What's your name? The future looks bright. And Jacob is better than anything I ever signed right here. Do you want one of one? My son's right again. I think I'm gonna set this for. Hi. Inmate survives execution. What a story. What a story. I'm gonna set this for. I'm gonna set this for. I'm gonna set this for. Hi. Inmate survives execution. What a story. By the way, we got. We're last minute preparing all the stories. Tom's here talking about Diddy because I don't even want to get into it. Don't even get into it. Tom was apparently at the Diddy party many, many years ago. I think it's cool where he's staying. Yeah. And but obviously some interesting stories to cover here. MLB, the sky, pintar, sunny gray. And then you got the other story, Peyton, Toley, phenomenal story. You're so pretty. Like we have to play that for you to know how phenomenal the story that is.

But Major League Baseball apparently during the playoffs. There's this thing called playoffs. And they're all fighting for this thing called the World Series. And there's this one company in a Major League Baseball that spends billions of dollars that is causing a potential strike to come around the corner name Dodgers. I think is what they call them. And they're gonna be playing the Braves, right? The Yankees will be playing all our faults. The Yankees are playing. The Yankees are playing. Who the Yankees play that? The Tampa Bay. The Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay. This will be the series of the playoffs right now. It's a big series. Chicago White Sox against Cleveland, I believe. Correct. And then the other one is San Diego is going against Milwaukee. Milwaukee. A hot San Diego going up to Milwaukee with all that. So who do you not want to face? Milwaukee or who do you send Diego? Who do you not want to face? You know what? A hot San Diego team is very hard to face. Scary. But they're thin in their pitch. Physically? No, they're thin in pitching. Yeah. And so I would take them over Milwaukee. Milwaukee's got more talent. All right. And then we have jobs never won a world series. Oh, wow, that's pretty even with Robin Yount and all those guys. It's never won a world series and one other thing.

Dr. Moll up to an LCS. So let's let's they got a chip. I got it. So jobs report will get into Vinnie when you have the numbers ready. Just give it to us almost. My life reports generating right now. What is the story about this pilot? 14,000 feet drops nose dive in 30 seconds. Would a guy based on a TV show he watched? He got in there and saved the folks and this is almost like. And then all of a sudden he gets off. He goes, BBC and then people are saying this was a setup to get sympathy and sympathy. And this is not a real thing. Oh, yeah. He shows it was a show. It was really happened and CNN did assimilate. You know, like, hey, this is kind of what it would look like. I don't know if we have the video or not. Yes, they have to have them without the pile. And then there's this other, the Cornell rape case that came up, which is very weird. So so at first this girl allegedly, well, not allegedly she allegedly snorted cocaine off the guys. He had him. He had him. He had him. He had him. He had him. He had him. Yes. Right.

Sure, it was a, but she was a mom. It was a mom. So she gets this nothing to see here. And then she texts one of the guys that she had. For you to hooked up with two other guys. And then she texts the guy and says, Hey, I really enjoyed it. Then few months later she realizes she can no longer be invited back to the parties because she was a, you know what? Labeled. Yeah. And then she then decides to go out there and say she was raped. And the stories of massive store. All these guys are getting caught up. It reminds me of the allegations. Tom and the past when was at Pence. I don't know which one it was. It was the, the, the, the players that were stuck in this rape allegation athletes that ruined their... Oh, wait a minute. You're talking about the Duke lacrosse. The Duke lacrosse with the crooked district attorney. It reminds me that they're trying to just throw these guys under the bus. And so we'll go into that case. Definitely. Many people wrote checks to the Duke lacrosse player. Well, listen, and then we have the other story which is kind of weird. There's a Christophe pike. Okay. PIKE pike. In Tennessee. She's being executed because she's on death penalty.

First time they feel second time they fail. Now people are saying, wait a minute. What's going to happen with this girl? Are they going to be able to do it again? And then this has happened. And second time they've had a failed execution in the same year, in the same state. Tennessee. They're horrible at killing people. And now people are sympathizing and saying, my God, why? You know, this poor girl. If you're going to kill her, don't, don't kill her like this. Like kill her. But then they forget. Then he's telling me the story of how her and her boyfriend, she had a problem with this other girl. They go take her out with a rock apparently they hit the head. And then she keeps a piece of the girl's skull and brags about it to her friends. These are the types of friends you don't want in life, Adam. True advice. And it's like these bad things. Yeah. So that's now a story we'll get into it. Some are saying, hey, we got to bring back, you know, the what do you call it? Electric chair. Electric chair. Electric chair. And this is all happening during the year where the governors are debating to become the governor because it's like open season right now. Yeah.

And then we'll talk about that and then heating oil. If you're an East Coast. If you're an East Coast, you know, Tom was talking about this, Tom's been whispering to people saying, hey, even here, every time we turn on the heaters, it's turn it off. We got to save it for, you know, winters coming. But the jokes aside, you know, apparently it is so cold in the East Coast that even the starting picture for the Boston Red Sox had to use pine tar. Yeah. And the ball was so cold that he had to use pine tar to try to beat the Yankees to kind of be able to have a little bit more velocity, which, you know, some people that play in federal, yeah, slider spin, slider spin. And he had it done. Yeah. But the reality of it is, if this thing goes in the direction that it does, that whole statement of winter is coming, it could be coming to certain states. Oh, yeah. And when it does, it could be problematic. We'll cover that as well. I know we talked about a diesel. We talked about gasoline. But this is a complete different conversation. We'll have that as well. And then there's this actress that we just have to play this video for you.

We don't want to do it, you know, this actress that says, I wish my son was, she, she's saying that his son was, her son was gay. And she was disappointed that her son didn't want to, and you just have to watch this video. What a disappointing. You would think if this is an act or not, you know, this girl right here, I don't, what's her name by the way, Cameron? No one knows. Yeah. And so we anyways, we'll watch this as well. Maybe you agree, maybe you don't agree. And then we got a couple other stories we'll get into outside of that. There's a story about childless adults are spending more money on toys than parents. Let me say that one more time. Childless adults. These are people that don't have kids are spending more money for toys for themselves. Not adult toys like you go to, you know, triple X toy stores and you get certain toys. Not not not handcuffs, stuff like that. We're talking about toys, a rust type of toys. So childless people that don't want to have kids, they want to buy toys. So you know who's making a comeback? Toys or else is making a comeback just for these guys because they're making a comeback.

Really? You didn't know that? They're making a comeback and MLB rises for attendance. Four years straight to 71.75 million according to ABC news. Exciting stuff that's going on there in the Astros. I will cover these four stories at the end for some of you guys I want to hear this. The Astros had 7,000 empty seats in a playoff game. Playoff? Playoff! Nine games at home. DevLoss and the fans are furious booing them. They barely made the playoffs with 81 and 81. Best record and they were 500 after 162 games and fans are pissed off. We'll cover that. They should be. Yeah, would that be in said, we got a special announcement for you. If you notice why I'm wearing the jacket here, this beautiful jacket that on the back it says faith over fear. I won my friend to my left. You're right. Vincent Oshana to tell you about this jacket. Well, thank you guys. So guys, we had this jacket for insiders only at the vault and they were sold.

I think they sold in two days. I called you. I'm like, Vinnie, let's go have lunch. You're like, Pat, I can't. Everybody wants this jacket. Everybody was buying this jacket. So I want to let you guys know the front of it has our crest. We have the the lion crest here as well. And on the back guys like our hats say like faith over fear. And this is kind of small. This is letting people know right off the jump. Faith over fears on the back. That's sick. There's our ridiculous with Hebrews 111 on the back. The inside of the jacket. It has all of our all of our. VT West. Emily, I'm telling you right now. How warm is it? We're talking about winter. Be real. It's freaking warm. I love this thing. I love it. So guys, and everybody was asking. So and I'm telling you guys right now limited supply. We only have 100. Yeah. 100. And they're going to go like that. And what if a guy came up to you? What did he an atheist? I'm outside Adams inside the store talking to people and taking photos. A guy goes out to run the jacket. He's like, Vity, oh my god. He goes, listen, I'm going to be honest with you. I'm not a big believer. I believe in some spiritual something. I'm based in atheists. But I have to rock the jacket because I love how it looks. An atheist bought this jacket.

And Adam was there. Adam's my witness. So anyway, guys, go right now to flb.com and get yours. I'm almost positive. This is going to be gone by the time the show's on. And by the way, if you do it right, get the hat and the shirt with it to have the entire combination, the white shirt that goes with it and kind of like Vity right now, the white shirt, the jacket and the hat. Go to flb.com less than a hundred of these jackets left, especially by sizes. All right. Would that be in said? Let's get right into it. Tom, the first thing I want to talk about is jobs report. So last month, you were a little bit pissed off because Kevin Wars comes out and he raises the rates. And you were furious. We had to kind of calm you down. We got your cups of coffee. We got your all this stuff to come. We brought you different bottles of wine. But Tom's like, wash made a mistake. You shouldn't have raised the rates because you just don't do that. Anyways, then the report comes out today and inflation. Tom, once you tell the audience what happened with inflation going up and I know you have your opinions on it. And we'll hash it out here together. But go for it. Okay. Just when the last hours what we're talking about, you may see headlines America in the last hour.

The jobs report was expected to be about 85, 89,000. And they also expected inflation to be about 4.1%. This report comes out every month and here we are September 2nd. So here comes the reports for October 2nd. Excuse me, it's October 2nd. Here comes the report for September. It comes out and it was 29,000 jobs, not 85, 89. So that's 60,000 less means jobs cooling. And they said unemployment went from 4.1 where it had been for a couple of months. I think three months in a row it's been 4.1. It went to 4.2. That's a very minor uptick unemployment. Unemployment. Right. So inflation went what? What direction did inflation? I think your Tom had inflation. No, no, the unemployment ramp 4.1 to 4.2. 4.2. Guys. So those two things were in the jobs report. And so everyone was cheering this morning because what this means is that the Fed had said they were going to raise rates in October. And by the way, you know, the Fed meeting was actually three weeks ago that I was so upset.

And now the next Fed meeting is like right in front of us, Pat, it's October 28, 29th. So it's coming up quick in exactly four weeks. And so this morning the bonds went down and the market went up in response to this. And people are saying this now puts pressure on the Fed to not raise rates again because they said they're going to raise them in October. And I don't think you should have raised them last time. But this data says don't do it again. And there's a lot of people including me. They're happy about this. Yeah. And I think this now gives you the moral authority to push on wars and say, look, if unemployment is going in this direction now, now you got to lower the rates. Because his argument was inflation, right? Because I think inflation went up. Correct. It rose 0.2% for the month in 3% year over year. And that's his biggest trigger, Tom. If I'm mistaken. But people like me are fighting on that. I know. I say it's because of diesel. The diesel that's 650, by the way, over the weekend, it was 805 by double-checked in California. They have those extra taxes. It was 805 diesel.

So to deliver Amazon, to take strawberries from the field to the market, anything that diesel does, it inflates the price in our economy. But it's not sector inflation. It's a shock of the oil and the supply. So I call that not real inflation because as soon as you can get diesel back down, everything else comes back down. And wars looked at it and said it was full inflation. There's my debate on inflation. Okay. Adam, your thoughts on this? Well, look, I just want to compare the United States unemployment rate to the rest of the world. Because sometimes it'll give you just context as to how are we doing? Because I actually believe that the economy is pretty stable. And especially regarding compared to other countries around the world. So let me give you this. So the United States unemployment rate is around 4%. Give or take, right? We're not getting to 4.1.4. 4.2, they say. Okay. So here's compared to other countries around the world, just a little context right here. You ready? Australia, 4.6%. United Kingdom, 5%. India, 5%.

Brazil, 5.3. China, if you even believe there are numbers, 5.4%. Canada, who's going to F around and find out with America with their little trade tip, 6.5%. Turkey, the great Ottoman Empire out there, almost 8%. France, 8%. Woken weird out there. South Africa, when we're talking G20 countries, 33%. So there's very few countries, Mexico, 3%, and Germany, 4%. That are even on America's level. So let's give some context here. America's doing pretty damn good. Compared to all the major G20 countries around the world. But you know, the average person's going to sit there and say, but we're America. It's not just about, we're doing better than them. We're the greatest country in the world. We have to be crushing it better than everybody. That doesn't mean we're not immune from situation. Sure. Sure. But what I'm telling you is a lot of folks are going to sit there and say, hey, that's not us. We got to do better. And some people are still feeling what's going on today in a marketplace. How long that lasts? Who knows?

