Today we're breaking down three big stories you need to know about. βš–οΈ

πŸ”Ή **Caleb Flynn Closing Statements**
Closing arguments are done in the murder trial of former American Idol contestant and ex-worship pastor Caleb Flynn, accused of killing his wife, Ashley, at their Tipp City, Ohio home and staging it as a break-in. We walk through what the prosecution and defense told jurors in their final pitch, the mistress testimony and text messages that dominated the trial, and what happens now that the case is in the jury's hands. Flynn has pleaded not guilty.

πŸ”Ή **Lindsay Clancy Update**
It's been nearly a month since Lindsay Clancy's triple-murder trial ended in a mistrial with a jury deadlocked 11–1. Today she's back in court for a status conference. Will prosecutors retry the case? What's happening with the defense's motions and the holdout juror? We cover the latest.

πŸ”Ή **Blake Lively FIRES Her Publicist**
Blake Lively has reportedly cut ties with Leslie Sloane, her publicist of nearly two decades going back to the Gossip Girl days, just months after settling her legal war with Justin Baldoni. We get into why this matters and what it could signal about Blake's next chapter.

πŸ‘‡ Drop your thoughts in the comments: what do you think the Flynn jury will decide?

Welcome to the show today is Tuesday, September 29th. It's a big legal day. Okay, so we're going to have some updates from courtrooms across the United States. We have got Lindsey Clancy's hearing that happened this morning. We're having running 10 through a wrench in everything. We'll hear about that. And then of course we'll talk about the Caleb Flynn closing statements. I'll be docked if anything other than a guilty verdict

comes off of that if not anything, but just for that song. Then we'll have some pop culture updates. A sad death actually and Blake likely and Leslie Sloan parting ways. Stay more, say more. We'll get into it everything. I have a little bit of a sinus infection, I think. So I'm on medication. That is making me feel like I'm out of body. Do you know those kinds of medications? Like I don't feel like I'm necessarily present. So we will have a really interesting show today because I am verging on delusion, maybe hallucinination. One of those I'm going through my own version of sinus infections psychosis. Okay, S.I.P. It's called suit. What up, sit. Let's get into it all. Make sure to hit that subscribe and like because we've got to talk about today. It's your daily dose of Donna.

Can you imagine? Not feeling like it. Can you imagine? And I feel like. Thank you so much for being here, my friends. How are we doing? We good? Good in the hood? I am. Like I said, I'm just reeling with this sickness. It's not even like I'm sick. I don't feel sick minus this. So it's just that heady feeling that is just like, and it's affecting my sleep. It started on Sunday. So I called the doctor. I did like a virtual session with my doctor. And he said, we're not going to go straight to antibiotics. So I'm going to go to the doctor. I'm going to go to the doctor. We're going to go to the doctor. How do you do it? What we'll do is put you on the deconjustment pill. It's like a 12 hour pill. And that will kind of like help you through it. So good luck to me.

For the next 12 hours. We'll see. Maybe I'll be really productive. You know, I have laid on said ADHD. Did I tell everyone that? So I've always thought like, what would happen to me if I was on like one of those out of all type things? I am unmedicated. Well, see how today goes. Like I said, keep me on track. If you see that my brain is starting to go into like law, law, land, you guys have to be like Donna. Get it together. Quach. Quach. Guys, I announced yesterday on Patreon for a book club this week. We have a book club that is for next month. When I tell you I am obsessed with this book, it's called joe, it's called hollow bones. It's by Jody Picolt. P.I.C. O-U-L-T. I literally stopped what I was doing when I was about 30% into the book. And I went to Patreon. I was like, guys, this will be our book club. It's so relevant. So because we're going to be talking about Lindsey Clancy,

this is why I'm bringing it up. So Jody Picolt has written books, you know, through her entire career. She's an amazing writer. I stopped reading her years ago. This book just like popped into my queue. Okay. I bought it on Kindle, so I'm reading the hard copy or I'm reading the digital copy. The reason why this book is so relevant. So essentially, it's about motherhood slash postpartum. So if you have like trigger warning, okay, Lindsey Clancy, it aligns a lot with that. As you guys know, I am a huge believer in how hard postpartum is. I am such a, a believer in the severity and the devastation of postpartum depression and anxiety. And in some cases, psychosis, which you'll see is talked about in this book at length.

You kind of go through a process with someone going through it. It's really tough. It's a hard read, especially knowing the Lindsey Clancy of it all, but there's also a major twist. It's so mind-blowingly good that I'm not going to bed at night because I'm reading. And that hasn't happened to me in a very long time. I like to listen to books a lot and I'll read, but I'll read a chapter and like pass out. I'm like forcing myself to stay up for this one. It's that good. And the truth is that you can't be more relevant right now. It's about the 25th anniversary of September 11th and postpartum and postpartum psychosis, like how much more on brand or on topic could you be than this book? So it's called hollow bones and we'll do our book club next month in October, mid October, mid to end of October. So I'll schedule that. So make sure to join Patreon. If you guys are interested in joining book club, I am obsessed with this one. So let's just start with the Lindsey Clancy of it all since that was the first thing that we saw this morning.

Lindsey Clancy had her hearing today. This was the hearing that everyone kind of knew was going to happen. It is September, September 29th. And this is the date that we knew was coming. So I watched it. Look, at the end of the day, nothing happened. We didn't get any answers. It's not like the judge said, yes, this case will definitely be tried. And this is the date of it. I assume prosecution is going to continue to try this case until. Until they get what they want. Defenses moving mountains and doing everything they possibly can to get Lindsey off, right? They want the case dismissed. Now, Kevin, writing team did something today that we haven't seen. Okay. We haven't seen it through the trial. And I understand there's people out there that are incredibly anti-Kevin Reddington.

And they're incredibly anti-Lindsay Clancy. And they can't even for a second conceptualize the inconsistencies in this case. Because if you do. Say that there's like a little bit of an inconsistency with the timeline and the evidence. And I think that's why people are immediately mad, right? I can't believe that you would blame Patrick. So I'm going to present this to you. I'm going to show you a little bit of what Kevin Reddington said this morning. With also keeping in mind that it really. I think it's important to be incredibly open. Okay. Not saying it's true. Not saying it's true. I'm just saying what he's saying. It's an argument to be open to.

