Well, hello, everyone. My name is Dr. Sherry Tenpinning. Welcome to the Tenpinny Files. I'm your host here Monday through Friday on America loud.News and the IHR radio network. We bring you something new every single day. So it's a new topic that you can learn from. I hope to inspire you to read, have different conversations, and even challenge the way that you think. We talk about astronomy, astrology, pets, food, food fitness and farming. And once a week I talk to pastors and authors who write about biblical principles. So join us here every day Monday through Friday on the Tenpinny Files. It's posted also on various podcast networks and we'll be posted on our social media pages on X, Instagram and Rumble in the evening. So before we begin this today's episode, I want to invite you to become a Tenpinny Prime member. Go to primemembership.dr10pinny.com to learn more and hopefully support us because this is what helps us to keep doing all the things that we do and you get a
lot of benefits from that. One last thing, welcome to our regulars. We're so glad you're here. And for those who have just found us, we hope that you'll come back every day and learn something new. Now with that, let's begin. Today's conversation is with Twila Braze, president and co-founder of Citizens Council for Health Freedom, a patient-centered policy organization established in Minnesota more than 20 years ago to protect patient and doctor freedom. For eight time award-winning book, Big Brother in the Exam Room, the dangerous truth about electronic health records was written in 2018, but man, it is packed with information and is more important and timely now than ever. Timely is a regular with us here on the Tenpinny Files. So we're so excited to have you back. Do you know Twila, the last time you were on the show was in May? No, couldn't be. I guess we just spent through the summer. I know. I mean, I said the other day, I said, can you believe that it's the end of September,
it seems like a minute ago, it was Memorial Day. Well, you and I are going to see each other in what a week maybe because you're coming up here in Minnesota for the Health Freedom Summit and both of us are speaking, so I'm looking forward to just seeing you. Oh, that'll be great. That'll be really good. You know, so I'm so glad to have you back. You know, right before you were you were planned to be on the show a couple of weeks ago, then had a family emergency that came up and so we had to reschedule, but you were talking about this request for information that was posted in the federal register about a presumption of favor of individual autonomy and informed consent and religious freedom. And there was a period of time that ended just a few days ago for for comments and we blasted that out. I know I'm on a couple of single signal groups and they've posted in various places. What was the has that come I know that's come to a conclusion. What was what was that all about and what was the end result?
Yeah, so I looked at the statistics and so there's 35,660 public comments. Now the interesting thing about this as compared to often is that I don't know if there's any more because I look just a few days ago, but there were at one time only 16 comments listed that you could even read even though it was very clear that there was more than 30,000, 25,000 at that time, public comments. I thought, well, why are they not posting them? I mean, they do have to take them from posting to putting them on, but usually they do that in a relatively short period of time. So it was just so weird that there were only 16 comments to look at of at least 25,000. So I'm sure eventually they'll all be made public, but anyway, that was a little strange. Isn't that the point of public comment so that people can comment and talk together in the public? Well, it is and it's inviting the public
to come in and talk to the bureaucrats essentially is what it is, but actually seeing other people's public comments means that sometimes you can they know things that you don't, right? So you can see things and you can see well, who is opposing this proposed rule and who is supporting it and what is their perspective? And even before you comment yourself, you can get a better idea of, you know, things that you might like that you hadn't even thought about. If you can just look at somebody else's public comments, but anyway, so it's all done. And so now the real question is what will the Trump administration, what will RFK Jr. come out with as a result of the comments? Any thoughts about that? Well, you know, I think it's very clear that even though it was like what was it number 14 or something and all of the questions are 11 or whatever, the fact that it was in there was great and it shows that the administration is looking at informed consent religious freedom and personal autonomy as being the basis, one of the one of the basic basis for making federal policy
and vaccines, you know, to actually think that those three things could always be part of what they recommend could always be part of making sure that they would never mandate again because all of those things would say, no, you cannot mandate. You can't mandate for religious freedom. You can't mandate because they have personal autonomy and you can't mandate because it's required to have informed consent, which means all of these EAU emergency use authorizations EULAs where, you know, nobody really knew what was in there. They hadn't even done enough of the science. With suddenly, you know, it's emergency, we can give it to all these people, you know, none of this would happen. The informed consent would have to be there to say, we have no idea what will happen to you. We don't know, it could harm you. Some of the short little studies have shown harm. Fizer had a list of 1200, wasn't it 1200 side effects or something like that, right? You'd have to tell people all of that, right, before you gave them a shot. Yeah, you know, I've been, there've been so many