But I'm convinced Tom. I don't think they'll be raising rates in a next time or when it comes back Tom. I think it's going to be a flat. I don't think they'll, Tom, are you listening? Tom, I'm looking at you. So they're not going to be raising rates. Stay well. I know you're watching the content as well. I don't think they'll raise the rates next time. I think they'll stay flat with us next time. I think it'll be a decision that you see numbers like this gives favor to guys like you to say, now pump the brakes. Now here's a question. What's the likelihood you think you'll lower the rates next time? Not great because the jobs report has happened now and the meeting is on the 28th, 29th of October. And we don't have any major reports coming out. So unless someone like an auto industry has three big companies make layoff reports in the month of October, he doesn't have the data that would push him to lower it. He only has people like me pushing hard and Dr. J strategy pushing hard on this side of it.

There's not a hard time. No, no, but there's no data. The next jobs report doesn't come out for October till November 4th. I'll give you a little, so Pat, that's the answer. I don't think, I think he could keep flat. He'll be forced to, but I don't think he can go down. Something called the CME Fedwatch that agrees with basically what you're saying. They're basically saying the next time that there's a Fed meeting, the odds are, if you look at Calche as well, they're going to skip an increase in October, so keep things stable. And then in December, there's a 60% probability of a potential rate hike. So brace for impact. Winter is coming. Just shout out to Vinnie. Rates may go up by the end of the year again. Again, they may go up. That's what they're saying 60% chance in December. 60% in December. Okay, we'll see. We'll see what's going to happen. Next story here. Adam really wanted to cover the story. It's a big story. It's a top story. Everybody's talking about this. And so, and that is what happened with the flight. The Dubai flight. Okay, so fly Dubai fly passenger details treating wounded pilot after tying up suspect. We have a video on this. Do you have anything to show people with this?

Because here's what we're learning about the flight Dubai copilot who allegedly stabbed the captain and tried to crash the plane. Let me read this to you. One day after flight Dubai copilot made a violent attempt to crash the passenger aircraft and was subdued by passengers and other crew members questions about his identity and mode of continuous world Thursday. By the way, this is 14,000 feet. Vinnie said knows dive 30 seconds. Yeah, yeah, it's this is this the clip. Okay, can you show what happens so that people realize? Is this shown pretty much what the flight was dropping? It's going down down that 14,000 and then takes a right turn and then comes back. Is this the CNN? Well, there's a pilot that's saying it's insane. You know how bad when I say the pilot. This is the pilot saying that this is almost impossible. Go for it. Yes, coming into 500 knots. So, similar numbers, whatever scene from the reporting initially are. Okay, you heard the clip. Can you guys hear? They don't. Okay, because if you're just saying that rapidly, your craft would have disintegrated completely.

So, the number of changes we get from there is what you think is interesting because that the those I mean as you point out those are only the numbers that we have right now, but interesting that you said that that could have caused it to break apart. And that maybe some of those are a little higher than actually happened. We do know there was damage on the rudder right from whatever the speeds actually will turn out to be. And portions of it apparently tore away during flight. Now, obviously, it was serious damage to the rudder of planes going to crash. So, when you just look at what we know here, how fortunate do you think it is that this plane was actually even able to crash? Your credit card company is hoping you don't hear this. Well when I saw the images of the aircraft on the ground with the runner section tornado I immediately had a cold chill because the amount of damage that that would cause hydraulic systems electrical systems especially hydraulics.

Once you start ripping a car electronic or sorry hydraulics you start to bleed electronic fuel. Hydraulic fuel. Let me see if I can get my words right here. The flight to do back to Tel Aviv was approaching Israel when the copilot allegedly stabbed the flight captain and attempted to crash the aircraft Israeli Prime Minister. BBS said the captain fought off the copilot long enough to unlock the cockpit door passengers then overpowered the copilot and two off duty pilots gained control and made an emergency landing in tabooxade Arabia there are 174 people aboard. No passenger was seriously injured the pilot sustained stab wound and Omani official confirmed to CBS news that the attacker was born in Oman and holds on money citizenship. The BB speculated the incident looked like a suicide attempt and the personnel information. Gathered during the questioning had led Israel to conclude that the copilot underwent Islamic radical indoctrination President Trump suggested the copilot may have been linked to Iran based on what I'm hearing Saudi Arabia said Thursday the copilot had been transferred to the UAE. Adam thoughts on the story.

The story is crazy. I mean are you kidding me and it hits very close to home because I was just in Tel Aviv and when I was in Tel Aviv they're like do you want to go to Dubai. I was like I don't know if I don't have time but this story is straight out of a much of a shot. It just happened. Yeah the pilots can be. This story in Israel and Dubai is straight out of a movie straight out of Dubai and to me there's a couple different stories here. Number one it's a story of culture. Here you have a radicalism versus heroism. You have some guy that somehow not 25 years after 911 are you telling me the terrorists are not hijacking the plane. They're in the cockpit now that's what's going on this the world we're living in right now and then the second part of the story is heroism we can focus all day on the Islamist I'm I guarantee you shout out the famous two words Allah Akbar before he tried to take this plane down I'll guarantee you that. But I want to focus on the heroism first and foremost this Indian captain smith are you kidding me flying the plane all of a sudden gets stabbed next thing you know he's trying to fight for his life.

And then the cockpit door you pick the wrong plane Allah Akbar buddy you pick the plane full of bad ass Israelis next thing you know a plumber shows up not a not a military guy not a captain a plumber straight out of don't mess with the zoehan shows up like scrappy cocoa making things silky smooth subdues the hijacker whips him up puts the quarter round him from his headphones ties him up. Plane is plummeting he saves the day next thing you know they avoid another 911 style attack one week before October 7th and then he shows up to BB netting house office BB goes how did you do this he goes yeah I watch TV show it's called the plane crash investigations this is how I learn from are you kidding me some plumber shows up saves the day next thing you know a dentist don't call me not a doctor a dentist. A dentist bandages up the captain saves his life he's fighting for his life this Indian captain this story could have ended so much uglier so much we don't know the mode of yet well I mean we kind of know the motive I'm being serious you do we know the well I'll tell you this I'll let you figure this out.

One story is basically saying a radical jihadist pilot took over the plane and wanted to all the aqua things and then you have the media basically saying and all the Asian you is are there any passengers that said they hurt or saw anything what I'm interested in is what did the 174 passengers say they saw here's what they said they heard anything they didn't hear ever passenger said they hurt screaming and shouting from the cockpit while their craft was diving one passengers wife who was near the front with their daughter reportedly heard a struggle just before the wounded captain came through the cockpit doorway when passengers rush through they said they saw the captain badly injured and bleeding lying near the cockpit entrance a dentist on board said the captain was in real bad shape with heavy bleeding especially from the head the copilot near the controls apparently trying to interfere with or damage the flight controls passenger Yanev Huyan that's the plumber okay said there was no pilot sitting normally in either seat when he entered passengers physically dragging the copilot out of the cockpit

and restraining him in the cabin some accounts say they eventually tied him with corded headphones yeah one passenger how you and then jump back into the cockpit pulling the controls in an effort a regular person jumps in a truck. Let me let me can I just explain something you these are all regular people and I want to give a shout out to the Israelis out there every single Israeli has to go to the IDF has to go to the military for two years and then they go live their normal life when you're walking around Israel the plumber he was in the military the architect was in the military the dentist was in the military they are born and bred to deal with radical Islamists on an everyday basis so the plumber stay ready you know they say stay ready so you don't have to get ready this guy picked the wrong freaking plane any other plane and I would have nothing to go about the guy that stabbed him we know that he's the citizen of Oman and all we know they have not released his name when they tied him up his name age photograph has not been released I don't know what's going on the people of Saudi and you're asking a question you're asking you he was just he was just yelling one thing after

they tied him up you know what he was yelling kill me please kill me please I want to die who did he say that who heard that's you that's what the passengers were basically saying mosey up who was the the dentist said he had another passer then tied the suspects hands with the headphones the suspects said fewer words other than he was from Oman and he told them kill me kill me please that's what they're dealing with yeah one reports as a fellow pilot described him as having joined fly Dubai only about eight months earlier and being unusually religious including frequent prayer and avoiding handshakes with women okay that's this is the kind of stuff I want to know and that's from the Indian express those details come from secondary reporting and have not been publicly come from by fly Dubai some reports a pro Palestinian from free Palestine material was find among his belongings but that claim is not yet confirmed by UAE authorities and and so far investigators have not established an Iranian connection which is what the president said or evidence that he was acting on behalf

of a foreign government Israeli security has reported lean toward him acting alone on stage and after the plane landed he received metal treatment when he was detained was freak subsequently transferred to Abu Dhabi UAE so they got a fine and the question is how how quickly they're going to report on this video what are you guys hear me no I can hear you oh nothing I mean it's it's a miracle and Adam made a great point it's like if you're ready and you're always ready you don't have to get ready and the fact that that what like think about this first of all what about security how in God's name that this guy bring a night everybody has to go through metal detectors I don't care who you are air I don't know how they do it over there everybody has to get checked everybody has to go through screening ticket on there not only did he bring a knife on there but you understand how much you have to be fighting to get that guy off and then to open the door you have to open the door else it's going down and that's the end of simulator guy pays and the majority of the time when this happens they're all going to die you're all going to die everybody's going down so he fought he got him out there and he like like you can't ask for like the scenario is

Pat almost 99% of time they're going to all die you know it's crazy let me tell you I interview Jacob Cox and yesterday you guys know who he is yeah of course Jacob Cox and is the guy this is the first this is the first long form podcast he did I can't with the audience this the first long form podcast he did the AI guy the left-hand thropic and it was at open AI for three years came in yesterday we did a two and a half hour two hour podcasts which I can't wait for the audience to see one the questions I asked them because you know they're like well he's tied to Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton and that new speak which was an organization of commies and socialist and he gives us answer about what that is but the one part I said you know are you a climate change person you know you're young so typically it's the end of the world you know all these things he says I'm not he answers it himself you'll see it but the one thing he said I said some say you know if we don't build it China will okay he says that's the wrong mentality look what he said look what he said he says Patrick

we know China has spies working at anthropic and open AI that if they wanted to they can take that technology and ship it off to China the way they do it is they send Chinese nationals to work at anthropic and open AI and then they're reporting back to China so in the middle of the interview we go and we start searching to see how many Chinese nationals are at the higher level executives and I ask him names you know who he thought you have to hear what he says his answers again it comes out on Tuesday but let me tell you what his answer was this is the one part I'll reveal to the audience he specifically said I have a lot of friends that work at anthropic and they're going to be upset with me he says just like a foreign national cannot work for SpaceX a Chinese national cannot work for SpaceX but they can work for anthropic and they can work for what he called an open AI so he says I think as much as some of my friends are going to be not happy with me I don't think Chinese nationals should work for anthropic and open AI but here's what I'm going to so the part

where I'm going to with this pilot stuff is I don't know what fly Dubai's I don't know what some of these guys are doing I mean listen man if you're flying a plane some people maybe sitting there saying I need to know who the pilot is of course as a passenger do you think we have the right to know who the pilots are yes do you think it needs to do you do you and I'm being honest with you like remember one time we got on a flight in October 7th happened it was the next day do you remember that flight I don't know if you remember this or not we're going to on a flight I think I think the moment I tell you Vinnie you'll remember this you run the flight as well we're going on a flight the pilot has flown me quite a few times I like this guy late 20s early 30 year old Jewish guy former IDF he comes in and he is shook up like when I tell you shook up you can tell he hasn't slept at all it's the next day I remember now I know exactly remember this it's the next day and I'm like how you doing it's just not good I said how you feel right now he says the only thing on my mind is

