half, two and a half hours, whatever it is. I should all use a film that you and I disagreed on last year with one battle after another. I watched that movie. I felt bad for the left, and then I was rooting for Sean Penn in that fucking movie to kill everyone, right? He was the guy that was kind of out there doing it. I don't care if that's the spoiler alert. You should just saw the fucking movie. I wanted to ask her for Christ's sakes. But I was rooting for him to kill everyone and it was fucking job, which he did in the end of it, which I thought why you would enjoy it, was the government ends up killing him anyway at the end of the movie. They were like, hey, thanks for your service. Also, you've seen too much. We're going to fucking kill you.

As soon as he gets into the office that he wants, at the end of the thing, and I was like, okay, cool. Now, all of Paul Thomas Anderson's movies, by the way, have done this to me. As a writer, director, he writes and directs all of these. I have rooted for the villain in every single one of these movies. Sean Penn in this one, Daniel Day Lewis in there will be blood. I think he did the master as well. I rooted for fucking Hoffman. And I'm trying to think of what else to pizzeria, what else to Paul Thomas Anderson do? Buggy Knights. Buggy Knights. Yeah, Buggy Knights. Who's your root for in Buggy Knights? The dick. Yeah. Same thing. And he did fucking horrific shit. Was an asshole all the other shit, man. And like he is a knack for doing it. And what I love personally about him is not only is he married to one of the best comedians on the planet in Maya Rudolph. He doesn't do press about any of the shit so we don't know the answers. We really don't. He just lays it out and says, hey, who are you rooting for here?

And it's up to you. Punch truck love was another one of these movies. We were like, all right, like, who are you rooting for in that movie? Is punch truck love the one with Penelope? The Kremler. Yeah. Oh, Samler, of course. Yeah. I mean, even though he's kind of ripping his own family apart. No shit. And like, that's the thing. So when you look back at these, you're like, oh, man, why am I rooting for these shitbirds at the end of the day? I don't know. It's fun. But it's only fun because it's not real. Right. But has that carried over into real life, which is what Spencer probably is. I mean, I think there will be blood. I'm with you. If there's a powerful character that has some kind of goal, you find yourself rooting for him, for sure. Fuck yeah. But one battle after another was not like that. That is not what it was. Were you not rooting for Sean Penn to kill those people? No. I was rooting for everyone to die because everyone in the, this is the problem. They portrayed a very realistic version of the left and a complete caricature of the

right. That dude doesn't exist. They just made it up. But all the characters on the left are all real people that you could point to. You might know somebody like that right now who behaves that way. If not, you could certainly list a couple. You could list a couple that fucking retard. What's his name? Chink Yugger's nephew. Yeah. That's getting all the press. He's literally that guy. There is not a right wing version of that that's running around. So they took, this is the whole point of this movie. It's fucking propaganda. That's what I'm telling you. They took a real thing on the left. They made up the analog for it on the right that doesn't actually exist in real life. And they pit them against each other. It's fucking bullshit. That's why I thought that movie was terrible. That was ham-handed nonsense. But I was rooting for the guy to kill all those people. And that part I didn't even really care about. I mean, I had lost, I don't know, I had lost so much interest by then. I think that, whatever that black girl's name is, she is one of the worst actors I've ever seen in my life. She's so bad at acting. I mean, obviously, the Caprio, I would watch him fucking...

He's great. Do anything. He's been in the show, not Tora. Any genre of movie he's done horror, he's done comedy, he's done fucking action, everything. He's the best. He's not the best, but he's one of the best ever. He's great. That, his wife in the movie is just, not Regina Hall. Regina Hall has done plenty of good shit. She was on a Taylor. She was on Martin for Christ's sake. You know what I mean? You don't talk about acting. You're talking about Sianna Taylor in this picture. Yeah, Sianna Taylor, just such a bad actor that it completely took me out of the show. That and how ham-handed Sean Penn's character was. It's like, that's not a real guy. You can't do that. If you're trying to juxtapose something to make somebody root for somebody, and it's a good idea. I think it's a good idea to be able to do it, but you have to have a real right-wing villain. And that's not who the right-wing villain is. The right-wing villain, actually, if it was anybody or the capital is villain, if it was anybody, it's Sean Penn's boss at the end. The guy that has him clipped.

But that guy is a minor character to the whole thing. Sean Penn is like a fucking caricature that doesn't exist in real life. That was my issue with it. I think if they had had somebody that was a bit more realistic, I might have been more into it, but it was just such a weird caricature. If they had hyped up the lefty part of it, that maybe that would have matched how ridiculous the whole thing was. But they- It didn't think it was funny when DiCaprio was calling up on the phone and they were asking for the password or whatever. And he was like, I can't remember. I can't remember. I am too high. I can't remember. I was talking to you. You're asking me about one scene of the best, one of the best actors on the planet. Of course, I thought that part was funny. Right? That's how it goes with a caricature. The totali- That's what I thought to it. That is not a caricature. Have you smoked weed? I can look at you and tell you how. Okay? That's a real thing. Well, I mean, I know that's a real thing, but the idea that there's like this crazy password and you have to go through it and like, I don't know, I thought that whole

situation was- That scene was funny. Yeah, 100% it was funny. And I think it could be real on the left, which is why I like that scene where I'm like, hey dude, that password is like- No, I hate that on a daily basis now. When they talked about it with regard to the American left was accurate. That's what I'm saying. Everything they talked about on the American right was fucking nonsense. None of those people exist in real life. It just doesn't exist. If they do, they themselves are caricatures on Twitter, but not out in real life. You've never run into a person anywhere close to that. And I'm not really a big Sean Penn guy anyways. I think he's- I like him in this movie. I think he's one of the most overrated actors of all time. I don't understand it. He went full retard. You're not supposed to- I am Sam. You can throw that out. The action movies he's tried to do have not been good. The game is one of the best movies ever. Love it. The problem with the game is you can't only watch it the one time. It's not one of those, like even inception or some of these other thrillers. Even some Shyamalan movies you can watch multiple times. The game, once you figure out what the fuck's going on, I'm like, oh god damn it.