reports that have come out recently. I'm going to say within the last six months, maybe even you know, the focal points of the McCullough Foundation, it's almost like drinking from a fire hose. They put, I've been putting out so much information, but it's really good. I think that those things have been burbling around in the background for a while, why they've been researching them and writing them and now they're just all kind of coming out one right after the other. And so I'm writing a substack that I'll release this weekend. It's actually an exerp from my book, Zero Accountability and Failure System about why people that have been so severely harmed and damaged by the COVID-19 vaccines have not had any compensation and the despicable CICP rules. I was just reviewing that because I was writing the substack that they don't have a table, you know, and even the one that they tried to put the covered countermeasure for the H1N1
vaccine, which would have been in 2009, they didn't publish an injury table for that vaccine until 2016. And you have to match your symptoms with the injury table that they publish, but you only have one year to file a claim. If you go to 2019 and they didn't publish a table till five years later and you match the table, it's like, oh, sorry, you're beyond the statute. Now I thought, now I haven't looked up to see the latest, but wasn't Darv Kajin your secretary Kennedy? Wasn't he going to put out a harm's table? I don't think I have heard that it's been released. I know there was a lot of opposition, of course, to that whole idea, but you know, I think it should happen. I was I was listening to some testimony that's taking place. It's called Allicons Inquiry in Canada. So I was listening to a woman who's had 12 strokes. And the first one happened a day after she got her Moderna. She was a 20 K daily runner, right? And she said 12 strokes.
She's managed to, you know, train herself how to walk again. She doesn't know when the next stroke is coming, right? And she was basically talking about how invisible they are and how the doctors are basically saying, you know, we're not going to do anything anymore. You know, there's just really an invisibility of them all because nobody wants to deal with this. Nobody wants to look at the cost, but all of them who actually had most likely it came from the shot. It was so related in timing, right? There was nothing else, right? That nobody wants to look at it because then they'd have to deal with it. And they'd have to admit that they were wrong. Yeah. This is the biggest problem with the whole medical industrial complex with all of government, with all of everyone. They would have to admit they were wrong. You know, they just missed it. You know, the Maha Institute just put out that, what, what was it a survey? It was a demand letter. Demand letter that went to Trump in RFK, Jr., it was just a couple days ago, representing 60 million
people or something demanding that the mRNA vaccines be taken off the market. And it's going to be interesting to see what happens with that. You know, when they had all they had a list of all the people, all the signatures, all the sigitor and I only recognize like a handful of those names. And so it's going to be interesting to see what happens with that when you've got 60 million people or represent or an organization that represents 60 million people, which is what, 25% of the country are staying, you know, you've either got to do one or two things, take these things off the market or make sure they are never mandated. But then there's the problem with the shedding and now that they're moving towards all the mRNA vaccines in animals that have never been tested. And all the essay, the self amplifying vaccines in animals that they've never been tested to see if your animal gets a rabies shot and you're petting the animal, particularly a cat that licks itself. So you've got the saliva on the fur or you got a dog that licks you. You know, there's
nothing that you're talking about, transference of there. So it's really a big mess and I'm hopefully that it's heating up, which kind of goes to the next thing I wanted to ask you about, which was the the immunization information system, the ISS system, where you have opt in and out, opt out provisions. You know, I talked about that a lot back in 2017 and 18 when we were doing our vaccine information boot camps and how that they it had always been an opt in system and now, which means for the audience, which means that you have to know about it and say, yeah, I want to be in that. And now it's an opt out system, which means they automatically put you into something that you don't even know you're there. And then trying to get out of it is really difficult. And some states are making it impossible like the New Jersey Senate Bill 2987 would deny a person's request to leave. What is your organization doing about these things? Okay, so I think the history of the immunization registries is interesting. So they were funded by
the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in the All Kids Count program. And the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation really is one of the biggest promoters and funders moving toward a single-payer healthcare system. And you know, one of the things that the Obama administration knew really well is that before they could put Obama care into the books they had to essentially socialize the data by mandating the electronic health record. Well, when you look at these things all together, you can see that the All Kids Count folks really wanted to get electronic data systems started. And they looked at the immunization registries as the way to kick that off. Really, you know, innocuous, right? But nothing is ever innocuous in policy ever. And you always have to look with what, you know, who's behind the up to? What are they up to? What are they doing, right? And so, you know, so because of the immunization systems, it really has moved towards mandates and tracking and surveillance