I want to go back to Israel and fight for my country yep so so then I got on the fight and I'm like oh shit then I had to go find out who the copilot was yeah otherwise I love this guy's a great guy I have to go and say let me see who the copilot is because this guy is a little bit uh he's not in the right place of course so then I want to met the copilot I'm like okay at least this guy is going to be good that's helping him out the entire flight I was concerned because he was in a place naturally you can blame the guy where he's at crazy when I hear stories like this part of it to me as a as a passengers going to be like look I need to know a report of who the pilot is before I get on the flight okay here's here's who the pilots are boom boom boom you know you know like if you if you're gonna who's the uber driver this uber driver yeah here's the breakdown okay great here's what I want to know I think there needs to be a scoring something that passengers get for pilots maybe don't give me this full name maybe put John D Larry Jay you know Mary X whatever so you don't give the whole last name but I get something as we're going through this direction we need to kind of

find out who are these people that are getting these types of jobs and as a person that's flying and travels a lot you know a copilot does this so now you're not even protected from a copilot and you mean to tell me you couldn't figure this part out as an institution and an organization I mean listen if we all make mistakes as business owners but that's a pretty rough place to be dealing with people's lives this is literally this story could very easily be 174 people were killed in a flight that crashed apparently and we know nothing nope to the black guy by the way that's the story that should have happened if they if the if the captain thank God wrestled out of the cop on the cockpit door hero the the people came the guy learned to fly the plane from watching D.V. show yeah are you kidding me these people should all be dead they should all be doing hell marries and baruch Hashem's right now it's crazy and I know Tom wants to say something I'll say one last thing this is the world we're living in right now 25 years after 9 11 it's not terrorists

hijackers would take over the plane it's the actual captain of the plane let me tell you though you have to think like the enemy I'm telling you Jacob Cox and yesterday give me perspective about AI nobody else was given to me like I can't wait for the audience to see this because I went in I'm like this guy's possibly a socialist NGO you know all this stuff you're gonna walk away saying you like this guy sincere and by the way you know what I asked him because to see you know where he's at remember the whole thing when the whistleblower the parent whistleblowers came and said Sam Altman killed my son engineer engineer you should see the answer he gave this is not a guy that was a fan so so anyways all I'm going to tie this to the this is all I'm tying it together with I think I think the part about where companies have to be watching carefully is foreign nationals work foreign working for a company that has actual direct impact to lives and direct impact to Intel AI certain technologies that could that is a valid valid threat that people are bringing up

especially if you're a foreign national from China if you're foreign national from some of these countries that are coming to your working that we have to be careful with you know every you know how like right now one of the things that we have at our company that people have fun with is who worked here that was former CIA you know you know that people yeah okay who worked here that's with Mossad right and we know who that is right okay who always comes here with Mossad agents and it's always got these people and you know who is tied to this and people joke with it part of it part of it is not a joke by the way just so you know a part of it is not a joke a part of it is you have to kind of find out what people are coming from the CIA have been here think some I would say 95% say one more time he says do you think people who are dealing with CIA or Intel do you think that let me tell you if they started watching Reagan 17 years before he ran for governor Russia did you think these people are not you don't think people have come and worked you to see what the true motive is you can go report it back to certain course you're naive but certain companies have to take it even beyond that I don't know as a pilot as a as a passenger I would want

to report on a pilot whatever flight I'm going to I don't know if that report is even out there or not you tell him when you fly private or when you fly public airplanes either way no matter what it is it needs to be here you go private I fully understood how do you do that on a public plane are you gonna leave the plane if you don't like what the what the what the absolute yeah all like the option yeah give me not I'm like the media option how about this 24 you know they have those bands that while you work on your hard I want to know for 24 hours did he sleep did you go to sleep are you going to a huge fight with your wife you're dealing with someone's life well dealing with who were you give ratings 4.7 5.0 whatever oh how do you do that on the same thing needs to happen probably I think the same thing needs to happen all right so let's go to the next story next time when you get into is the story with very weird story folks I don't even know how to read this to you but this is the story of Cornell rape story that came out with this young girl and let me just kind of go through the timeline because it is a crazy story right it is a crazy story apparently this girl was snored and ketamine off a guy's dangling and I know that kind of sounds

weird it's not like maybe everybody does that and I'm I haven't been exposed to others but apparently she was snored and ketamine off uh anyways let me kind of go through it timeline and upstate New York prosecutor has reopened an investigation into claims of a former Cornell student was drugged and raped by seven men by the uh how do you pronounce that uh chai five fraternity chai five chai five chai five fraternity house in 2024 here's the timeline august 2022 jane though begins her freshman year at Cornell in ethicon new york october 18th beautiful day 2024 which I'm saying the date I'm born on that day I'm not saying it's a beautiful day because the incident that happened here someone overdoses on ketamine at the chai five house per a redacted Cornell report next day jane though alleged she was drugged and gang raped by seven men at this party investigation documents she says she arrived already intoxicated she says she kept drinking there and accepted drugs before agreeing to a threesome and losing consciousness next day a

course of a night you're gonna wait three weeks before you're calling the campus police i'm sorry guys i don't believe it and then the wait the text the conversations with the friends everything that happened in those three weeks okay especially when her own messages initially say that nothing illegal happened and she enjoyed part of it okay and by the way just i want to put this out there i genuinely feel bad for the whole situation is horrible but you put yourself in that dangerous situation okay that doesn't give anybody the right to sexually assault you but you can't also like remove personal responsibility from your actions because and then blame everybody afterwards and i saw this video yesterday by the made a great point this girl said i get i get drunk and get into a car accident it's 100% my fault but if i get drunk and i sleep with someone and i regret it in the morning i can blame him it doesn't make any sense and what about the guys you said there was a counselor the guys some of the guys were drunker than she was so if your argument is that being drunk means somebody cannot consent and that standard has to go across the board so either

like standard matters for everybody or means nothing because the guys right now keep it like well i didn't consent i was drunk i don't know what the hell was going on um and the fact this is the main thing i take away from this story is her upbringing who are this girl's parents okay where they together where they divorce what kind of morals and values are you teaching this kid because by her own account she was a virgin in high school okay then she goes to college and randomly winds up in the situation like this okay that doesn't that change doesn't happen in a vacuum okay like i would tell my daughter or son the same thing protect yourself protect your reputation don't get freaking wasted by the way you don't go from that to sniffing ketamine off of somebody's penis in one year that doesn't i don't care okay your choices matter and pretending they don't is doing like young people no favor so people can be harsh i call it being an adult okay if these men rape their prove it in court prosecute them if they didn't then guess what these guys should be able

to do a counter suit and go after her and go after the school if the school's gonna go after them period that's my that's my take your credit card company is hoping you don't hear this they're charging you 21% APR interest making it hard to pay down your balance a home equity loan from rocket mortgage could cut your interest rate by more than half so you could wipe out your high interest credit card debt with the equity you've built in your home without touching your current mortgage rate see how much you could save at rocket mortgage dot com rocket mortgage LLC license in 50 states in mlsconsumeraccess.org number 30 30 call 804 rocket for full program details price line negotiate her it's me the price line negotiate her we don't need the jingle twice stop it this is about vacation inflation and how price line negotiates amazing deals on hotels flights and rental cars seems like they decided yeah but i didn't mention that you can save up to 60% off hotels in the price line app time to read the time line fine no one deals more deals then

fall flavors are waiting for you at whole foods market cozy pics all through the store like maple leaf cookies from three sixty five brand swing by the bakery for pumpkin cheese cake here for limited time and pumpkin turmeric bread freshly baked every single day sip the season with three sixty five brand cinnamon spice coffee and pumpkin spice creamer while you still can spice up fall at whole foods market yeah and they found a few other text messages uh of what she said she said she was super colluded in the same exchange she wrote that none of the sexual stuff was illegal in the text she said after she was uh uh the incident uh she also said she liked being with that man and another man and later suggested that they could smoke together again but without the extra five billion men and ketamine so only her ended two other men and then she said bro everyone knows what happened was ruining my life temporarily and that all she could do was sleep and cry all day

and she said in a text again the woman will always get the shorter end of the stick y'all aren't friends y'all are covering your asses let's be clear that ninety percent of what happened that night was not consensual then she says that on November 3rd okay and another mess decided in the investigation that she felt like a sex doll worker very weird so time where you at with this so i think the court of public opinion is out on her and we'll leave it be um i hope she gets counseling and i hope that if there was crimes committed that they're properly prosecuted but let me say something about the boys you are an idiot it is poor judgment if you're gonna get involved in a a sexual act like that you're putting yourself in the position to be in the headline with her even if she is completely making things up the same way things happen with duke lacrosse if you were in their cheering with your twenty dollar bills when you thought it was a stripper coming into duke lacrosse you put yourself in the opportunity to have your name in a headline and a campus report

in a police report because she makes an accusation if you're not there your name can't be there so i think the boys were poor judgment and idiots for being there in the first place you're put yourself in a horrible situation because look what happens things can happen maybe that were perfectly legal perfectly consenting between people even though people were drunk and everything okay that may be legal consent but your name's still in the headlines idiot do you want your name in the headlines you do you want to finish college now say something about Cornell Cornell and my opinion is a horrible place i have talked in the last year and i knew about this um because this kiss case is going back a couple years it's been headlines people i was talking to two separate sets of parents about veterinary school and they said you know core i think you see davis up by sacramentos number one and cornell's number two and i said you're right it is but i wouldn't send my kid to cornell why because once upon a time one of my daughters went into study veterinarian and i studied cornell but then i read about cornell the cornell campus i do not believe is properly controlled

and properly administered you're saying this i'm saying it my opinion two years ago talking to a family about what do you say that they're saying that to you no i'm saying why are you saying i be specific i was specifically i read about this case two years ago this has been going on two years yeah and i read about it and i also read associated things that the fraternity culture that is at Cornell is quote unquote out of control and not administered let me get to straight because of the story you discourage your girls from going to cornell i was encouraged to other parents that were to had girls talking about vet school because brook at one point one to go to vet school these people saw that you see davis was number one cornell was number two and i said just go to florida florida's top five vet school and you can be bright futures and one of them is a family from florida and so it won't cost you anything so i have i have this is my opinion based on what i read so cornell don't go send a me a letter with 12 names at the top this is my opinion on the on the things with your

name on it and your logo that are out there the allegations are your paternity group okay so let me out of control let me ask you this don't administer it and you're not protecting your students go a little bit deeper so what should they do so what role does cornell play here what should they do on prevent this not not it's already been done what could they have done to prevent this well i'll tell you the whole fraternity system is rife and haisings where we read every year what we read about haisings and a fraternity system where colleges largely turn a blind eye to it so number one i'll give you a great example rice got rid of fraternities in the fifties because they thought that they excluded people that kids fell left out and so they encourage kids to be part of the residential college system where every kid is assigned to residential college at rice and they have their own traditions and things so they bring natural inclusion not fake d.i inclusion natural inclusion where no freshman or left out every one of you is part of a residential

college the fraternity system creates the us and them and the haisings that goes on the fraternity system is bad and i think colleges like cornell need to absolutely think is it time to shut down the fraternity system and create alternative housing for kids to bring non fake inclusion and you know what i mean by fake inclusion pat yeah it's very interesting the angle you're taking time it's very interesting because so you're going to one thing you can do as universities is get rid of fraternities okay sororities any of that stuff that you have because of what happens there and police behavior better and police behavior better now some will say some will say that's part of the college experience like folks who want to floor the state or Arizona state or give me some of those Santa Barbara UC Santa Barbara these are some party types of schools hey you're boring time you don't know what you're talking about we want to go there for that exact reason sorry i don't want my son if i had a son to go to cornell and have an STD in his name in the newspaper be part of the college experience no that's valid but some people will say that is part of the college experience so parents

you're rolling a dice i totally get that i'm trying to say here one who accepted me where am i smart enough to get into what are my options number two parents learning more so right not Tom as a parent what role should parents play if their kid is about to go into college what should we be doing if you're not visiting colleges and reading everything you can about the college and you're just thinking about the college as a merit badge you're making a mistake this is why places like Hillsdale are growing and growing for the right reasons because they're teaching kids to think not to be indoctrinated yeah and look at the culture of behavior that also happened so true because i will tell you story uh and i don't know how much of this story i'll tell him this entire time i'm thinking about how much of it i want to give away but i'm in the army and the guys in the army there was a girl she had a nickname i remember her nickname you want me to tell you her nickname what was the nickname jawbone okay i know that that was her nickname okay t-bone yeah no no jawbone and in the male bathroom in the barracks there were things written all over the place

and she would come in and write such and such a night in this room everybody come okay i'm telling you so me and my two guys that we hung out with he'd come to me and say hey man you saw that again i said yeah so dude whatever we're doing we're going to national that night we'd go to national that night to be away from the barracks smart to just be away we'd come back on monday and guess what they would say sergeant would come in on saturday such and such happen 14 soldiers are being called on to be investigated on what happened at night weird because she doesn't remember anything you and my my one of the benefits i had a drill sergeant that told me from the beginning listen remember a few rules in the army 15 will give you 20 yep and you know what that is 15 will give you 20 guys what does that mean okay i would have 15 year old will give you 20 years a girl with a fake idea at a local place he said don't even trust fake IDs so even fake IDs in the middle of it you ask a girl for a fake ID don't even trust the fake