And I understand a lot of people are very upset about it. But this is what gave me so much pause during this trial. Because I am incredibly. Like constantly questioning myself with this one. I really am. Like I've told you guys, I believe Lindsey Clancy Clancy Kills her kids. And then I hear certain things about the details behind the scenes. And I'm like, wait, wait, what? Why can't my brain wrap around that? So this is the tough thing. And I get it. It's very triggering to people. Like I know it's triggering to people like Zach. I know it's triggering to people like Lauren from Court of Random Opinion. People that are incredibly sensitive to the idea of even opening up any reasonable doubt about Lindsey Clancy. But you can't help but look at the facts of this case. And this is why I think that the world is so divided on it.

It's not that people are out there trying to support killing children. It's about the idea that like something doesn't fit for our brains. It's not making a perfect puzzle. And most murders don't. Okay. Most crimes don't. But it's not even like somewhat fitting in a lot of people's brains. The only thing that's fitting about it is that she was mentally unwell and she was sick. And then she was told that she killed her kids based on psychosis. Okay. That's the only thing that we know for sure. We know the kids sadly are gone. And so that's the obviously important thing here. What Reddington is doing. As a defense attorney is the best thing that you can do as a defense attorney. He's getting his money's worth. This guy is doing everything. To remove her from being guilty of criminally murdering these kids.

And what he says in this is about the bifurcation. And I think it's really, really important to understand this. He, this is not new. Everyone's like, oh my god, Reddington's pivoting. Everything Reddington says is not new information to Reddington. Reddington did not want to try this case. As is. We hear it again this morning. He didn't. He doesn't want to try it as is. He wanted to try it. So that the first part of it was even just seeing if she was. Actually guilty of the crime. I was like, oh my god, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Before you decided the why and the state of mind. So. When he's up there and everyone's like, oh my god, he's throwing everything at the wall. He's totally pivoting. I don't think he's pivoting at all. I think this is his way of telling the judge. Like from the beginning, this trial was a little bit of a. Like off from what I wanted to fight for Lindsay.

I think it's like there's a lot of layers here. There's a lot of layers and. It's like an onion, right? You peel back one thing and then you're like, wait, but what about this? But what about that? And then also at the same time, like you guys are saying, there's also a civil case. So the civil case is happening separately, which says she murdered her kids. And therefore, the doctor is in the medical. The medical world basically failed her. And they're trying to go after it for money. After them for money, that's the civil case. So people see that and then immediately think, well, that's the criminal case. I actually think a lot of times stories change. I'm not really going to talk about the Cornell 7 here because I'm just learning about the Cornell 7. I'm getting a lot of DMs about it saying like, why are you talking about it? I haven't really done my research into it. I've seen headlines, but I haven't really done research, but I just found out today that the original police report that was given by the girl in the Cornell 7 and her civil case, which is just now reopened are completely different stories for the most part.

And I'm not saying that one is wrong or one is right. I'm just saying a lot of people do this. I think a lot of people switch up their stories for a civil case, verse the criminal case or verse their police reports, etc. You do anything you possibly can to kind of try to get more of a win out of it. So I'm not this is not like an indication of how anything about the Cornell 7. I'm just saying that just came up this morning a lot of times people change their stories for different filings. So let's just watch a little bit of the Kevin Reddington. And I know it's upsetting to people. I get it. Like I know I'm sure Deanna I know Deanna well enough in the comments to know that she's a hardcore believer that Lindsey is guilty of criminal intent. So like I'm curious what you're seeing here. Deanna says the thing that bothers me is that she stipulated to doing the murder. So the prosecution didn't have to present evidence proving she did it.

So it's not that there isn't evidence necessarily. So they did still have to prove that she did it. They did still have to prove that they had to prove it all. They had to prove that she did it and that she did it under criminal intent. That's why the not guilty completely was on the jury. For ash says the timeline and the crime scene don't make any sense. They did a terrible job investigating. I hope they re they reopen the case and bring in the FBI. And honestly if they retry the case, I actually really, really do hope that they bring in the FBI and start a full investigation. I just don't know if you can recover cell phone data three years later. Like I do believe everyone cell phones should have been investigated. I do think that that could have helped tremendously. Look how much information we learn just from them going through Caleb Flynn's cell phone. Because of Caleb Flynn's cell phone discovery, we found out he was having a two year affair. I'm not saying that Patrick Clancy did.

I'm just saying you learned so much through cell phones. And Diana also says she has an issue with her having a civil suit again, claiming and detailing how she killed the kids in that lawsuit. But I agree, reddington is of course going to try what he wants exactly. Okay, so let's let's watch just a little bit of it. Kevin Reddington as always, I think he's a phenomenal speaker, especially after watching the Caleb Flynn trial where you have literally the team who defense department of all the world is is like you finally when you watch this trial, you're like, okay, the courtroom's nicer to look at. The audio was so much clearer and better Kevin Reddington, even the the hair bow and her sister by the way, did you guys notice hair bow was not wearing a hair bow today? You know, recommendations can be great. Maybe someone recommended this podcast and here you are, but home projects are different.

If a podcast isn't your thing, you lose a few minutes. If you hire your cousin's neighbor to mount your TV, you might end up with a lopsided screen and wall damage. Maybe I know a guy just isn't enough for your home. That's why thumbtack works. It matches you with top rated local pros with photos, reviews and credentials all in one place for your next home project. Try thumbtack higher the right pro today. Explain to me why why was hair bow not wearing a hair bow? Oh, because she didn't have the jury to try to, you know, work hard to convince that to me was the worst. If you're going to wear a hair bow during trial, at least wear the hair bow every day, including today. Okay, so let's just get into a little bit of it. The national juror, which is consistent with the latimor standard consistent with Jackson vr. Virginia for for to support each essential element of the offense. It must find that there is enough evidence that could have satisfied a rational trial of fact of these elements beyond a reasonable doubt we consider the directed red extended required by Jackson vr.

To be comparable to that here to before flight in Commonwealth versus Cooper and that's in latimor. Jackson pays further indicates that the evidence must not just be some record evidence. It has to be reliable and it has to be sufficient that would allow a rational juror to make a determination beyond a reasonable doubt. Not just that there's some record evidence that touches on each element of the offense. So I asked the court to hire them back to the evidence that was presented and ask yourself. Where's the evidence that she did this? Where is the evidence that she did this? We have a situation where Patrick comes home, you're on a recalls the evidence that the indicates that when he came home that he enters the house, he puts the food down on the table comes back from the restaurant. It's quiet, here only quiet as the government indicates in the emotion that he then indicates that he goes upstairs into the bedroom after yelling downstairs to the basement.

