Let's dive in to what you need to know. And the Broncos are gonna be all right at the running back position earlier in the week.

2:06Sean Payton stated he expected the Broncos running back situation to be all right despite dealing with multiple injuries and his prediction. Turned out to be correct. Despite Denver's top three running backs all dealing with some sort of injury throughout the week, two of the three will play against Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night football. JK Dobbins suffered a hip injury midway through the Broncos win against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jonah Coleman also got hurt in that game as he sprained his ankle in the first quarter. And RJ Harvey heard his hamstring in week one. However, Dobbins and Harvey are good to go against the Rams. Unfortunately for Denver, Coleman is ruled out for the game dealing with a sprained ankle. And get this. Let's just talk about Jonah Coleman's toughness for a second. Jonah sprained his ankle on the second drive of the game for the Broncos. He plays not only the rest of the game, but is the only running back that the Broncos hand the ball off to in the fourth quarter. He gets eight carries on a sprained ankle helps ice the game for the Broncos.

3:07And it's such a bad spread ankle that he can't play the next week. Is the toughness the Broncos got in this rookie. But at least the Broncos will have two of their top three running backs on Sunday against the Rams. And there's one more Broncos injury I need to tell you about Marvin Mims has a chance to return on Sunday night football. Mims was ruled questionable to play in the game after suffering a foot injury and week one's loss against the Kansas City Chiefs. He practiced on a limited basis all week, which is a major upgrade from not even being a practice last week. So we could see number 19 out there again. Let me tell you about Puka no Kua. Rams superstar past Roger Miles Garrett has previously been ruled out for the Broncos game after he was placed on the injured reserve on Friday. The Rams all but likely lost a second superstar for their trip to the mile high city. All pro receiver Puka Nakua was ruled doubtful for Sunday's game with a hip injury. Might as well just call him Puka no Kua for this game.

4:09This is a big win for Vance Joseph's defense is Nakua is arguably the best receiver in the NFL win healthy. Last year Puka had a league high 129 catches for 1700 yards and 10 touchdowns is 107 receiving yards per game with the best in the NFL last year in his career. Get this. He has the NFL's all time record for receiving yards per game at 94.8 yards per game. That is insane. However, this doesn't mean Denver secondary will be completely off the hook. Devonte Adams went off last week without Nakua in the lineup against the New York Giants on Monday night football. Adams had eight catches for 195 yards and two touchdowns. Matthew Stafford's going to rely on Devonte without Puka and Patsr 10 is familiar with Devonte as the two of them have faced each other a number of times. Patsr 10 has got the better of Devonte and their most recent matchup. Still Broncos will be counting on that as well.

Certainly tracked him his whole career and he's something else. Unquote, bonix added, Donald is quote literally one of the best in his position of all time. Unquote and both continued. Unquote, for a guy like that who's played so much football at a dominant level, if anything he could be better because he got some good rest. Unquote, fortunately the Broncos have one of the best offensive lines in the country to try and contain him and in fact, Quinn Minerts is giving up one quarterback pressure in

8:16the first two weeks combined so far. That's the best mark in the NFL. That was a little fun fact. Let me hit you with some more fun facts to round this out. Unquote, bonix is nine and one against NFC teams in his career. His only loss was the first game of his career against the Seattle Seahawks. He's currently won nine straight games against NFC opponents as the NFC West ramps come to town on Sunday night. Both is thrown for at least 275 yards and at least one touchdown in four of the past five games in Denver. Of course, Sunday night is in Denver. The Broncos are 14 and one and their last 15 regular season home games. They look to make that 15 and one this week. Alex Singleton's 25 tackles is the most in Broncos history through two weeks of the season. Singleton had 20 tackles and the last Broncos Rams game. Q Robinson has a tackle for a loss in four of his past five games. Don't look now, but Q has really started to turn it on.