IDs don't even trust the fake IDs then never be in barracks alone with a girl okay in the army because all they're gonna say is what of course here's what happened yeah by the way these are the types of conversations that i think fathers need to have with their sons and mothers need to have with their sons because sometimes it's kind of like yeah it's my boy you know that's cool but you gotta you're setting them up for failure by not having these types of conversations and you know you made a good point like how was she raised i don't know how she raised we don't know about her parents we don't know what happened to we don't know what the experience was by the way it could have very likely been that it was good parents and she just chose to be dumb because one day she chose to drink and be stupid and now this is on her timeline for the rest of her life and so far they've protected her name but guess who knows who she is those seven guys and all the other people from the kai-fi whatever a fraternity they're talking about Adam your thoughts you have to pull college experience yourself so let's see what you're wearing i look i have a different take than everybody here i appreciate what Tom had to say about these boys being idiots i do have some thoughts on the

fraternity system but let me start with what the number one thing is on this situation it all comes down to personal responsibility and personal choices because she's not just doing any old little drug how familiar are you with ketamine and what it does because that's not like oh she's just doing drugs ketamine is a whole different level of drug and the reason i know this is one of my best friends is prescribed ketamine and i think he does it a little too much and it's a little too over the top and let me explain depression it's supposed to be treated as an anti-depressant okay but what it does ketamine if you ever heard of the concept of a k-hole i've heard something like that let me explain this to you if you do enough of it not only will it treat your depression it'll make you blast off to a different planet and it affects the brain so hardcore that it changes your perception of reality and you enter a dream light hallucinogenic state yeah so and you know what is even more

absurd about this drug it looks exactly like cocaine take a look at what ketamine looks like here's a picture on your screen do you see it yeah looks like okay does that not look exactly like cocaine and it even looks like cut like rails or lines so let me explain something to i've been at a party in south peach when there's cocaine going around i mean welcome to south peach this one guy thought that he was doing a bump of cocaine boom blast off he could not move for six hours he was in a k-hole he did not know what he was doing he did not know where he was where like hey it was uh his uh his uh friend coming with us they're like he's gonna be a while thank god he's okay but the my whole concept of personal responsibility and personal choices if this girl chose to inhale what she thought was a drug whether she thought it was cocaine or knew that it was k ketamine she willingly entered the third realm now she made that decision so it's on her at the same time if you're a dude and you're at a fraternity

and you see one two three four guys doing this to a girl at what point as you as a man say bro what are you doing this girl's clearly messed up oh no no she she wanted to do it yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah maybe with him now with all seven of you so to me there's personal responsibility on both you got on her not to do drugs and on these idiots yeah not to end up any rape case but but but but at the end of the day like this situation let's just call it what it is she's one of those girls that went in there did what she did you can't at the end of it get embarrassed because the the because everybody's talking about you and say rape because then you're gonna ruin and destroy other people's lives times right those guys were more at them you don't nine fly guys in a room apparently they were texting on like some social social media apps and yo come through this is happening all stupid decisions but that word rape is a whole different ball game because now she's like oh wait a minute I'm embarrassed you know what you were right somebody's like let me be very specific if she did a good amount of ketamine yeah I don't even think she knows what planted she

was on during that rape but she might have known but that she was there to see a guy I'm just being straight up yeah I understand if she did a good amount of ketamine buddy she wasn't on this planet during the time but you think I need to understand that I understand that but are other guys coming in going hey there's not a ketamine checker hey where she out on the ketamine thing they don't know they're just hearing hey come on in and have let me tell you what I'm saying is that I think she was there she wanted to hook up she was down I don't know what happened because at the end of the night because her story is changing but what I'm saying is if you're there Adam if I show up to a strip club and I see strippers I can't be like oh my god I need you to understand something but she wanted to hook up and I need to do a lot of well guys she said it I need you to understand one specific thing if she was in a K hole how would you know the how would a guy know like if you're high I don't know if she's in a K hole if a girl is really really really really really drunk and you're with her and do you know that she's really absolutely bingo yeah so for girls in a

K hole that's like 10x drunk so hear me out okay if this girl is literally like oh that's all that if she's passed out that's my point 100% different story is that she if she was fully in a K hole she wasn't like whoa let's go guys it's not cocaine cocaine she's going crazy let's have fun if it was Academy and it was a K hole there's a very good chance that she was like this but that's what I'm saying is that she's a pet in the story that she say she was there buddy she don't remember dog what don't you get 90% of what happened to me was illegal illegal yeah but she said that few weeks after that I think that again I haven't followed this case to the to the I just say this one thing I could see a scenario where the first guy that she was with and came to be was actually he'll get off meaning he's innocent but if these other guys who showed up in the room while she's cade out they're gonna pay the price they might be in some big big trouble I don't know the details beyond that and if the first guy let them in the someone that is on K in a K hole

they are not in a awareness state so there this is the whole situation here is like what she she showed up she wanted to be there but then she did this drug and then she didn't know where she was Tom it's a very complicated situation we're talking very careful what you're talking about judgment of men we're talking about K holes appropriately thing where people may be and but I'll tell you here three different sources I just found pointed out and this is the stuff I read it I recognize one the Cornell Sun is one of the things I read it says Cornell arguably has the most troubled Greek system in the Ivy League the negative side is a long hazing and safety record sophomore died in 2011 another one died in 2019 2014 seven fraternities were suspended over hazing allegations in February delta five was permanently suspended uh... then reduced to five years according to these stories uh... and the public hazing log is now the put the hazing log is now made public so parents and prospective students can see it but it has become longer and worse and when you look at the

years twenty four twenty five twenty five twenty six so it's basically there you have it there you have it if what compare and stew read stuff like this and say to yourself I'm I send in my daughter more now this conversation I love this conversation on what happened because you had a different lens you had a very different lens and you had a very different lens and uh... yeah we have to be ready for it we have to be ready for it and and for me with my boys my kids you have to be also careful what not to brag about with your boys for them to be like that's what I'm gonna do to be a hero and we're kind of having a conversation this morning when Anthony asked you a question and we're going back in for them like I don't know if if we got a balance some of these conversations that's why not I'm not part of this camp there's a reason why bible wanted you the bible wanted us to save ourselves before yeah there's a reason there's a reason not that we did it I failed miserably but there's a reason for it you know how they say you know to in my early the whole thing that father some go

through three stages first you idolize them then you demonize them then you humanize them and then you say my dad knew everything man my dad's a lot smart he's getting smarter lately my dad's getting smarter lately no no it's been the same guy you know my mom was right all along you know my mom was right all along takes you a while to go through it man if you can really be coachable for some of these seasons Ben Affleck said something the other day in a video I saw he says uh uh you know I'm sitting with my son and I'm giving him advice my kids I'm giving him advice about life and then is as a listen I've been through some things in life here's what you should do says that you want us to take advice from you you this is yeah I trust me I have the experience hello I have the he's joking about it but it's like your parents your parents are kind of like is this the one yeah when I was a boy at 14 years old my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the man around but when I got to 21 I was astonished at how much the old man had learned it's Mark 20 is that actually a Mark Twink what it's a Mark Twink what man I got let's get to the next story let's get to next a good find guys in the back good find guys in the

back okay next story I want to get to is what another weird one but let's let's skip this weird one I'm gonna go to another one so this actress okay is given a speech we're not gonna stay on this story a lot a lot you're not gonna talk about it's not about rap but we're talking about rap hurts and so this lady we are against us yeah we are against these types of my mentality she says she wishes her son was gay because one of her friends had a son that was gay and he says what's better than having a gay son right I just want you to watch this speech and tell me if it motivates any one of you go forward always wanted a gay son I did I love that relationship between gay sons and their mothers I want to be the picket sign holding mom will be the shit out of somebody for her kid I mean let's just admit it gay sons are the best right right I have photographs of my son

in high heels in full drag he knows every word to every musical ever written his fairy godfather Aaron Walton is here with us tonight I mean truly I thought I had this fucking thing locked up but no no he's the only straight guy in his entire musical theater company what a loser so when Marsha called me about 10 years ago from her closet I kid you not she was in her closet to tell me that her son had come out to her as gay all I said was oh my god you are so fucking lucky oh my god no like look at this and about a week later I was at Marsha's house for dinner when an Amazon package was delivered for her son and inside I'm not kidding you was a pair of thigh high red pattern leather boots like kinky boots and I thought oh come on now she is just showing off right

pigs all through the store like maple leaf cookies from 365 brand swing by the bakery for pumpkin cheesecake here for a limited time and pumpkin turmeric bread freshly baked every single day sip the season with 365 brand cinnamon spice coffee and pumpkin spice creamer while you still can spice up fall at whole foods market are you kidding me I'm speech like like it's for just besides what she's saying do you hear the applause like the pro like Holly when they say Holly weird you understand like your child is not a trophy for your pilot political activism social circle I mean that like that's the cool thing I know we're gonna play the bill martin in a minute but whatever happened to your parents just wanting you to grow up healthy and happy successful strong like gay and she's upset does she have any kids does she actually have kids I don't mean her son that her son's not gonna be straight he's straight so buddy and you're her's Adam you're her son

and you're listening to this yeah how does that make you feel that your mom is not happy that you're not some flame or that's jumping around but wait no Adam in the streets of west Hollywood bro I live there they would shut that you couldn't drive in the Hollywood because there was but naked men outside I'm talking about Sodom and Gomorrah stuff but naked going on on setup crucifix is you want to talk about evil you want to talk about demonic type behavior path in the streets of LA and it was totally fine little kids parents straight parents bringing their kids and I would see I felt so bad little kids looking at but naked men flashing them in front of their faces okay and this is Hollywood bro Hollywood preachers acceptance but excessive acceptance has to work both ways okay what what are we talking about like if that's not the weirdest thing you've seen all month I don't know what is yeah it's disgusting time your son normal son you know I don't know where to start I'm just kind of stunned but in a way I'm not stunned because she is fully indoctrinated she's fully in the

liberal crowd and she's fully out there you know she's gone to the point of faking it to the point it looks like she really believes what she's saying oh yeah and that is the end point of full indoctrination is is advocacy you suddenly become an advocate for what you're indoctrinated in so in other words you follow that path that you go down the indoctrination and now and so in other words you're indoctrinated to the point that you're not just going to be a suicide bomber you're actually recruiting people not because you're trying to get a check mark you're actually recruiting people because you now believe it at the core of your being you've been so diluted now the bible says that they were given over to their desires and the the Lord says that this is not the natural inclination of our heart this is not our natural orientation is people it's not and people can say it is whether it isn't but when you go all the way over to indoctrination you've given your heart over to this level of evil the people that are advocates for abortion

they don't just think it's the right thing let the woman have a choice no they're all the way over the waterfall and advocation for the killing you can't be there but I don't think a lot of people pat really believe like she does I think there's fakery in the liberal area can we play and Vinnie has it up here yep what Bill Mar said this is just one sentence two sentences what he said when he did his remember when he pointed out six percent of this generation 12 percent of this generation 10 percent of this generation it's two minutes I mean we remember we play we remember watching this no I had him cue it to one point and involves children the answer can't always be that anyone from a marginalized community is automatically right trump card mic drop end of discussion because we're literally experimenting on children maybe that's why Sweden and Finland have stopped giving puberty blockers to kids because we just don't know much about the long-term effects although common sense should tell you that when you reverse the course of raging hormones there's going to be a time point here we do know okay we can pause we remember this we've

seen this but go ahead time he made a comment where he says and recently I'm at cocktail parties with Angelino's saying it's somehow fashionable that your child is trained like that was a point that he made yeah they missed the time yeah Adam thoughts I mean this is the perfect case for virtual signaling that I've ever heard my life if you don't know what virtual signaling is it's basically saying I'm with you let me prove it let me tell you what a loser the son is pat she tried her best to make him gay I mean what a disappointment this kid she put him in high heels she dressed him up in drag he's doing Broadway shows he's wearing skirts and still despite all that he still likes women unbelievable his name is Milo and I heard that one day he wants to get married and have kids what a loser your mother is virtue signaling to the rest of Hollywood that what a disappointment you are because you're not gay Milo Milo do your best to make your mother proud

and be gay maybe even be trans and cut it off because that's what Hollywood is at this point and if you don't show up with like a you know how they have those you don't have they have those dogs in your purse you don't show up with a gay son you're not in the in-crow and here's my thing she's reading it pat and that's what I feel you're reading a telepomter that by if you have something to say and it's heartfelt say it she's reading as if she was instructed like hey Vinnie that's the least of our words whether she read it or felt it no the words that you came out of me mouth of the most no no no to me you know what that means Adam I she's gonna just said I wish I had a gay son and just go off she's reading it as a script as an actress you think you think do you think she fully believes that or do you think she's trying to be funny a little no no no she absolutely believes it but her son is apparently on a Disney show got millions of followers he's somebody he's doing good for himself Disney evolved he loves his mom and you know he so to me look to each his own do your thing truly to each his own it's not in my business what you choose to do