and pressure on doctors. And you know, it's just a facilitator of coercion in the exam room. And it is a facilitator of the pharmaceutical companies and all of the different vaccines that are being created. I remember hearing once there were 300 vaccines in the pipeline. I don't know if that's still accurate, but you can think of all sorts of things that they want to vaccinate you against. And they would like to try to find a vaccine against, including, you know, genetic conditions, and all sorts of things. And you could even look at sort of at genetic splicing and what's what's the word genetic engineering as another way of vaccination, right? Against things in your life. So anyway, when we when we look at the actual vaccine registries that you're talking about, yes, some of them opt out, opt in. One thing I'd like your people to know, you had a really good word there about, hey, I heard about it, you know, I'd like in on it, right? And so you're asking for it
and you're giving your consent. When you're talking about opt in and an opt out, people don't understand what consent is. And the government will often talk about opt out as though it is consent. But it is not consent because informed consent means they don't touch you. They can't do a thing and they can't grab a piece of data without you signing a form and saying, I agree. And that is you opting into the system. Opt out means they grab everything as though it's theirs. And then they say, well, if you figure it out, you can send us a piece of paper and tell us that you want to get out. And that's actually dissent or dissent, right? It is not consent. So consent and dissent are two different sides of the picture. And people get it mixed up particularly because government says opt out is just a form of consent, but it is not. It is government claiming ownership over your data. And then only if you figure out what transpired and then you find out how to do something about
it. And then you take action to do something about it, right? It's an entire hurdle system for you to go through before you can get your data out or get them to stop collecting it into the future. But where have they shared it in the past that you can't get it out, right? In the meantime. Right. Yeah. In the meantime. And so, you know, sometimes I like to tell people to think about this like your bicycle. Let's just say you have your bicycle in front of your house. And as you know, sitting there against your porch, just waiting for the next time you're going to get on it. And a government official comes by and takes it. And then you're like, what happened to my bicycle? Well, then you finally do an inquiry and you go and talk to the police and you're like, oh, the government's picking up bicycles that are, you know, might be useful for others because they're just hanging around. Right. Well, they never got your consent, did they? But they're like, what we got a whole form where you can use your bike back? Oh, great. You know, back in 2017, 18, when we were
doing our boot camps, our mastering vaccine and folk boot camps, there was a whole lesson that I did on this on the ISS system, I and the IIS system. And in those boot camps, there were hundreds of people taking them and we talked about that. And I actually, at the time, it's probably long gone now, but at the time, there was a link that you could go to and contact your local health departments. And then they, you know, to be able to get to opt out of the system. I can't tell you how many of our students came back to us and said, I did exactly what you said. I went to the link. I found the number. I called them up. And the health department said, you want to opt out of what? They didn't even know what they were talking about. Like, there's a data system that you're in that you want. What are you talking about? Hold on a second. I've talked to somebody. And they didn't even have any idea what they were talking about. And it's just that makes it even more sinister that the people that are boots on the grounds in these public health departments is doing their little, you know, little thing
thinking they're doing the best for humanity. Or just, you know, going along with the system. Well, the other thing about opt out that people don't think about is, okay, so you tell the government, I want it out of the system. Then you go to this doctor and you go to that doctor. You go to that pharmacy, right? And you say, I'm going to get this shot or that shot. Well, did you remember to tell them that you wanted, you didn't want your information sent to the government? I did you tell them and you told one worker, but the other workers, the one who dealt with the hand and the paperwork and so they just put your information in because they didn't realize it, right? So that what it means is you have to constantly monitor whether or not you are in the government system. That's what opt out does. It just puts all the burden on you to stay out of the system. Now, there are some governments, I believe, that once you sign the form, as soon as your data is sent from the pharmacy or the doctor's office, it comes up against a wall. But see, the wall is still made of your name that says this person doesn't want it. So