When he goes up to the house, he goes up to the bedroom and you're on a recall that the evidence is that he's able to make an observation that the window is open. It's called in the room. He sees blood. My memory is that if he had a go was sprayed on the walls. In fact, you're on a recall. It was next great on the walls. There's a lot of I would say copious blood drops on the floor and on the mirror. When you consider the evidence that the government has, you have the exercise balance. You have the woefully deficient DNA. You have the woefully deficient fingerprint. You have the horrific ridiculous investigation using the term loosely by the police. There was no investigation. It was not even a horrendous investigation. There was no investigation. This is the problem. The investigation. And this is how important it is for investigators here in Los Angeles, in the world, right in America, I guess around the world for crime scenes. The investigation needs to be thorough, no matter how obvious a crime looks.

If you are not investigating, you are opening yourself up for holes, which can then be filled in and the defense can try to get out of it. For example, the investigation of Ashley Flynn's death. They didn't do a thorough investigation. They didn't check the blood, the drains for her blood. They didn't check for gunpowder residue on his hands. They didn't find the gun. They didn't this. They missed a few things. Now they did go through his cell phone. So we got a good amount of information through that. But remember, they totally threw this investigation. They threw it. They didn't do it. And so that in my mind is for me, enough of a reason for reasonable doubt, not to say that she should just be dismissed and be off. But like, how can you prove physically that she did it? Someone tried to answer that question. How can you physically prove that she did that?

Let's keep watching. Some questions that we always do as defense attorneys, prosecutors, investigators. So when he goes into the bedroom, there's a lock on the on the on the knob is blood. He's able to use some type of a little key in spite of the lock. Jowak, it was under doing on opens the door goes into the world, goes into the room. Now the evidence is that she cut her wrists, cut her throat, standing in front of the mirror, blood drops, then went over to the window and propelled herself out of the window. You're on a hered evidence that she indicated that the screen was cut. You're on a real set of evidence that in fact the screen was not cut. You want to infer obviously as a rational jury could infer that in fact this is a false memory that she had because she believes that the screen was cut. And it wasn't. But in any event, she propels herself out the window and sustains the injuries that you're on as well. So we have the she's the same. She then is on the ground. She has no shoes on. Why does she not have shoes on? It's 30 something degrees outside. This no, it's the winter. She has no shoes. She's wearing black socks. Where's the blood on the black socks? Where's the blood on the shoes? When did the shoes get taken off and why?

You are really important questions you guys. She has black socks on. She jumps out of the window, but before she's out of the window, she's cutting her body out. She's bleeding all over. There's blood all over the floor. Why isn't there blood on her socks? Why isn't there smudges around the floor? These are like an investigative questions that an investigator normally would come in and be like, this seems weird. Right? So he's saying all the things that are true. He's not speculating. He's giving facts. There were no footprints. Facts that there was no blood on her socks. You run a recall looking at the blood spatter evidence and the drops on the floor. Where are the smears from a person who has just cut their wrist, cut their throat is in the state of psychosis? That throws themselves out of the window. Where are the smears from that person walking across the blood up to the window and then propelling themselves out the window?

Where is the evidence that the cup that was on the next step contained crushed up, not just medication, crushed up medication? Where is the evidence of that? Where does that come from? Everyone said, well Patrick said that there is crushed up pills in a cup that said because children or because kids remember the wine cup. There was crushed pills on the bottom of that cup. But there's no pictures of it. There's no evidence of it. There was no testing of it. They just took his word for that. I saw crushed up medication. So that's kind of these are the things that he's trying to say that he wanted to fight in the first trial. Did the police even seize that cup? No. Did they examine the residue, the white residue? No. Patrick said that in fact it was medication. Patrick said that in fact it was crushed up medication. Where is the question? Where's the pill crushing? Where are the two spoons to use the question? Where's the residue? Why is it not on the table? Why is it not on the floor? Why is it not on the bed? Why is there no blood on the bed with the copious weed?

And this should bother everyone. This lack of investigation should bother everyone regardless of who killed the kids. If you guys are ever in a situation where you find yourself in a position like this and they just literally take someone else's word and say that you were guilty of A B N C. But they didn't investigate. But that should be concerning for everyone. Truly. And I just don't understand why people are fighting this so hard. Everyone should be upset about about investigation. We were upset about it with Kelsey Fitzsimmons. We were upset about it with Sandra Birchmark. We're upset about it with Karen Reed. We're upset about it with all these cases. But for some reason with Lindsey Clancy, everyone just wants to assume that everything should be fine. She should be guilty of murder done by the police. But that's not the justice system. The justice system is going through the motions of investigating every possible outcome. And in reality, there's a lot of holes in this one. Everyone has to agree with that.

They don't seize that. They don't test the substance. She ends up in the hospital. You're not going to recall the evidence of the removal of the bands from the children's next horrific experience and testimony that was presented as fire as removal of the bands, the government's demonstration with Dr. Lapis added in fact, the bands exploded wide open. They were not tagged. We're not heard the testimony. In fact, we're tagged. This entire case is based on speculation. Where is the admission? Where does she say that she did this? And what's most chilling is the fact that when she comes out of this obvious coma that she is in, that when she comes out of it, you're not heard the testimony from the psychiatrist and from the doctor's a frequent woman's hospital. She was told what happened. She had no memory of what happened. Why does she recall cutting the screen? Why does she recall killing the children? Where she's told what happened and had no memory? There's no evidence that she admitted that she did this. So you have no evidence from the defendant. Massachusetts and uncorroborated statement of the defendant obviously is not evidence. You have to have corroboration. I said to the court. There is no evidence she made any statements as far as the actual killing of the children, which forms the blood.

The basis of the indictments. The timeframe does not match. Now let's get into the timeframe. Okay. Now I understand once again, I'm going to put this out. I get it. I get how frustrating this can be. I understand that you guys are hearing this and so frustrated. Like, of course she did it. Who else would have done it? This is not pointing at anyone specifically, but this is seriously 1000% an issue in this world is people getting imprisoned for not committing crimes because investigations were not done. What is it called? Did I make that up? It's a Netflix documentary. My friend here in Los Angeles is a criminal defense attorney, a public defender. And she literally constantly is getting people out of prison for they've been in prison for 30 years for a crime they didn't commit. Okay. And I'm not saying that this is 100% true, but you cannot ignore the obvious in front of you facts.