as an adult and and you live your life but when it comes down to kids I had the Baba a chain pick there the former CEO of Disney he was on the podcast last week can you pull up that chart that I show to him the chart about the amount of LGBT cute characters you don't want the first time in Disney that a character said I'm gay 2019 up until 2019 no character in Disney movies has ever said they're gay never but I want you to watch us here who was the first the blue is LGBT Q inclusive Disney films look at the spike what was a spike price is during the Biden and by the way orange is valuation oh and blue is characters what is the highest valuation of Disney high value was 2020 okay what what happens in 2021 it's dropped no no but look at 2021 what spikes LLGBTQ characters what happens to the stock it goes by the direct correlation direct

this direct LGBT with the stock direct correlation so I said what happened here what's the story here and to summarize it's it's it's it's it's worth watching the interview especially for the parents that you're I asked them about this thing and he says he wasn't with it at first he's like look we got kids and it's his eventually it was kind of course and forced into taking a position because typically whatever movies you do they've already been budgeted and built four years previous today you know how we always hear about Kathleen Kennedy Kathleen Kennedy Kathleen Kennedy I don't know that name we hear about you know who didn't hire Kathleen Kennedy Disney never hired Kathleen Kennedy you know who hired Kathleen Kennedy you actually know this she's not part of Bob Iger's camp so a lot of time we would be be a build the blame it on Bob Iger to do you know where he where she comes from yeah we talked about it oh yeah we talked about it so she when they bought Star Wars in 2012 ish she was hired by George Lucas so Kathleen Kennedy came from the Star Wars franchise and she came with the deal and I think

her contract just didn't it's not gonna get renewed or whatever this year or last year something like that but you just have to know like dude you wonder why Disney franchise went from what it was to now parents are like knock this shit off look what happened two years later to the characters look what they're at now in 2024 2025 they dropped off but to see a business person watching this and Bob Iger put four board members in there were those were Michael Eisner's people that he had and they replaced them put his own people and it's kind of like you want supreme court that you have any yeah so he put his own for and you could do that as a new seal that's his job to put it in there and then a couple of other guys that would come pro-wad I don't know Pearl what was that guys them something Pearl uh Proman Ica Pearl uh these were a couple billionaires that were sitting on the board and they got out not they didn't get out they lost the influence Bob Iger kept control and they're still doing what they're doing and the new guy that came in Josh Diomaro if you go to pushing this to kids parents will get sick of it and one of the reasons like if there's anything

that causes me to think that Republicans are gonna win in 2028 is because Democrat have Democrats haven't learned that even Democrat parents don't want boys competing in women sports they haven't learned that even Democratic parents who are pro choice who are pro choice who want some of these entitlement programs for people even they don't support these LGBT uh indoctrination and puberty blah they don't support that so until Democrats go back to common sense on this topic they're gonna keep losing their five to ten percent of Democrats that they've had in a while that they've had for a while yeah I think it's a double dumb move they don't get it and can I give a disclaimer nobody it sounds like we're going really hard on the LGBT community none of us have a problem with gay people I have gay friends used to tell stories about when you were in the army to go to gay clubs like none of us have problem with gays zero in that regard where it gets to become an issue is when you start to trans the kids and you start messing with the kids and here's

an example where Disney tried to basically indoctrinate the youth through movie characters and movies and doing all this and they went woke and they went broke just like bud light and just like Nike and that's where you draw the line of sand but families because you said this is an ultimate of my point who is this Disney's customer it's the parents not just the kids yeah but yeah casual question up at really really fast do you guys think in 2020 if a Democrat comes in the power this type of stuff is gonna keep happening that like it won't it won't come back by the way I hope so no no no no no I hope they campaign on it yeah I hope they campaign on it I truly do I hope they campaign on it like even when I had governor westmore here and I asked him the question is my son would never be gay yeah but he wouldn't go all to say that this is too much he wouldn't do it because he knows so they're all worried about where the money and the influence is going to come but I hope they continue the same play keep doing it because common sense is going to go a very different direction okay heating oil let's tell the story because this is truly

concerning a lot of different people especially in the northeast of what could happen a lot of people talk about these the top gas prices but heating oil bill as expected to jump ready 31.3% this winter with northeast households averaging nearly 2300 dollars averaging 2300 dollars so let's kind of go through this heating oil households will pay an average of 2300 dollars between mid-November and mid-March a 31.3% increase from last winter the national energy assistant director association projected nearly 4.8 million us homes ready 4.8 million us homes homes how many people live per home two four five four point eight million us homes using heating oil about 82% in the northeast the US war with Iran that began at the end of February this ruptured shipping through the strait Brent crude the source of nearly all US heating oil sat at 106 a barrel in mid-September

up more than 30% from previous to when the war began while the war maybe thousands of miles away families will feel it when the heating oil truck pulls into their driveways at any ADA executive director Mark Wolf president Trump rejected Iran's plan to reopen the strait and senators from both parties have asked him to release emergency heating oil the American gas association projected gas households will pay about 14% less than last winter averaging 4.97 versus 7.94 for electric space heating would record dry gas production expect them 2026 any ADA forecast overall winter heating costs rise more than 8.7% to a national average of 10.30 top thoughts on this so let's go take a look at the chart I just sent the guys to chart right here click on one year perfect one year take a look at this pat if you go down to February at the end of last winter Vinnie $2.47 $2.38 you see that? multiple of that times two 480 go look at where we are right now we're at 436 you know what this means

it's going to be 2x there it is pat it's about to be 2x at $4.80 it's exactly 2x last winter so those people are going to have double the price of heating oil one winter to the next that's that's not sustainable and earlier today right after the jobs report president Trump called on Europe to release their surplus stocks of diesel because he's trying to bring more diesel into the market to help that's what's going on so we are we need a reversal but pat I don't think we can get it it takes about say said 75 days to turn the price based on what do you think you won't we won't get it we're not I don't think we're going to get a decrease unless it's hard official it takes 75 days 75 days today is what November and and October November is 60 days and then you know that's December 10th here comes winter you know you're going to see how cold it is and just watching playoff

baseball it's going to be down into the 50s that's got a reminder time please time for hmm hmm so I'm I saw this coming and I'm really I'm really heavy about it because this is really because this is going to really impact the consumer I mean 2x 2x that that's real cost that we're talking about and so Tom when this happens you know to some at what percentage of these 4.8 million households do you think it will impact directly not it's of course it's 100% of them but which one did I'm going to be like turn off the heater you know let's do this we're more close what percentage you think can even financially afford this increase I probably mean about 60% because a lot of people are on natural gas and newer home communities and the the heating oil is in some of the older communities and older homes so you know I'm going to say there's probably a full third that's going to be my guess a full third of the customers in the northeast have

limited budgets and can't take that hit so many thoughts on this I'm going back to so Tom this is all coming from what why the why the drastic increase refining cost and the cost for barrel of oil cost of barrel oil is about 60% of the increasing gasoline the other is the increase in refining cost also known as 321 crack spread those two things are there we've closed refineries in California we close refinery on the Gulf Coast we have not built new refineries or refinery capacity so the refining is up the cost to refine is up because of shortage of factories to refine it but then 99 dollars I think today is a barrel I think it's 99 a barrel okay so what it what are you just saying it's supply and demand so well it's I think no no it's it's a yes it's supply of oil but it's also supply of refining and it's going to take a while to to turn this because even if you brought the price of oil down you're only going to get about 60% of the increase in cost for gasoline diesel

down so is it safe to say the short term pain for the long term game it's not going to be a short term pain time this is going to take a long time this is going to be a long term pain because they have to build it no they have to build I have a whole there's some artificial means to do it it doesn't appear that the natural market forces are going to be able to turn the corner on this until maybe the second half of the winter and it's not going to go down to where it was last January Adam well being that I'm from Miami I've never had to worry about a heating bill so this is not something I'm familiar with I will say that winter is coming for all you people out there and you might want to get a nice jacket like the one Vinnie's wearing to stay warm but can we touch on the story that is right above that one where it talks about the everyday cost increase and the high gas prices that are spurring states states to wave taxes and regulations amid midterms which kind of I think correlates with the story which in my interpretation this is a great move that certain states are doing you know how they say that like all politics are local yes we acknowledge that prices are up Tom taught me a lot about Brent oil and West Texas oil and you buy oil

Dubai oil Tom was teaching me all this stuff touch could it's like wine by the way you're you're you're your clip on that you put on VT is like a half a million views it was great it was a oh my gasoline on gasoline it was great but what what I found interesting is that certain states can do certain measurements to actually lower the cost it says about one third of US states have implemented some form of fuel tax relief but here's the catch and this is where politics get into it most of those states if not all are Republican states they're red states governors in Alabama Arkansas Louisiana Missouri Nebraska North Carolina North Dakota Oklahoma and Texas have all provided fuel tax relief for their agriculture and have helped lower tax costs trucks and tractors on because they actually want to help their people now in my opinion why are the blue states not helping their people we all know that California New York New Jersey Connecticut who all trend incredibly blue why don't they lower the cost for their people because in my opinion they want

their people to feel the increase of cost feel the pain Trump did this to you at orange man we're not going to do anything nothing to lower the cost we're going to actually hold up this price and make you suffer more yeah so this is where this gets a real tricky situation yeah so each of these states are helping their people yeah in red states so let me let me kind of let me give you this here the NEADA says low income northeast households alone are expected to pay almost 1.1 billion dollars more in heating this winter you divided a part that's around 878 increase average that points to an order of magnitude over on 1.2 to 1.3 million low income oil heated households so then if I'm asking a question and saying who are these people who gets hit hard seniors and people living in fixed incomes which makes sense households under roughly 60k a year and I ask what percentages under 60k a year the EIA 2020 for data shows energy to rise is how approximately 64% of households

under 10,000 58% of households 10 of 41% at 30 to 60,000 reported some form of energy insecurity above 100,000 it drops dramatically okay so make sense above 100,000 you're still going to be fine at the 60,000 number that's going to be impact households already behind on utility bills NEADA estimates that about 21.5 million US households roughly 1 in 6 are already behind on energy bills damn did you know that I did not know that I did not know that did you hear the number I'm finnie 1 in 6 households in America right now are behind on energy bills not credit cards this only this is only money to carry so 1 in 6 21 and a half million households are behind on energy bills low income households currently spend about 8.6% their income on household energy versus 3% for other households and people in New England this is extremely constant trade of Geographically in an AIA 2020 data roughly 53% of Maine and Vermont households 43% of New Hampshire

