Brighton Draw in Norway, Now at Home | Belfast News

Brighton drew 0-0 with Tromso in their Conference League playoff opener, showcasing flashes of brilliance from Ibrahim Osman and Yasin Ayari, but ultimately failing to break through on a tough artificial pitch. With key players sidelined and new signings like Luka Vuskovic making debuts, the Seagulls head home with the tie still alive — and the pressure mounting for a clinical second leg at The Amex. Fans who braved the trip north were rewarded with a gritty, hard-fought match, even as players covered their own ticket costs. Tromso proved dangerous, nearly snatching a late winner, leaving Brighton needing to be sharper when they host them next. The stage is set for a high-stakes showdown — home advantage vs. proven resilience.
