About this episode
I'm racing a 300 mile race this April, which is the inaugural Arizona Monster 300M put on by Destination Trail. Am I crazy? Absolutely.
But I'm super stoked. This will be the farthest I've ever ran before in one shot, so I'll have to do things differently in training this time.
And in this episode, there are no secrets: I'm breaking down how I am laying out my training, including two HUGE changes I'm making to my 200+ miler training strategy that I believe will help me to win the race.
This is an episode for anyone who is looking to run a race that is the farthest they've done yet, as I believe this will help anyone who is doing that.
Thank you for listening to the episode!
