A grand jury said that there was no grounds for legal prosecution of anybody connected to the case. Obviously, we don't have inside information of what the odd tops you or what the grand jury saw.

3:02But this is a legal, this is a blunt force trauma to the back of the head. This is an important part. You know how we need financial literacy obviously. That's something that we brought to the forefront. And we think that financial literacy should be taught in every school because kids should learn about financial literacy. Yeah. What's also important and maybe it's equally important is civic literacy. We need to teach the average American does not have any civic literacy as far as like voting. Who does what? What is the difference between a congressperson and a senator, your local elections, mayors, school boards. A grand jury. So important. So many people don't even know what a grand jury is. Right. And and this is part of the legal system that doesn't get talked about a lot. Yeah. Right. Where literally a grand jury has the power to actually bring a case forward or not.

4:04Yeah. So who's on a grand jury. Nobody's ever asked this question. Right. Like nobody really asks this question. Like, where does this grand jury come from? Who is a grand jury? How do you get on a grand jury? Is this like so many different things happen? We just hear grand jury. Like every once in a while, we just hear about a grand jury. But I will say this. Obviously, I don't know what happened. Right. But we know blood force trauma to the back of the head happened. And when all types of blood was done, they removed this throat. Blood force trauma. They removed this throat, you said. That's the reported. Who removed this throat? The corner. Allegedly. I'll tell you this. Some very disturbing things have been happening or has happened for 56 years. Longer than that in the state of Mississippi. The whole entire state needs to have a federal investigation.

5:04You got people hanging from trees. It's like Mississippi. The state of Mississippi. Their whole structure needs to be gutted. Because this shit. It keeps happening. It just keeps happening. And like I said, you can say, okay, one time. But this is historically been happening for hundreds of years. I'm not sure if it's going to happen. It's not breaking. Pray as to the family. I can't give my real thoughts about what should happen next. But at some point. As a community. We're going to have to take some other actions to get some of this resolved. Gotta have some push back. And then you see they posted the picture with their new black friend. You know what? It's.

6:04So. To all of my parents, keep your kids safe. Pray over your children. Watch over your children. Be careful. I pray none of us tonight ever have to go through a situation like this. Because I know some of us with a lot of the words that this happened. Have. I want to say a lot. Okay, I trust that boy, so. Something has to be done. As far as Mississippi, though, nothing's going to change. If anything, they're going to they got to wait with it. They're going to double down. On it. What can, what can be done? 7:05Then we gotta have organizational empowerment. We gotta have the problem is that we train so much to just, we don't trust each other. So whenever something comes out, look at Black Lives Matter. How they just tore that apart. Well, that's a layer conversation too, because the water they get to apart. No, but what I'm saying is that we don't trust anything. So we don't have any organization okay, that we really can look forward. But Morgan talked about the sunburface book. There's a cohort that is paying to tear down any institution. And I'm not just saying, because our involvement in it, but when it's like okay, attack on the best fast, then it's attack on Afro-tech. Any positive Black institution, it's like even in a response to Umar, like I know he was misguided, but I cause an attack on every brand that's trying to do anything for anybody Black.

8:05That's not by a design. There's too much money and the talking points are the same across all of the internet internationally to think that's a coincidence. So I agree that we may not trust a lot, but it's a lot of media and PR are put into not trusting us. And it's psychological warfare. Yeah, it goes back to Coentel Pro. 12:18that a lot of us have as far as black leadership, black organizations. We have a deep rooted hatred distrust of black leadership. Why is that? Why do we have a deep rooted? It goes back to, I don't even want to say that word, because they got hit. It goes back to the 60s. It goes back to slavery. Yeah. It goes back to slavery. Where they made people turn against other people, Willie Lynch. And it's the Voting Concord. It really goes back to the 60s when strategically every black leader was taken out. Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, mega-everts,

13:22Brad Hampton. And if they didn't kill you, they found other ways. You know, strike financial. QEP Newton, Bobby Seal, or even before that, Marcus Garvey. So every black leader put a most part has either been discredited or killed. Publicly persecuted. Publicly humiliated. Publicly humiliated, discredited. Damage financially, attacked and killed your family. Mayor Marion Barry. Now you could say, OK, well, yes, he did obviously make a bad choice. He was not the only one. And he got set up. Why would they set him up? He made two black billionaires. Robert Johnson, Bob Johnson, and Don Peoples, District of Columbia.

14:27But you always got to be worried about the set up. Drugs, women, bad deals, be careful. Any deal that's too good to be true usually is. Yes, 100%. So I don't know how we get past that. Because what organization do we trust? Like I said, I mean, somebody made a good point. Even before all the stuff of Black Lives Matters came out, we still didn't trust them. Like when I say we, I'm not saying about me. I'm just saying as a community at home, Kamala for president, she's not black. She's Indian. She locked up more black men in California than anybody. She, you, man, they talked about her more than they talked about Trump. Whether you like her or not, what I saw was more vitriol hate from black people, especially black men towards her than for Donald Trump. But how much money was put into tearing her down? And then as other conversation, we have to have one day,

15:28but like when we like 90, as a Democrat, we help line her up. Who are blue, Maga, who are not supportive of any candidate, but them potentially want to allegedly. Olivia Pope-Caller. All right. All right. What's the answer? I pray to a parent that's put in this situation. But what I saw, like I said, when you see other groups, right? And I'll take when I was a financial advisor, right? And I worked in an office and pretty much everybody in my office was Jewish. And I learned the valuable lesson is that you don't have to be a billionaire. These people wasn't billionaires. But millionaires, you know, they was doing upper middle class, lower class wealthy. But they would have functions and they would fundraise $7 million. They would fundraise $7 million at the black touch.

16:31And with no billionaire, no billionaire, they would fundraise $7 million for the state of Israel. For the state of Israel. No, no, no, it's not controversial. But I'm just saying this is just the fact that's what they would do. And but, okay, so that's one thing. They have enough financial economic empowerment. Then they have enough education to know no matter what you believe. Because everybody don't agree on the same thing. We have a common united goal. It's been taught since they were little children. You don't got to agree on everything. You might be super religious. You might not be religious at all. But we are going to come united for this one particular thing. Then they have structures in place that can collect the money. Then they have political power in place that can do the super PAC thing and can lobby the politicians. So it's actually like a pipeline. It's money, organizational skills.

17:33Then political pressure power from an organizational standpoint. Then the other muscle underbar. So that's how you really achieve things. It starts with money, by the way. It starts with the economics. Then it goes to the education, core structure, who you are as a person. Why is your obligation as a black person to help black people? Ernest, what's up?
