You think making the pick is the hard part? No, it's not. The pick takes like three seconds. You know what's hard? The sweat. The time between locking in and cashing out. Yeah, you have a tape. But in the end, it's not about the winners or losers. This is about us, man. Whether we're brave enough to sit through it. Don't fight the sweat. Live in it. Because you are an underdog. Underdog. No, it's for the game. You'll be standing alone after your 14th win. You finally break the streak. I'll take it. I'll take it. Sam's playing Boston Rock from God smack. I didn't even know that. You didn't know the allergies. You think I'm dumb? I know what you're doing. You're trying to jinx me is what you're trying to do. I just sent you guys that really funny meme from... Remember the movie grown ups with the Sandman? Did you almost fall just now? I almost did. Please look back on the video to watch Rich Almost Fall in his own seat. We're Kavino Rich on Fox Sports Radio with Annie G. Sam Byer and Beefcake Brandon hanging out with us. I'm just gonna say that meme from grown ups where it's like two hot girls and bikinis and there's like the one other girl that's not to be mean. She's not as attractive. And it's said the AFC right now and it's 3-0, 3-0, 3-0, 3-0 and it's Chiefs Bills and then the Raiders.

Oh man. I'll post it if you don't know what the reference I'm talking about at Kavino Rich. I think we know. Anyway Rich. I gave it a heart. Wow, let's do this. It's time for Game Talk. Let's go. You have five seconds to battle for your sports trivia life. Man, oh. I got it. I don't got it. Oh. Put your electronic devices down and pick your sports. Knowledge. See it ours. Last one standing. Last one standing. All right. I have four categories ready to go. If needed a tiebreaker, each contestant gets five seconds to stay alive in the round. If you run out of time or answer incorrectly, I will say I'm. Takes you out with a big bad buzzer. Don't want to hear that. Where does he keep that big bad buzzer? It was backseat. That's why he's all happy. We keep battling until you are the last one standing. If you win two of the rounds, you are the top two. Here are the contestants. I hope he gets over the hump of 13. Steve Covino. That's a lucky number. Brock Perty. Right next to him, 20 time winner. Rich Davis. What's up, buddies? And the leader in the club house, 52 time winner Dan Byer.

Hello. Two damn good. All right. Going to go to the studio. I see his point for one of those tailgate, grilling apron prize packs. Richard and Tallahassee Florida was the first. What a Pallahassee Richard. Hold me. I'll do it. What's up, buddy? Hey, buddy. What do you do, brother? What do you do for living there in Florida? I'm a correctional officer. Cool. A tough job. Correctional officer. Nice job. He's got a real job. All right, guys. And the fact checker. It's like the big boss, man. Yeah. Brandon, who looks like Brock Bowers, but with more hair, is the fact checker during the game. When I say your name, the clock is going to start. So be patient as Brandon checks answers. First category. It's called 40 for 13. Name an NFL quarterback who has thrown 40 or more touchdown passes in a single season. 13 answers on the board. NFL QB who's thrown 40 or more TD passes in a single season. All right, Kovino, you're going to be up first starting right now. Go. Drew Breeze.

Yes. Is there rich? Tom Brady. Yes, three times. All right, fire. Peyton Manning. Yep. Peyton Manning is on the list twice on a roll, Richard. Yeah, I blocked it on the page. Philip River. Philip Rivers. I don't think on the list. Sorry, buddy. Come back to Kovino. Well, scratch rivers off my list here. Marina. Dan Reno on the list. Yes, he is rich. Patrick Maholks. Yep. Of course, that's a son of a liar. Did someone say Rodgers? Aaron Rodgers? Oh, you did. You did top three Aaron Rodgers? Oh, Kovino back to you. Three. Two. One. Joe Burrows on the list. 11. Pulled that out of the last second. Rich Matt Ryan. That's great. It's a real good one. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. Josie

Who? Is Kovino 뭐 of Ah Fran. I know it wasn't far, but it was Wilson. Wait, far wasn't on the list. Kurt Warner and Ruluck Baker may feel the Russell Wilson and Lamar. Yeah, I said Lamar Jackson, right? Yeah. Wow. Okay. So buyer on the board is, but I've been wrong twice, Debey. Yeah. I can't tell you how many times though when we're going over these names, like Rathus Ferker's one of them and he's never just out of my car. He's radar. You know what? I think because of some of his off field stuff, people didn't like him for a while. Maybe stealers weren't that exciting, even though they were winning. I thought maybe he'd be there. Man, not the most likeable game buyer again. buyer on the board. We go to the second category, dual distinction. Since the year 2000, name an MLB MVP winner who's also won at least one gold glove during his career.

Okay. Since the year 2000, MLB MVP winner who's also won at least one gold glove. There's 17 answers on the board. All right, Richard in Florida, we are going to go and reverse order and start with you right now. Go. I'm sorry, I was muted there. Jeater. He says jeater. Jeater. I don't see jeater on the list. Sorry. Sorry. buyer. A rod. Yep. A rod is on the list. Rich. Hmm. Three. Two. One. Mary bonds. Yep. Mary bonds is on the list. Mo. numerous times. Covino. Mike Trout. Mike Trout. I don't see him on the list. I mean, he's got it. I mean, what? Come on. All right, it's between buyer and rich. No way. No way. Mike Trout's never won a gold glove. Well, no, no, no. I think it has to be in the same year, right? Oh, okay. Okay.

No, who's also won at least one gold glove during his career? Oh, well, I don't see Trout on the list, but he should be on the list. Yeah, he's got to be. He's got to be. We'll give that to you for right now. We'll double check that. You want the list? Uh, I'll just check Trout's baseball reference. Is the list right? Isn't the gold glove. No! Oh, my God. Okay, okay. Okay. But there is an overall defensive player of the year, honor. So I don't know how that. Oh, boy. Okay. Interesting. Hey, you're out, Camino. Sorry. Okay. All right. So this is between buyer and rich Davis then, GD. Oh, Tony. Oh, Tony. Uh, no, not on the list. I was going to say, is it currently, I want to, but Rich Davis is the last one. Did the Verlander win a pitching gold glove out of MVP or no, but Kirschah's on this list. Kirschah. Kirschah. Kirschah. I'm not sure. Kirschah. I'm just saying it's not the justify. I just point out like the frustration that got the game. So frustrating and fun. Like I had pool holes written down, right?

But I thought Mike Trout was such a shoe win of an answer. Yeah, you were saving them. I was saving them. I was like, Trout, you know, our video producer spot was on who wants to be a millionaire once. And I only bring that up because you know, when you watch on TV, like, why are they using their lifelines? Because you, if you don't use your lifelines and lose, right? You'll be aggravated. You're like, I had let you know. So I think the toughest part of this game is what, uh, our caller said, when you're locked in on a name and it goes right before your turn. Yes. You have to reset and then it's just scrambled like it's process of elimination, but you got to think quick. Yeah. It's the NFL draft. When a team makes the player, you were focused in on fantasy draft. Yeah. All right. We go to the third category buyer and Rich Davis on the board so far. Third category is called half a dozen darts. You have five seconds to name an NFL QB who's thrown six or more touchdown passes in a single game. Six or more TD passes in one big game. We'll take quarterbacks who've done this since the 1970 AFL NFL merger to right now.

So 22 answers on the board. And we start with you, Steve Kovino right now. Go. Kurt Cousins is singing to me. Did he have a big game not too long ago? Kurt Cousins. I don't see him on this list. I'm a list. No. Remember being at the gym. I remember being at the boys. The game has through for like 500 years. I don't know if he had six out. He had four touchdowns. Four, five hundred. Oh, no. Matt. All right. Mitch. Three. I died two. Matthew Stafford. Matthew Stafford. I don't see him on this list. No. I don't know. He's a nice painting manning. Yeah, paid man he's on the list. All right. Just like that. Richard and Florida. Your breath. Your breath is on the list a few times. Yes. All right. Back to DV. Brett Farve. Brett Farve is on the list. Oh, Richard. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Oh, Richard. Uh, uh, uh, Aaron Rogers. Aaron Rogers has done it twice. Yeah. Yeah. I'm in a duel.

DB. Matt Flynn. Oh, what a poll. Yeah. That's, he's on the list. That's why he got a contract. Yeah, I got him paid. That's where the in like Flynn comment came. Right. Yeah, it was against the Packers. All right. It doesn't 12. Richard and Florida. Uh, Ryan Fitzpatrick. Ryan Fitzpatrick. Yes. Is on the list. Yeah. Wow. What a poll. By. Um, I'll go Rothasberger for you. You know, twice. Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh. All right. You saw my. All right. All right. All right. Back to Richard. That's what I was locked in on. Manning. Uh, you like Manning? Eli Manning. Yes. He's on the list. Wow. Wow. Wow. Dan Byer. Marino hats. Right? Yup. Yeah. He's done it once. All right. Richard. Uh, give it. We said Patrick Mom. No. No, that's your answer. Patrick Mom. Is that Mom? Yeah. Twice. Man.

Oh, man. What a battle. DB. What about Warren Moon? Warren Moon. Not on the list. Oh, we got a lot of tea. Yeah. All right. So we go to overtime between Dan Byer and. Our caller Rich and Rich Davis. So. Question for you. Was Steve Young was not on this list, right? He had five of the Super Bowl, but never six, right? No. Montana was on the list. Jim Kelly, Carson Palmer, Bob Greasy, Mark Ripon, somehow. I'm a ripin. Yeah. Ripin. Yeah. Ripin. Yeah. Yeah. Did his son play the league? Yeah. That's you. Yeah. All right. That one is Super Bowl. Yeah. Uncle. I'm gonna go after DB's update. We will find a grand champion. She's. And now it's time for the road to October with Webow. Brought to you. Pie her good friends that Webow. I just want to make two quick notes. We said before that. So the disappointing for Phillies and Braves fans to have that early star. But you do have baseball all day.

What I was most intrigued by, I thought this was the case. The worst regular season record. To ever be in the postseason is happening right now. Other than if you the 2020 season, I don't know what that if that counts. But 81 and 81 for the Houston Astros. You played 500 baseball. You win your division. That's pretty wild when you think about it. And what would the post season be without the Astros, right? So I mean, how do I know how that they made it? Not only the villain, but 500. Remember back to the days of the four divisions and you would have some great teams of these divisions. There was no wild card. There was nothing you could do about it. DB to think about the like, you know, as a Metz fan, I always think about as a child, the Metz would have made the playoffs every year if there was a wildcard. Sure. Because they would have these battles with the Cardinals. The Metz would win 90-something games and not make the playoffs. All right. It's the worst when you look back and you realize if there was a wildcard today, your team would have made it. There have been 100 win teams at the day. Yeah. The playoffs. All right. It's time for overtime of our game. Danny G. Take it away. Yeah.

We are all tied up on last one standing. Yep. So this is between Richard and Florida, buyer and Rich Davis. All right. So let's get Richard and Tallahassee back on the line. Richard. Ready, Richard? Hold me. Yes, Eric. All right. Here's the tie break. It's whoever comes closest. Just buzz in with your name when you're ready. How many yards did the great Josh Allen pass for last season? Yards. Josh Allen. Josh Allen. I'll do 39-50. I'll do 39-50. I'll do 39-50. I think Richard's in a drag race right now. He's going over there. I'm not going to tell it happened. I was going to do... I had wrote down 36-51. I don't know why I wrote that number down. 36-51. Okay. And Richard in Florida. 36-52. Woo. That was right. 36-52. Makes him the winner because it's 3668. Oh. You finally got it. So in a couple of minutes. That was right, guys. Yeah. Yeah. Richard extra prizes. Spent a long time since... In this game. One in this game. I love how he pulled the prices right.