there's still a record of the fact that you're saying, I don't want my immunization data tracked and they know who you are. You can run, but you can't hide, right? Well, we need to change it. You know, the thing is it's looked at as such an innocuous thing, but it's really the beginning of all the tracking systems. And it still stands there as we saw with the public health situation in COVID. They know, they know who's got the shots and they know who doesn't and they have systems that connect with the hospitals. And so when you went into the hospital, you went into the ER, they could often look into the registry of your state and they could know, so she wouldn't answer the vaccine question, but we know. He doesn't have it. Right? So it's really, it's not a small thing. And it's really about control. And the more that they want vaccinations or the more that they want vaccine passports or the more that they want to keep you out of certain situations, certain privileges to live, according to your
vaccinated status, the more important it is to really shut down the vaccine registries. We don't need the government to know whether or not you have gotten a shot. They really should be shut down. I totally agree with that. You know, another thing you're talking about tracking, another thing that's become pretty sinister these days is the artificial intelligence in the in the patient's treatment rooms that they are, you know, listening in on everything that they're doing and that many of these hospital systems now just automatically do it. And so you could be sitting because there's, you know, patients all know this. They go to the doctor that you have a one o'clock appointment. You're in the waiting room at five minutes to one. You sit in the waiting room till five or till one thirty and then you go sit back in the room for another hour until the doctor shows up, right? It's just the horrible things about our system. It's mostly that way. And while you're sitting in the in the doctor's room waiting for the doctor to or the nurse practitioner or the
PA to come and see you, they're recording everything you're saying if you're talking on your phone or if you're talking to your spouse or your friend that's with you and that there's only 13 states that require every person in the room to consent to these recordings. Why are they doing this now? What is this all about? Well, first of all, just let me clarify the amount that they are recording. They aren't necessarily recording when you're sitting in there with your spouse. So there are different ways that they could record. They could come in with a phone, come in with an iPad. It could be the computer that's sitting there in the room, but they have to turn it on and turn it off. It could be embedded in the room. And so I think, you know, there's a variety of ways that they are recording. But I don't think we should assume that every word when they're outside the room is actually being recorded, but we also don't know because it depends on where the recording device is. Is it embedded in the room? Is it in the computer? And is it turned on? Did they forget to turn it off?
You know, we don't this we don't know. But what we do know is that when people come into the room, whether it's or bring you into the room, right? Whether it is the medical assistant or whether it's the physician or the nurse or whomever, you really have to ask, are you recording this visit? So this, let me just say about AI. I think there's some important things to just know about AI in the exam room and I've done some presentations on AI in the exam room because there are a variety of things that AI is being used for. Some of them you have already experienced when you make a phone call to try to get an appointment and you can't get a real person. You get an AI agent and they help you make the appointment and this can be really quick or this can be very frustrating. But they are so that the hospitals and clinics are using AI for these kind of administrative things which may or may not worry you or you may or may not like it, whatever. But another thing is
that AI is being used by the health plans now for prior authorization. So they're letting machines decide whether or not the treatment that you want and the doctor has ordered whether you can have it or not. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, they are bringing the prior authorization that places like United Healthcare Use and Medicare Advantage. Dr. Oz is bringing it into original Medicare now in three states and what's called the WISER program which is something like Wasted Resources, whatever. They don't want to waste medical resources so they're now having AI look through prior authorization requests and deny or accept so humans may or may not be involved in all of those decisions but just know this is one of the big ways that AI is coming into the exam room. Another way is just to to read a radiology films that sort of thing right. But now let's
talk about AI in the actual visit which is called ambient listing. These are the recorders that you are talking about. And so those those recorders like I said will come in in these variety of ways but it's not a regular recording. You know if you just brought a recorder in or your phone and and you just recorded you just hear back what you said. But when it's an AI software in the background as soon as they press the the word or the button to record this entire machinery starts in the background. And it starts to take all the words that are coming in and putting them in categories is something mentioning a diagnosis is something mentioning a medication is something mentioning mentioning the family or something should be part of the note or whatever right. So what they have found that has happened with errors in this whole process is there have been missed diagnoses so they never get actually added to the record or there have been diagnoses
