British Crew Member Dies on Billionaire's Yacht in Majorca

0:00On March 3rd, a British crew member has been found dead on a luxury superyot, Mord and Palma, Mejorca. The woman who helped with maintenance was discovered in a cabin on Sunday evening. Paramedics rushed to the scene but pronounced her dead on the spot. Her colleagues raised the alarm after she failed to reply to messages or pick up calls. They checked on her and found the body. No clear signs of violence were visible, and early checks by police and a forensic expert couldn't pinpoint the cause. The yacht, named Lind, is a 170-foot custom vessel built in the Netherlands. It belongs to German billionaire Peter Alexander Wacker, whose net worth sits at about $1 billion. The boat can host 10 guests and 13 crew, with features like a Jacuzzi and Jim. Civil guard investigators are now awaiting autopsy results expected today to figure out what happened. They plan to keep her name private. This comes after another British woman died in the area last May from a 60-foot fall near a seaside lookout.
