Episode 0079 - Illegal Immigration, Culture and Mass Shootings

Many on the side of liberty are quick to mention that guns don't kill people in the same way that cars don't kill people, however, on the liberal side of the aisle they are constantly telling us that guns are the problem.  Getting guns out of the hands of people who should not have them is our goal.  "We don't want to impact law-abiding gun owners", they say.  However, the policy prescriptions put forward are always directed at the group they profess to protect.  According to the Supreme Court, gun ownership is an individual right.  A right exercised for the purpose of preserving your own life, but from whom?  Many think that the right exists to protect us from those that would harm us, but the original draft of the constitution shows that that gun ownership is a function of liberty against the state.  Liberals lecture us and say, "we don't need this or that gun for hunting."  This is what the government wants you to think.  This and that the police are there to protect you.  Join me today as we discuss this latest mass shooting under the backdrop of liberty.