It's wasted two hours in my life, but it was a very entertaining two hours. Well with Sean Penn and this is where we're going to go back to here. This is what Spencer Pratt said that this started with Dead Man Walking. I have not seen- That's a really good movie. Same, but here's the thing. I have not seen that movie since the theaters in maybe the 90s. I forget when the movie came out, right? But to Spencer Pratt's point, you had Susan Sarand in reaching out saying I'm going to help you and what- This is one of the worst human beings on the planet. Why do you feel any form of humanity for this fucking awful person? I think that's a challenge from a writer's standpoint. How can I get people who would otherwise hate this person to relate to them a little bit, even if it's just a little bit? I think that's an interesting project to take on. But is that bleeding over into our society and how we look at it just because somebody's a good actor or somebody's great at their job? I honestly, mostly I think it's a coincidence.

I think that that's something that- Is that I think that was the crux of his whole argument? I think that's something that authors have been trying to do for a very long time. The antihero thing didn't start with motion pictures. That's been going on for a fucking- Ever. Every one of the Greek gods is an antihero. Are they not? Every single one of them. To some degrees an antihero. Some of the original writings we have are anti- about antiheroes. I think that it can appear that way because we're looking at real life policy of the word unhoused, for example, is this nonsense? No, you're not unhoused because being housed is not the natural condition of mankind being outside is. You're homeless. You don't have a home. But you live outside, would be fine. There's certainly plenty of the victim-

Blaming and leaning into victimhood and spending more time protecting criminals than protecting citizens that goes on where you can see the two things next to each other and think, oh, one thing's driving the other, but I see no evidence of that. The evidence that it's not driving one thing or the other is that antihero stories have existed forever. We've always tried to uncomplicate complicated characters. What about the untouchables? Is Elliott Ness, a hero or an antihero? He's using government power to fight something that every single human being listening to me right now believes was an unconstitutional law. So was he a hero or an antihero? He was the cop in that, by the way. I hate to say it, but I was not rooting for Kevin Costner in this. That's because Robert and Nero is a better actor. I know. I know. But none of us went out and joined the mob after this. True.

And I've very few people joined the police either as a result of the untouchables. It's just entertaining. It's an entertaining story from a different time. But there's been so much written and recorded about antiheroes and there's no track on where you can see policy change because of it. I just don't believe that or even public sentiment. This stuff is all based in identity. Like that kid that got stabbed in Texas. If you're a black liberal, you think he was defending himself and you base that on the context of whatever it is. Maybe you grew up rough or maybe you just bought into this fiction that black people are under attack in America, which there's no statistical basis for. If you're a right conservative, you're like, maybe the white kid was defending himself and you got stabbed as a result or whatever the fuck. People make these decisions based on identity. Identity identity identity.

That is the key in Marxism is identity. It's why anytime there's any kind of movement on the right that gets traction, some fucking asshole steps in who is either paid directly and directly or astroturfed by Russia, China, or Iran and North Korea, comes in and be like, hey, you know what? That's American, but it's not quite as American as I am because my grandfather was here before yours. Like, okay, man. We got here six months apart and you were more American than me. That fight is going on literally right now. Then you have all these so-called Christian nationalist white-wing preachers today on Twitter who are talking about conservatives have to embrace socialism to win. No. These are foreign-funded astroturfed movements that happen and they target identity specifically. This is their whole point.

They target identity specifically. When we are doing well, when people are purpose driven, they don't think about their identity in terms of immutable characteristics. They think of their identity in terms of what they do. I'm a person who does this and this and this. I serve my community. I serve my country. I serve my God, whatever it is. When times are bad and I don't mean economically, I mean, when we are fucked up as a people, people think of themselves as I'm white, I'm Christian, I'm a man, I'm this, my family got here before yours and you start ranking yourself. Does that sound like anything? It sounds like fucking DEI to me. It's right wing DEI bullshit and it doesn't make any sense. You are what you do in life, the end. You don't have, it's genetic chance where you ended up. To a large degree, until relatively recently, something like 85% of people had the same religion that their parents did, what do you think the chances that are? That's just how it goes, man.

What you do in life is what ultimately defines you and that's why these bad actors will come in frequently and try to wedge themselves in between people who want to do the same thing. We all want our communities to do well. All of us because obviously even just from an evolutionary standpoint, we personally benefit when our communities do well. That's just how it works. I don't think that there's any correlation between this part of the media telling anti-hero stories that has, by the way, been going on since we've had pens and papers because every Greek, would you agree with that? Every Greek God is an anti-hero. There's no good guy. Like none of them are good guys. No, no. They're powerful. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're cuts. That's how it works, right? Just like every other powerful person. That didn't make people root for criminals back then and sure shit isn't doing it now. I think it's two completely separate issues.