It's wild to imagine how this could have all gone down that day for those hours. Now listen to the timeline. Even the government in their own closing indicated to the jury that she did not have enough time to do this. The time running is ridiculous as fire is him leaving the house, sending off the 524 email, whether it was from his laptop, whether it was from the cell phone, driving the CVS, driving down to the restaurant to pick up the food. You got videos from both of those places. He's coming back. He's got shoes. He takes his boots off as what he says. You want to see in the photographs as far as it's concerned, whatever he takes off, he takes it off. The time frame does not match the core body temperature. Before we get into core body temperature, I just want to remind you guys this one thing that he says Patrick said that when he came home, he immediately took off his boots. I guess he was wearing tennis shoes earlier about his boots. Okay, took off his boots right when he walked in looks around kids. Lindsay kids opens the basement door closes the basement door.

Then he goes upstairs can't get in. Finds a way to get into the front door or the bedroom door opens the door sees the blood sees the crush medication from the door does not look out the window immediately runs downstairs and goes and talks to Lindsay, but he has the shoes on. He says he went through the back door, not the front door where he came in that's always been a little bit of a red flag to me. When did your shoes come back on did you run and put your shoes back on before you ran back outside because you didn't say that you said you went right through the back door. So that's me is a little bit of an odd thing too that he mentions. If you talk to a profusionist profusionist would indicate that it would take at least two hours for a human being to get done at core body temperature of 82 degrees. They would have to warm blood which they did in the hospital to bring that person to the level where they're not ready to expire and in fact, you're on a nose that she did obviously expire she died in the hospital massive transfusions.

And it just goes on and on and on. Okay, without showing you the rest of the speech all I can tell you is that he's bringing up and I understand the people that out there they're like now the tiktokers are going to go crazy well the tiktokers already came to these conclusions on their own. And yes, some people have really lost their minds with it like the ones that think that Patrick is the nanny like I can't even go there. But you have to admit if you've been following trials if you've been following cases that the timeline is weird the body temperature is weird the entire process of it is strange there's certain things that just do not connect for me and that's where I get stuck on this one. Okay, now of course prosecution came up immediately and said you know this is laughable. She 1000% did it she was the only one home alone. She was the only one that you know had these feelings and her motive was that she was unhappy and she was not figuring out a way to make herself happy and she needed to kill her kids.

Okay. It's really just comes down to this idea of you know the investigation is the only thing that can prove it and the investigation unfortunately is not there so unless they reopen the investigation. We don't have the answers and I don't know if we ever will I don't know if we ever will. Not sure if we'll ever know who killed those kids and how it's the Dana Chandler case you know and so for me. I will always question this case I will always question it no matter what if she gets guilty not guilty reasons of insanity whatever it is I will always question how that happened how did that hour go down. Because it's really strange to imagine how that all happened and she went down to 82 degrees. And the baby was able to be resuscitated you're only able to be resuscitated within 10 to 15 minutes so she did that jumped down turned into 82 degrees within 15 minutes. It's magic very confusing now.

That being said I have a feeling they will try the case again but I do wonder if they could bring in the FBI for a second case I don't know if that works but it's interesting because when I'm watching the Caleb Flynn trial they're talking about it with the lead investigator and they said to like why did you bring in all these other police departments in the FBI and he says because if it was happening to my family I would want the best of the best I would want to get the best. And I wonder why they didn't decide in this case to get more people this is small town ducksbury like how in the world is ducksbury able to Massachusetts able to conduct this kind of investigation is a homicide or yeah I mean it's a triple homicide they should have brought the FBI and day one and it's really unfortunate that they didn't because I'm telling you guys I've already like prepped lamps I'm like if I die. Number one you cannot call and cry on 911 you can't you can't say you're going to throw up you definitely can't you know act a fool okay secondly if I die like call the FBI immediately unless you want to go to jail forever okay FBI needs to be there immediately.

It's frustrating case it's a really frustrating case and as you can see we're all questioning everything it's not that like ultimately those kids died and that is the worst part about it in the book I'm reading like I mentioned at the very beginning hollow bones by Jody Pickold is a book literally about postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis and it has so much connection to this so Lindsey Clancy actually did murder her kids because she was in psychosis it tracks like you can see how this shit goes down. Reading this book it's crazy how I opening it is to me I am not someone that shits on women that go through postpartum anxiety depression or psychosis I believe in it I think it's real I don't think it gives you the freedom to act and do as you please if you murder someone you go and you take accountability for those murders you know but I do believe in psychosis I actually do believe it's a real thing I've seen enough and I've watched enough and I've read enough to believe that women that have babies sometimes go into postpartum depression anxiety and some even less but sometimes go into psychosis so I believe in that more than anything and that's why this case is triggered the world.

So I think that's the problem that being said let's move on and talk about some other things okay we will see what happens with the Lindsey Clancy case we don't have an answer and we're going to find out November 2nd we have a while to go so trust me this shit is not going away but thank you guys for being here and subscribing and liking the show and it's okay if you disagree with me I would love to hear you but you know I always said if Kevin running 10 the defense attorney who I think is a brilliant man I know a lot of people don't like him but I think that's not going to be a good thing for me. Thank you so much, Hewll for partnering for the show. And let's get into Caleb Flynn. Where do I start with this? Who's a her? The forehead just keeps growing. I don't know if you guys have noticed that. And I don't know if you guys are following the Karen Reed trial Instagram account. Oh my God, I just opened up Instagram and Brian Austin Green is there talking. We're gonna have to talk a little bit of a Brian Austin Green stuff in a second. You know, I talked about that yesterday. The Karen Reed trial account is so funny. They posted, you know, they do the baby AI things. And what do I find? Did I just had it? I swear, I can never search well when it comes to my hold on, hold on.

Where do I find it? Okay, if I can't find it, I won't post it. But you guys, I literally was dying of laughter watching this Karen Reed trial because basically what it is, here we go. I got it. I knew one of you guys sent it to me. So thank you to Heidi who sent it to me on Instagram. Here we go. Who's it? Hi. Hi,Hi, Hi, Hi. That's just in our hands. The first time I saw you. You guys, I swear to God, everyone's faces. They do such a good job. I don't know how they're able to do this. They like pull everyone.

