Go play 3rd rock drop It's time once again for the tragic history tour I'm Lisa B here with you for the next hour. We're celebrating the birthday of a very important Beatles fan this week. Ruth Springsteen turned 77 on Wednesday. He was born September 23, 1949 and has been a Beatles fan since the first time he heard them. He talks about the first
time he heard them in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine. I want to hold your hand, came on the radio in 1994. That was going to change my life because I was going to successfully pick the guitar up and learn how to play it. You know, I saw Elvis on TV and Elvis first here. I was nine or something. I was a little young. I tried to play the guitar didn't work out. I put it away. But the keeper was 1964. I want to hold your hand on South Street with my mother driving. I immediately demanded she let me out. I ran to the bowling alley, ran down a long, neon lit aisle, down the bowling alley, into the bowling alley, ran to the phone booth, got in the phone booth immediately called my girl and said, have you heard this man call the Beatles? And after that, there was nothing but rock and roll and guitars. Of course, because Bruce's
Springsteen, he doesn't have to be an ordinary fan at admire Paul from afar. He gets to perform with him. The most recent time was during the East Street bands European tour last year. He performed in Liverpool. Paul, of course, is from Liverpool and still has family there. He has a school that he established though. He does return to Liverpool periodically. And he came back to perform with Bruce. This is from the concert on July 6th, 2025. He's not a call. We're walking in night, we have a young man who's looking at Paul. He's not a guest for this tonight. I think he's not a lot of talent. And I believe he's going to be going to waste his, so let's bring out some hallmark.
We'll miss you. I'll be not ever not a guest for God's sake. I'll be back to you for what's funny. I'll be in my bed here. I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed.
I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed.
I'll be in my bed. I'll be with Paul. I won't give you a guest for this moment in one time. I'll be in my bed. I'll be in my bed.
I I Don't make no big deal out of it, but I've been waiting about 50 years

Well, she looked at me and I could see her nothing falls along, I thought it all would burn Oh, oh my god, I thought it was a good one, oh my god, when my soul was dead