I think he's hovering. He's on something. He's just applying it to something that just doesn't have any relevance to it, in my opinion. I'm not sure anymore to be honest with you. Was there any backlash for the ones who can't see the Clancy case that you guys have? No, we might be an outlier. We have a surprisingly supportive fan base with Crime Corner. We get very low. Yeah, but this crossover and the ratings were fucking massive. I asked Jesse when she got home, I go, hey, I think personally, because she was teetering of whether to do that. I said, I think you guys are on the right side of history, where let's take the OJ case, for example, which I brought up on Ross Pashman Revolutionary the day. I said, dude, there was a lot of people at the time that were ampt to see him not guilty. Then years later, they were embarrassed. They were like, oh shit. I wish there wasn't videos in me celebrating and all this other shit. I think the same thing is going to happen with this case. I really do. Johnny Hoston coming out here today and bragging about it, that she was the hold out juror

in one of the worst cases I've ever heard is nuts to me. Think about that too from that perspective. It's like, how do I make this about myself? Yeah. Yeah, that's exactly what I thought. How do I make this about myself? And she did. But here's the things. She was caught up in one of the biggest trials in the last 40 years. And she was the one who flipped the entire jury on that. Well, that's what she says. My guess is there are going to be some other jurors who come out who were like, I didn't know who that was. I didn't even realize it was her until she just said something and that was definitely not how it went down. Yeah. I'm that part I'm excited for because again, this was before she got famous, before she had a job, before she went to law school for Christ's sakes. And she was a sunshine, whatever her fucking last name was. But yeah, watching that today, I couldn't fucking believe it. I really kind of was stunned.

Absolutely fucking stunned. And as we continue throughout this, this, well, I guess all these cases, to be honest with you, Luigi is another one. Somebody else had brought that up today. I think it was Bill Burr. Bill Burr was on a podcast and he brought up Luigi, Mangeone and how people were rooting for this guy and they had the healthcare system and all this other shit. Well, the more and more you keep saying that in interviews, the more and more people are going to go, want to go out and do it, obviously. So not really amped about that. Maybe. I mean, the leftists in, in, in, apparently violent, they have been for a long time. This is nothing new. It's been going on. I would say at a minimum since the middle part of the 19th century, but he's also, Mangeone is also an effigy for the frustration people have with institutions in the United States that have been taking advantage of them. That isn't, this, none of that excuses celebrating the murder of some dude who just happens

to have a job somewhere. Obviously, that's, that's not the case, but. People are looking at their, for example, they look at their healthcare has gone up by 700% in the last few years and our human brain is like, well, somebody's responsible for that. That's not really true, by the way. It's, it's a million somebody's, mostly the government, actually, mostly Obamacare is responsible for it. But bureaucracy on top of bureaucracy, on top of bureaucracy, it's why I plead with you all the time. I know it sounds like preaching sometime, but I plead with you to take back some of the fucking responsibility for stuff so we can start doing things on our own because it is the nature of bureaucracy to do this. It is. It's just like you create, this, this is the typical human response. A guy builds a shitty building, one guy, and we're like, fuck, now we need to have somebody

to regulate that. Even if it's just a very small minority, and that's true, that it's only a very small small minority of people who have ever gotten hit for doing that stuff based on the number of total building structures, houses, especially built. But then you have to set up an entire industry and then year after year goes by and now over a quarter of home costs are fucking regulations that you cannot get passed. There's no fucking shortcut to it. There's no way to get around it. There's no like smart business plan you can develop to break into that market. You got to pay the government 26%. That's it, right? And that's how it works every single goddamn time. That's usually the case. It's usually bureaucracy, lay it on top of bureaucracy, but we're looking for a villain. This is the problem with our current political discourse. Everybody's looking for a fucking bogeyman, a villain, and juxtapose, they're looking for a hero as well. None of those people exist. There are some genuinely good and some genuinely bad people that participate in politics.

But there's no villains and there's no heroes. They're not real people. They're just bureaucrats. They're fucking turds that just layer fucking regulations stack it on top of each other until you can't afford to do anything anymore. That's really what it is. Until people recognize this and start to peel back the layers of bureaucracy and only you can do it. There's no government that will ever be able to do it. It's just going to keep stacking on top of each other and things will get. It's like playing Jenga at some point, the fucking house holds down. Yeah. That's why people look at Mangioni. They see an anti-hero because the system is a villain and they found a guy, this dude he killed, wasn't he Brian something, this dude he killed is an effigy for that system that's the villain and Mangioni is an effigy for their revenge on the system. That's really all it is. But that's bad for your mental health, to be honest. Not to realize the way things are in reality, I think.

It's driving people crazy because they're looking for heroes that aren't really there. They're looking for villains that don't actually exist. Trump gets elected and there's a lot of people. I'm enthusiastic about a lot of the stuff he does, less so about some of the stuff that's how it goes. But there are some people who just thought all of our problems were over now because Trump won. Okay. That's definitely not true. When Trump leaves, people will think, oh, we're fucked now and that won't be true either. It'll be up to you whether or not we're fucked. Yeah. I agree. Play this clip from Bill Burr doing this Rolling Stone interview. You know, this whole thing that we live in a world where if somebody tells their version of the truth of what's going on and especially if it is true, they have to like, it's like they're trying to escape Russia in the 80s. It's insane and it's like, I thought this was like, this is an American company. What's going on here? And they all seem to function like the CIA, which is really sort of like indicative of

that you're kind of doing something wrong. I mean, if you look at all of this stuff, like the response to the Luigi thing was not to be like, well, hey, maybe we need to look at what we're doing. If what we're doing makes some crazy person do this, their response was to take their faces off of the internet and get security. It's like, you don't think you need to examine. You know what I mean? It's like, you're not the president. You're just the CEO of a business. You know? I mean, that's a hard one to reconcile right there. It really is. To your point, what you said earlier, normal guy works not a job. We're walking down the streets, gets fucking murked at what, 6.30 in the morning or whatever it is like for what? Well, Bill Burr is a man that gets paid to be edgy. That's what he's doing. Even this though, this seems like a pretty laid back interview. Yeah. That's what he gets paid for. Everything you do in public is a branding opportunity. Oh, that's a tough one though, man. I mean, you're going that hard again. I'm not saying I'm murdered.