added to the record that the person doesn't actually have or there have been notes about what the person said and it's totally untrue or totally untrue what the entire visit was about. So let me just give you a few stories because I think they exemplify everything. So there was one article on AI and there was a doctor who wrote a comment and he said my patient AI put into her record that she had come into the emergency room and full respiratory arrest with CPR you know being engaged right. And so and he said but she she never arrested she had high blood pressure and now we're having a difficult time correcting the record. So here you have a patient who her official record in black and white as though it were true says that she arrested had CPR being done in the
emergency room and has this completely different diagnosis and the accurate diagnosis can't seem to be entered. So that's just one story that was written up as a comment to another article. And on that same article somebody said what if I what if my patient gets surgery when they aren't supposed to be getting a surgery because it's something that that is mentioned in the medical record. So really the lesson here is everybody needs to look at their own medical records and see what they say and see if there's anything inaccurate. But here's another story from a from a different perspective and that is that a patient went in and that patient had had blood work a month before and had been recorded by AI. And so the doctor is going over reviewing a month before and the lab results to this patient and the patient. So I was talking to this patient. The patient said I told her that's not me and the doctor said yeah that's you here let me read
a little bit more and the patient said that is not me. And then she said the doctor was horrified to discover that somebody else's visit had been put in this patient's record and where this patient's visit and her lab results were the doctor didn't know because they were put in somebody else's record. Wow. This is AI at work. Wow. Well you know AI's I think of AI is like a seventh or a seven-year-old you know you have to give them really specific instructions and sort of like I'll tell you this and then we're going to take a quick break here. You know it's like a seven-year-old it wants to please they want to make you happy and you tell them go clean your room. Well what they might do is put their shoes in the closet. You need to tell them no you need to empty the waist basket you need to dust the thing put all the papers away make your bed put the clothes in the laundry you have to give it really specific instructions which then it will do but if you leave anything in that to to chance you're going to get garbage garbage and garbage out and then the other
problem with this thing with medical records it's like who's held liable for those things then. The AI makes the mistake is the doctor still held liable for that if it's the wrong records and the wrong patient and the wrong diagnosis and things didn't really happen and then it goes through the billing all that billing sort of sensation and Medicare and blah blah blah is the doctor going to be held for fraud for Medicare because AI build something inappropriately this is a real mess. So let's hold that thought right there we're going to need to take a quick break from our sponsors for americotloud.news. united in the first amendment now is our time my fellow americans america out loud dot news liberty and justice for all welcome back everyone um let me tell you just a little bit more about twyla braze if you haven't heard her on our show before which we've been doing this for a couple years now and her information is always so good twyla is the president and co-founder and citizens council for health freedom a patient centered policy organization established more than 20 years ago in minnesota to protect patient and doctor freedom she's an expert on so many topics we could spend the whole show just talking about that but one of the things that she's done really amazing is that her organize she and her organization have created a one of a kind downloadable book in two in 2024 called the medicare how to guide that garden more than a thousand downloads in
just six weeks and i'm sure since since twenty twenty four there have been thousands and thousand more she's also been a very instrumental leader in in stopping the real id well tile twyla thanks you so much your information is always just so compelling thank you for being back on the show again and i hope we can make this a monthly event now yeah well we were i don't know what happened in the summer but you know i went on vacation and that could have been part of it you might have too one of the things that that you brought to my attention was that uh parents have been arguing about the storage of their newborns uh dried blood spot you know when i very first met you many many many years ago there was a rally in new jersey that louise hubacca said put together and you had a a booth there and you were talking about these blood freedoms that that's how long ago how long we've known each other you know we've been doing this and that has always still been a problem and i try to talk to people about that as much as i can because who really owns your baby's DNA
when you get a dried blood spot and supposed to go in the garbage but it doesn't where does it end up going and who actually owns it yes well i think a lot of people don't understand the newborn screening program and that i think is by design because it's a government program it's actually considered the largest population-wide genetic testing program in the nation now i don't think any doctor or nurse has told uh parents new parents that this is true and then said do you want your child genetically screened right that's not what they hear they don't understand that and so what's really important to to maybe for your list is to understand what happens so within the first 24 to 48 hours of the birth of a child in all 50 states because the program is in state law in all 50 states a nurse will come to the room or try to take your baby from the room to do newborn