$1.00. What a finale. We played Richard Watt. Richard and Tallahassee. Congrats. We're going to be mailing out a CNR prize back to you there in Florida. Thank you so much. Thank you. You battled, man. Congrats. There are people who played the best. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to tell you. There are people who play the prices. Right now, they don't even know that game. Is it a while now that they. It would uh... There would be high spins of 1000. They're going to go 650. You know. Yeah. Right. 1,000 won. That's straight to me. Thank you. Oh boy. So. Alright. Thank you for a fun show. Merc Б. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, DVD. Now tonight. This is a game on Philadelphia. schedule. That going into the season which we joke before about it like schedule watching is fun to do. it becomes silly because once injuries happen and the season starts, what you thought, like, if you're filling, you're saying at Chicago, that might be an L now with, you know, your third string quarterback going in case, keen them tonight for Chicago. This all of a sudden

becomes a very winnable game for Philadelphia. In fact, they're favored. And now you say, oh, wow, we went to Chicago and came away with a dub and stay undefeated. Yeah, three, you know, that's if the Eagles went tonight. That would be the goal for Philadelphia. Hey, stranger things have happened, but it is wild that there's such parity in the league that there are very few undefeated teams and we're only three weeks into the season. And next week, one of those O's got to go because the Raiders play the chiefs. So next week alone, when you think about it, the 49ers play the Broncos. That's not an easy win. The nineers could get their first loss. They're more three no teams or more players to end it up betting 300 or over an M. That's great. So I think seven versus I think more one more player betting 300. And by the way, isn't a wild to think no, I'm about a 320 base. Well, this year, not yeah, it's insane. But next week as you enter week four, I know we're still in week three with Monday night football, but of those three no teams, you got like I said, two of them going head to head Raiders and the chiefs. The bills have to play the Patriots. Now the Patriots have looked

like asked, but that's still a division battle of two teams that they like to slate it. Ask you like a deflated pancake ask they need a bounce back game in a major way. If there was ever a bounce back game, the Patriots going into Buffalo, that could be an interesting one. And you could argue that the Vikings by the dolphins, they'll move to 4 and 0. Right. So it's, but to think though, that of 32 teams, you have only a handful left. A lot of two and one's one and two. So no one's really truly out of it, which is why when you look at those O and three teams and you say, man, is there hope for any of those O and three teams? I'll give you hope for one team. And with him being injured, I think the hope is gone. And that hope would have been for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had Baker Mayfield. You just think the Chargers are going to suck the rest of the year. They're going to be that bad. But but but but but cove your face in their division. There are three games behind the chiefs and Raiders already and two games behind the Broncos. It's not a matter of them being on three. They're O and three in a division where there's two three and O teams and one two and

one team. Now had your Baker Mayfield, well, by the way, if you just joined us, there's no break. It was dislocated. Yeah, but but I'm saying if had Baker, he's going to be missing weeks. If he was perfectly healthy, you could say, all right, they're O and three, but everyone in the NFC South is one and two in their O and three. So they're only one game behind the division where unfortunately the Chargers are three games or two games behind everyone else in their division only three weeks into the season. So that that's where it gets tricky. And that's why that Rams lost last night was so big for a Niners nation because now the Niners are two games and a tiebreaker as of now and see out over the Rams. So yeah, yeah, the Niners while they while Mike Evans and a couple of people got banged up, the Niners had a really great Sunday with the Rams and Seahawks losing and the Niners winning. They're looking so it's there to team to beat right now. Of course, the bills, but we'll see what the Eagles got Eagles might come away with this three. You know, who do you think scored the most points so far offensively in the league so far?

It was supposed to be the Bears 49ers are number 49ers are number 12. Give you hand 49ers number two with 98 points. Detroit has 93. Those are your two best in the NFC. AFC there's one team over 100. Man, I don't know. My name is running out of time. Buffalo one. Buffalo. All right. Listen, we'll see you guys enjoy your Monday night football until then. It looks like it's time for one of our weekly games. Show time. My homes trivia. Hit it, Sam. The mostly lovable Patrick Mahomes. Truth is, I want everybody to love me. Not just the refs. It's time for some NFL trivia. I'm here. I'm here. Yes. We know you're here. All right, Patrick Mahomes here. The play show time. The home trivia. All right, FSR security walking our broke Mahomes into the main studio. Back in the KC. You got a big game coming up on. You know, else on Sunday. My boy Travis back. We're back. Chiefs are back and it's going to be back here

with Kavino and Rich. Hey, what's going on? You're not looking in Danny D's, Danny G's direction, huh? Nope. No, no, he's the enemy this week. He's the enemy and, uh, yeah, man, we're just getting better and better every week. I just started and I heard even Tyree kill wants to come back. Let's do it. Let's pray. Pass for the back. I was saying yesterday, Patrick, that I was shocked that the point spread was so low. You guys are only, I know you don't like talking about gambling, but you're only favored by four four to half. I don't care. We'll see what the score is at the end because I'm back back in a KC group. I don't care about spreads, man. I don't care about that. Yeah, you're about winning, man. You're going to be reunited with your boy Max Crosby. Man, enjoy it now, bro. You think I care about the Raiders, bro? I ain't even losing any sleep on that man. Because I'm back back in a KC group. Man, we're back. We're back. We get it. You guys thought that window was closing, man. We're back. All right. Let's meet the contestants 27 time winner, Rich Davis, right? I'm like the Yankee stuck on 27 victories. And 24 time champion Dan Bire. Hello, TV. Look at a win of CNR tailgate prize pack. Let's go to the studio lines. Thank you for

all the calls coming into our show this evening. But Mike in a was so Oklahoma was the first through. What a Mikey. Hey, Mike, how are you guys? Hey, Mike, say what's up to Patrick? What's up, Patrick? I'll tell you what's up. She's your up, man. I'm going to be up against the Raiders. Put your money on us. Let me guess. That's right. Back back in the KC. We're gonna stop. Please stop. You're gonna be singing that later, bro. We're just three and a half hours from KC. So we're big KC fans here. Oh, look at that. Perfect. All right. Mike and Oklahoma, what do you do for a living there? I am a pastor. Oh, okay. Patrick, be careful. It's not to practice with your boys and watch your language. Okay. Here we go. All right. Round one, guys, after I give you the rules for Showtime at Holmes, NFL trivia. The first contestant with two correct answers is the champ. If there's a tie, we have a tie breaker question. Your name is your buzzer, but you got to wait until all three possible answers are read. If there's two wrong answers in a row, we move on to the next question. Are you ready? Let's go. Let's get it on. All right. Well, I'm back and I'm here. I mean,

always great to be here. Which hall of fame wide receiver is the only player in NFL history to record a thousand receiving yards in 14 different seasons. A, Randy Moss, B, Jerry Rice, or C, Larry Fitzgerald. Mike. Mike. Let's go Larry Fitzgerald. Rich. Rich for the steal. I feel bad getting the steal. I don't think it's sure. I'm going to go Randy Moss. Yeah, you're both losers. How could you not catch your boy? I feel because I feel like my boy was the obvious answer. Yeah, it's right. 14 seasons, thousand plus receiving yards, 14 seasons. Well, then you were the first person to say sometimes you put a little trickery in your questions. Sometimes I do. Sometimes I don't. All right. Round two, nobody on the board yet. All right, Patrick, my home's here. Six going the other way is a horrible number. I love these things. Which player holds the NFL record for the most career, pick sixes. Ooh, if you pay attention to football this week, you know the answer. I'm out. I'm not going to answer. I'm giving you a shot. Oh, thanks so much. Hey, the on Sanders,

B. Rodwoodson, or C. Ed Reed. Dan. Byer. Byer. Rodwoodson. Yeah. 12 career, pick six. I was thinking throwing. I was thinking throwing is on Matt Stafford. Yeah, two staff. They threw that standoff. I know that. They threw the stat up there just this past week when they played the Broncos. And they said, well, you got to throw a hell of a lot of touchdowns and win a lot of games to throw that many picks. Probably some of those were into throwing. Yeah, exactly. All right, Byer on the board. We go to round three. So in fact, I didn't know the answer to that one. I should have played my home's trivia. What was that once quoted saying about being great public? Hey, being great is definitely what I've always tried for since I first picked up a football. B. I want to be great. And I want to be remembered as one of the greatest ever played the game. Or C. I want to be as great as Max Crosby's rap songs. Mike Mike. It's got to be A. No, but you know, for the fun of the game, I'll keep it going that B. Yes, of course. Yes.

I want to be great. And I want to be remembered as one of the greatest ever played the game. All right. So two way tie right now. I like our rich didn't wasn't taking the easy win. He was doing it for the game. You know, for the game. Yes. I want to give this guy the chance. Yes. Byer and Rich. I want to know what this guy knows about game. We go to round four. All right. Mike, Mike, this is your chance for a three way tie here. All right. I'm four. I understand. Show blame homes. You ready, Mike? Uh, which receivers? The only player in NFL history to score two touchdowns from scrimmage of 90 plus yards in the same game. Oh, whoa. All right. Is it a Randy Moss? B. John Taylor or C. The Sean Jackson. Diane. Byer for the win. Just got it. I was going to say John Taylor. And you win. John Taylor. 89 first Rams. Taylor had 92 and 96. R. Teenage receptions. That is Byer's 25th victory in this game. And Pastor Mike, we appreciate you listening and playing the game. There you go. Hey, you've got

love the show. You're a guy. Pastor Mike. Love you. Please forgive me. I'm saying. I'm saying now you might want to say a prayer for the Raiders, baby. There's on back. That's Matt. I'm in KC group. Because we're back. I'm back in the KC group. Max Crosby has something for you on Sunday. All right. Man, I can't wait. Man, wait. Quote me on that. Damn. Byer has, uh, by beating a man of the man of the Lord, the sea hawks are doomed. Chargers going to get their first win. Right. Yeah. All right. It's always a great time. Kovino enriched for life. All right. Have a great rest of the week. Thank you. I got to get to, uh, got to get to the game. All right. That's way to Vegas later. Bye. He's walking there. Um, you know what? Speaking of the NFLs, we get into week four. Uh, it's always wild. Hey, dip out when Pat's here. What's up? Kovino? Welcome back. Um, I think he was going to watch some baseball. Yeah. Probably very intrigued by the Yankees Red Sox matchup tonight. God be. He hit. You know, the fun part is he doesn't grow up around baseball. He doesn't have to drive his daughter during the game time, which is good for him. Um, I heard Kovino

during the commercial. He's like, are you sure that's the time? Yeah. So enjoy that. Um, I do want to bring up how games sneak up on the schedule. And then we brought up this last week where sometimes games of significance turn into games of insignificance and sometimes games of insignificance all of a sudden and look like, Oh, wow. Interesting. And I think we saw this already with like saints and raiders last week was a must watch game turned out to be really competitive. And it turned out if you would have said that in the beginning of the season, someone would have thought you were doing drugs or something. Dan buyer, we were saying off the air, our 49ers in Seahawks, which we knew would be a great matchup. They, they quote flex that and I was like flexed week five. You're flexing. It's not flex to Sunday night. They're using the term flex though to make it essentially one of the nationally televised premiere games because of Caleb Williams injury and the Green Bay Packers not looking so sharp. That game doesn't have the same appeal. So Packers, Bears are taking a backseat now to the nine or Seahawks week five,