I'm not saying he's saying, hey, we should ask more questions. I'm not saying what? I'm not saying he doesn't believe what he's saying. That's not what I mean. What I'm saying is he gets paid to be edgy and any opportunity he gets. I mean, it's become his personality. How many times have we seen that? It starts as your character on a show or a stand up and it becomes your actual personality. How many people think they're tough guys or cowboys because of TV? A lot. It's a lot of people who think that they're tough guys or cowboys. Ron Pearlman started to think he was one of the sons of Anarchy and he's not. He's a fucking pussy that's never been in a fight in his life. So he's like trying to play his character on Twitter to tell people. He shows up on Oh my God. I'm glad that he likes motorcycles. I'm sure they're fun. I don't know. I'm not really. It's not really my thing, but yeah, this is just become his personality at this point.

It never turns off and it's kind of tedious to be honest. I mean, I guess it's, if he just does jokes, it's funny sometimes. He went from being like 80, 20 funny now. He's like maybe 50, 50. But look, it's under that. That happens as you get older as a comedian too. It's really hard to stay dialed in as a comedian as you get older because comedy changes, I mean, especially these days. World memes and everything like that. It's just a completely different world. In meme comedy, you got to know like 30 different things for the joke to make sense. So a guy like that's never going to get into the new style of like clip comedy and stuff. But he's not wrong that, I mean, I just went on a several minute discussion about what that murder meant. I think there's, yeah, I mean, I don't know if I have any questions to ask about it per say, but there's certainly a conversation to have about it because it is the fact that it happened is a, it's a signal. It's a signal. It's like a pain signal in society that people, that it happened in the first place and

that people thought that it was even a marginally appropriate to celebrate the guy is that's a pain signal, right? That's a, that's a, a fucking sore muscle. It's an upset stomach for society, something to look at. If that's what he meant by asking questions, I think that's a fair thing to say. But if you're trying to say that people should, that CEO should be afraid, which I think he did actually mention, then that's maybe you should be afraid, Bill. Maybe, maybe you're saying things that I think are contributing to the degeneracy of our society right now when it comes to just Americanism and American politics. Maybe I think if you try to justify weaponizing violence against businesses because they're doing things that the government told them they should do instead of just, I don't know, telling people to take action and peel back the bureaucracy, which is the appropriate

measure. Maybe you're a threat now, right? Maybe you shouldn't feel safe. Maybe you should feel afraid. Those things cut both ways and that's a fucking stupid thing for him to say, especially when he has no capability of defending himself whatsoever as you can tell by looking at him. Yeah, I agree, man. And when you see clips like this, you're like, all right, cool. But what happens if that switches? And then it comes after you. What happens if that narrative switches and then they come after you? What are you going to do about it? And I don't know that answer. I mean, you know, it's been a long time since one of these famous dudes has been killed versus the people who create the fame themselves like Luigi or the butcher. Well, no, it was last year that Charlie Kirk got killed. Yeah, but, oh, yeah, actually, you're right. And I was trying to think about the Reiner case, too. It hasn't been anybody on the left killed by anybody. Right. Their own children. Yep. Yep. Or even attacked. Nothing like that happens to the left. Yeah.

And he's asking, by the way, he's asking for money from his parents to get a lot of team. That's an interesting legal case, actually, because how far does presumed innocent go? That's a good question. I think that's a really interesting question. What pleaded he inner? Was it just not guilty? Not guilty. Reason of insanity is drugs were changed by the doctor. I don't think so. That's a separate issue than for me personally. I don't think by reason of insanity is a legitimate defense in most cases. I really don't believe in that. I personally don't either. But when I look at this, by the way, I've got friends who have snapped because of massive head injuries. And I've done some really bad things and every one of them has killed themselves afterwards.

And to me, that's the critical part of that equation. If you snap that hard and do something horrible and then come back to your senses, I think the vast majority of people fucking end it right there. Even school shooters typically end it right there. Because maybe they snapped or maybe it was the weight of it was too much. If you go on some fucking spree and kill a bunch of people, especially your own family, because of this or that and the other thing, whatever the fuck you think happened to you, then turn the lights off. But that's my recommendation. And if somebody doesn't do that, I'm very suspicious, frankly. Yeah, and I'm almost shocked that I didn't answer or ask that question on the view. Where all right, great. If you feel that way about this, how do you feel about Nick Reiner's situation? And him killing his parents and their sleep. What's the verdict then? Because he's asking for the exact same thing, by the way, in Sanity. And that's psychosis and all that other shit.

