This is Corey, here with your quick two-minute entertainment update. Actor, Carrie Elwis, marked what would have been director Rob Reiner's 79th birthday with a touching Instagram post. The two collaborated on the 1987 classic, The Princess Bride. Elwis shared a photo of them together and wrote that it's still hard to believe Reiner is gone, adding he misses him so much. Rob Reiner and his wife Michele were found dead in their Los Angeles home on December 14th. Hours later, their son Nick was arrested nearby and taken into custody the next day. Nick faces two counts of murder, plus special allegations for multiple killings and personally using a knife as a deadly weapon. He pleaded not guilty back on February 23rd. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29th, where a judge will decide if prosecutors have enough evidence to move forward to trial. Conviction could mean life in prison without parole, or possibly the death penalty if sought. Elwis shared another tribute soon after the deaths, calling Reiner a dream to work with and saying the pain of losing him and Michele will never fade.