Everyone from the, look at it. Look at the way he's standing with his forehead. Then you have two people randomly in the audience dancing to it. It's so good. There's nothing better than this song. Like I'm sorry. Look at the girl from the L.A.S.C. I can't get enough of the Gala Flynn trial and that song. I'm telling you, it's so good. So today we had closing statements. Just to be honest, prosecution, a million times is a better did a better job. When I tell you the defense attorney for Caleb Flynn, even if he brought up some decent things, is so awful and just has attacked and his the way that he speaks and what he says, like I can't take him seriously.

He basically starts by saying, I want to see if we can find this one part. So prosecution went first. And then this, the, the, he moved. Fred Willard came up. And he did his, his ridiculously insensitive, like, yucky speech where he basically mentions at one point, Ashley's virginity, which I was just in shock over. Let's see what part this is. It's kind of hard to hear always on this trial, but let's try. A mental plan involving the study consideration of the method and the means of instrument which caused it. I mean, it's so hard to hear compared to the other one, but he basically is saying, you know, if you, they didn't test any DNA, they didn't test anything, which is actually another problem. They really didn't. It is difficult enough. For me, for a few, please. I'm not a massive respect for those guys. And so what do we have here?

We have seven or eight long days. We have a lot of people who are not going to be able to do the test. And so what do we have here? We have seven or eight long-forced agencies who really have any no direction. And it's not being managed. Did you all come down here? And it's how it has to. The tips. Go into God's post, where it goes to the environment, then it goes to the end. And so we end up not even interviewing. Are you kidding me? You know, you get on the page, you have to show ID. You don't want to sell it. So later, never comes. Hell yeah. He basically says, you know, the one thing that we can guarantee or agree on as I had an affair, but he says about Alia. If Alia, if you believe that Alia lost her virginity to Caleb,

I have some swamp land to sell you. Why is this disgustingly weird man? Sorry, I find him so weird. Why is he bringing up the mistress's virginity? He also talks about the fact that she lied about the laptop, that she lied about the phone. He finds a very strange so-to-why, by the way, that she would lose the phone and the laptop in the, on that one trip that she went in January, it is really strange. But the fact that he brought up, but I'm really, I'm trying to find this one clip of him saying it, Caleb Flynn attorney. Alia. It's gonna be hard to find. I'm sure I can find it at some point, but it's really, really strange. You guys, it's really a strange choice that he decided to talk

about the fact that she was a virgin and that you should lie, basically, is this it? Okay, here we go. Kathy Russ on X posted it. It looks like, oh, it's not the video. Okay, he says, should we believe Alia? If you believe that she was a virgin, when she did Caleb, I have some swamp land I would like to sell you. When she did Caleb, you're saying? Now look, I want Caleb to be guilty. I think Caleb is guilty. But if you're gonna talk like this to your jury, who's you know both women and men, you're talking about Alia's virginity when she did Caleb, I've got swamp land, then you're talking about some weird ass stuff about her being a side piece. Like he's just not for me. I don't like his tact, I don't like his energy. I didn't like his sense of humor throughout the entire trial. I found him to be incredibly off-putting, but it's also because he's representing like the biggest loser of all men. Okay, Caleb Flynn and his head are so incredible,

like incredibly dope, the dopious of the dopey, right? He also does mention though, that in order to be a very skilled, like in order to kill someone, but in the back of their head, two times, you have to be a very skilled shooter. He's like, do you think this guy could do it? This emotional guy? It's so good. You think that Caleb Flynn and Alia, Boughtner are still in love. I actually do believe that he still loves her, and he's hoping that she'll visit him in prison. Very curious what you guys think. And then of course, the prosecution came on as a rebuttal, which doesn't happen very often, but they came on as a rebuttal. Here's just a little piece of it. It's so much better. I mean, it's not even a joke. It's not even like a question who's better at this. The prosecution is better. In the photos, there's a mountain of self on top

of that refrigerator, including a carpet sitting up there, balanced. How does that not fall off the door's portion? Look in the freezer. You can only see the freezer, not being forward as a force to apply. How about the baby side? Inside the computer about the direction of the tool marks and the complete lack of any corresponding tool marks to define what tools you used to pry up in the door. I can't even replay it, you guys, for you. It's too hard to understand, and I don't even want to do this to you. All I'm going to say is that the prosecution had a really smart rebuttal. It was very strong. They're basically saying this man killed his wife, and here's the 20 reasons why. A, we have Moda. B, we have a plan. He'd been talking about it over text messaging and a goal to do it. C, we knew that he was going to ask for a divorce exactly on that same day. It's a little strange that he would text something like, I'm free now or whatever I choose you right before his wife is killed. D, he didn't, the dogs didn't bark. The robbery, I'm sorry, the murder was like a staged intruder situation where it looks like the door was kicked from the inside

and this and this and that. So my gut feeling is Caleb did it. The question is, where is that gun? No one knows where that gun is, and I'm dying to know where you guys think that gun is. Like, how was he able to get rid of it? Or remember, they did get two tips from one man saying that he had hired a hitman. So did he hire a hitman? If he did, he's so stupid that he wasn't able to delete all of these group me messages off his phone, wouldn't we find evidence on his phone of some sort of a hitman? So I just don't get it. I have no idea how this happened. I don't understand how he was able to pull this off, but yes, I 1,000% believe that he kills his wife. And got rid of the murder weapon somehow. I really don't know. I really don't know. I mean, I heard that they searched everywhere. So I don't know. The jury is deliberating and I'm assuming

we're going to get a verdict. Well, it's already 330. Oh no, it's Ohio. Is it 230 there? I don't know. I'm assuming we're going to get a verdict if not end of day to day. We're going to get a verdict tomorrow. There's no way that they're going to come up with enough to make him not guilty. There's not enough reasonable to add on this one. I just don't think. Plus they had to listen to that song twice. Okay, twice. Let's move on over to Nancy Guthrie. Nancy Guthrie, you guys, it's the gift that keeps on giving is this Pima County Department and the ransom notes. It's shocking that we still are dealing with the Nancy Guthrie disappearance with no information eight months later. Brian Entom was on his Instagram or I'm sorry, his YouTube and he basically was like, well, we have no leads. We have no leads. Pima County Sheriff's Department just posted 35 minutes ago on Monday, September 28th, the PCSD, that's Pima County Sheriff's Department and FBI Guthrie Task Force, was made aware of a new possible ransom text message

related to the Nancy Guthrie investigation. After further review, investigators determined the text message is not credible. Yep, yesterday they got a new ransom message and now they're saying it's not credible. Anyone who receives a text message or other communication related to Nancy Guthrie is encouraged to report it to law enforcement. We also urge the public to remain vigilant as scammers may attempt to take advantage of the situation do not send money or provide personal information in response to unsolicited messages. Investigators will continue to review reported messages for credibility and investigate any potential attempts at extortion. The Nancy Guthrie investigation remains active and ongoing. I don't think we're ever gonna hear anything. You guys, I don't think we're ever gonna get answers on the Nancy Guthrie case. I think it's truly that also feels like it's just dead in the water, literally. I just don't see how all of a sudden one day someone's gonna be like, whoops, had Nancy this whole time. Forgot, now I'm gonna be a good person.