Blue, you can look this up, but Henkley's out after all these years. And he made a weird fucking statement the other day about it. That whole thing about trying to kill Rodel Reagan was an attempt to get Jody Foster, the actress, to follow him and love them and all that other shit and then it didn't happen, obviously. They let him out of jail. We did the, I don't know how long ago that was. We did them the show, but he was having trouble getting gigs at like Starbucks, playing music and shit like that. Yeah, John Henkley Jr. And then he did an interview where they asked some specifically about the Jody Foster thing. I was like, all right, what's this going to be? Like, hey, am I going to be completely crazy or whatever? And like, part of it was crazy and then there was a couple answers that I was like, I don't know that I'm really satisfied with that. Should this guy have gotten out of fucking jail? Yeah, I mean, what does he say here?

He says he wishes her well. Here's the thing, boys. And I say boys because if you're a woman watching this, you shouldn't be. All right, just knock it off. Put that, now bring that back up. Bring that back up. So the criminal justice system is not designed to rehabilitate people. That is not what it's for. That is not the purpose of the criminal justice system. The criminal justice system is designed to keep assholes away from the rest of society. That is its purpose. Now if we're able to rehabilitate some people in the process and there have been many cases, there's plenty of fucking former drug dealers and bangers out there who are now trying to keep kids from getting into that same life and I'm glad for those people. I think they're good people. I have friends that have been in prison for a long time.

A.A.G. Gregorov is one, the owner of Toehold, who have turned into, let's say better people. I would say good. Better people and definitely do a lot of community work to help people out and keep them out of the same stupid bullshit they got into and I'm very grateful for that. I am grateful for it. I think it's a great thing that it happens. It is not the purpose of the criminal justice system. We need to stop thinking about it that way. We have all these conversations about the conditions and whether or not people are being rehabilitated properly. If we can do that, that is a very nice added bonus. However, the purpose is to keep dangerous people away from innocent people. That is the purpose of the criminal justice system and it should be prioritized. I say that because if somebody is fucking crazy, there must be some massive hurdle for them to get over before we accept them as not crazy. Something big and it's not time, by the way, because time doesn't cure mental illness.

It does it. As a matter of fact, drugs don't either. What is it then? It's a fair question and it's one worth exploring. It's not one worth taking a chance on and sending people back onto the streets so they can kill innocent people, which is what fucking happens. I don't think John Hinkley is going to kill anybody. Maybe he does. He probably strangles cats now. That's easier to get away with. Yes. Something is fucked up there. There's no way this dude is living a normal life after this. However, the purpose of this isn't some science experiment to see if we can release somebody back into the wild and then not bite somebody again. No man, it's to keep dangerous people away from innocent people. That is what we should prioritize and the fact that we currently don't as wild as hell to me. I should be on parole boards, every one of them. I'll make the time. Yeah. I'm looking at this. He was the top story of the other day in regards to John Hinkley here. He started a podcast. He was shocked. And he was saying, yeah, I would love to have Jody Foster on his a guess.

Not a fucking prayer. I'm sure she's not a fucking prayer. What do you want to do this? This Reagan happening, surviving relatives, I think. I think he's one of his kids. Son and soul life. Is the kid soul alive or did he die? One of them just died recently, but he's got to have, yeah, Ron's still alive. Okay. Yeah. He just said, look, I'm tired of the boring podcasts. Guess. And I'm ready to get real with some fucking people here. And, you know, if Jody Foster wants to come on the pod, it'd be great. We could talk about it. What? Why is this guy out of fucking jail? I'm stunned by that. Let alone, you know, he can't get a gig at Starbucks, playing a acoustic guitar. And now he wants to be a podcast host here. So yeah, dude, I don't know what's going on. He also said that he thinks he turned Jody Foster into a lesbian when he shot Ronald Reagan. No, did he actually, he actually said that.

No fucking way. Yes. And this guy, listen, this guy is still right now. Yeah. John says he thinks that he turned Jody Foster into a lesbian when he shot President Reagan and three others, obviously, including White House Press Secretary James Brady back in 1981. And this is one of the many topics he's going to discuss on the podcast. He says, is that? So why is this guy out of fucking jail right now? I mean, that's nuts to me. You could have fucking killed that guy and moved on with our lives. I don't even find one. Yeah, I feel like even at his parole board hearing, you could have said, all right, all right, Henkley, what are you going to do when you get out? I'm going to start a podcast. All right, cool. Let me just ask you one more question. You're going to invite Jody Foster on. The answer is yes. You can get the fuck back in your cell. You any it? Oh, God, dude. It doesn't seem like it should be that difficult to determine if somebody's a nut job or not.

That's obviously nut job behavior. But let me pose a bigger overall question at the end of this here. We've got the mid-streams coming up. I talked to another very, very prominent network about how to handle this. Obviously, things aren't going well in the economy and all that other shit right now, right? Not a lot for Republicans to get excited about to go out and vote. However, the other side is what's being painted in every commercial is that it's so crazy and all this other shit. Does any of this come into factor here or no? It should. I mean, you should be reasonable enough to know the facts of the case that yes, you can't vote your way out of what's wrong with us right now. There's a whole other silo of work that needs to be done to address the things that are wrong with American culture and the American government, right? And it happens by taking power away from them. The only way to do that is by assuming it yourself. That's it. However, just because you can't vote your way out of something doesn't mean you can't

vote your way into something far worse. That is definitely true. And in case you weren't alive from 21 to 25, it was rough, man. But whatever is happening right now with dumb decisions making gas prices more expensive, if you consider it to be dumb, some of them are dumb, some less so, but that's debatable. But whatever is happening right now with energy costs, you cannot compare it to being locked down by force, by having your bank accounts frozen, by blah, blah, blah, blah, by fucking blah, man. There's so many things that happened during the Biden administration, by Christian conservative people getting investigated because of their religion, which you would think that probably pretty much be off the table. All this weird shit happened during the Biden administration. They got perilously close to normalizing, cutting kids dicks off. I mean, they got real close, boys. And you don't think they're going to fucking press the gas next time.