40% of Connecticut 32% of Rhode Island 26% of Massachusetts received fuel oil deliveries Maine was still around 50% dependent on heating going 2024 last but not least is old folks homes old homeowners old home owners heating goes much more common in the older north eastern this is we're praying for you this you know hopefully they figure this part out in some states find ways to get creative with this but I kind of I kind of agree that they're gonna they're not gonna let us happen because they need the crisis to blame it on travel they need there's no way you're gonna choose not to drive you can't choose not to free us no this this is it this okay let's go to next story next I want to get to is I really want to get into that baseball story but I'll get into that at the end this I want to get into next is Adam are you feeling this are you feeling Uber delays right now there's a story that says Uber way times rise 20% as prices climb 53% so let me read this and you tell me in others as well can you run a poll real quick asking folks is anybody

increasing in prices in Uber and delays yes no I don't take Uber and lift okay I or put I take lift just kind of put that question in there watch this the time between Uber matching the driver okay and the car arriving grew by 19% from Q1 and Q3 2023 same time period while price per mile price per mile is up 53% a new analysis by Lynn Sherman from executive and residents at Columbia business school you're charging more for last Sherman send the analysis relies on a number of inaccuracies and Uber spokesperson countered Sherman examined 37,500 trips and six cities way time in roads and five including Atlanta Dallas Houston and Tampa the data doesn't include waiting for Uber to pair a driver by definition it's an underestimate Sherman said once cash burning to choir users Uber has use up from pricing to become profitable by charging riders more and paying drivers less Sherman contents by raising way times and prices Uber risks customer relationship as an AIG

lets riders compare prices with rivals the 2026 axioms Harris poll 100 ranked Uber 72nd on reputation down from 58 are you experiencing that or not at all I haven't felt anything and I'll tell you why when they say that the Uber wait time is up 19% that means if it typically takes you four minutes to get an Uber now it's going to take you five minutes but have you felt that no because if you order an Uber you all you know that the Uber is not going to magically show up in 10 seconds I understand that yeah so it's going to take five minutes eight minutes or 10 minutes no okay I haven't found the price is going no and I'll give you exactly today I took an Uber here this morning yeah I scheduled ahead and very important but I don't like a lot of people don't realize you get the night before you go to sleep set it up to pick you up exactly so you don't have the worry about and does the driver get to pick it earlier or this guy showed up in my house I get he's he's supposed to pick me up no it's seven thirty to the drive the down earlier like it'll back up so many minutes that's interesting yeah so that it gets to you at the time you want you guys would never drive over

to answer for me he comes on time he comes on time he waits for me it cost me 40 bucks to get from Miami for a year ago same exact price I have not felt it and I take Ubers and lifts more than anybody so I'm sure because what they're doing is they're probably they're not going to raise the cost and the consumer because the consumers are already getting pinched to me I've saved so much money on lift and Uber the you just did a whole breakdown how much is the average person spend on a car vehicle total for the year twelve thousand dollars yes a thousand seventy two a month okay twelve thousand dollars correct I would have to take Ubers left and right up my wazoo to spend to end the twelve thousand dollars right there and I'll do it for you today I'll break down the price of what it costs me to get you know I don't know about it I don't know about that because if you if you take how many Ubers how much money you spend on Uber per month about five hundred bucks are you way are you sure forty there forty back that's eighty just coming cure ones if you come here twice I you get a ride back yeah I get a Miami yeah okay so you get creative and drive with

jaden on the way back because he's here and we drive back together got it so it's and I'm here three days a week so you spend five hundred you spend five hundred bucks on Uber yeah but that's also so like let's look at it this way if I wanted to go if I had my car like this weekend I went out and this past weekend you go out to an event in South Beach I'm gonna have to spend twenty bucks on valley anyway the Uber to get me there costed twelve bucks I'm saving eight dollars okay the gas is gonna cost me how much these days so people really need to take a look and how much they're spending on their vehicles if you can get by and with now having a car and how much again is the average person spending a month on twelve fifty one thousand and seventy two dollars thirteen thousand dollars a year you'd have to be very hard press to spend thirteen thousand dollars a year on an Uber or lift that's what I would say here's a breakdown of the pricing if you just want to know what happened to me today the receipt here we go the trip fare was thirty dollars the booking fee was nine dollars so Uber's taken nine bucks off the top they're getting their money

I give the guy a five dollar tip and the guy waited for me a little bit longer they charged me one extra one extra dollar well so it turned out to be forty five dollars all in tip tax this that the other so yeah I point is I Uber more than anybody I haven't felt it at all your credit car company is hoping you don't hear this they're charging you twenty one percent APR interest making it hard to pay down your balance a home equity loan from rocket mortgage could cut your interest rate by more than half so you could wipe out your high interest credit card debt with the equity you've built in your home without touching your current mortgage rate see how much you could save at rocket mortgage dot com rocket mortgage LLC license in fifty states in mls consumer access dot org number thirty thirty call eight hundred four rocket for full program details price line negotiate her it's me the price line negotiate her we don't need the jingle twice stop it this is about vacation inflation and how price line negotiates amazing deals on hotels

flights and rental cars seems like they decided yeah but I didn't mention that you can save up the sixty percent off hotels and the price line app time to read the time fine no one deals more deals price line please stop price line to share price line price line save always wanted to sneak away for a last minute long weekend in napa here's the thing if you could smart with your money you could do things like that with empower you can start making the most out of your money so you can go out and live a little isn't that why we work so hard to have some fun with our money like treating yourself to a private wellness retreat or scoring incredible seats to a concert you'll never forget so use empower and get good at money so you can be a little bad join their twenty million customers today at empower dot com not an empower client paid or sponsored right rentals here for mid mobile i don't know if you knew this but anyone can get the same premium wireless for fifteen dollars a month plan that i've been enjoying it's not just for celebrities so do like i did and have one of your assistance assistance switch you to mid mobile today i'm told it's super

easy to do at mid mobile dot com slash switch up front payment of forty five dollars for three month plan equivalent to fifteen dollars per month required intro rate first three months only then full price plan options available taxes and fees extra default terms at mid mobile dot com fall flavors are waiting for you at whole foods market cozy pics all through the store like maple leaf cookies from three sixty five brand swing by the bakery for pumpkin cheesecake here for limited time and pumpkin turmeric bread freshly baked every single day sip the season with three sixty five brand cinnamon spice coffee and pumpkin spice creamer while you still can spice up fall at whole foods market that that that's that's a very uh... uh... uh... uh... uh... serious thing to look at because if the economics doesn't work for uber and the drivers long term they have to raise the prices i think i have a whole i have a whole opinion on what's going to happen to drivers and this is my

opinion driver less oh if you're in america and you speak english and you're a normal person if your soul job is an uber driver but you got to go back to the drawing board because in america in my army ninety eight percent of the drivers i have and i uber and lift every single day no i would be in glace at all zero so they're coming to take your jobs these are immigrants who have been your ten fifteen twenty minutes and they're coming to take your jobs so if you're an american who has brains and has a will to improve you can't just be in a different way let me tell you what you're going to get replaced let me tell you what our audience said okay forty percent said yes prices have increased and weight has increased forty two percent said no increase seventeen percent said they take a lift okay so they take a lift so lift and uber is the same thing and actually i would encourage people with what i do is you know you know when when any uber rule here i've learned a lot from pbd if you're going to get a price how many options three three options there's really only lift and

uber i check lift and uber every single time i don't order a car and it's usually dramatic price difference so this morning lift was going to charge me sixty to get here uber charge me forty what do i go with i go with the uber on the way back it actually changes so i i don't know what kind of mechanism they're using whenever lift is a certain price uber will under undercut them or do the if you're just ordering uber blindly and not checking lift you're actually probably spending this amount of money i guess the reason that i'm not noticing this pad is because i'm shopping the market and saying it caused me forty to take over you're doing the same thing but also the business owner has to find a way to make it profitable for them if if they don't pass down the prices they have to find a way to make money and the driver's owner the uber well i think uber is like losing money and it's exactly my point so yeah they are so what they're doing is well what what and it's only going to get worse at these at these way more than we get to next story i get to make a quick next round when you get to his christopie so this story is a you know

very weird story with christopie so this girl who many years ago uh i don't know what the timeline was twenty five thirty years ago her and her boyfriend he she gets upset at another girl and she decides to go and get the girl i think i don't know what it was they kill her hits they had grabs a piece from the skull she ends up bragging about the piece that she has and she shows her to her friends she gets arrested she gets the uh uh uh what do you call it death penalty and in the state of Tennessee they try to take her out twice it fails both times and this is the second time that is happening in Tennessee and other stories are what's going to be happening the lawyers coming back saying it's the state's fault i cannot believe you did this people are coming out and saying poor girl poor her can't believe she went through it as that is not fair uh and that's i'm summarizing the story for you bovani i'll come to you first with this story yeah and and just to add to it and uh uh uh uh uh conner you have that graph a graphic that i sent you about colline yeah colline slumber pat check this out pentagram carved into her chest while she was still alive okay 300 cuts

on the face neck chest abdomen back in arms six inches gap in woman across the middle of her neck penetrating fat muscle but hey this is a violent violent attack from a female okay multiple extensive skull fractures from at least four a blow to the head two on the left side one to the right eye one above her nose area head injuries rendered her face unrecognizable they couldn't even tell if it was like that that obviously check boy or girl identification made part by dental records you understand how bad that is bruises and cuts all over the uh the majority of her body dirt and debris because they mean like that she oh sorry um she was dragged clothing removed and defensive wounds on her arms meaning she was fighting she was fighting the whole time okay they tortured her they beat her and then prison pat uh you think that she would be a change woman in 2001 she tried to strangle another inmate with a shoelace years later she was recorded Tommy saying that she would do it again and at the next time she would succeed okay so this is here's my thing pat evil person even all that aside i do feel because as a christian guy i feel bad this

when you're supposed to go you're gonna go meaning the execution should just go why we still doing the lethal injection Tom even even remember the movie green mile well you know sometimes it messes up if it's not this or if it's not that just firing squad do a firing squad i have never heard of a firing squad with a person lived later on to tell stories or they were bruising and everything like that and up and there was other reports that she refused eating she didn't want her final meal and for some reason she was not drinking she was dehydrated we mixed the the vein search very very hard apparently they were having trouble uh doing it this is by the way she's been in jail for a long time this is a evil person that i hope and i pray turn to god because a lot of people in there have a lot of time on their hands okay she seems like an evil person pat i can hope and pray that she came to christ but this is not a good person okay and i feel bad that that it wasn't clean they need to change the freaking way that they're killing people you know you know it was a few people that were involved so she apparently she was thinking that this girl colline was trying to take her boyfriend away from her so she teams up with her her and her

boyfriend ta ta ta ta ta ta ta d'arol ship and another lady named shedola peterson lord colline to a secluded area near the university tenac agricultural campus in oxville and then that's where they beater and torture her et cetera et cetera horrible yeah tragic event that takes place and the case became especially notorious because of the extreme brutality and because pike later kept a piece of the skull yeah as a trophy yeah that's exactly what she did now let me continue with this shedola shedola peterson her friend got away got off nothing happened to her she got she did not receive a long prison sentence she cooperated with prosecutors against testified against christopie and ta d'arol ship she ultimately did guilty yeah to be in an accessory after the fact and receive probation rather than a murder conviction carrying a lengthy prison term contemporary summaries commonly describe her original sentence as six years suspended to probation only so even though she was involved in a murder she got off because she said everything

about what her friend did right and then when you when you go a little bit deeper up what they did christopie was treated as a principal killer evidence shows she had talked beforehand about wanting to kill colline slimmer participated throughout the prolonged assault and slimmers throughout multiple times cut the throat beat her ultimately smash and I want and I'm not saying we're glossing over it do you guys understand if with all the things that I said about what they did the pentagram whilst she was alive if you crack somebody's head open with asphalt and you actually go and you take a piece of the skull and you're showing it off to people at school you are evil there is no I was fun I was having the time I was young and dumb absolute no Adam seriously that's evil I know we're talking about college girls making mistakes and whatever in the drugs this is a different story when you're taking off a piece of the head and showing it in school time it doesn't get more evil than that you're bragging about murdering this innocent girl and this is where I have

fought with our criminal justice system first of all how much evidence do you need to get a murder conviction and yet you're willing to give a person that was involved in it probation for testifying against the killer are you kidding me it you usually do that when you need the witness when you need something I don't know what more you need if she's in possession of a piece of the skull g-mamm where did you get that and I I understand our appellate process but this is where you know the the courts became so clogged pat that they develop what's called the rocket docket the docket of cases coming up they said some of these cases just need to go fast so that the people can be served because we the people need the court to be handling cases for the service of the people by finding criminals guilty and doing all the things to supposed to do or by finding the wrongly accused innocent that's what the court supposed to do I think there should be a rocket docket on death row because what you have here is you have people on death row who has strangled somebody on death row the shoelace and says hey check next time I would have got it right because she's in there for

life without parole she's and she's on that penalty so she's a danger to other inmates who may be there for a lesser crime so I think you just got to get it over with and the incompetency of the state to administer this there is a whole bunch of stuff that goes into the lethal Jackson folk that won't talk about in that they understand the size, weight, composition everything you know of the person that there's going to be injected and yet they get it wrong you know why don't you just outsource to a gang banger they off each other with a single shot I just popped a cap in his head and it was dead but yeah and you know what in the state of Florida they used to use the the electric chair the electric chair was undefeated you know you had a record of 296 and oh so you don't beat the electric chair and they thought it was in Humane because Pat you bring in witnesses for executions and apparently smoke poured and then flames from the head of Jesse Tafaro in 1990

and again for Pedro Medina in 1997 so people were upset about that and the proponents were saying well it means that the electricity is working yeah and then in 1999 they stopped at however in the state of Florida you can choose old Sparky because it is still held in a small room ready to go and if you don't want the lethal Jackson in Florida you can select a spark. I want to show you but my point is just do it. Yeah I want to show you this I want to show you this a couple things by the way the boyfriend to Darryl got off and he just got life because he was 17 at the time and he's the one that prevented her from running away twice escaping twice and records show that he gagged slimmer and inflicted some of the cuts and so he got away because he was under 17 you know under 18 years old and and this is the lawyer talking about the failure I think yesterday he talked this is her lawyer listen to what he had to say go for it. Well he start by saying Chris is alive right now we do know that that she is alive right now in receiving

