Dave LaGreca Presides Over The Pro Wrestling Nation 24/7

Busted Open’s Dave LaGreca joins to celebrate the launch of SiriusXM’s first-ever 24/7 Pro Wrestling channel! He explains how it all came together after 16 years, the fight to convince SiriusXM execs that wrestling fans deserved their own channel, and what fans can expect from the daily lineup that features everyone from Bully Ray, Tommy Dreamer, and Mark Henry to Thunder Rosa and Nick Nemeth. Dave also shares the origins of Busted Open, how it grew from a one-hour-a-week show to a national movement, and the role Chris Jericho played in helping it gain early credibility. Dave remembers some of his wildest and most surreal moments from over the years – puking in front of Henry Winkler, karaoke’ing at Nita Strauss’ wedding in front of Alice Cooper, and a prank call from The Undertaker pretending to be Tommy Rich! Plus, Dave talks about his infamous feud with The Rock that birthed the “Cody Crybaby” movement, his favorite guests (Ric Flair, Alice Cooper, Zach Wylde), and why respect has always been at the core of Busted Open.