screening and most parents are like okay this is great you know but they don't know what it is anyway so they take the heel of the child they pierce it and then they have a paper card about this big maybe and it's got special filter paper circles at the end a whole lineup of them and then they squeeze the blood onto these circles to create blood spots and then these blood spots dry and then they're called dried blood spots but we call them baby DNA so we you know we're really here to let people know what this is because then these dried blood spots on this card are sent to the state laboratory they are not tested at the hospital so this is not you know that the parents trust the hospital and they're like you know whatever you need to do to prick my baby right but this is really the long arm or the government reaching into the hospital through the newborn screening program to grab the DNA of the child and genetically test without the parents really having any idea what's going on now a lot of parents like this screening because there are
certain newborn conditions that they want to make sure that their baby doesn't have and so that's okay but our parents okay with the government creating its own record of the genetic testing results of the child for imperpetuity forever right and are they okay with some of the states that have decided that those little blood spots are very valuable some people call them a national treasure and so states started keeping them back in the 1990s different states would keep them we discovered it in 2003 made a really big deal out of it in Minnesota and then some folks in Texas because a reporter got wind of it also learned that in Texas they had been keeping the blood spots so in Minnesota they started keeping them in 1997 in Texas they started keeping them I think it was in 2001 anyway all of this led to lawsuits in Minnesota and Texas and the parents succeeded but there have been lawsuits now in Indiana there's a second lawsuit that happened in Texas the
Indiana one the parents did not succeed was unfortunately was argued very well the Texas one did succeed the second Texas one and then there's a bunch of lawsuits by two attorneys who've discovered this that their that their child's DNA was being kept in the state biobank forever and sued and he has a special website called stolen blood dot com and but he just lost at the US Supreme Court so who did not take up his case um but he won other ones at the federal level and at the state level anyway all of that to say that this is an entire program going on that most parents are clueless about they don't understand what said issue they don't understand that the states are keeping their child's DNA some of them forever they as an adult the state cannot come and take your DNA unless you're a criminal but here the government is keeping the DNA so as just an example in Indiana once Indiana changed their once this whole thing sort of blew up Indiana changed their standard
so Indiana has 66 banker boxes full of baby DNA blood spots 23 years of baby DNA now though a lot of those people have already become adults and this was back in 2014 so here we are 11 years later right so those probably almost all of those children are now adults and so the government holds their DNA without their consent and they decided that they would start asking for consent to use the DNA for research but they still aren't asking for consent if I'm correct about the storage of it well maybe they do have consent for storage and use whatever you use you can kind of see the picture here Michigan is keeping the DNA in the mile bank forever they say indefinitely or 100 years and more so this is what's really going on a lot of states now have stepped back from this because of everything that happened after our discovery uh New York will let you will give you the blood
spot card but they will keep one of the blood spots so they're still keeping the babies DNA California was selling it for uh $20 a punch and now when you're thinking about a spot that is probably the size of I don't think it's well it might be the size of a nickel I think that's a little too big but some of the size of a dime I dime more like a dime right and so some of the punches are like little needles like from a sewing machine but some of the punches are like a pencil the eraser at the end of the pencil but they were charging $20 per punch whatever size of punch the state of California for any researchers and others who wanted it and they said well it's not selling that's just the cost of administering the program good grief you know it's um you know so maybe I should add that we have a special URL it's my DNA.org and parents can go to there and
look for one the retention rates of your state we update them every year and they can also look for opt out forms from the states that have opt out forms so that you can uh get the DNA removed deleted discarded destroyed you can get it back or you can get the genetic test results in their database you can also get those deleted. Is is the DNA is it blinded? No. Oh that's that's important and so for the listener what that means is that your name is attached to that. The mother's name and the child's name now different states what might do this differently so some states when they give it out to a researcher they will give it with a special link so they won't tell the researcher who the mother or who the child is but the link remains so that if the researcher comes back and says who you know we found out that this gene is can has this child has this gene and we feel like since we