Now I'm gonna be a good person. It just doesn't make any sense. You know, I just saw actually on X here that the judge in Caleb Flynn's case told the jurors that while they are deliberating, they will not be allowed their phones. Isn't this how it should always be? Shouldn't it always be this way? So, I don't know. They're not allowed their phones as they shouldn't be allowed their phones. Jerry should not be allowed their phones. Honestly, for the entirety of the case, but obviously that's never gonna happen. I just, I don't know. The whole thing feels so strange, but you know that they're sitting back, they're deliberating and just ping their pants over that song. Like that jury, the one thing that they definitely agree on is how bad that song was, you know? So Nancy Guthrie is still missing. Savannah Guthrie is still not talking about it and Annie Guthrie and Tomaso are literally in witness protection program if they didn't already get a face transplant.

I have no idea what's going on here. How is it possible that not one local in Pima County has taken a picture of Annie and Tomaso at the local supermarket or even said, we see Annie and Tomaso all the time. They're showing up all the time. They go to the church, they go to the gas station, they go here, they go there. Why aren't we getting any updates on the sister and brother? It would be nice to hear like a little recap about like how they're doing after all these months. I mean, if Patrick Clancy's going on 60 minutes, can't we get Annie? I'm a little confused by it. Just saying, it's a little strange. I understand they're not public people, but no one's asking to be public when your mother goes missing. Like when someone has a missing child or a missing parent or a missing sibling or whatever, it's not a choice. You become public because it's a public case. It's not like leave them alone, they're not public.

But they are, they're part of the story. We have a missing person. So LC, you say because no one has taken pictures in posting, I have a hard time believing that not one person in Pima County is writing into on X saying like I see Annie and Tomaso all the time. They're fine, everything's fine. They're just sad. Like really we're believing this. Do they still live in their same house that they lived in the night that Annie, I mean that Nancy Guthrie was last seen? We don't know if they were last seen. She was last seen or not. What about the young group that she played Mahjong with on Friday? How are we not getting interviews by them? I'll never get over that part. She was overtly to Zen. Stop.

We're gonna have to sit around here, huh? To watch it. Okay, let me make it smaller for you guys. And we'll just keep talking until it happens, okay?

Don't go anywhere. We are watching that verdict. Vertic to watch. Breaking news. Vertic to watch. A hundred percent. It's pure guilty. They delivered it for four. They listened to a song four times. And they were like guilty, guilty, guilty, and guilty. I love a live daily dose of Donna verdict. Yes, we get them sometimes. We get lucky. We welcome in you guys. We will be watching the verdict. Now while we're waiting on Caleb Flynn's guilty sentence, can you imagine if they say not guilty? Now that I'll write it. That's gonna be like OJ Simpson vibes. Why don't people, why are there people out there supporting Caleb? Like the foreheads of America. Okay, let's keep going. Let's talk about Blake lively while we're waiting. The second this is live, you guys. So the second it happens, we will go to it. It's right now 331 pm in Utah, M Ohio, they deliberated for two hours and 25 minutes.

That may be a record. Is he gonna start crying? Da. Da. Of course he's gonna start crying. Okay, let's talk about Blake lively. What we talk about while we wait on Caleb Flynn and of course we'll stop if that happens. So Blake lively according to page six, which I consider pretty accurate when it comes to these things, has fired her long time publicist, Leslie Sloan. And for that, I say finally she made a good decision. Okay, Blake lively has made nothing but bad decisions. This entire, entire saga since it ends with us. She's made the worst PR decisions ever. And I think it's 99% is because she's represented by Leslie Sloan who in my opinion is very old school who doesn't really understand the true, you know, the way that the media works these days, the way social media works these days, the way that it's not just smear campaigns,

like people actually have through honest feelings about everything. And that being said, you know, she got all the worst advice, Blake lively. I mean, she already was dealing with some really bad shit, but she got all the worst advice when it came to out of handle the saga of it ends with us. Every single thing she did when she would speak, what she would say, what she would wear, how she would act, who she would talk to, everything in my opinion was bad for her and Ryan. And I believe Ryan is represented by Leslie Sloan as well. So this is the best decision Blake lively can make. Now my question is who's gonna take Blake lively on? And what kind of a job is that? How would you, let me ask you while we're waiting on Caleb Flynn's trial verdict, how would you, what would you, I should say, offer as a PR strategy for Blake lively to get back into good graces.

Now, that to me is very, very interesting. I wouldn't have the right amount of advice. I wouldn't know where to even start. I would be like, I would tell Blake lively to honestly just go quiet for like two years. She doesn't need the money, just go quiet. Under the radar, maybe write a book. She's probably gonna start a podcast. It's gonna be daily dose of Blake. Ryan will be her PR. He probably already is her PR. Do you think that Ryan Reynolds listens to anything, anyone tells him anyway? I don't think so. Christina says I think Leslie dropped her because she dragged her into a lawsuit and now Blake is toxic in the industry. We now know that they say the artist chose, but they didn't. I don't know if Leslie would ever drop Blake, but maybe you're, maybe it's possible. I just don't, they've had such a long relationship.

20 years, they've been together. I'm sure she's very close with every person in her family. I just don't see how Leslie would choose to lose that paycheck. You know, oh my God, leak Taylor's text. It's the only good PR move she can make. Wow, that is funny. As you guys know, we're waiting on the Caleb Flynn verdict. We put a little bit of a banner on, they better do this fast, right? How long can we say here? Caleb Flynn verdict is in. Does it work? There we go. Dantana. Oh, let's talk about some TV shows while I'm waiting, okay? Team mom, who here is a baseball mom or dad? Okay, I am a baseball mom. And so this is a new show that is on Paramount Plus.