They're like, hey, woke one went a little too far. Woke two. Here's what woke two is. It is the inflation reduction act. Like here's what we do. We're going to take the green new deal and we're going to change the name. And now it's good. That's what woke two is. It's just a rebranded fucking turd that don't like, of course, it's better to vote for fucking Republicans as bad as they suck. And we have pretended like this is the solution or this is the, these are the options, the best of two bad options. That's what we think. The devil you know, however you want to phrase it, as if that's the only option, the only option. And a third party is not. This has been the other lie that we've told ourselves that there's some third party that's going to arise and save us all from this. The fact that there's two parties have, has not the issue. The issue is that we have subjugated ourselves willfully to the government. And every regard, we've asked them for help over and over and over again.

We've accepted their help. And along with their help, we've accepted all of their fucking rules and regulations and all this other bullshit. And the fact that they can reach into your wallet anytime they want. These are two separate issues. The Republicans are better than the Democrats. That is objectively true if you're a reason what human being. It's also objectively true that even if you vote for Republicans, you have all the work left to do. All that work is left for you to do. So choose the one that's purgatory and not hell because hell is quite a bit hotter and then work your way out of purgatory on your own by yourself with your community. Those are the options. Those are the real options. It's not just about voting for Republicans over Democrats and hoping for the best. Hope is not a game plan, folks. Come on. Right? I'm not trying to preach to you. I'm trying to fucking hold a mirror up to you and say, hey, do you really think that you're going to vote for a Republican and they're going to save the day? You know that's not true. So then what is your option? Your option is to say, well, fuck it. I'm not going to vote or I'm going to vote and do nothing and then that's just the way

it is or you're going to actually do something. I know what I'll do. I'm going to do something. Yeah. Same. But yesterday, for example, we did the show called the Dead Internet 3 while you were gone and you wonder if any of this shit is real on the internet and if people get fed up with it. Well, there's a lot of fucking comments, a lot of DMs, although the shit today, I'll give you the biggest one that pops up for me was they said, hey, do you believe any of this shit in Texas? Now thank you for sending this to me. Ironically, after the show, I think it was me and Kup. We had a call with another prominent conservative podcasting group. We won't say which one it is. And I said, hey, are you guys worried about what's going on in Texas, for example? Right now, they've got Tala Rico up by six over Ken Paxson and they've got for governor this Gina and Joseph up by three points there over Abbott. Now we've seen the polls that were wrong before, including Hong and Wisconsin.

These polls could certainly be wrong, but this would also inject fucking blood into this fuck, this dead internet theory where you're like, oh man, nothing we're reading is real or false or true or any other shit's here. What do you make of that? Yeah, there's a massive, I would say probably somewhere in the two to four hundred billion dollar range funded both privately and by government entities, influence operation going on the US right now. You can see it everywhere you go. I mean, you've seen some of it pealed back. You know about the Soros stuff. Soros goes around doing legitimate legal stuff, technically based on our current laws. I don't like it. You don't like it, but there's citizens United made it legal. That's you can blame fucking Mitt Romney for that because he's the one that was fucking

sick. Corporations are people, my friend. The loop holes that that opened up for political spending, it's over for that. Like somebody's going to have to challenge that legally at some point and then both sides are going to have to agree not to spend money on politics that way and good luck with that bullshit, right? Roy Neville, sing them on the other hand. That's why there's palettes of bricks anywhere. There's a protest. He's doing like very illegal shit and you've seen some of it. We've talked about some of it, but news organizations have done, have put together quite a bit of the web for him and you can see a lot of it at its on its face now. It's very interesting to see it on its face now, how the money moves around and stuff. But aside from just those two guys, there's also direct money being spent by foreign governments, China, Russia, North Korea and Iran, specifically those. I'll give you the short version, something my buddy Ryan Moro who's been on the show before

broke relatively recently and it's gotten plenty of traction and they're coming after him for it. The Russia, a couple of years ago, formed a 100 plus person super group, full of the top people for siob's active measures as they're called, etc. Alexander Dugan who's a fucking Marxist from Russia who talked about is in the leadership, Victor Bout who's constantly on Alex Jones show now, the merchant of death guy, the one that Lord of Wars based on the one we traded for, whatever that thing is, is constantly on Alex show a he's a member. They formed a media advisory board and then they published it and the first name on that media advisory board was you guessed it, Tucker, fucking Carlson. They removed it 11 days later because you have to register as a foreign agent under far within 10 days if you're on a list like that and Tucker is retarded and has the worst

timing in history because the day that he beyond the board was published, all of his Qatar stuff went viral. The fact that his whole network was funded by a Qatar guy went viral and he had to issue a statement denying being a foreign agent but it's very clear he was, frankly. I'm perfectly happy saying that because here's all the, you can go to Ryan Moro, MAURO's Twitter account and see all of this shit and I see it and I believe he's the one that did the reporting. There is, Ryan has released documents exposing, what he calls, withing agents, people that are aware that they are doing work on behalf of Russia and they include Tucker Carlson, Andrew Napolitano and Jeffrey Sachs and those, all this stuff has been released over the last couple of days. You can go look at it. It's all there. We are under attack from information operations in this country like I was talking about before, anytime the right wing gets traction, the question gets asked, well, what kind of