which is I love because I love fall games with noon kickoffs in Green Bay. The packers have been good for so long. Those are few and far between, but there's something about the sun. There's something about it. It's pretty cool. It gives that great atmosphere. And now you have a rivalry with the Bears. Yeah. So what better opponent to play now. We don't know who's going to quote. We don't know the bears are going to have this week. It's going to be key number Beijing. So you have a primetime game that was moved to an earlier time. But like Dan buyer said, that early start in Green Bay does look cool. And you'll get a nationally televised Seahawks Niners game. And I didn't want to point out that Thursday night football this week goes along with my my narrative of who cares. Oh, wait. Now I do the two and one Browns and the two and one Steelers. If you would have told me the Browns were o and three and the Steelers were one and two or two and one. I would have been like, yeah, guys, I like having on the background. But now I genuinely have an interest to see could could the Browns start three and one when everyone here for the most part except me said

that they'd be like the worst team. I didn't put them as the worst team. I'd be very surprised. And it's not it's not crazy. They're fit. They're two and a half the Steelers a two and a half point favorite. So it's a field goal game. It's not even, you know, it's it's going to be an interesting matchup. It's just difficult for me to cheer for Dishon Watson. I think it's difficult for everybody. I agree. I he's very unlikeable fellow. But yes, Aaron Rogers first time where he is the more likable quarterback. Is that fair? We're stomach a while at least. So that's actually turned out to be a good thing. Well, Kevin, again, a Thursday night game that you would have been like snooze fast. And now you're like really browns, huh? Browns. I think Watson's remember who he was and he's reminding everybody at the same time. Oh, yeah, that's right. I will also see he got paid. Say this that the Sunday night game between the Lions and Panthers. I find that fun. Yeah, it's a little different. And now with the Falcons not being the Cooper Rushled Falcons, them in the Saints on Monday night football rivalry, everything that comes with, you know,

with that rivalry and the dome. I think that's going to be a good Monday night affair. And I apologize to the Falcons fans because a couple of weeks ago, I think I criticized them because they're on three straight weeks. They're also on Monday night, the first Sunday night, the following week against the Ravens on Sunday night football. You know, well, so Zedna's words then DB as you get into your update, Mad Dog Russo because he went on this whole rant, I believe on first take or Mad Dog ready was like, I'm how can I have the Falcons on any prime time game? And then after that Pentex performance, I think I think we're all like pretty pretty fun to watch actually. Yeah, they got you know, Drake London and Bajon and Pentex. Like it's actually a fun watch. The road to October, thanks for friends at Weeball. I love dropping that fun fact. First time Chicago could have that Monday night football, huge win and then both baseball teams win. That's insane. Just to think the history of both of those teams, they've never won a playoff game on the same day. No, that's wild. Hey, I'm here for it. Real quick before we wrap up, I was just scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling on social media. And I saw the New York Post

speaking of the Yankees and the Padres and everything going on. New York Post announced that Tyler Wade was retiring. Now, I don't expect everyone to know who Tyler Wade is. Okay, but he had a nine year career with two major teams, the Yankees. How do you play it on the Angels? Yeah, because he played with Shohei and the Padres, right? So he was in the mix. Not a big name. Not to be rude. He gets a headline. No, but listen to the headline. Oh, okay, he's even more rude than you be in rude right now. Okay. Oh, New York Post announces that Alex Earl's ex, former Angels Utility Man and Yankee Tyler Wade retires from MLB. That's the coolest fun fact about him. Are you kidding me? The guy spent nine years in the big high Lou. He had the respect of Shohei and Judge in all the big names. Tatis, you name him. He played with all of them. He was a great utility guy, Speedster had all the skills in the world. Super handsome to the point where I remember Shohei had like a nickname for him that meant like the handsome one is happening. He is a handsome dude. But dude, 31, they lead his retirement with an announcement with Alex Earl's ex boyfriend. Can you

imagine that after you got you played in the big leagues and you're known as Alex Earl's ex. I mean, I did. Is that a brother? What is that a bad thing? I responded. I was like, yeah, you can't even say what I responded with on social media. But you think that's, uh, that dude is an accomplished guy. Whether you know him or not, he lived the dream. I, I know he played with the biggest teams in the league. He's known for dating a socialite. I'm not trying to discredit her, but that's not what he's known for. I mean, I think he saw it. Basically, I'm in my face. Highly weight, huh? Highly weight. Hey, good for him. Yeah, she's hot, but he's successful. I like her and all that. But the guy is an accomplished dude in his own right. He's not known by being Alex, Alex, Alex Earl's ex. He's not to me to some. I may be to some, but anyway, I thought that was a little bit of an undermining. Let me give toddler weights and props. God with Alex Earl. Yeah. Played in the bigs and had a career earnings of about four million dollars. You know, so better than 99.99% of every one of us. I just thought

that was a funny headline. I don't think that's a terrible headline. The guy is a big leager. I think the fact that you think you think you think you think you think you think you think you're an announcement? No. Anyone reading the post has no idea who Alex Earl is. Get out of here with that. I think they print papers anymore. But I, but I get what you're saying. But there was a worse headline. Do you remember there was some girl that unfortunately lost her life on a bachelor's trip? And she was the friend of like an MBA players fiance. And the headline just kept reading like, MBA players fiance's friends of a friend. It's like, or just give the girl died. Like give her some appropriate respect. If you retired and said Steve Kavino's co-host retires, how would you feel about that? If you retire, if you retire, it's going to say rich, it's going to say rich Davis's gear. My calls a quits. No, I was going to say Steve Kavino's sidekick retired. And rich is like, yeah, so what? The compliment. It's a sneak this. The guy's a big leager. And you're a label on him by who he dated. Get

out of here with that. I mean, if it was like he dated Mama June. That's one thing. He dated Alex Earl. I ever hear him. Yeah, she's hot. And she's the it girl. I get it. Props to him for that. But I think he had a pretty decent career in the big league. I'll give you one. Braxton Barrios, who is a legitimate water receiver in the NFL for a couple of years here and there. Do you think he would be labeled as NFL player and Alex Earl's ex? And that's a great example. You know, like, no, he's an NFL player. He's an accomplished guy. The guy's been a great football player. I mean, if I was like, Regates one girl, that's how it's known. Reggie Bush ex, ex boyfriend of Kim Carter, actually, it like that's exactly it. How about Highsman Trophy winner, you know, NFL player, no, no, it's off-matter. It's just a ridiculous. That's ridiculous. I'd be, I'd be a little annoyed if I was him. I have a question. Yeah. If Jiselle Boonchin signed some deal or did something that was like, you know, Tom Brady, does she want to be Tom Brady's ex forever? No, because she's an established supermodel. That's my point. You know, that's the difference here.

The other people we're talking about are established people. I don't think you're identified by the person who dated for a cup of coffee on National Coffee Day, by the way. Hey guys, by the way, socks up five, nothing. And that's the bottom of the fifth. And then coming up, of course, you're Yankees posting the red socks and then the late game Cubs at Padre. Hey, just because I'm a nice guy, I hope the Yankees win for you. But if they lose with that weakest strategic only right handed lineup, I will laugh at you tomorrow. You're acting, and I'm with you. I understand what you're saying. It's called, they got crazy depth. It's called crazy. It's called strategic. It's called strategic. But if you think they're the only team playing with by analytics, you're crazy. But like to another level. I will see you guys, Manana. Stugots here. Please to be hosting college football with Stugots and the bear. We do it two times a week every Monday, every single Friday throughout the college football season. A little bit of this. Reese Davis host of college game days with us now. And then I'm going home to the BBC. And they're saying JacoVitch instead of joking. Right. Because you can't say JacoVitch, if you do, you know the blowback you're going to get from the American audience. Right. And a whole lot of this. Listen to college football with Stugots and the bear on the iHeart Radio app, Apple podcast, or wherever. You get your podcast. That was the last draw for me, man. We were all in Vegas at a fight. We were all in Vegas at a fight. I'm like, what around is it? Mike is like, we're just six rounds. I'm like, how much time is I two minutes left? I'm like, you could see that? And we look up at the, I'm like, you know, 87 years old, he could see that. And I can't look at the big sea. What would you call that that hangs above the ring? It's not the big screen like that. You know, some people put in their man cave like the four screen. But anyway, it was like 118, 117, 116, and Camino's like, I don't see it, bro. Mike could see it clear as day. And I'm like, Mike could see this. No offense respectfully, Mike. Hit your 40s. He's reading the sign. Oh, I'm feeling the respect. Oh yeah. They're respectful. Wait a second. You all could see that. Mike could see this. I got to get my eyes checked. And that was it, because I couldn't even see the fight let alone like the screen. Like Mr. McGue. No, for real. So I was like, you know, been wearing glasses since, but I just don't

wear him here on the show that often. However, we got to wrap up before we get to Mike. We got to wrap up this alter ego thing. Actually, Mike had chimed in because Mike works with a lot of colorful characters in radio. And you're one of them. Mike, you know, you got Mike and Mike runs this place. Some people call you the bear. So we all have alter ego. Some people call you the love doctor. I don't know who and why, but doctor love. What is it? No one's ever called. That's his bedroom alter ego. I've also been rhino. Yeah, see? Yeah, that's correct. Right. Well, JJ McCarthy. I've never heard any of these. He calls himself nine nine. But when nine comes out, he fights on mature will and determination to get the job done. And apparently people in Minnesota behind the scenes, Manage was like, yeah, this is like I roll in cringes. Yeah, there was a store saying a couple of people internally with the organization rolled their eyes. He says nine is a separate person, though. That's how he treats it. Like it's just another guy you just don't understand. I think you need medication, buddy. Well, if they're rolling

their eyes at him, you know, it does make you think of people that you work with. And like I said, radio working in radio. I don't think you realize sometimes like we don't even know people's real name. Like we work with people like with funny names. I like my first radio coast there. I produced a show called Solid State with liquid Todd Richardson's even know what liquid Todd's real name is. I assume Todd kid Kelly. You know, his last name. You know, we work with kid Kelly for years. I don't know kid Kelly's real name because he goes by kid Kelly. I was like Hollywood Hamilton. Like what's it? It's spider Harrison. We live in this world. Yeah. And even still we roll our eyes at some people because like who is this guy? What a clown. But you could imagine playing on a team with a dude who thinks he turns into a superhero. That's not that super. And again, respectfully. He's in the NFL. So I can only talk so much. But the thing is or the thought here is if you're going to go by this alter ego sort of thing, you have to have like a next level persona.

And it has to deliver like Marshall Lynch. Yeah. I mean, a lot of say if J.J. McCarthy was starting in the NFL and when he went into nine mode, all of a sudden he's thrown fourth quarter comeback studies. Then it's like, yo, McCarthy went nine. But he hasn't proven any of that on a big scale. College. Perhaps nine needs an alter ego. So that is what about Chad Johnson? Did he become like Ocho Sink? Oh, is that just a nickname? Like I was more of a nickname. I thought one props to our buddy, Mike who hit us up in Cincinnati. He goes, this might be the answer of all answers. We all remember the movie over the top, right? That's so funny. Go alone in the movie says, yo, like when I turn my hat around, I feel like I become a machine. You're like, I'm machine. So when he turns his hat around and arm wrestled, remember, he's like, that's he became a different guy. That's right. That is. Yeah, we gonna do that. Well, I will go all, I go back to sports talk radio, legend of sports talk radio, Jim Rome, had a rule.