It's produced by Kim Kardashian, executive produced. And it's about a group of baseball parents that are supporting their kids who are all basically 12 13 14 going through this program called LPA. LPA is like something players association. I actually don't even know what it's called league, but whatever. It's basically a baseball academy that these kids go to where they get two hours of school. That's it. A day, two hours of school and then straight into baseball practice from morning till night, essentially. They're there all day long. They take it super seriously. These are the kids that are traveling all around for tournaments all the time. And I find it actually really interesting. I don't know if I like it so much because I am a baseball mom or just because the personalities are interesting to me. But there's obviously like a little bit of drama. And I was asking Lance, I was thinking like, would this make a team like a D1 team more likely

to bring in one of these kids onto their teams or less likely if their parents are on a reality show. And therefore, you know, getting into the drama, drinking a lot and fighting and drama left and right. So I actually think that that is interesting. I mean, I think it's good exposure if your kid is really good, but can you imagine your kid is on a reality show that everyone watches or whatever a lot of people are watching and like screws up so badly in one of the games, which you know you're going to see. Does that ruin this kids' chances for a future, you know, signing or whatever? I always find it really interesting. How many of you guys are baseball parents like me? Let's see, what's happening with our Caleb? Okay. I will say that I do owe you guys a, I owe you guys a Patreon by the way, and I'm going

to do a Patreon, but here's what I'm going to do it on. I'm going to do it this week. I'm going to watch the Jeff Lewis show, which just aired on Bravo last night. Did you guys like it? Are you into it? I'm going to watch that. I'll talk about that. I'm going to talk about Adam Brody and his statements. Okay. A lot of you guys know how passionate I am about this and I was really perturbed. So I want to talk about Jeff Lewis. I want to talk about Adam Brody. We can talk about some other things, but I don't really know if I want to say them here yet. But it will be interesting to watch the Jeff Lewis show. You know, my feelings about Jeff Lewis have shifted so much since when I started Daily Dose of Donna. When I started Daily Dose, I was a Jeff Lewis listener daily. I love to show on serious. I thought it was so funny. I thought it was so entertaining. This was when he had Megan there and Doug and like all the good old school vibes. And then he had all that drama with Heather McDonald and then drama with like some of his

other chumps. And I started to be a little turned off. I found sides of him that I thought were pretty unlikable and on. Just like tough to be around. I thought he was like a little hard. So I stopped watching. I stopped listening. I found myself like not happy. I felt like he was mean, very mean. So I'll be interested to see the show Michael Beck executive produced it. That's a friend of mine. If you guys know that, obviously. So we will. I'll give you guys my thoughts. My honest thoughts. Okay, we can talk about Brian Austin Greenwald. We're still waiting. Come on Caleb Flynn. Let's get it together. Let's talk about Brian Austin Green who has embarrassed the shit out of himself with this his video that I posted about yesterday. I spoke about he basically posted a video talking about how his wife, Sharna is on dancing with the stars and he's so depressed about it.

He like, he doesn't even know how to handle it. Okay. Now, I am going to switch over to show you Brian Austin Green while we are waiting on the Caleb Flynn verdict. Please don't leave. I will be live streaming that in just a bit. I'm just filling the gap. Okay. So if you guys notice, he did remove a couple of the videos off his main feed. He removed the video where he said he's so depressed sitting at the movies alone. He removed the video where he said he was. Where he said he was really lonely because his wife, Sharna was working and he was like, he's just to me, it was the worst obvious narcissistic behavior. Like I am not happy unless my wife is home kind of with me. I felt so bad for Sharna yesterday. Here is the update that he posted just now.

Look at him changing his tone. Okay. So is it the shows tonight? I shouldn't even have to say this anymore, but I will vote text Tyler. I hate the way he speaks by the way. He's very like, but uh, uh, uh, and yeah, uh huh. Yeah. Let's watch that. I'm going to start with the first one. Two, two, one, five, two, three. It's really simple. Send all 10 votes that way. Uh, please, they should absolutely stick around the season that they have planned. They have unbelievable routines coming up. Sharna's working so hard. Tyler's working so hard. And honestly, they're working so hard to entertain you guys to entertain you so you continue to vote for them. Why is he yelling at us? It's really a simple concept. So vote text Tyler to two, one, five, two, three.

And then join me tomorrow morning at 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time with my guest co-host Morgan, who's a massive fan of the show. And we'll be recapping what it is we all see. So, uh, new episode of FAMBLE tomorrow morning. Dancing with the stars tonight. Let's go. I struggle with this guy majorly. It's giving such red flags. I also want to show you. Sharna. I don't know if it's going to be here like an entertainment tonight post. Now I can't remember where it is. But yeah, she was interviewed about, um, about Brian Austin, green. And she said, this was before his incredibly bad post. And she basically said, he's wonderful. You know, she has a little bit of an accent. He's wonderful. He gives me, um, you know, bath salts, epsom baths.

And he wakes up at 5 30 in the morning with me and he this and he that. And I'm like, dude, like she needs to say these things about him because he is so in his freaking head. He's so stressed out about everything that she needs to be saying all of these things about him to kind of make herself feel better about the whole thing or make him feel better. Like, I'm like working your ego. My love. You're doing such a good job. And it's still not enough for him. My wife is gone. She's gone. Like Nancy got three. Re says our Reese first time I've been able to make it to a live chat. Yay. I've been watching since. Scandival. How exciting. Welcome to the show. Happy to have you here. Make sure if you guys are here for the first time, I'm seeing movement in the courtroom. I don't know what it is, but I keep seeing like it looks like a ghost walking by. It's the ghost of Caleb Flynn's career. Okay. Caleb Flynn. Let's do a little bat.

Do you guys think guilty? And then also do you think he'll cry? He will definitely cry. He cried this morning during closing statements. He knows he's booked. The question is was he doing like hair replacement treatments prior to the jail? Stay that he's in right now because his hair literally went away. Like an entire chunk of it. Was he going to Turkey for those hair transplant things or was he putting on one of those two pays? Guilty and he will cry. He will cry and fry. Holly. Will he burst out in song? He better write a song. I want the prison. Like now that's what we call music from prison with Caleb Flynn. I really do want it. Felipe is going to be one sad screwdriver. Where's Felipe? This is Caleb. We were just friends.