right wing are you? We've gotten to the point now where we're having a debate about whether or not we as the right should engage in socialism to maintain our power. What are you fucking talking about? This is completely off the table. This would have gotten you laughed out of any room before. One of the other people, former CNN and anchor Rick Sanchez, XCIA analyst Larry Johnson, also on the board, Napolitano is on the board. There's this honey pot named Elizabeth Lane who is all over Twitter now, who is a direct Russian cut out as well. They are spending billions and billions of dollars to try and people are like, that whole thing over the last two years about the Jews and all this like rise and anti-Semitism. It's not about the Jews and it's not about Israel. It's about dividing the American right. American evangelicals are the most supportive group of Israel to include American Jews, by

the way, of any group in America. They are almost exclusively on the American right as a matter of fact, they make them about half of the American right. How can you divide them from all the rest of the American right? You can convince some people on the other side of the American right that Israel is the problem. The Jews are the problem more specifically because you can get away with saying Israel is the problem. If you say Jews are the problem now, the evangelicals are like, no, I don't support that. They're right to not support it because it's bullshit. This is the divide. You've seen all these people who have been characters in media over the past five years or so. They were just characters. They're entertainers who have been on the American right because that was the out group. They were the ones under attack by the government for the most part. They were the what Trump has been under attack so you can be under attack too if you're just a Trump guy. I'm a Trump guy. I voted for him three times and I'm under attack. No, you're not. Trump's under attack. Nobody's fucking attacking you. You're not a Catholic mom somewhere.

You're some white dude in a closet pretending like you're important, but you're not. If you can divide that particular group of people, if you can make this dude over here, dislike this dude over here because of some issue that affects neither of them. You have defeated the American right and it's the only bull work against cutting your kids dicks off, accepting socialism and losing our power not in the country against our own citizens, but against the rest of the world who's trying to fucking take us over. Please understand what's happening here. Please understand what's happening. Here's a quote from Alexander Dugan who pops up on all these shows all the time and gets retweeted by these people. The capitalism is the real disaster. The anti-Christ. That doesn't mean that Marxist atheist materialists and deeply embedded in the capitalist logic, socialism is viable alternative to it. No, it isn't. The socialism is wrong, but not so wrong as capitalism. That is the worst. This is an inversion of one of the most famous quotes of all time actually about economics.

capitalism is the best of all the bad choices. He just flipped it around and added a little bit of fucking fake religion in there because he is a Russian Orthodox guy, but not even a real one. He's an atheist because the state is the religion there. These are the people you're up against. Know them by how they circle their wagons. Dugan and all of his fucking gay ass fanboys, all these retarded fucking Russian cutouts to include Tucker Carlson are constantly pushing anti-American sentiment. How the fuck could that possibly be good for our country? Ask yourself this. When you see these people talking about all the things that are negative about the country right now, ask yourself, how could this be good for the country? No one's asking you to put your head in the sand. No one wants you to put your head in the sand. No one wants you to pretend like everything is going well. No, this is what I want. I want you to understand that this is the best country in the history of the world and it is your job to make sure it stays that way. You are a trustee of this country.

You don't own it. You're a trustee of it. You received it from someone and you're going to hand it to somebody else. This is all of our job to do this stuff, right? And why do we care what somebody from socialism or Marxism thinks? They've already tried and failed all over the globe. We've had to bail them out. China first with the World Trade Organization and then all of Latin America after China and a spread fucking communism there. We had to bail them all out and the ones we haven't bailed out yet are currently fucked. Cuba. Cuba is one of them, right? This is all bullshit. It's all like a fucking weird, like the fact that anybody's fallen for it is crazy to me, but they have and look, we are very lucky. We are very lucky to have people like Ryan Morrow and James Lindsay and all the other people. Whether you agree with everything they say or not, James is a bit of a provocateur. He likes talking shit.

He's going to be cringy to make you feel but hurt from time to time. I would say Michael Malis is another one of them, despite being an anarchist. It's very supportive of the country living. There's a bunch of dudes out there that are doing really good work to protect this stuff and I highly encourage you to jump on board because there's no version of voting for some jackass and a fucking suit and tie that's going to save our country. Only you can do it, right? Only you can prevent forest fires. Yeah, and this is like proven, right? Like Russia was caught paying those people. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. My only curiosity when we get to the midterm night is let's say, because I think you and I are in the same camp here. I don't think Taloriko wins and I don't think I'm joking. No, it's all fake. It's all an information operation to demoralize people. It's all it is. So what happens the next day, if we are correct, you and I believe in the same thing here,

what happens the next day to the left after looking at all these polls and then losing? There's a cooling off period followed by some hinting that the Republicans cheated, right? That'll come from some of these Russian and Chinese sources as well and the only purpose it's not to be anti-right or anti-left. It's just to make our institution seem de-legitimate. That's the whole purpose of that part of it. And then the second stage of that is for the fringe rights or new right or post liberal right or whatever woke right, James calls them, whatever you want to call them. They're going to start going after Republicans really hard again and trying to destabilize any kind of plan they have moving forward to improve what, like to continue the improvements that they've been making. That'll be what's happening next. You can mark that down. But is this a couchier show against right now? Yes. 18 point. 18's a lot. That's a lot. I don't know if they're on the show today.