um uh lifesaving medical care. The state of Tennessee has shown us again that they are not capable of carrying out an execution consistent with basic human dignity. Last night was not just inefficient it was cruel and it was torturous it was also predictable. Chris's legal team told the state of Tennessee and the courts that her medical conditions would cause her to suffer an agonizing death. The state and the court dismiss Chris's concerns. The governor's call for an independent review does not go far enough after having endured solitary confinement for more than 20 years and a full attempt to kill kill her by lethal injection. Chris has endured punishment greater than any other person in the history of the American. Stop the governor must commute Chris. Okay so can you do me if I ever play the other clip on what they think is going to be happening because what some people are saying is they're going to use double jeopardy to get away and she's going to get off and this is a very good breakdown go for it happens a lot in death penalty cases these last minute hail marries to try to prevent the death penalty for a car and

sometimes it goes all the way up to the Supreme Court or to the federal circuit court like it didn't this instance as well so there might be a lot of breezefall but I don't think it's going to really override the punishment. I've heard a lot about double jeopardy this is not double jeopardy she was already convicted she was already sentenced there's no double jeopardy here it's really an eighth amendment issue whether it's cruel and unusual to do this again to her you know as an individual and under Tennessee law it would be at this time because they already tried twice but I think in past cases they've waited like a year when mistakes or unsuccessful of killing a defendant have happened so I think that's probably the most difficult thing to do because they had this happen again earlier just four months ago 20 Vaughan Karothers execution aborted before lethal drugs were administered because the team couldn't establish the backup line can you imagine that and this is all happened while Tennessee is trying to find out what their next governor is and this has become a topic of discussion in the governor race that they're having I think you will I think Tennessee might need to take a lesson from Tehran and just do what Tehran does and just hang people

from the news you mean all know that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the best at that they're leading the league and hanging innocent to centers so just do what's proven to get done and do like Iran does she's probably she smiles as if she's proud she did this she's like it doesn't look like anything changed like yeah we'll do it again and she deserved it and look at the smile on her face and look at how you guys how you don't yeah and look how rich I'm right right no on the right who's on the left I think the writer of the article but like Halsey Gabbard cousin but how yeah but how rich like how law and I get it it's her lawyer but how rich is it that he had the audacity to say that the way that they're trying to kill her was cruel and torturous give me a for you know why lawyers get a pen am an independent I'm an independent here's why he is a criminal defense attorney who is supposed to use all means possible yeah for them that's his job yeah so don't get the glow don't don't criticize him for his job you can say how could you be a criminal defense attorney that's valid and yeah I think it takes a special kind of person to contrive what is

also what Lindsey Clancy attorney or you ready for this however you killed the person that you killed that's how we're going to kill you well and that family gets to watch if they want to if that if you want to put a pair of robbies code no well if you want to put fear in people's hearts oh we got we caught you you killed you put a pentagram on her and then you beat her in death you're going to die that way you're gonna put your or just give her so many wish you lay next time yeah exactly hey she tried to kill you with this is a stronger one yeah unbelievable this would make a very interesting interview sitting with her to see how somebody gets to this point all right what time do we got the lemon hotel okay we got a couple of the stories that I'm going to go with as well next story here is MLB so the the red socks apparently played against the Yankees twice twice and time you told me that they won the Yankees one day advanced Yankees won Yankees congratulations very interesting angles on the story the pitcher for the red socks sunny gray who used to play for the Yankees came up with the Oakland A's right play for the Yankees and all of a sudden the market's like what the hell is this pintar on his neck looking at I don't know if

you guys have seen this or not and he keeps wiping look at this on the on the right side of his neck right there right there you see what he wipe it's blowing it's to be able to you know to to have a little bit more velocity and grip and grip because the weather's cold right so they're saying this is what was going on in the post game interview and by the way the other guy for them who is who is the guy that Fred Ross who hits the home run takes him 28 29 seconds to go at the end he was walking they're like you're you're walking as if you are ahead or winning and sunny gray is doing the interview afterwards and look what he has to say go forward I think I'm the best pitcher in the American League going through the order of the third time uh who goes the funny commentating back it up saying right you are the best pitcher in the American league guy he talked shit about the Yankees saying I never wanted to go there in the first place it feels good to me to go to a place where it's easy to hate the Yankees and even with all that confidence he claims he has he comes into Yankees dating with pintar lovers neck and look at it look at that pass it pass it pass it pass it right

gonna go back a little bit I pass it right to go back a little bit go look at that by the way now I just did a shower and we know what's my favorite part of the story let me tell you what's my favorite part of the story this is all leading to my favorite part of the story do you know the pitcher for the Yankees that Tom says is probably going to win the siong and potentially the MVP damn slitler okay do you know what's the special story by camp do you know his background not do you know when he was coming up you know what city he's from Boston he wanted his dream was to play for the red sock they turned him down what a great story goes and plays for the Yankees right and when he plays for the Yankees can I share some stats with you just so you know in the game that he had playing against the red socks he pitched for 6.1 innings okay 10 strikeouts zero earned run nothing he gave up nothing but that's not the big deal he finished with 117 pitches in the game 117 pitch the last time a Yankees pitcher pitched 117 pitches in a game was in 2012 it

was a guy named CC so bad yeah this is not a common thing Tom can tell you 117 pitches today is unheard of today this is not a new no no it's not but let me tell you what gets even more exciting about this across two postseason starts against the red socks he's pitched he's given zero runs 22 strikeouts and out of his six career starts against the red socks six career starts against the red socks guess what his ERA is against six games against the red sock point nine I mean point five it's his I mean he already lower than I guess point oh are you getting me like that's insane to me on what he does so this guy is sitting there and he's being interviewed I don't know if you guys saw the interview what he says he says listen if you want to be a legend in this game right I don't know if you guys saw this or not and for the kids that play sports and you got things that's going on this is the mentality that I love boys I'm sending it to you if you can play this clip I send it

to Vinnie I don't send it to you guys I'm gonna send it to you for you to play this clip to different clips in this clip he's being interviewed after the pitching game that he apparently had I didn't watch but he so he so he says in this interview he's just talking very ice cold very regularly okay very calm and and he says the following folks I want you to watch this play this clip for your kids let your kids see this okay watch this go ahead play this from the beginning if you can refresh it refresh you one more time watch this get them mute button as well there you go your position perfect again the job's not done we got to get another win tomorrow but I mean yeah I mean again the job's not done we got to get another win tomorrow but I mean it's very well known that you know if you want to be a legend which is obviously the goal you got to do in the postseason right have dominance starts and puts it in positional win and that's kind of the most important thing that's the point guys today did a great job of that and we're definitely heading the right direction

don't you love that mindset to have a mindset like that you're saying this is the guy who grew up being a Boston Reds guy's dream was to play for the Reds Dog and it's place for spoiler it's it's like your your you grew up a Muslim you become a Christian and you want it to be any mom and you become and do you like that's how divergent or no no the Reds socks the Reds socks the two it is a religion for these guys it is a religion for these guys and then Ben Rice who to me looks just like Roger Maris you know hit you did he had a grand grand slam or some like people some people told me that we have Ben Rice had a grand slam or he had a big home ride brother is that Pat thank you yeah hit a grand this is by the way this is his upbringing that's been right so the love these are didn't designated here and how awesome as a decision as a New York Yankees not to Aaron Judges been wanting to come back stand wants to come back they're in the they're in the dugout but they're not letting him come back and I tell you a good story though this is the good story Vinnie that we have you have to one of the pictures from the Reds socks his name is Peyton toll and maybe toll Lee Peyton toll there's two clips that Vinnie brought up can you do me if ever and bring these two

clips up okay two of them go to the first one that shows when he's being picked up and going to the Major League this is the clip of him being told you're about to pitch your first big Major League baseball game look at the reaction go for it so your credit card company is hoping you don't hear this they're charging you 21% APR interest making it hard to pay down your balance a home equity loan from rocket mortgage could cut your interest rate by more than half so you could wipe out your high interest credit card debt with the equity you've built in your home without touching your current mortgage rate see how much you could save at rocket mortgage dot com rocket mortgage LLC license in 50 states in mls consumer access dot org number 30 30 call 804 rocket for full program details price line negotiator it's me the price line negotiator we don't need the jingle twice stop it this is about vacation inflation and how price line negotiates amazing deals on hotels flights and rental cars seems like they decided yeah but I didn't mention that you can save up to 60

percent off hotels in the price line app time to read the time line fine no one deals more deals then price line please stop price line to share price line price line save always wanted to sneak away for a last minute long weekend in napa here's the thing if you could smart with your money you could do things like that with empower you can start making the most out of your money so you can go out and live a little isn't that why we work so hard to have some fun with our money like treating yourself to a private wellness retreat or scoring incredible seats to a concert you'll never forget so use empower and get good at money so you can be a little bad join the 20 million customers today at empower dot com not an empower client paid or sponsored line rentals here for mid mobile the message for everyone paying big wireless way too much please for the love everything goodness world stop with mint you can get premium wireless for just fifteen dollars a month of course if you enjoy overpay no judgments but that's weird okay one judgment anyway give it a try at mid mobile

com slash switch up front payment of forty five dollars for three month plan equivalent to fifteen dollars per month required intro rate for three months only then full price plan options available taxes and fees extra cifal terms at mid mobile dot com fall flavors are waiting for you at whole foods market cozy picks all through the store like maple leaf cookies from three sixty five brand swing by the bakery for pumpkin cheesecake here for a limited time and pumpkin turmeric bread freshly baked every single day sip the season with three sixty five brand cinnamon spice coffee and pumpkin spice creamer while you still can spice up fall at whole foods market tomorrow there's a game here pirates first the red socks all skeens versus TBD to be a thing to turn that TBD it's totally bro so for good no take isn't that great don't you love this guy oh yeah such a good guy bro this guy

he's on the post on this yeah yeah I love this guy by the way we were watching that first game ever that he was gonna play yeah and then watch watch this video Vinnie we want to tee up this next video what he says to you right Paul skeens nationally say young or yeah exactly it's not like you're gonna welcome welcome to the show great stash on this guy so he's so he's explaining here how you know why he has you're so pretty inscribed on his glove and it's on his glove he has a statement that says you're so pretty yeah to attribute to his mother Gina who passed away last year from cancer just watch us watch us yeah go for it telepans you don't know what is on your glove and why so on it I have you're so pretty and every game throughout high school I'd always know mom was there to see the all you're so pretty it was meant to embarrass me for a long time and I found quickly it's like he's close to me tonight or if I'm I look down to see that it's my little reminder like hey crap happens on the field but you're so pretty like you're still good you're still good

you're more than just a big one I know I was one of those who doesn't love a player like this he loves his mom and he's a red socks guy and I love him and I love Jesus yeah he does and I look like that again again is that what it says he really says I love Jesus yeah yeah stop it play from but I got a little bit like so this video it's okay go out there and kick ass I can't answer that so you can go out there I love it I get this is a beautiful body this is the beautiful part about sports and baseball on what happens so Tom walk me through because one of the stats is that came out which is fascinating is that MLB attendance rises for the Fort Strait Year to 71.75 million the Tigers 71.75 million fans watching this I thought last year when you guys won the World Series in my opinion the greatest World Series I ever watched that was the Toronto one oh oh it's the greatest World Series ever watching my life it did it did it did but attendance rose but Tom at the same time while attendance rose the Houston Astros are in

the playoffs and you just said to me 7,000 people weren't there in the audience and they're boon their own how is that even possible well I'll tell you why it's possible the Houston Astros finished with an incredible record of 81 and 81 so they did not have a winning season they fought to a tie with themselves and if you take a look at what was going on the American League West that that was kind of the dark side of baseball it was nobody wanted to win then the rest of American League just beat the crap out of them and the Houston Astros are now oh and nine at home in playoff games dating back they got swept in a wildcard this year by the Chicago White Sox two years ago in 2024 they got swept in the wildcard at home you're opening up the wildcard at home you're supposed to win you're the home field they lost so that's four and then the previous year 2023 do you remember that remarkable American League championship series between the Rangers and Astros the Astros won all three games at Texas and Texas won all four games at Houston the home team never won in that