know this should we tell the parents that we know this or should we not and this really does happen and so then the health department can know who that child is because they will have the link. Sometimes it could be completely anonymized it kind of depends on the health department that's holding it. That's really scary you know if it was blinded you know even even like by a bar code or something like that that and there wasn't and nobody really knew who the bar code was it really didn't matter you know they were just doing it for real legitimate testing and research and stuff like that it would be a little less onerous a little less onerous yeah only a little right but if they actually know who's DNA that is and who they're testing it and your DNA may end up in China it may end up anywhere with what they're doing. You know I don't think you know that they don't have the fact that they are doing it why isn't the hospital doing it why doesn't the hospital say we've contracted with a private entity do you want this done or not right but the fact is that the government
has laid a claim to it and that's the only reason that they actually started keeping it so they started doing the testing back in the mid-60s but within about you know 20 25 30 years different states said well actually this is a really valuable resource we should keep it so they decided it was theirs they were not just getting rid of it like a lab and even labs don't get rid of it that's a whole lot of subjects they sometimes will do the very same thing private labs but nonetheless it means that they claimed it and because they were keeping it because they were getting it they could until we discovered it. Wow well you know your organization has taken on a lot of a lot of strong things and most recently was August the 3rd which seems like in the one second like a minute ago but it was really two months ago that's used that CCHF sent a letter to President Trump thanking his administration for cutting grant funding through the agency for healthcare research and quality abbreviated AHRQ what is AHRQ and why do you want it to be shut down?
ARC so it goes by ARC in the federal government that's what it's called and so this is just sort of a busy body or agency that decides that these are the best ways to practice medicine these are the best procedures these are the best this that and the other thing and they come up with treatment protocols to tell to advise doctors how to treat a condition or you know how to practice medicine they got in big trouble during the Clinton debate because they really went on the advocacy side promoting Hillary care and so the Republicans almost got rid of them and sometimes you know the Republicans in power they just have no backbone you know they should have just gotten rid of them but they let them live and they gave them they took some money away from them but of course they've now bloomed they've bloomed back and then sometimes the recommendations from AHRQ
become essentially mandates or they're not really guidelines anymore and doctors are judged according to whether they follow the AHRQ guidelines and the practice of medicine and so their claims made about evidence-based medicine is the way AHRQ says it is and all that sort of thing so they can really control medicine from the government by putting out these recommendations and then it becomes more difficult for your doctor to actually treat you the way the doctor thinks you should be treated now with that in mind I just want to throw this out when it has to do with AI I have a really funny interesting concerning story about something that I heard from someone and this is a story that happened to her friend so the doctor came in with a recording device she didn't say no and then the doctor said, well you've got x-condition so would you like to do this treatment and before the patient could say anything to the doctor did this? This means that the doctor used sign language to tell the patient he didn't think that she should
say yes to this treatment but he wasn't willing to say it verbally in such a way that the corporate employer would know that he had told the patient do not agree to this treatment so he offered it right but in sign like the employer must have wanted but then using sign language told her don't don't say yes don't say yes so when you think about saying no to the recording device think about your doctor being able to freely tell you what the doctor needs to tell you without being afraid of the corporate employer and for your listeners who don't understand almost 80% of doctors are now corporate employees who are essentially doing the bidding of their corporate employer even though they really want to help you to the best that they can and this reminds me one more thing we created a door hanger a door hanger that you can have and you can put outside the door that says privacy please no ambient listening I do not consent to ambient listening or recording devices in my exam today
so we created this are making it available to people to do that or to just carry it in their purse so they can pull it out and they can ask there are questions in the back did I consent to our visit being recorded who will transcribe this recording for my medical record will be overseas your office so you can use this in the exam room to help you say no at a time when you're vulnerable and don't want to make the doctor angry so you can carry it in your purse so you can be really bold and put it on the outside of the clinic door you know I hear these things and I'm so grateful that you went to the lengths to make these tools for available to people but on the other hand it makes my heart sink that you know I mean you and I are about the same age and we've been in health care for a really long time you know I'm a doctor a twilight's a nurse for those of you that don't that don't know that and to think that we have to go to these links to protect ourselves from someone or that you think is there to help you think that you that you are you know opening up and bearing
