美國製藥龍頭嬌生於北美時間8/19日早上宣布，將以65億現金收購另一美國製藥廠Momenta Pharmaceuticals，該交易將會給嬌生齊下製藥分部Janssen Pharmaceutical unit增添助力，將會有助於研發一系列治療自體免疫性疾病（AID)的新藥物，因為Momenta正是致力於研究類似藥物的公司。
Target在今天發布了他的第二季財報，實體店面銷售成長 10.9%，線上銷售則大幅成長 195%。昨天跟大家提到的Walmart 則是成長95%。是Target成立以來最強勁的一次成長。Target第二季財報表現優異，今天收盤為止股價上漲了12.65%。即使目前因為刺激經濟的振興補助跟失業補助的影響已經慢慢消退但他的銷售額還是有在持續增長。