That's what we trained. Come on Caleb. Now we don't have all day. This is so typical of court letting us say, what do you think they're doing? You think Timo Fred Willard is brushing his hair? Okay, hold on. Let's see where we are getting. Anything. Let's see. 10 minutes is the most accurate deliberation time according to Kathy Russon. Anjaneette, who is also a reporter, heard the jury buzzer at 310 pm. Two hours and 10 minutes. I've never heard of a more fast verdict. I mean, it's probably not the fastest. I wonder what the fastest verdict has ever been. Kathy also says, I predicted the jury would take about two hours.

They deliberated for two hours and 10 minutes. One thousand percent. He's going down. He's going down. Are you guys watching on X? Are you watching on YouTube? Were you watching from? And what trial should we get into right after Caleb Flint? Because now we're on the trial docket. We can't stop. I mean, we have to continue a trial. Just don't know if there's any interesting ones going on exactly at this moment. I don't want anything about child murder. I can't do it anymore. We have something going on. Let's see. We just went to a flag, but nothing. I'm at full volume. So now we just know that this is a patriotic decision. OK, whatever happens, we're going to start by Caleb leading us in God bless America. Land that I love.

Do you think Caleb still believes in God? Do you think Alia should be prosecuted? That's my question for you. I think Alia, botnar, should 1,000 be charged with aiding in a bedding in the murder of Ashley Flint. I don't know how you do it. I don't know exactly what the rules are, but why can't they go after her? I don't think she's safe. Alia botnar to me is actually maybe even more unsafe as a single woman like hydro kids hide your wife legit. If you are a married woman and you see an Alia botnar walking down the street like it's giving that energy of sex in the city where Charlotte pulls carriage, she's like, no, you stay away. Stay away.

No. Whenever there is a young single woman who dresses as a cheeto for a church song, you know it's bad. She is really, I mean, honestly, I don't like talking horribly about women, but honestly El, she says she is diabolical. She is truly diabolical, but diabolical. The amount of, like to be a mistress is one thing, right? It's bad enough. But to be a mistress that expects that you're the number one in your marriage or in the relationship over his number one wife. And that's where you really cross the line. To be like, I am, you know, I understand that you have a priority, you have a wife and you have kids and that's your priority. And then I come in as your side piece. But she was like, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Like, I hear something. Oh, please have a seat for some. We're back in the record in 26 CR 88, state of Ohio versus Caleb C. Flynn. The court has been advised that the jury has reached a verdict. Before I bring the jury in, the court wants to make a statement to the gallery because we have quite a few people here. First of all, I want to commend you on your behavior and your response to the evidence throughout this proceedings. However, when the verdict is reached, I would ask that you continue to have that same behavior. This has been a very emotional case and we want to make sure that the court has maintained. If there should be an outburst, I'm going to have one of the deputies remove those individuals and outbursts. We have a complete evenness of behavior and the court.

So there's nothing further from Council. I'm going to have the jury brought in. I think when the state is Morgan. The Selsendorf is for any jury. Okay, the jury's coming in. Caleb is grown about two inches with his forehead. He knows what's up. Everyone knows what's up. Even this woman with the yellow scarf, she knows what is up. I feel like I've become friends with this gallery. I don't know about you guys. I feel like I know them all. I recognize all the faces. They've become part of our lives because of that music video that day. I'm going to miss them. What do you think Fred Willard is thinking right now? You know how the other lawyer, the girl, she's cracking her fingers.

Where is Rosanne? I don't see Rosanne in the back. I miss her. Caleb has not eaten in three months. Guys, this is an SNL skit right here. He's three. He's truly half of his body. He's not praying anymore. Remember he prayed on day one.

I'm eating candy. I'm going to have a drink. I'm going to have a drink. Have you rixed a verdict? We have it all. Can you put the four person? Would you mind handing to miss Osloak, my valet, the verdict forms? What is Caleb thinking right now? Mr. Flynn, would you please stand? Here we go. As a verdict to count one, aggravated murder.

Whether you discuss this case with counsel or anyone else, after you are discharged, as a matter of your own choice. In any event, you should be careful what you say. I mean his face. You should make no statement or oral or in writing unless your hearing is both complete and accurate. He's

literally should make no statement that you would not be willing to make under oath in the presence of the court, the other jurors, the parties, and the respective counsel. His lawyer is a proper for a lawyer or anyone else to harass you, entice you, or exert improper influence on you for the purpose of getting you to talk about this case. Members of the jury, you are now discharged from your duties. Thank you. Miss Oson Dorf? Look at his face. His face is the face of true guilt, sin, evil. And truly one of the dumbest criminals we've ever had. All right, counsel. Please have a seat. I don't know how much I want to keep watching.

This time the court will revoke the defendant's fond. I've heard a set of sentencing date. I'm going to set it shortly. I'm not going to order a free sentence investigation. So Mr. Watkins, at this time, when would you be available in the next week? This would also give some credence to allowing a victim's tube, right? Impact statements of the court. Next week or the following week, but not too much of our typical PSI time. You know, here's what I'm going to say. And then we'll... Okay, here's what I'm going to say. This man is the epitome. He's the lesson. They should show this in marriage classes. You know what I mean? Like when you're supposed to, you don't like see a rabbi or a priest or whatever while you're getting like ready to get married. They should show the video of Caleb Flynn. Hey, you can have everything. You can have a career. You can have money. You can have family. You

can have looks. You can have a strong buff body. You can have all of that. And you're freaking fall for a younger little flirt who just takes over your life essentially in every possible way. Emotionally, mentally, there's a sister crying. And literally just completely changes your judgment on life. You lose sight of reality when you fall into these situations. And this is truly the biggest lesson a woman or a man should should learn is look that's his dad hysterically crying too. His poor dad. I mean his dad had nothing to do with this, right? His dad raised a kid that he thought was a good kid. And then now look at him. It's over. He can't even face them. Anyway, this is what happens when you follow evil. Okay, you guys, we're gonna wrap it up for today.

I will talk to you about everything else that happens tomorrow, but this is a really, really crazy, not crazy. It's not shocking by any means, but just so sad. Just so sad, just as for Ashley and those poor little girls who are gonna be raised now with no parents. And we're gonna grow up to see that their dad spoke about them in this way. Spoke about their mom in this way. He screwed. All right, you guys. I love you. Thank you for being here. Please support my mods. Okay, buy them all a coffee. I'm buying me a coffee.