your soul to and telling them you know your private medical concerns or emotional concerns and you think that this person is there to help you and you find out that there's all this nefarious stuff going on around you like recording things and AI transcriptions and your your medical records getting into the wrong chart and all these different things it's just it's just it's just very sad to me which is very sad that we have to go to these these uh these uh uh links these days you know to protect your you know like Dr. Brian artist and I developed the the Vax app which is a power and parent empowerment tool so you can have all the vaccine stuff on your phone and your hand so that and ask questions to the doctor about you really think my kid needs to have seven vaccines today and what about all this aluminum and all these different things that you have to go to this little links and this of these things to to protect yourself from an industry that's always in the past been there to try to help us but it's not like that anymore and that kind of yeah go ahead
well the thing that I say is the mission of medicine the mission of medicine has been taken over by the business of health care and so it's really part of our mission to protect patient and doctor freedom to really transition that back to the mission and away from the business and really more than anything it's going to take a change from third party payment to first party payment where you have cash a real catastrophic policy that pays you and then there's charity for the few people that once all the prices come down to the cash level there won't be as many people who even need charity but there will be charity there for people who need it because after all that was and still is the mission of medicine yeah I think that's really good that do you have a t-shirt that has that the mission of medicine has been taken over by the business of medicine that would be a great sales item for you there Twila well I will tell you that our merch store has already begun we it's not there for people to to buy anything from it's all being set up so be prepared probably
the next time that we talk it'll be there we are having our gala in October 1st in Bloomington Minnesota and we are going to have just two of our t-shirts there to just show that the merch is coming so I hope you know even that your your listeners who are in the area might come might come to our gala because we're going to talk about the Canadian healthcare system we've got the guy who created timely medical alternatives from van koever and he's going to talk about all the stories of people that he helped escape I'm going to be speaking of course and and then we're going to talk about our three C solution cash catastrophic coverage and charity and tell people where it is and how they get a ticket and how can they be there sure it's in Bloomington Minnesota which is just 10 minutes from the Minneapolis St Paul airport and if you go online at cchfreedom.org it will say that registration has closed but I'm here to tell you if you just call our office and say I want to see there are some sponsors that have open tables and we have about another table that's
still open so we just had to close registration at a certain point so just go to cchfreedom.org or give us a call at 651 646 8935 very good and what date is you said it's October the first what day of the week is that a Saturday what's a Thursday October the first in Bloomington Minnesota at the double tree hotel highway 100 and 494 very good you know you got you sent me some calls to action and I think they're really worth going through so the first call to action is to request the destruction of your newborn child's blood spot and refuse to sign a hippo acknowledgement find an independent doctor that takes cash you can go to join the wedge.com cchfreedom.org 3c solution cash catastrophic coverage and charity will restore what we really need in terms of transparency in health care. We got about a minute and a half left toilet what else do you want to
add to that? Well I think you know now is as I am going to say at the gala and now is a time for choosing because the fact of the matter is the the socialist the democratic socialist who are really communist at heart and Marxist at heart you know they are they are saying Medicare for all is the way that they can win that's what they think this is how that they will win elections you know we we don't do any electionary net this organization but you need to know that as the election is coming you must know who these candidates are and you must get people on your side of freedom because when you lose health freedom and when the government takes over health care if they take over health care you won't have a right to health you won't have a right to life and you won't have a right to liberty and so if they socialize the health care system or they make it a communist system through Medicare for all then you know your your life is up for grabs so that can't happen so
take really good care of who you try to get in to office in November and that you tell other people so that they actually get out and vote absolutely well Twyla thank you so much it's so good to see you again I look forward to seeing you at that conference in Minnesota good luck with your with your gala that's coming up I'm glad that it's sold out you'll get a few more people in there have got good sponsors so thanks for being with us and I'm hoping that we will get back on track to do this once a month so thank you for everyone else who's joined us here today I told you this would be really really good it is always really good when I have Twyla on so we hope that you we'll close out with my favorite verse from the Bible which I close all my podcasts with which is Romans 12 12 rejoice and hope be patient and trouble and be persistent in prayer we'll see you again everyone else tomorrow or the next time on the 10 penny files goodbye everybody and God bless