PromoCo drinkin's going to get you $25 there if you want it better for free. But boy, dude, that's crazy to me. This is way higher than the polls that I'm currently looking at, but still, this is where allegedly real people's money is going. We'll see. We'll see on that night, but unbelievably fascinated. Can't wait to see it. And we'll see if this drives in that internet, or you just stay off there and you're like, the none of this is true. Because these polls over the last, let's call it, I don't know, six months on this show, seven months on this show, have been wildly inaccurate to the point that it stuns corny acute, which we talked about yesterday live on air, where he was stunned by it. Where's this guy? Don't know what's happening. Do you think he's intentionally trying to look like Pepe Silvia? I don't think so. I really don't. Or is that just like his person? I've always liked that guy. I think it's so of I. I think it's just his personality. I think he's like, just like, because I knew some people like that.

We all do. We all know this guy. Well, I mean, I know DC political wonks back in the day before politics got so gay. And they were like, I mean, it's just an autistic guy that happened to be adjacent to politics, so that's what he happens to talk about. Totally. And he would be trying, he would be in a bar somewhere trying to explain to physics to somebody that didn't understand anything he said. Or be on Kramer show. This looks like the guy that's working at Kramer's board, where it's, you know, he's showing you the stock. Yeah, but this is like he looks like put, put, put, pull up the picture of Pepe Silvia. Do I pull that up? I'm putting next to corny acute. Yeah. I mean, it's identical. It's identical. I know. No, I know. You have to think somebody's mean to this. At some point, right? Who came first? It was, it's always sunny for me. Was it really? This is like season three, I think. Okay. Either way, it's a great clip. And yeah, we'll see what happens. Now you got to put them up. Yeah, go back and forth. Yeah, look at that. That's the same guy.

There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. There are some. I think I think I caught the short section off of him on mid term night just to see where he's at. Because he's fun. And yes, I do enjoy him. Who is the other guy we found from Foxy other day? I liked him to. Oh, you're talking about, um, you're talking about the guy from CNN. Oh, you're right. You're right. But he was a real Republican, right? Dave CNN. Yeah. This is Dan. He's not a Republican. Oh, well, I mean, nobody in CNN is really bad, unless they're like specifically Republicans. They're like, yeah, unless they like the token Republican. He's seems like it's me, I guess because everything you was saying, I was like, I got another Republican's gonna win and I was like, well, are they? I don't know. I don't know. We're all trying to guess this right now. I think it was a... Yeah, he was a Republican because he wasn't spewing bullshit. Yeah, yes, yes. Well, I think why we like these guys is they probably are liberals, but they're just doing analysis on CNN.

They're not doing real commentary. Well, it's entertaining, right? I don't, yes, to your point, Bluke and I think it's an excellent point. I don't want to be lectured, because I know you're on the left of the right. And I feel the same way about Fox News, right? So even that night, we'll flip back and forth between all the networks, like we typically do here. Everybody's gonna have their own spin on things and all this other shit. I like seeing guys who are math guys argue about math and try to figure this out in real time. So yeah, these guys are the most entertaining, probably. And yeah, we'll be going back and forth to both these guys on midterm nights, but it will be fun for sure. I have no idea what's gonna happen. And this network that is very, very famous and prominent yesterday, said the same thing to me and I go, I don't know. I really don't know, because everything I'm seeing and reading is saying the opposite, but is any of it real? And we were way off on the fucking hunger thing.

Except for Dan, Dan was not. Dan held firm on this, the rest of us weren't Jesse. I think on crime corner, I bet against it. It's on on on calcium, but like, fuck dude. When you see numbers that high, correct me if I'm wrong. I think it was 96 to 4%. And I even said it to Dan, I was like, there's no fucking way. This is too high. Dan's like, no, this isn't real. And it wasn't real. It wasn't real guys. So whatever you're doing out there, just go with your gut or your heart on this one, because I don't know what we're seeing online is real. Yeah, and I just wanna say one more thing. I think that most of you really love the country. And this, none of this stuff is designed to be judgmental or preachy. It's just like a discussion. Go out there and fucking apply the logic of it to things and see if it makes sense for you. And if it does, that's great if it doesn't. Maybe we disagree or maybe there's some pressure.

We may, I don't know, but the story of history is one that if the more that we continue to willfully subjugate ourselves to government at all levels, not only the less generalized liberty do we have, but the less capability we have to do those things moving forward. And if you're a woman, stop watching the show. Yeah, definitely stop watching the show. This is, you know, it's just not worth it. The other thing too that I wonder is because we've gotten so many questions about. Candace watches the show too, so I can't really talk shit. So somebody was talking about how their wife watches it. It's like, yeah, I know. No, it's fine, but look, at the end of the day, I think my biggest curiosity, because we have so many messages about this in regards to midterm nights and the streaming and all that stuff is, what happens if all of these poll numbers were wrong?

And it goes back to something like the HONG. And then what do we think about what we see in the news and what we read online and all the other shits? And I think that's a very, very valid question to ask. I don't know, which is why we did that dead internet theory yesterday. Like I don't know at this point. I really don't. I don't know where you go for real news and everything else because out of here, it was two out of four of us who got that right. And it was the guy who follows politics all the time and one who does not. Jesse has no idea about politics. That's quite the spread. But she was going off of a gut, female intuition where she said, I don't think people want this shit. And she was correct, but she has no idea who any of the candidates are. And so I am just as curious as you guys are. And I can't wait. We're five weeks out. So we'll see. Now's the point. The show we get to the Drinking Bro of the Week. You could submit on DrinkingBros.com. While you're there, merch store is stocked up, dude.