You can't gloss yourself. You can't give yourself a nickname. So it's kind of like what you were saying. No, that was not me. None of the nicknames anyone has ever called me have I given to myself. Right. Not just Jim Rome, member of the famous episode of Seinfeld when George tries to call himself T-bone. Right. He tries to sign in a game for someone. I think the reminder also is, yeah, someone has to assign that for you. But if you're dating or if you're with a woman who says they have like, I don't know, like another site, like a Sasha fierce to them. That's just, those are all like red flags. What if you're Kobe Bryant? Didn't he assign himself to Mama mentality? Or like the like mama? But he got away. I guess he could get away with it. But he delivered on it. Right. He went into game mode. Like we had never seen. And that's playing like Jordan level. I agree. And that's not just, that's not just, you know, that's not just talk. Does not talk just because we miss Kobe any past. Kobe did live up to the black Mamba Mamba mentality.

I think it's funny. I, you have any friends that feel like when they party too hard, they become someone else. My wife has a, that's called alcohol. My wife has a female friend who has like, like a playoff of her name when she drinks too much. She becomes like that person. Oh, you know, back in the day when Rich was a horned up 20 something year old back in the day. It's on a single prowl. I used to call them all z it after a few drinks. Oh, Zift Davis is here. Not rich. They're not rich Davis. Zift Davis. Or barefoot Jones. Yeah. Like the creepy rich. He's on the prowl because he'd have that sort of stare in his eye that gaze in his eye. Zift that you drinks in. So anyway, that's the JJ McCarthy story. And I think the rule here is, if you're going to have an alter ego of sorts, you got to live up to the hype. Yeah. And we wish him all the best. You got to either we're not. He would just say. Yeah. Beast mode, mob mentality or turn your hat around and win arm wrestling. Michael Scott on the office when he would take it, he took a can go hat. He reversed. He goes, hi, I'm date Mike. Nice to meet me.

Yeah. Cause you know what? You know what? There's the truth. It gave me a confidence to turn the can go hat. There's a lot of people that rubbed you the wrong way. Like they, there's very famous stories of stories going on. But I'm thinking of Kanye West, for example, right? When he walked into a room, he would tell people who he was and what he was going to be and what he planned on doing. And people would look at him like, yeah, right, dude, whatever. Who are you? Who is this guy again? Kanye West, but he became Kanye West. He believed it in himself. So, you know, I think we, we work with people that we, we, we like, who does this guy think he is? It's up to them to prove us wrong. And I wish him all the best to prove Big Mike's point and your point that you can't really assign yourself these names. Yeah. One of my favorite shows and I'm sure a lot of people loved how I met your mother. Great show. Sure. Ted Mosby, the main guy, you know, Josh Radner. He had a character when he was like at the bar and thought he was being all slick with the ladies. He called himself Teddy West side. Oh, I remember, I remember I remember him being like, I'm Teddy West. Oh, like Steve or Kel. Yeah, Steve or Kel. Steve or Kel. My point is it's all hot air and it's all

BS until you live up to it. And you never know. Sometimes they do. And then you just got to, you know, say, Hey, man, they were right all along. Good for them. All right. Well, hey, we do this everyone's a, by the way, thanks for the feedback. Thanks for the phone calls, 87799 on Fox. Now, before we get to more NFL, because that's we get to a lot here. NFL, we got midweek major with Sam. But every week Mike comes in with a take. And we're going to do right now. Let's go. The microphone assassin. It's time for Mike who runs this tank. Who? Big Mike may get to be in charge of the segment, but he still doesn't run this place. He really doesn't even run this segment when you think about it because this mic can be turned off by Sam at any moment. That may be true, but big Mike does get to pick the topic and then see in our offer their strong opinions on it. Consider it a warm up to midweek major. Mike who runs this tank. Doctor, well, there he is. Gentlemen, Mike, that's your step on it. No, Mike who runs this tank. I did not give myself that name. What do you got this week? I know you come in once a week with something on

your mind and we, we entertain it. I am, I am ready for us to put out like like a mismanage book on phone etiquette. Oh, okay, because it's getting out of hand the way people mismanage their cell phones and frankly, in front of upon my life with their cell phone usage. And I'm sure you guys all have your pet peeves and we'll get into them. Okay, but the biggest one I have is the butt dial because I'm so guilty of this. I don't know how to stop. Right. Yeah, I think I lock my phone out and I'll send it like you don't lock your phone. I call my mom or something. My point is like, look, if you're everybody pays so much damn attention to their phone all the time. How hard is it to make sure your phone is on a lock screen so that you're not butt dialing people? Well, I keep my phone in my front pocket. So what I call you is usually a junk down. It's a junk down. I apologize. Sorry, Mike. Yeah, that's right. I don't mind the junk down. Sorry for the junk down. You'll see that real movement to dial us. I do. Yeah, but you know, from pocket, man, from pocket.

But you know what? You're right. And Rich is right. Rich does his own time. And I hear him like yelling at the kids and I hear him coaching baseball off. I'm like, yeah, Rich. And then I was like, I'm sorry, bro. Yeah, I think I lock it. I put in my pocket or throw it in like the baseball bucket and all of a sudden, I'm like, oh my god, I called my uncle or something. Yeah, my wife does it to me all the time. I'm always getting the butt dial from the worst is when it accidentally facetimes somebody. Oh, can I give you two of my quick pet peeves? Okay. If you're talking phone etiquette. Yeah, what do you got? One of my pet peeves is when someone goes to text you back and you three, you see the three, the bubbles and the dots. And then they don't send anything. Oh, just keeps going. I like. I'm like, hey, Mike, hey, Mike, what are you doing for lunch? And all of a sudden, I say, oh, that, that, that, he saw this. And then the lingering bubble is the lingering bubble. I hate the lingering bubbles. The lingering bubble. And I'll be honest at this stage of the game, we're all grown men, we're all grown women in the 2000s. Real cool. Nowadays, no one's phone should actually ring. When I hear someone's phone ring in a

meeting at work at the gym. That's the time you heard. I will give you one caveat. I am on call at this place. Pretty much 24, seven. True. So my phone needs to ring because I need to hear it and I need to answer it because we were live 24, seven. So, but you're phone, you don't need to I need to hear it in the studio right now. And I turned it off before I walked in. But you don't need your ring. You don't need your ringer to be the ball. Oh, man, who let the dogs out though? No, I do. It just mind just mind just like a classic ring. But if I'm in a movie theater or I'm in a show or if I'm here on the radio, I'm going to turn it off. I've one more phone etiquette, Pepe. And the guy to the right of me left on your YouTube screen. This guy Steve Kabino, my biggest pet peeve with him is that he will see something on his phone. I'm like, yo, bro, like look at this. But he's like, won't hand you his phone. I'm like,

I'm not, does he think I'm going to grab his phone running another movie? He has just like weird PTSD from like hiding stuff from women in the 2000s. I just want you to get close to it. But he does it. He'll be like, I don't want you. But due to cock-off fingers, all I have, he'll be like this. Hey, look, take a look at this picture. And then I go to grab it. He's like, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. I can't just scroll into my personal stuff. That's what you think someone's going to do. No, he's busy by. But you think if you think if like I was Sam's like, dude, look at this funny meme. I was thinking, you said I was going to grab your phone and start scrolling how led I was there. It's just you. I don't trust. Let me piggyback on this a little bit. So a friend of mine, same guy I have a gripe with for another phone complaint. But he was like trying to show me something on his phone and he couldn't find it. He's like, give me your phone. And I'm like, no, you're not taking my phone. First of all, you don't want to get a piece of crap. He's like, let me see it on your phone. I'm like, this is my phone. This is like my identity. You know, I'm not touching my phone. I'm like, you don't use my phone. Use your phone. I'm telling embarrassing story that I probably am reluctant to tell on Fox Sports radio. But you should tell it anywhere. That means you definitely should tell it. So I'm at the

doctor the other day, get my annual physical, you know, you're basic like, hey, how you doing? They take your blood pressure. They weigh you and they're like, go get blood work. Because we really can't tell you anything other than, hey, how you doing? But you have to make the appointment, right? Yeah. So I go to get my blood work. Did you go see Dr. Acula? Hey, really? Come on. It's a mid-September joke. And it is almost Halloween. That's a mid-September joke. Come on. Dr. Acula. Boy. So I go to the doctor to, you know, to now I'm going to Quest Diagnostics this week to get my blood work, you know, just making sure everything's good. No emergency. And I said to the kid at the front desk, like the receptionist, where could I find my, you guys, they have to send in the little ticket for you to go to Quest Diagnostics. I go, where could I find that and where could I find my results when they come in? He goes, oh, on the portal. And I go, the portal? The portal. The portal. So yeah. So he goes, I go, how do I, is it an app? He goes, and he did the, oh, give me your, I'll show you, give me your phone. He goes my phone and it starts typing in portal.

What do you think comes up? Horn. Horn oh, I mean Michael isn't very, Mike, Mike wasn't discrete about it. What do you think comes up when you start typing P-O-R in a man's phone? Poor you pines. Yeah, poor you're about, bocky ma. Yeah. Yeah. Poor those. Poor those. For those, for those who are interested in this was a great choice. I got a chicken. Poor chickies people. Yes. Anyway, say, don't hands over what else you're phone. Lesson. Yeah. I'm right. Any other phone etiquette pet peeves, Mike? Well, it's the other one is, is just okay. If you are talking, are you in the middle of a conversation and your phone buzzes? You don't need to look at it. Just finish your sentence, finish your conversation. You can wait like a whole 30 seconds before you look at that buzz. It's like, you know, it's the toughest stuff. It drives me crazy. The toughest is like when my girlfriend or your wife, whatever, have a lovey thing because women are very detailed with their stories, right? So my girl said,

is that a kind way to say it's kind of way of saying they give lots of detail. Yeah. So she could be going on and on about her story of the day and then someone hits me up on a phone. It's almost like a game of chicken. Like if I look away, if I look away, I know I'm losing here. But she's so badly. She's eight minutes in to tell you. Yeah, it's like and then. And he keeps I'm dying inside. I got veins popping out of my neck because I'm so badly. Why don't I look at my phone? But it is. It's Pavlovium. We're stuck, man. That phone buzzers and we have to look. We've got to see what's going on. That close. Sammy Sammy sweetheart's pet peeve. That kind of coincides. You've posted something before. So same friend. I'll be in the same room. This is super obnoxious. I'm in the same room as my friend. I'm trying to have a conversation with him. He's looking at his phone. He won't even make eye contact. He's looking at his phone. And so like I say something and then he like doesn't respond to it at all. And it's like he's not I'm in the room with you dude. A physical human being is in the room with you trying to have a conversation and you're more concerned with whatever's on your phone. Well, at least he doesn't text you in the same room.

