Bleacher Report Calls Austin Riley's Contract a Future NIGHTMARE | Atlanta Braves Podcast

In this episode of the Braves Today podcast, host Lindsay Crosby delves into Bleacher Report's article predicting Austin Riley's contract as one of MLB's nine worst by 2028, authored by Kerry Miller. Lindsay breaks down the arguments made by Bleacher Report, outlining Riley's performance metrics over the years and the impact of his injuries. The discussion includes comparisons to other high-profile contracts like those of Mike Trout, Corey Seager, and Manny Machado. Lindsay also examines Riley's statistical decline post-contract signing and explores whether his decline is due to injuries or other factors. The episode concludes with a look at Riley's potential for rebound and the implications for the Braves' lineup and defense.