ACL yes and somehow the Rangers went to World Series and won it they lost those four so that's 2023 and then they lost one game the the prior year so it's been 2022 since they've won a home playoff game and they've been in the playoffs four years the fans are tired of it also if you talk to the Astro fans down there there are some that have read the stories about the people that left after 2017 we know what happened 2017 they cheated they won the World Series they beat the Dodgers and they beat it with hidden cameras and banging on tubs yeah and out to make sense now I'll move it hits the home run and he says don't you get it off my take off my because he was wearing a buzzer yeah you gave him a buzzer allegedly allegedly so that's what's going on then with the Astros Pat you have just I think a lack of a there's a lack of effort on the field they've they've kind of lost Mojo but the state of baseball is good we had a great World Series last year not because the

Dodgers were in it because it was simply great baseball and this year the stadium experience has been better and I think Pat something they did in what your opinion on this as a baseball owner is I think the shot clock that they brought to baseball for pitching yeah and you can only step out of the batter's box and scratch yourself and and remember they used to step out yeah literally when I say scratch yourself they would adjust their cup and then they would sit there adjust their gloves and then get back in the batter's box and it was like well people stop digiting and just play it's like that's why they have a shot clock and basketball so you don't sit there just bouncing the ball wasting time and that's why they have the clock in football so baseball brought it and I think it's resulted in a good thing I also think that the rule that does the relief pitchers pat have to face a minimum of three batters remember when you used to have five pitchers at the end of a baseball game pat yeah like five left hand or right hand or left hand or right hand and it was worse than all the timeouts in the NBA where it takes five minutes that a rule now you have to face

three batters correct and I'm just getting smoked guess what then the man who brought the wrong guy then what happens if you if you get injured well let me let me tell you what has happened though a couple of things to be thinking about the other day I'm sitting there and I I'm asking myself one question because I notice everybody that would come up here 243 here 228 here 265 but these are guys that are under freaking playoffs are hitting 242 5260 I remember watching playoffs 30 years ago 328 317 341 Paul Moleter you know you would see Larry Walker 370 J. You know well Paul Gonzalez 315 a raw 328 what the hell happened to batting average do you know in 1996 what the average batting average was in baseball the average average of 250 270 wow in in 1996 you know what it is today 244 what happened I'm gonna take exactly what happened Tampa Bay raised change the game when they realized I'm no longer needing to pitch we used to have a lot of complete games we used to have a lot of shutouts yeah a lot of guys I was pride 17 complete games shut out you know six

complete game shut us nobody gets complete games anymore they went to mathematics so you start off strong so low ERA for second third inning and then they started noticing that it drops around 5 6 and like you know let me get rid of a math to the 6 you need to buy middle really get the win so then they bring 234 pitcher so every average game has five pitchers the game got boring to a pitcher's but audience has now shown up but let me tell you what happened this is one thing I don't like I'm glad you broke that down Vladimir Guerrero who yesterday last year if you guys can find this clip last year the guy plays in the greatest world series ever I've watched you remember when they're going up against the Dodgers almost be the greatest world series it was like a thank you Dodgers thank you Toronto for putting on an amazing show every game was exciting yeah congratulations for the Dodgers for winning well deserved but the one person that we all started looking at as a person

you feared was who Vladimir Guerrero because what he was doing on the playoffs yeah you know what happens after last year he gets a 500 million dollar contract and he's being interviewed in an interview guess what Vladimir Guerrero says he says they didn't pay me to hit 40 every year he says they paid me for what I did last year I want you to watch his comments go it can you turn on okay go forward watch this oh my god so he says they can translate they didn't pay me 500 million on what they want me to do this year they paid me 500 million because of what I did last year no he said not the way it works now watch while let me tell you what happens next do you know this year he played a hundred forty seven games okay yeah that's a lot you played not 90% the game yeah do you want to know how many home runs he had this season compared to the old do you know how many home runs yes and 30 no no I just want you know this is a guy that was hitting 400 in the playoffs last year three 15 to play off this year I have how many home runs you think he played in a hundred forty seven games no

major integers don't look up the stats I just want you to guess how many home runs you think Vladimir that's still a lot yeah if you hit less than 30 if you're this guy you're you're you're a four hundred five hundred million dollar I remember the all-star break it was like he didn't even show up on link leaders I don't know how many you if he but what would shock you Tom for Guerrero but his father was a phenop if he hit less or him on what number would you would you be shocked with less than 20 with the 20 without an injury would shock me less than that what he had nine home runs no no what no injury only 57 RBI wow 72 runs that's it what a lose slugging percentage 356 he has his money but he got his money that's it you know what a horrible example this is to the other team I agree that you know what a horrible example this is for the young kids FYI can you pull up Toronto Blue J's record this year versus last year Toronto Blue J's record this year versus last year okay what is the Toronto Blue J's record this

year versus last year if you go look at how many wins they had look at this Vinnie last year record was what 94 and 68 and then you start paying number one AL East finish of course they lost the world series four to three they almost won the whole thing look at this year 79 and 83 in the AL East they finish fifth and Guerrero was not injured wow you got paid yeah you got paid you learn what happens do you know in the history of sports the most disappointing team ever with the biggest budget as a team that ended up going last you know who was New York meds Wandsoto took the check went to the mess what happened to him the other day he can make it to first base the guy fumbles he doesn't get hit because he's just kind of stradding like let me tell you how much money I got all this other stuff nothing is more annoying than you watch guys that we're exciting guys like poppy would play you're like man with this guy's playing he brings so much pride to the game of baseball I'd love to see Varadimer Guerrero this year offseason goal lose 25 30 pounds recreate

himself come back next year and go back into the big the what he called it the world series and play again somebody like the Dodgers the concern is right now the Yankee the what he called it MLB has a lot of good things going on they're getting viewers people are enjoying baseball absolutely people are enjoying watching baseball and by the way they're enjoying watching baseball during a pitch here pictures era yes steroids is out you know how scary it is to do steroids today you know what happens if you got what you know do you know what the fine is right now for the whole season or what 81 the first time 162 second time half a season then you're making 30 million here you just lost 15 million you don't get paid either zero no no your team gets a winner your team gets a way zero you pay nothing so guys are doing no steroids they're not even doing any of this you know nor test in a muscle tech stuff that you know some guys rough up on all these guys we'll talk about so it is a very very different league today to play and so it's exciting it's fun but I hope they don't screw this thing up with this collective time is it the collective bargain

agreement that's coming out that they're going to go on a strike everybody's stacking up with cash because they know it's going to put potentially next to be no season yeah the collective bargaining agreement is the rules by which the owners and the players will work with each other and if that expires and there's no rules to work together then they're technically what's called on strike because the players will say well until we have a new cba they call it we're not playing so the players go on strike while they're trying to negotiate a new contract what is Calcys number on a strike happening can you guys go and see if there's a Calcys on strike like MLB strike go hit them yep um i think we are uh lockout lockout MLB lockout the current collective bargaining expires December 1st has proposed salary cap and salary floor with a proposed newbie 7 cap at 245 million a floor of 171 here it is new cba before December 2nd 6% chance oh it's not going to happen what do me you don't think strikes going to happen this is this is the happen though that the agreements going to happen they're not going to have an agreement before that's right this if

this was 96% chance there's no lockout there won't be an agreement this is no a strike is going to have it right this flip it over 94% chance there's going to be a strike i hope they figure out quickly because baseball has one millions of fans back and it's a dumb mistake if they do it now it's a dumb mistake if they do it now uh this sport is exciting again playoffs this year last year oh last four years straight and you know this pad they updated the product without changing the heart of the game time you made a great point everything is faster you're in there and they're leaning on players like show hey old tani and judge short clips they're putting them out there and you know i want people because a lot of people talk crap like they did it's so boring it's like okay i love the NFL the last few years exactly if you watch the NFL people don't realize this atom three hours of a game you're getting 11 minutes of hike uh huh but in baseball path we're sitting there watching the game atom we're eating we're talking we're doing yeah last year my bad yeah sports sports trivia you get to if you go to an actual game guys you're in them that's why they call it America's past time

or you're in there you're chill you go eat you go shopping come back forth inning and it's still exciting and it's still you know what do Vinnie yeah you know why I'm wearing this jacket right now why the faith over fear jacket they can get on flb.com yeah yeah because I have faith they're going to figure it out i like i like i hate over fear baby i like what you did it faith over fear baseball is going to figure it out and uh they they got it they got to put that in place this is uh i say this to everybody if there's a sport i'm convinced it's not like i have inside information i don't want to leak my sources because you know i you get in trouble god's favorite sport is baseball this is documented by the way you know it's it's in the bible really what what what what they say in the book time can you tell what were the first words in a bible in the big inning oh what it's in the bible it tells you exactly but that's a misdemeanors because sacrilege of people say it's in the beginning no no no no it's actually in the big inning and then he's talking about maybe the god's bible starts with the first month of baseball

guys don't let anybody fool you by the way stop football wow it's not soccer it's not hockey it's baseball yeah there's something about baseball you get to see you know by the way i am praying the Yankees go to the world series and i'm praying the Dodgers go oh you know why because i want to go to New York and i want to go watch watch the world series together that is such a great experience going to the game Yankee fans show up last time we were there a bunch of guys coming in talking it's great conversations but uh anyways with that being said i think game start time guys remind me with the schedule i think tomorrow tomorrow now just play a four that just play a banana okay Yankees play against the Tampa Bayway which in Tampa and then you got Chicago Cleveland and the last one is San Diego goes against Milwaukee which should be baseball baseball is back baby baseball is back all right before we wrap up yeah i appreciate you laying out what happened with the averages by

the way just for the record i've been to basketball games football games going to a baseball game there ain't nothing like it something about that diamond on the field it's incredible but i don't follow baseball like you guys follow baseball i'm more basketball i skip the games but i love the game great game i i'll check stats just to see who are the good players yeah i do that i was like i'm looking at the average nothing five six players batted above three hundred that's right growing up if you didn't hit three hundred you weren't at all stop yep six players in this guy you're done alvarez led the league with three sixteen i remember you used to lead the league you'd have to be at like three forty three twenty home runs you're talking don't talk to me unless you've had 50 by the way he played for the last 45 had like nobody behind him so he did that on a bad team or they could have pitched well i also i also noticed something about top not only does he kind of low key you know route against the Yankees i get it hates the you you also you also low key i realized this why you

hate the Houston Astros yeah they beat the Dodgers us to hold on now you know they've been out for 17 now i get what's going on in the league you forget we have a problem i don't forget about bitter Dodgers got a bitter beer for no no no no no forget about bitter Dodger fans everybody in the league and cc sabatia yes say that they cheated that should have been a Dodgers Yankees world series all right cc sabatia question for you said that they got cheated time who pitched in that game in 2017 for the Dodgers when they lost the the person guy no a version who picked you d'arvis you don't wish he helped you i did help i did help you that wish i was at the game remember you know for said hey let's go to the game get at it and on the way to the game these guys were so good at getting free concern it was like japanese that we got on the way to the game they're like asking all these compensation stuff like these guys every time they do this with me smart but i went there and we sat there to hope to see the Dodgers win because at that time i'm like i'm look i believe it or not one thing about you got to realize if the Yankees are playing the Dodgers i'm rooting for who Yankees i was playing against the Dodgers

i'm rooting for the Dodgers i'm gonna i'm telling you i'm i'm i'm an alaic eye i i dude when the Dodgers won in the text got it during cold it i was wearing a Dodgers hat because it's dog i'm an alaic eye still i love the Dodgers so i'm conflicted but it's Yankees to me baseball is Yankees oh yeah to me baseball is Yankees Mickey Mantle Roger Meris yogi beara baby broo jeter root murder in baseball is Yankees the Yankees yeah it's something about it where are Yankees at it everybody knows you train they're gonna know who the Yankees everybody knows that the number one team like they i caught you it's the favorite i know it's a Miami Marley yeah and then i go that's enough i'll tell you if Rodry gets let me tell you the day if we ever get a hold of a team majority yeah it'll be some of the funnest games you'll ever go to the day comes that we're majority right now where you know what i'm minority owner of Yankees is you know what you get to say you just get to cheer yeah that's the Yankees dog yeah you get to do the seven thinnings

yes that's what we do but hey the day comes god willing if it happens if the day comes that we want a majority let me tell you we get we have some ideas that you want some of the craziest ideas we have i can't wait for i can't wait for we would definitely make a time or his daughter the GM oh oh hey Lee for sure you think i'm joking with you i'm actually not joking with you but anyways uh Vinnie any final guys just uh because they're they're going they're they're going freaking fast guys the fate over fear right now they have the lower third on there get it right now remember there's less than a hundred and they're going so make sure you click on it style and add a great job today Vinnie have a great weekend everybody we will do this again next we goblas everybody take care bye bye bye bye same app and now price picks is available nationwide so what are you waiting for lock in for kickoff