Well, okay. At least he'd be engaging in the conversation. Yeah, but that is the highest form of disrespect. It is so disrespectful. And I'm repeating myself. I'm like, what do you do? Hello. Hello. Hello. How many couples do we see at dinner at a restaurant and they are both glued to their phone? He doesn't even try to go. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Like he just like he just completely ignores me. I do want to say though, there are times where I'm looking something up while we're doing the show. And I know we're streaming on YouTube and everything. It's not that I'm not engaged. There are times where Kavino and I we know how to play off each other. We've been working together forever. So if Kavino's talking about something, I'll be like, all right. He's trying to find a fun fact. The last time those cobs play the you know, and sometimes it looks like you're not engaged, but that's the unfortunate part. You could really not be doing anything wrong. Yeah, this serves as our computer and our, you know, we're using it for work as a tool. But Sammy's right. You know, if you're talking to your buddy and he's like totally zoned out, you know, refreshing his Instagram, that's this respect. I'd imagine, I'd imagine if this goes well for a lot of our friends that are single, some of our younger pals or even older guys that

are single. If you're on a date, I think the idea of someone even taking their phone out and opening social media while you're like just, if you're single on a date with a young woman and all of a sudden in mid date, you are her like in the middle of like, did it just such looking on Instagram like a man shows your board shows your disengaged shows that you don't get on. I thought Richa, this could be refreshing to hear. My daughter's a teenager and her friends have made it like a conscious effort to put the phones like in one spot so that they're all just hanging like there's pushback is what I'm getting at like younger generations now are pushing back on social media and things like that because something must feel wrong and often. I need to write a book. Yeah, we need to have it laid out. I think this conversation was I think this conversation was enough. Yeah, I don't think you need to go to a publisher. I'm talking tablebook, the little one. Yeah, I'm a little bit. Maybe a little bit. A lot, right. A painful. A manual. But we do. I mean, because all of this stuff is new. All of this is and developing and it's

going to continue to develop and we need to come up with some rules for society and how, you know, how we deal with this and respect each other. Who would lose first if the six of us in this room? Big Mike, Dan Byer, Danny G, IOS Am, Kavino or myself, we're going to go out to dinner. Have you ever seen people play phone roulette? This is where everyone puts their phone in the middle of the table. First person that picks up their phone has to pay for the whole meal. Well, I was going to say it's one of you two because at some point within the last year, we did our screen time. Yeah, I thought I had a lot. I was usually about five. If I get the six, it's way too much. Yeah, you were like, yeah, I was amazed. Yeah, it was over it's like 10 hours. Yeah. Yeah. So next time you go out, if you're if you're down for that with your buddies, I think I win. I'm usually under free phone roulette. Put your phone in the middle of the table and first person that's like, I got to check something. It doesn't matter. You pay in a roll meal. If you have an infant at home, yeah, excuse us. Excuse us. Excuse us. But that's not an excuse.

That's real life. Or if you work for a 24 seven live, you know, radio station and you're on call, you know, that's no excuse either. Mike's act like he's a paramedic. Yeah, right. Yeah. Mike's saving. Oh my goodness. I'm saving. I'm saving. He saved my sixers feed dropped out. Oh my goodness. Right. Mike's got one exactly right. You got one of those fire station pulls in your house. You don't know me. You don't know me. Mike's like slides down the pole to make sure Joe the socks has his updates. PJ masks. You know, I was talking about, you know, etiquette. There's nothing worse to me than when I'm at the gym and I got to listen to other people's conversation, like, especially if you're in a sauna or something like that. What's your what's your people? You're on a speaker phone. I got to want to hear about your grocery list. And you know what you got to do later on. Speaker phone conversations. I don't know who is thinking that's acceptable. It's totally unacceptable. It's rude. Like everything about it. Well, I was annoyed. I was at an appointment the other day. Medical appointment sitting in the waiting room. Oh, is that Dr. Ackill? Yeah, right. I'm sitting in the waiting room and there's a dude

who's watching a video and he doesn't have a headphones on or anything. Yeah. Yeah. I knew I was going to be subject to that. What are we doing? Is that a new thing? Like where like people like are on purposefully watching stuff with their sound on like on a plane? Yeah. Like we used to not do that as much because Mike, maybe it's not a book. Well, Mike should hold a seminar. Like, you know, phone etiquette because people are not following or abiding by these simple rules. I do not want people to even hear what I'm watching. Like I don't that would be like two self-conscious for people to hear what's going off my phone. Forget Ted. How about Mike talks. They're my thoughts. Just when you're sitting in a movie theater and somebody's phone lights up because they're on it. Takes your eye off the screen. And that's when you really want to like lose reality and be in the moment of the movie. You don't need to turn your phone off but turn it. Screen it down and dim it. That is a topic. I have one last thing to wrap this up tied into sports. Greg Olson tells a great story about how he went to Christian McCaffrey's wedding. Remember Greg Olson had the tie around

this head. And remember that whole story. This is a couple years ago. There was a famous photo that that surfaced after that. And he was like the party key. He looked like he was having the time as left. Yeah. He said at McCaffrey and Olivia Coppola's wedding, there was a no phone policy. You did one of those like check your phone things. He said during the cocktail hour, you could tell the uneasy weird vibe of everyone like like you're you're nervous instinct to like grab your phone. Your phantom phone. They go, and then he goes, but within the hour, it was the most freeing, awesome feeling. And he goes, it was one of the best times he's had in years because no time throughout that night was anyone looking at their phone. Maybe we should all take a patron. Maybe that's the lesson here, Mike. You know, people aren't following these simple rules when you're in mixed company. Maybe you just we all make a conscious effort to like put it aside for a minute. I've started on my book. Yeah. Put it on. Put it in your catch. All right. Thank you. Mike. Who runs this thing? At Mike who runs this on social media. At Mike who runs this on social media. At Mike who runs this. Who?

By the way, can I give you a can I give you one? Yeah. Should I play the the mouth trumpet or the butt trumpet? Your choice. Not mouth trumpet. Okay. All right. Did you like the ones when they were nice to each other or mean to each other? That's great. That's nice. Which one is that though? Tom and Jerry. Tom and Jerry. And Daisy's right. Like in the old ones, they hated each other and the newer ones. They were like kind of pals. Yeah. But that was an after school one most of the time, right? Because we saw that on rerun. It was also a period of time where it was like psychedelic almost like the like the facies. Yeah. Like there were drugs when they were making it. So you know, because we had a wait either Saturday morning or after school to watch cartoons when the cartoon network came to be. It was a big deal because of this anniversary. We asked you what was the theme song that got you

running to the TV as a kid? Could I tell you it? I'm certainly not going to derail this amazing conversation, but it didn't make me realize that we used to categorize shows into times and days of our week. Now, Danny, like what's the show you're watching with Brenda? It can be a Netflix show. We finished that show furious. Yeah. Very awesome. You don't look at that show as a daytime or nighttime or a day of the week. It's just a good show. You watch when you want. Kids now don't realize there was not only days for a show, but there were times for a show. You know, even even like non cartoons. Like I was thinking you were talking after school. In my mind, I'm like, I remember watching different strokes after school. But that's not a prime time show. A prime time show is like growing pains. Like we categorize shows into when and where. And what's different also like how many of our listeners use CNR as part of their daily routine. These cartoons were our daily routine before and after school because it was like clock order. At the very point though, because we're also in podcast for

we might be someone's afternoon drive home routine or we could be someone's late night. I'm going to the gym. I'll be pop in the air. We're tomorrow morning. They're morning. Yeah. So, hey, look at that. All right. I'm going to give you my two and I say two because ones in after school, cartoon ones, a Saturday morning kid cartoon growing up. Yeah. So after school, I was in third grade and dude, I had all the toys, but I had never seen the cartoon because it didn't exist. This was like, this was opposite. The toys came out before the actual cartoon. And I'm on the phone my buddy. I'm like, is it about to start? And you're like, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, hey man. Oh, man. Oh, dude. Anytime I heard this song run into the TV, you have the power. Because it made every kid. Yo, and they can have the power, you know, you're just a little kid. You had to live by your parents rule, but not if you had the power, dude. And he man was my guy, dude. And I love that movie recently. But after school, I loved he man. That was my that was my SHI, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, T with eight eyes. Yeah. And Saturday mornings, this isn't

sound real corny, but I'm a vulnerable sensitive guy. And I know this isn't the coolest answer in the world. This isn't the he man of answers. But it's my personal answer. Oh, this is more of your prince out of the answers. This is more of my prince out of my vans. Where if I heard this song, I had to be there to watch the intro. But it was when your room looks kind of weird and you wish you weren't there. Dude, when I heard the Muppet, baby steam kick in. I was like, oh, man, I got, oh, I got to be there for this. It's very hard to deny that might be one of the greatest theme songs of all time. That was, that was a fun one, man. And that cartoon was so good. And I know they rebooted it with like hang win and everything. But that cartoon as as corny as that sounds now as adults was a, that cartoon hit. You know, it did. I want you guys. I'm going to do the same thing. Sam DV also right down one cartoon that you think a listener might say that you also love. Like I have one that was on in the afternoon. I wrote it down and when a listener hits on it, we will give them a prize pack. Perfect. I'm going to write down a random one. Yeah. All right. And

I have one obscure one. I wanted, and I'm curious, Covino, because I think you like the same kind of cartoons I did. Okay. So 1986, my family's in Southern California, shouts out realtor California. And it was right before we moved back up to the bay, back down to LA again, but it was part of our morning routine at like 7 30 AM on channel 11 in LA. And I think it was like in between the Flintstones and Voltron. And it wasn't like nationally popular. It was in between cartoon, but I loved it. Jace and the world warriors. I don't know this one. Oh my god, the NG. I feel like you're unlocking a memory. And I haven't thought about this since 1980 something. Yeah. So if this is making you think back to early, early elementary schools, like second third grade, the bad guys were called the monster minds. They were evil plant-based creatures. That could become these crazy black and green battle vehicles with vines, routes, saw blades, plant growth. And they traveled around on these vines that could grow through space.

You know, I feel bad for cartoons like this that you loved, but it feels like no one else did. Either like for me, it was like power lords or what was that that motorcycle gang cartoon. I used to watch growing up with the car and everything. But anyway, we're going to take your phone calls. Jace and the world warriors. Wow, that's a brand. The one. I had not heard of that. Let me let me hit you up with my Saturday morning cartoon and my afterschool cartoon. And I pulled three. One Saturday morning, one's afterschool, and one is arguably what I think is the coolest theme song of all them that got me running. Oh, I know what you want. Oh, I'm mad at you. I didn't think of it until now. Saturday morning. If I heard this, if I heard smurfs, that's not even the part I told them to pull the beginning. I know what I can't even do. That's the part. My fired. No, you know what? Which mic? Which mic? My kid. I switched to rungsus place. Both of them are fired. I found another version. Let's give this a try.

Yeah. Yes. There you go. I heard that. I'm like, oh boy. I know it's wild is how big smurfs were in the 80s. Like there's really no sign of them nowadays. Yeah, they made them. We didn't see how big they were back then. Yeah. And what's the other one? I might mix for giving. Love you, Mike. My afterschool one. My kids watch like a different version of it. I still think the OGs better. You know, duck tails. Yeah, that theme song hits. It's like hauling notes. That's what popular baseline of the last 50 years. It's like you make my dreams come true. It's like it's like pointer sisters. What's that song? Nutron dance. Oh, no, don't tell me. So Rich, you just want a price back by the way. Hold on. That was your thing. Family matters and full house had very similar sounding theme songs. Yeah. This sounds a lot like chippendales too. Isn't it a chip and does rest here? Did you mention? Did you say

that? Probably all the same composer? Yeah. The same is it the same chip and kind of same. Yeah. You're a Jason the Wheeler crew. Yeah. Jason the Wheeler warriors made me think of Wheely and the chopper bunch. If anyone remembers that, I do remember that. Wheely and the chopper bunch. I got to say one more. I'm sorry. I got it because Rich picked some theme songs that actually just hit. So it made you run. I have a lot of cocktails. Oh, I don't want it. Maybe you're going to say it. Oh, I have a pull. So go ahead. Okay. Can we both say it? How about we say at the same time? See if we are thinking the same one. We'll be like step brother. Ready? All right. On three. Ready? One, two, three. Heathcliff. Yeah. This is this song just hits. He was so much cooler than Garfield to me. He was kicking ass. He was hanging with like that like female cat in the junkyard and had like cool friends. I don't know. What was the one for you, Dan? Byer. Well, I like some Heathcliff as well. I wasn't really into cartoons, but I do remember specifically

on TBS when I would come home. If you just heard Fred Flintstone yell, yeah, but they have a do and that ends up taking taking off. Oh, yeah. Danny G's a big Hannah Barbara guy. Yeah, I think Hannah Barbara. I think I mean, you think the king. No, I think the king is Fred Flintstone. Do you remember the Hannah Barbarra? Great races. Yeah. I used to watch all the Hannah Barbarra stuff for sure. You know, interestingly enough, the Flintstones anniversary was like it yesterday. It came out in 1960. Yesterday just oddly enough, September 30th and the Flintstones. What's interesting about them is two fun facts that you always just only see the side of their face. Yeah. It's like the cartoon is just shot weird. You never see their faces move. They have the same side of their face the whole time. And our kids generation same with Mickey Mouse, by the way, only really knows them as the spokespeople for fruity pebbles. I tell you what they're so associating with fruity pebbles. TV barriers because him and Wilma slept in the same bed. Right. And vitamins were a big deal.

