Shicago Bears Injury Report Kyler Gordon logs another full practice Caleb Williams remains sidelined written by Russ Hodges. This article is being read by an automated voice brought to you by Everlet. The Shicago Bears practiced indoors in the Walter Payton Center at Hollis Hall and released their latest injury report Thursday afternoon. After back Caleb Williams, Hamstring, remains sidelined after suffering his injury during the 93 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Williams expected to miss three to four weeks, didn't practice Thursday after not practicing on Wednesday. Tyson Beigeant and Case Keenum are the team's top choices to start against the New York Jets. Running back Donjray Swift Knee did not practice Thursday after not being listed on the injury report Wednesday. Swift led the team's rushing attack during the week three win over the Philadelphia Eagles,

taking 20 carries for a team high 84 yards while adding two grabs. Offensive Tackle Braxton Jones Knee, who went down with an injury against the Eagles, didn't practice for the second straight day. The veteran lineman is considered weak to weak after sustaining his knee injury during the third quarter. Theobenedet who took over for Jones on Monday night could be in line to start against the Jets. Ozzy Trapilo, a second round pick last year, is close to returning from a torn patellar tendon injury he suffered late last season. There's nothing else you can do. Trapilo said at Hollis Hall last week. You just have to show up, get a little bit better every day, rehab a little bit more, more, more. And eventually, you stack the days in here? A million people like to think. All the guys over in the training room, they really made my job easy. The most positive update came once again from Cornerback Kyler Gordon, CAF, who was a full practice participant for the second straight day. The former second round pick played in just three games last year due to groin and CAF

injuries and has yet to debut this season. Gordon recently signed a three year extension. Sometime, um, last week or the week before they said he'd be back in the building this week and ready to start practicing, Bears' defensive coordinator Dennis Allen said during Thursday's press conference, I think where we're at right now, he's got to ramp up and get himself into football shape. We did a little extra work with him yesterday. I thought he looked good, he moved around really well. Offensive guard Joe Thuney, Rest, and defensive tackle, Grady Jarrett Rest. Both set out Thursday's practice. Offensive guard Jonah Jackson returned to practice after missing Wednesday session for personal reasons. Cam Lewis, hip, shimmer turner, Keeney, and Noah Suule, Achilles were limited participants on Thursday. The Bears will play the jets at Soldier Field at noon on Sunday.