Star, Paul sadly wasn't there he was in the middle of some legal issues. Bruce Springsteen, Mick Jagger, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, Jeff Beck and John Fogarty, it's Billy, Mick and Bruce who do the vocals and from the Hyde Park concert on July 14th 2012, which was actually broadcast as a special on VH1 on August 25th 2012. We heard Paul and Bruce do adding on I saw her standing there and Twiston's Shout. And we began with Paul and Bruce singing Camp By Me Love and Kansas City, hey, hey, hey, hey, in Liverpool when the E3 band was there July 6th 2025. You're listening to the tragic history tour I'm Lisa B and we had another birthday this week. Linda Eastman McCartney if she were alive would be 85 years old. Your birthday
was September 24th 1941. So we're going to play some songs for her. We're going to begin with a very nice live version of By Love from Wings over America. When I go away, I know my heart can stay with By Love. It's understood. It's in the hands of By Love. And By Love does it good. My love does it good. When the covers bear, I'll still find something
there with my love. It's understood. It's everywhere with my love. And By Love does it good. My love does it good. Oh, my love. Only my love does it good to me.
Oh, my love does it good to me. Oh, my love. Oh, my love does it good. Don't ever ask me why. I'll never
save it by the By Love. It's understood. It's everywhere with my love. And By Love does it good. Oh, my love. My love does it good. Oh, my love. Only my love does it good to me. Oh, my love.
Thank you. Every night I just want to go out Get out of my head. Every day I don't want to get up. Get out of my bed. Every night I want to play out. Every day I want to do. What tonight I just want to stay in. And be with you. And be with you.
Oh, my love. Every day I lean on a lamppost. I'm wasting my time. Every night I lay on a pillow. I'm resting my mind. Every morning brings a new day. Every night that day is true. What tonight I just want to stay in. And be with you. And be with you.
Oh, my love. Believe me, my love. Oh, my love. Oh, my love. Hello, everyone. This is Chris Paul Overall. I play Paul in the Abbey Road tribute and maybe I'm amazed. And you're listening to Lisa B with the Tragical History Tool. Well, well, well, well, well. Do you love me? I can know you want to do. Well, well, well, well, well. Or is it the only thing you want me for?
Well, I've been needing to talk to you about it for some time. Sweet and last year long. My lonely lady. Who is the lady that makes that free? But occasionally laughter, she is the lady that emwares those flashing eyes. Who will be taking her home with all the dance in the solar? And the look that she will hit the times long. Lady. Oh, baby.
Lady. These are posing about my sweet, electable baby. Birds are only about their big surprise. Who's your favorite person? Dear phenomenal lady. I've been long to the girl with a flashing eyes. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady.
Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady.
Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady.
Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady.
Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. Lady. It was written that I would love you.
I'm always looking for ways to love you. Never failing to find out your side. While the angels of love protect us. From the innermost secrets we hide. I hold you. I hold you. For the rest of my life. I hold you. I hold you. I hold you. I hold you.
I hold you. I hold you. I hold you. I hold you. For the rest of my life. Oh. I hold you.
I hold you. I hold you. I hold you. The song was originally on Red Rose Speedway. This one is on wings over America. Your listing to the tragic history tour I'm Lisa B. And on September 26th, 1969. A single of golden slumbers and carry that weight was released. Not by the Beatles. It was by a Scottish group that originally was known as White Trash. They changed their name to Trash because of the derogatory implications. They recorded that single on Apple and John produced it and it came up just before the Beatles Abbey Road. There was a press reception for it and John and Yoko attended. Trash only released one other song from Apple, Road to the Where,
The Carol King Cover, and that came out in January of 1969. But here is their second single. Once there was a way to get back home. Once there was a way to get back home. Sleep really dark, do not cry. And I was in a blood of God. Run, it's not a spell of your life. Smiles away, where your life sleeps in its dark, do not cry.
And I was in a blood of God. Once there was a way to get back home. Once there was a way to get back home. Sleep really dark, do not cry. And I was in a blood of God. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time.
I'm gonna give you my love. I only send you my invitation. I'm in the middle of the same wish I lay down. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time.
Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time. Run, you're gonna carry that way. Carry that way a long time. Golden slumbers carry that weight from white trash later down just as trash.
You're listening to the Tragical History Tour. I'm Lisa B. We have a little bit of time before we need to go. And September 26, 1969 was the day that the final album The Beatles recorded, but not released, was released Abbey Road. So we'll finish up with some songs from the anniversary box set.
I'm in her smile, she knows. But I don't need no other lover. Something in her style that shows me. You don't leave her now. You know I believe in her. You ask me when my love grows. I don't know. I don't know. Stick around in my soul. I don't know. I don't know.
I love that woman, my. And I need her all the time. No, I'm telling you. I want one, I want one, no make me blue. Something in the way she knows. All I have to do is think of her. Something in the thing she shows me. I don't want leaving now. You know I believe in her.
You know I believe in her. She. The case of Avalon, tell me the other. What's the case of Mr Martin? My boy is already gone.
Yes? What? Is it possible without affecting yourselves too much to turn down a little? From who? What are they doing here at this time of the night? We skate around the house. Well we'll try once more, very loud. And if we don't get it, we'll try it quiet. It might do it the other way. The loud one last go. Last chance to be loud. I can't quite see through either. I can't quite see and they're getting murdered. One, two, three, one, two, three. I want you so bad, baby.
I want you so bad, baby. I want you so bad, baby. I want you so bad, baby. I want you so bad, baby. I'm driving, man, I'm driving, man. I want you so bad, baby. I want you so bad, baby. I want you so bad, baby.

I want you so bad I want you so bad Yeah! Take 27 of Palatine Pam from the Abbey Road 50th anniversary box set Just amazing how such a small song, a piece of the medley, still had to be recorded so many times to get it right