And what's hilarious is they started advertising cigarettes during Flintstone cartoons. Look it up on YouTube. Yeah. He's like, Bonnie. Yeah. Yeah. I feel like Wilma stressing me out, Bonnie. And he's smoking cigarettes promoting Winston's. That's what I got. Look it up. I know it's very mainstream, but just the workhorn blowing in him yelling, Yabba, Dabba, Doo starts the theme song and then goes into it so that you know that the Flintstones are funny every when we were on series XM, we used to do on on fridays our video producer spot would do a big Yabba, Dabba, Doo to kick off the weekend at 5 p.m. Eastern back in the day. Five o'clock whistle. The spot in the spotty sounds just like him. Yeah. Have you ever heard the theory of the Flintstones and the Jetsons because the Jetsons would get me coming to when I heard this song. That it's in the same timeline except ones in space and no, no, no. The Andertal caveman days. They lived

at the same time. Just different. Yeah. Different than the universe is. But both Hanabar, Barra and both theme songs. Yeah. I'm going in by the way, on a side note, Rich's dad if he was drawn in cartoon form is George Jetson like all the way. Yeah. He told Jetson him. I am. It's Rich's dad, bro. All right. We don't want to take all the ads here. We go calling in New York City. Start us off, brother. What's up, yo? Hey, man, I really like Thundercats, man. Dude, one of the greatest guitar solos in a cartoon song. There's a guy out there that could claim that he does the Thundercats guitar solo and no one would probably believe them. Dude, that song does get you hyped. Thundercat. Do you think it was? Do you think it was Eddie van Haling and he was uncredited the same way as the Michael Jackson beat it song? Yo, my ass. This song rocked. Yo, this is probably one of the most hyped up cartoon songs. Thunder. And it brought the hose. Hose. Ho. Ho. Ho.

All right, let's go to Las Vegas trip. Hey, Trip. Hey, good afternoon, gentlemen. I wanted to start to call off first of all just saying Rich. I know that's not the first salad you've ever tossed. Hey. Hey, Hey, thing. As far as the cartoons go Saturday would be just a Loonie Tunes bug bunny, but the afternoon one. This should be the winner was done. And I don't know. In fact, your gadgets. That song definitely got you going. Gadget was a good one. It was a fun one. Yo, Trip. I'm not saying you're like an older guy, but I feel like, you're like an older brother type. I thought and I thought he was going to break out. Remember, it was it was one of our parents, you'll, but it lingered forever. Gumby. Oh, yeah. Gumby. He was just a little grease slab of all that claymations. Gumby. That was like Sunday morning stuff. Yeah, that was like it. You woke up real early Sunday morning watching that like Davie and Goliath. But that's like early Sunday. If you just happen to be up as a kid, there was not by the way, since we're reminiscing on Thoreback Thursday,

there was no children's programming on a Sunday morning when you woke up. Church morning. Yeah, I was like, this is Sunday morning. Sock compared to Saturday morning. Yeah, Sunday. They had wrestling on it noon. But Saturday had like even after the cartoons they had saved by the bell, wrestling, American gladiators, like it was a different lineup. Sunday had really nothing unless it was a football Sunday. Dude, when I heard contestants ready, gladiators, right? Yeah, get me fired up Saturday morning. All right, let's go to Sacramento, Henry. Hey, Henry. How you doing, Henry? He's going on gentlemen. So I got a show and I got some characters. So first one, you guys already check it. It's definitely the Flintstones. I just met there was no Mexicans in the Stone Age, but that's besides the point. And we're just about to the Flintstones. Favorite episode of the Flintstones season four episode seven. Fred Flintstone, he played for the Boulder City Giants at Kendall Stone Park. And his teammate was Roger Marble. All right. By the way, he was a hell of a bowler if you want to tie sports into it.

Twinkle to old tape. He was an old, uh, you know, Dick Weber. All right, let's go to Montana, Chris. Hey, Chris. Hey, Chris. Hey, guys, I'm really about to. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, that's so good. That was cool. Yeah. Well, I'm going to sing song for you. It's going to show you a thing all to. Yeah. I do like that song. You know what Chris and Montana hang on the line, going to give you a prize back for that one. Join all the fun now with me and all the gang. You know, it's wild. Is everybody remembers this song, but like, you never see this. Well, that Bill Cosby had a, I don't know, some rough moments. I remember that. I remember my stepdad changing the channel, but only after the song was done. Like once they'd get into the cartoon, he's like, I got the best parts over. Now, I know, keep it on. I like that cartoon. It was a fun cartoon. That's so funny how big this cartoon was for us. It's really, it's really, it's funny. It's funny. It's funny. You would say that Danny G, because I feel like, I feel like I remember the theme song so much more than the actual cartoon.

Like, I know the characters, but I don't, I don't remember it. You're not even close to as much as the thing. We watched the fat Albert for sure. The same vein is like, sliding the family stone, like, right? Maybe they don't know that they did the, I don't know if they did the thing. By the way, here's a pop quiz. We watched a lot of fat Albert. What was fat Albert watching? Anyone remember? We watched a lot of fat Albert. What was fat Albert in Mishmouth watching? Can I just say it? Yeah. The brown hornet. These two watched the brown hornet. That's right. Yeah. The brown hornet. All right, back to the phones. All right, Efron and Vegas. Hey, what up Efron? Yo, shoot. I might be like a little bit past in the time period, but I always remember watching um, what's called dragon balls? Yeah, dragon balls. Yeah. It, it in Mexico when I was growing up out there, man, that was everything was time that things turned on. I'm always on the TV right then and then. Yo, feel like, you know, these things, they, it sparked something inside of you.

Like it was like, uh, uh, you know, you, you have to run. That's what we're talking about. Like you ran to the TV because you heard that song. Cartoon Network came out on this day old school in 50 hits. Yeah, there's a few more. Now my sibling, I'm the oldest. So my siblings are more kids of the 90s and there's a couple after school ones. I don't want to steal, but I do remember them. Really loving you want me to throw it out there? There's a big one hanging out there. I mean, there's a big one. Yeah, you talk about uh, four friends that loved pizza. Oh yeah. No, no, no, no, I wasn't. I know what you're talking about, but there's a bigger one. There's a way bigger one that's hanging out there. If you're a 90s kid like me, let's hear it. Oh, but Sam, that doesn't apply. It's not after school or Saturday morning. No, it was five o'clock for me on Fox. Oh, I was on it really. Okay. 4 30 or five Sunday night 8 PM. Two episodes back to back. This is my go to this is a legendary still going. Uh, said, damn, damn, bye.

Give me the look that I was going to give him, which is the Sam ruin this. And I ruin it. That was my first entry. I'm joking. No, I took some ounces. No, what some people do realize and some people don't realize because I grew up in an area similar to Sam. We did not have a Fox affiliate. So there would sort ABC affiliate, for example, like where I lived at midnight Sunday morning, like from Saturday night to Sunday morning, they would air Beverly Hills 902 and O, but it would have been in a prime time in a Fox, but we are area did not have Fox affiliates. When Fox came on the NFL, the local ABC affiliate ended up showing the games because there would not have been an outlet for the rural areas that we come from. So that's probably why Sam had it at 4 30 and five o'clock because they probably didn't have a Fox affiliate. I was saying, I'm just joking by the way. I love you. Um, I know what I feel you were going to say being a kid of the 90s. You said teenage green. Interterterter. I thought it was. Those are theme song though. Teenage. Me. Oh, yeah. Teenage.

All right. Let's see. I was in a half shot. Let's even know what Leonardo leads. I wasn't. Donatello does machines. Uh, okay. Raphael is cool, but rude. So is a party. Michelangelo is a party. Yeah. I thought you were going to say some of those other after school ones like Darkwing Duck and Talsman. Remember Talsman? Oh, yeah. Somebody in our YouTube chat said that one. That's a, that's a good one, man. Someone in our chat also said the gummy bears. Do you know people love that? And it's corny. Is that like my muppet babies answer? Yeah. There's so many dudes that walk around hard today. Like, they're so hard, but they love the gummy bear. I sing that. I sent them people who loved it. I loved it. I sing that song. I never watched it. I never watched it. My daughter every night when she was a baby. Her name is Emmy. So I was saying Emmy bear. And yeah, remember gummy bear. People are there and everywhere. About my uncle had three girls in a row. And they used to walk around singing the care bears theme song and loved watching that cartoon. They were trying to remember the care bears theme song. Then he can you sing it for me? How's it come?

The care bears. They're care. And the care bears. They're from care about what? What about some old like ones that our grandparents and parents passed on to us because the rerun still ran. Like I was thinking a droopy dog is to make us crack up laughing. And they'd even play some shorts of his cartoons before movies at the driving theater. See what I like. Woody Woodpecker. Yeah, I wasn't saying, man, and I ran, and I ran, and I ran, and I ran, and I ran, and I ran, and I ran, and I ran, and I was like, oh man, Woody Woodpecker, let's go. And you know, again, another cartoon. That's the shame of this conversation too. Some of these cartoons that were like every day staples for a hundred years before us. They're gone now, dude. Good luck finding Woody Woodpecker anywhere. That's the sad part. But then again, you know, Wiley Coyote and Roadrunner just got that reboot and did well. You never know what can come back and still leave impact. It's a shame too because I think kids would love it. But a lot of these are deemed violent nowadays or whatever. So, you know, let me, let me throw one more out.

Yeah, I don't know when this aired. All I know is that my son is obsessed, but there were kids from the 90s and 2000s that must have had a time when they watched Pokemon. Gotta catch him. Oh, like when did that air? Was that an afternoon or a Saturday morning? Because my kid, my son is obsessed with Pokemon and Pokemon cards. But those cartoons started airing way after we were watching cartoons in the 80s and 90s. No, so funny is I've been doing a show with Rich for a long last time. We just celebrated four years here. Drive time on Fox Sports Radio. He didn't tell or say his favorite cartoon. I know his favorite cartoon and he's forgetting it. Rich says the cartoon first aired in Japan April 19, 1997. Yeah, and then came here. So late now I was in I was in high school in 97. So you didn't bring up. You didn't bring up Papa, dude. Oh, I love me some Papa. You know, again, another cartoon that you're not going to say.

