Blaize Battaglia Visits BC: A Football Legacy in the Making

0:00On March 17, Boston College football is buzzing with campus visitors during the first week of spring practice. One standout recruit confirmed for a trip is Blaze Battalia, a class of 2027 linebacker from Milton, Georgia. He's a three-star prospect drawing attention from the Eagle staff. Battalia comes from a family steeped in college football tradition. His grandfather ran the ball as a running back at Florida State, and his father earned all-American honors as a linebacker at Louisville before, playing in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Georgia standout hasn't received an offer from Boston College yet, but he's been chatting regularly with the coaching staff. Other programs are in the mix too, keeping things competitive. Expect more big names to roll due Chestnut Hill as spring practice heats up. Battalia's visit could be a key step in building that relationship with the Eagles. Recruiting moves fast this time of year. So stay tuned for updates on how it all shakes out.