And Sam actually, Sam and I, one of our first bonding moments was was Ali Bob on the 40 thieves in Sinbad, the sailor, like the extended cartoons of of Papa or classics man. And I only say this because it's a tourist spot. If you come to California, a lot of people love to go to Santa Monica, which is sort of dirty and crappy. But you go to that pier and at the end of the pier, it is beautiful, but it's like little grimy. They actually have the guy Papa was based on. There's like a original guy, the original guy. And it looks like Papa, the sailor man and and and interestingly enough, when I was a little kid, I wouldn't eat my vegetables. Would you believe my mom would? There was a brand of spinach. Papa spinach. My mom would heat it up, put it back in the can. And the only way I would eat my vegetables is if I ate spinach out of the can because I thought I would get strong. Rit, rit, rit, rit, rit, rit, rit, rit, rit, yo, wet spinach is not pleasant. Love some Papa though. And by the way, it's our job to show these classics to our kids every once in a while. Rich, I got two Papa ones that you got to show your kids.

A place that completes a communal thing that eat at, you know, the twice a week, but you're the guy that talks about it more than anyone I know. Because I think of all the fast food places out there. If you're going to eat trash, if you're going to eat like fast food, and you're going to cheat on whatever diet you might be. Is that their new slogan? That best trash out. Eat trash. If you're going to quote, cheat on your diet or have, you know, maybe not the healthiest food. It's elite fast food. I'm not going to opt for like McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, anything like that. I think, and I think I always categorize Chipotle as like better quality.

I don't call that fast food. I go to McDonald's. I don't know where you are. Oh, yeah. You like the golden. Yeah. The golden are. I always feel like Taco Bell is by far the best like late night junk food. All right. Well, fourth meal. Should I tell you what's going on? What's your order, by the way, that says a lot about you. We're at Taco Bell. Yeah. I don't have one. Like at all. That's a wild thought. I mean, unless they sponsor the show or whatever. I get a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and three crunchy tacos. Yeah. If I was in the drive through with you, I'd be like, uh, give me what he got. I have no like specification here. Wild to think a grown man doesn't have a Taco Bell order. Exactly. I got my college boy. Oh, man. Did you not? Did you not eat tunnels? I can't. I'm allergic. I'm half Mexican and we don't do that trash. I saw Sam one day with a Taco Bell bag. He had about 10 items in it. I got a drop $42 to Taco Bell like this. You don't want to know how much I spent on myself in one drive through. I try to limit myself to four items because dude, I'll go too cheesy.

The guy who doesn't eat Taco Bell all the time. I don't. I try to. The guy that was downplaying his love of Taco Bell. Let's hear how you. I don't get the point of like loving it. I love it. Because every time I bring it up, you're like, I don't eat it all the time. Like, dude, you talk about it more than anyone I know. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I definitely. There's a reason we're talking about this. Can I tell you? I think I'm due for Taco Bell. I probably haven't had it in like a month. It's your weekend tonight. Tonight's my night. You could bring that for us for your lunch off the Cardinals. But yeah, we do for a T bell. You know what they have Sam? Do you ever have those the chicken canteen of tacos they have now? I've had some things off the canteen in menu. I don't think I had that yet. But the cheesy Gordita crunch. I guess that's a main steak. I will vouch that that is the best fast food item. Full-ish chicken sandwich is a close number two. But as far as fast food goes, I think the Taco Bell cheesy Gordita crunch is number one. So that used to be a special item that they didn't always have on the menu, but it was so popular they put it on it permanently because of consumer demand. This is turning into fat guy radio.

Yeah. We don't even have time to get to the actual store. We're just salivating here. Well, the reason we bring this up is because there's a race, a viral Taco Bell race that's gone wild where runners must stop at 10 Taco Bell locations. They don't need to menu item at nine of them. It's a 50 K race during this ultra marathon. I tell you, say this again, because I want to get viral Taco Bell race. That's gone viral. How do you like that? He said, yeah, well, that's how viral runners go about 31 miles of 50 K around Denver, stopping at 10 Taco Bells and eating food at least nine of them. Drink still count. I stopped for you have to eat a chalupa supreme or crunch wrap supreme. And by stop eight, you have to put down a burrito supreme or nachos bell grande. They have 11 hours to finish and to keep the receipts as proof. Yeah, check this out now. Now get this. Yeah, there's like rules. Yeah, there are rules. No pepto, Kovino allowed. No pepto or other stomach medicines allowed.

They're banned and vomiting is discouraged. It's allowed. It's a scratch. I can I tell you of all the places? I never get stomach problems from Taco Bell. I think I'm like, I built up a resistance. I've been in the community. College food court. Till now, the last 20 years, I've built a resistance. I think we need to explain this to the event is completely unofficial and not sponsored by Taco Bell. I don't get it. The concept started in Colorado. It's been spawned in other places. You may have heard of it in DC in Southern California. There's a Southern California edition coming. The Orange County in a river. So you could join. Sign me up. Let's start turning now, Rich. Get our sweat man. Rich, could you do it? Could you eat at nine locations during a run like that? Without a doubt with one menu item in each location. Easy breezy. Here's what I suggest though. If you can't use pepto or tom's, you should probably wear a diaper the entire time just to be on the safe side. Dipper? Yeah. Because you're running after eating Taco Bell. You can hear you freaking crazy. I told you I got the risk of going.

Yeah, you can. I got the rest of us. Like we were not surprised when the whole the lettuce, the diarrhea thing and Taco Bell were kind of related. We weren't surprised about that. I'm telling you, I could do this and I think it's fun. I then do it. Yeah. I'm sure money where you're mouth is yo the boss hit me up. Cheesy Gordita Crunch is my exact order. It's elite. It's sensational. I'm not sure I ever had one. Get Taco Bell on board as a sponsor. We could do we could do Taco Gordita Crunch Tuesdays. Sam, so how many items do you average Sam when you go to the drug? It depends on if I get some of the cheaper stuff. It could be like seven to eight. Seven to eight items. If I get some of the more premium stuff, it's probably like five and it ends up. It's gotten a lot more expensive since you guys feel you're never doors remorse. Kovino don't worry. You're never. You're very discussed. How bad do you feel about your? I'm just I zero guilt. I defile myself when I go to Taco Bell. Yeah. I just see Sam probably cries by the last bite of his talk. My heart is beating out of my chest because all the salt. I'm just laying there. I'm like, why did I do that?

I would hate myself for a week. You're such a lame. You're the guy that we had smash burgers in my house and Kovino goes no bun. He's watching this girlish figure. If Taco Bell makes you to cool list, then I guess you're the king of cool, bro. Then you should be in the race. You don't think you're in the minority here that doesn't like Taco Bell. I am Mexican. That's trash where I come from. We don't need Taco Bell unless it's a that's a situation. You're an LHB embarrassed. There's so many trucks. So many places where you can get a really good taco for about the same price, but you choose junk food. That's like a that's like an ass. That's an ass-cline snack. I never, okay, you asked. I never ate Taco Bell my entire life. You know why? Because my grandma made real tacos. It did start out here. That's why we feel it's authentic. It started in California. Yeah. Get out of here authentic. No, Kovino. Kovino needs Kovino. I don't hate Taco Bell. Yeah, I don't hate it by any means. This guy's getting on me for not having an order. I don't have an order. Have I eaten Taco Bell before? Absolutely. Of course I have, but it's not my coach. My take is this. If I'm any Mexican, I mean Mexican.

Listen, we're going to get into brainwave. We're going to talk more week for NFL because I'm fired up about my Niners. I think take it start 4-0. It's a tough one at home against the Broncos, but when it comes to Taco Bell, here's my take and I think it's a strong one. Well, you don't think I have Taco Bell take. No, I know your taste. I know your taste. You're the expert. You're the expert. That's here. I think. See if you can do this in 60 seconds. Same way, a real Italian could really love grandma, sauce or gravy or their home cook in the brazo, the gobbagool. Could really appreciate some trashy pizza once in a while. Like I'm very snobby with Italian food because I'm from New York, but you're just very snobby. If I'm at a party and someone orders, like your dominoes or poppajons, what's that trashy place? Danny likes to hoppers, which is garbage. Oh, stop it. That's great. Yeah, many of them. That's a great remedy. That's a last for me. I'll wash your mouth out. No, not for me.

No, he is a dish. He's like, if you're amazing, we're just such a pizza snob. He thinks if you put toppings on it, it's not pizza. Danny, actually, which is so false. Excellent. Like if you have no taste in pizza, I mean, like you put a crazy, but you would tell me you had like eight slices when you went there last time. You can't do it. You're the only person I've ever heard say one bad thing about toppers. He's wrong. Yeah, you talk to people from California that have no taste in pizza. That's not a neat salad bar too. Not true. I'm not even getting ranch dressing on pizza. It's not good pizza. We had a lot of New Yorkers at that birthday party. I have toppers. I know. Fantastic. Yeah, you were the only one, Rich. I'm from the like coast. No, it's not good. And as Rich was saying, he didn't like it. He housed like his fifth piece. Well, yeah, because it's garbage. I do agree with Rich's now. You kept eating his fingers. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, you're playing into my analogy. The same way I, the same way I am a snob with good Italian food. I'll slum it with something like toppers and enjoy it. And I think someone that loves authentic. Toppers is good quality. And you're priced that way too. Rich, rich, rich. You're rich. Rich drugs. No, isn't, are you serious?

It's not good. There's a reason it's $40 a pie because of the quality of the ingredients. They're breaking your embarrassing yourself. You're breaking your restriors. You think because you're new, you think just because you're from the East Coast, you're an expert on pizza. Yeah, he's got it here. I mean, they mean Dave Portnoy. Rich grew up from Bologna. That'd be, he's like me rich saying you weren't allowed to have an opinion on tacos because you're from New York. My opinion would be less than a, a California, and I think, so anyway, my point is I could slum it with toppers and enjoy it. And I think someone that loves real authentic Mexican food could slum it and enjoy Taco Bell because it's not a, it's good fast food. I eat it, but it's not my choice. Like Taco Bell is great fast food Mexican food. The same way toppers isn't real Italian, but you could eat it if you have nothing else in front of it. But since you, since you're so strong with this, when you join in this new race, that's gone viral. Again, the 31 mile 50 K. I'll do the show live from Taco Bell, Marathon. I'll run around during the show eating tacos. Fantastic. All right.

We got more Kavino and Rich. We'll play Brain Wave coming up. You guys, I've got a bump your heads together. Stream the MLB postseason live on Fox one. Let's go. Brain Wave. Let's go. Do Kavino and Rich really share the same brain? We've played right now. All right. Happy Friday. Yeah, buddies. The questions in this game are all subjective. You just need to try and match the brain of C&R in the crew. I'm going to go to the studio lines right now, get our contestant, and I'll explain the rules quickly. Mike from Tulsa, Oklahoma was the first through.

Hey, Mike. Hey, what's up, Mike? Hey, Mike. Hey, Mike. Hey, Mike, you ready to try to win? Oh, let's give it a shot. All right. I got five rounds ready to go. He needs to win two of them to be the champion. Walk away with that C&R tailgate prize back. I'm going to ask a question. Then give three equal answers to choose from. The five of us on the show today are going to write down our answers on these dry erase boards for our YouTube channel. Then on the count of three, call our shouts out his answer. He's got to match with three out of the five of us today to win the round, or no matter his answer. If all five of us happen to match, it's an automatic backdoor cover. Dude, this is great. Here we go. I love this game for somebody who reasons. You know what, one of them is Danny? When we play this game, I almost feel like it's the sign that the weekend's almost here. Don't you feel that same way too? Like, like, like, like, dog and dude. It's like such a fun week. The minute we play this, it's like, all right, we're almost at the weekend. Yeah, here the match music beat and I get excited. Let's go. All right. Round one. Let's start with the relationship category. What is the hardest to rebuild once it's been lost?

Trust, respect, or attraction? What is the hardest? Yeah, such a good one. Once it's been lost. Respect for attraction. All right, lock. All right, we're all right, now the answer's down. Hmm. All right. On the count of three, we need your answer, Mike. One, two, three. Attraction. He says attraction, we start with Steve Covina. You know, when you put all three there, it makes it a really difficult choice. But I went with the cliche answer because you always hear trust being the answer here. But when you really think about it, yeah, it's a good one. So I went with trust because I thought that was the obvious answer. Danny, hard to rebuild. Give it the three answers again for people that are just joining us. Yeah, so in a relationship, what's the hardest to rebuild once it's been lost? Trust, respect, or attraction? Respect is an interesting one because it's like, you can lose respect for a scenario, get past it or forget it.

I think attraction, what a great answer because if some, if you all of a sudden don't feel that person anymore, to start being attracted to them again, it's not easy. But I'm with Covina, it's too cliche and correct that it really takes a lot to get someone to trust you again. It's possible for sure, but you got to really work at it. DB, what's for you? I thought it was a no brainer, trust. Maybe he'll get the back to recover. I also said trust. Wasn't easy, though, because I was thinking respect to like when somebody says something, they crossed the line and you lose respect for them. Yeah, I'm not sure any of them are easy to come back from. But trust is the one you hear most. All right, it's all on you, Sam. Big trust. He got the point. Yeah, we're all on the same brain. I'm I get what he's saying over. If you got, if you got like a sexual chemistry with a partner and all of a sudden like that goes away, like, and you rebuild and chemistry, you become like more friends and partners. That is very tough to reverse, but trust. All right, cool. We go to the second category here. Mike, you're halfway to a prize pack.

You're gonna go to sports, go to the sports category. What's the most impressive thing an athlete can do? Dominate when everyone knows they're getting the ball. Make everyone around them better or deliver when their team absolutely has to have it. Okay, repeat the exact question again. The most impressive thing an athlete can do. Dominate when everyone knows they're getting the ball. Make everyone around them better or deliver when their team absolutely has to have it. Okay, all right, we're all right. We're not answers down. Everybody locked in locked loaded. Okay, we need your answer, Mike, on the count of three. One, two, three. Make everyone around them better. Speak everyone around them better like Magic Johnson. Let's say you I was saying. I said, dominate when everyone knows you're getting the ball. That's good answer. I kind of was gonna go the Magic Johnson route, but the have to have it.

Like when they deliver when the team has to have it, that's impressive. D.V. Dominate when everyone knows they're getting the ball. The ultimate team player, the ability to make the people around you play better as well. I'm with you, bro. I mean, not enough to have you win around, but I think making the people around you better is such a skill. Would you say, bro, deliver when it matters because you know, you can have a great season. Doesn't really mean a lot unless you're able to deliver a matter. I'm just gonna keep getting her nandies in the playoffs. Yeah, and it's about, you know, meeting not only meeting those expectations, but exceeding them. So yeah, deliver when it matters. All right. We go to round three. I'm gonna call this the second act category in honor of staying turning 75 today. Wow. Which musician had the most impressive second act after leaving the group that made them famous? Well, that's a good question. Okay. Oh, it's really good. Phil Collins, who of course was a Genesis drummer to lead singer to massive solo career. Beyonce, Destiny's Child to Global Superstar or sting the police to decades of solo success.

Okay. Locked in. Wow. I think it's easy. Yeah. You guys think it's that easy? Yep. Okay. What do you think? Mike on the counter three. One, two, three. Sting. He says Sting. Steve Gavino. You make my butt sting. Dude, it's so obviously beyond. I don't say it's not my favorite answer. But she's a nice. I don't think it's obvious. Dude, it's beyond. It's beyond my. It's more real. It's more recent. Your head is up your behind. I'm saying. I'm singing the police. You can't. They are incredible. He's incredible. No one would want to see Phil Collins Super Bowl halftime show. No one who wants to stink Super Bowl. I mean, I'm not even a fan. I'm not even a fan. But it's very clear that after Destiny's Child, Beyonce became a global star. You're out there. We know. We know Rich. The other guys like more. The other artist. I like more in their band. So we know Rich has answered D.V.

Would the Super Bowl field turn into fields of barley during these things Super Bowl halftime? Yes. Because I went with Beyonce. The question was the most. Oh, the most impressive. And Phil Collins started as a drummer. That's the most impressive. I'm not saying it though. Yeah. I'm not. Dude, for the record, I do want to make it clear. He wasn't a lead singer at first. Beyonce was my answer. I like staying and Phil Collins more. What did you say, Sam? Dan, what was your answer again? Beyonce. Yeah. If Danny had said Beyonce, he would have gotten another backdoor point. Because I said, BAY! That would have been the first. That would have been the first. And Mike, the question is, whose music I like the best? The answer is so obvious. Who's bigger after their group? I like the record. I think it was the most impressive. Dude, she is a global superstar that sells out stadiums and played the Super High Cup show. I think it's more impressive to go for a beat in the drummer too. And I can't. Dan, the answer. Dave Girl did that too. He went from drummer to being an icon.

All right. Let's go to round four. The workplace HR category. What's, what's, what's, I always fail this one. What's, yeah, no kidding. And the I Heart videos you fail to. What's the hardest thing to fake at work? I'm not interested in a meeting, liking a coworker you can't stand or being happy for someone who got the promotion you wanted. That's a really good question. Say one more time. What's the hardest thing to fake at work? Being interested in a meeting, liking a coworker you can't stand, or being happy for someone who got the promotion you wanted. Okay. Tough one. We're all right. Our answer's down. Locked. Everybody locked. Yep. Yep. Okay, we need your answer, Mike. One, two, three. Liking someone you can't stand. All right, we're going reverse order. Samuel, what you said? He said it so funny. Liking someone you can't stand. That's right. At least for this question, me and Mike are on the same brainwave here.

Liking at jerk. I think, not this company, but at past companies, we've all sat in staff meetings where that one annoying coworker kept asking questions and questions trying to kiss up to the boss. And you're trying to sit there and stay interested. I said the meetings. Any questions? Any questions? Are you guys in any meetings, by the way? Yes, sir. Are you guys going to have any? I am in a weekly one. Yes, sir. By the way, Dembire has to sit through a big mic meeting. Oh, emphasis on a meeting. We're going to see that guy in this thing. It is a show. It is quite the show. Smucktick and now we're going. He puts the background up and everything. Yes. D.B. What do you think? I can't stand you. I can stand you. There you go. And stand you. All right. Would you say, Rich? Listen, I feel like you could fake liking someone enough to get through a work scenario. You could really sit through a meeting and doze off. But to really be happy for someone that got a promotion that you wanted, I don't know how you could. That would be like if we were pretending to be happy if someone got this job instead of us.

You can't do it. Yeah. Rich and I are on the same brainwave there. Oh. That comes down. I've got my promo because I'm assuming too. You worked hard for that, bro. That's what I've got to be happy for that. That's almost like happy for me. It's almost like being happy for the guy that got the girl who wanted. Hold on though, having to fake liking a co-workers and everyday thing. Yeah. Have to fake congratulations for a co-worker who got a promotion of you. That's like a once in a while thing. I don't know. Day to day having to fake your liking a co-worker seems really hard. All right, you guys were pretty good at it. You guys are from experience. Yeah, you were pretty good at three years though, Sam. So, all right. It comes down to the last category here quickly, guys. Last chance, we're going to finish by going to the animal funer-dome. OK. If humans disappeared tomorrow, which animal would eventually run the planet? I love this. Apes, wolves, or wild pigs. Think about it. If humans disappeared tomorrow, which animal would eventually run the planet? Apes, wolves, or wild pigs?

You know, they said if ants were six inches, Danny G, they would rule the planet. You know that? You ever see that fun fact? Like an ants were six inches. They just, yeah, it's a little fun fact. All right, we're all right. Now, answer is down. I think this one's obvious. Let's go in. One. OK, Steve Kovino, we'll get your answer right after Mike here. One, two, three. Wolf. He says wolves, Kovino, what'd you say? Dude, it's not called planet of the wolves, bro. It's not. Have you ever seen that movie, Mike? Come on, Mike. I was pulling for you. They got my thumb. Mike, Mike, Mike, they got brains. I had the same thought as Kovino. He does a movie called dances with wolves, but there was a planet of the apes, because it was run by apes. All right, DB. I'm going ape bleep with these answers, apes. Wow. I can't see any apes. Hard to read, because my board smeared, but I also wrote down apes. Oh, there you go. Oh, and then after me, Sam. Sam, Sam, Sam. What was Mike's answer? Wolf. Wolf. I actually, I don't think you guys know your animals well, because the answer is pigs. I can't wait for the sewers.

Pigs. They mean produce quickly. They're incredibly resourceful. They're tough. They can grow horns or they do. They do reproduce so fast that they would be a swarm of them on the planet. You have to go out and hunt them, because they're numbers. You know what, Mike? I don't want you to lose like that at the end of the game. And his answer. We announced this awesome New York broadcast for next week. We're in great mood. So Mikey, you're a winner. We're going to send a prize back to you there in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mike, only because you see Mike a funny guy. You see Mike a funny guy. You made me laugh. And I can't let you lose because I would say him thinks pigs will worry about us. That's the way I was looking for a task. Thank you. And now, it's our express pros probably. You know what? I'll let you pick a Yankee because they did have a good week. All right. It's between two Yankees. Two. Come on. Just pick. Massachusetts guys that own the Red Sox this week. And it's going to be Cam Slitler. Let's go. He did look lights out, man. Lights out. Oh, it's he's the Red Sox daddy.

So he's the guy and he's the guy that's going to put the Yankees over Tampa Bay starting tomorrow. So well tomorrow game one is cold, but game two will be your pro the week. Cam Slitler. So that guy's so dominant and he's your future side young. I believe he really sealed that deal. And now it's time to get into some weekend hobnobbing. All right. Living for the weekend. Your winning bets for talking points. If you get stuck socializing. You ever done anything dangerous? Ever dance with the devil in the panel line? How does that? Friday brings us. We can hop. Now I could be known here. I'll make it snappy. If you're a Tom Cruise guy, some people come from Tom Cruise families, right? Like, yeah, my family, everybody met. Yeah, we're Tom Cruise family. Digger is out in theaters this weekend. We're hearing it's a musical. They never advertise musicals as musicals. Really? Because then people have less to do to go to the theater. So there's speculation that it might be. But either way, New Tom Cruise movie out this weekend in theaters.

All right. UFC Fight Night. Women fight, fly weight. You got silver versus Wang Kong. Everybody Wang Kong tonight. And you got figure eight versus Talbot. So as UFC Fight Night, check me out. New History Channel series premieres tonight. The unbelievable new season. I should say of the unbelievable on the history channel. New season four is called Epic Fails. The unbelievable with Ann Ackroy and of course, yeah, you're hero, bro. My hero. And our bonus pod over promise 157. We talk about. We talk about all sorts of stuff. Cheating in sports. Your NFL dope picks and more. Right here on our YouTube page. Let me let me hear you about the couple things. Then I have another major announcement about our broadcast. Real quick. Nate Bargatesy. Nate Bargatesy, if you're a fan of the committee in Nate Bargatesy, that movie breadwinner that was in theaters is now streaming on Netflix. So I think I wasn't going to go to the theater, but I'll definitely go check it out this weekend at home. So breadwinners out that reality show. Wonka. I'm here and people saying it's pretty actually interesting to watch.

That's on Netflix as well. And Sam Moral has a new comedy special if you're a fan of his. Yeah, I'll check that. And of course, it's not so great football. The key game that you know, Danny's going to be watching your readers and the chiefs and the Niners Broncos. Yeah, anything else you want to add?
